    Awww thanks guys!
Have to have a c-section coz of the tearing I had. I had to have repair surgery 4 1/2 months later and they can't guarantee it wouldn't happen again. If it did they'd be trying to stitch scar tissue which wouldn't really work too well.

Happy Birthday Lauren. That doesn't sound good, I can understand your not planning #2 yet.

Charly is into 0 and going in to 1 for some clothes, and is standing up for a few seconds by herself. Just getting herself into trouble once she is up not sure how to get back down. Is making little hissing noises that sound like yesss yesss yesss.

Hope you had a happy Birthday Lauren!!

Hi everyone, I didn't realize there was a new thread!!
Shez, best of luck for testing!
So much happening in my neck of the woods!Angel & Zaccie are sick again, Dh & I both have it this time. Not fun. We are planning to move to Lightning Ridge, as soon as we can.
Other than that it's just the usual chaos over here. Sometimes I think I am asking too much to have another one.

    Hey girls.
Just had to shre that Noah's started clapping! lol it's so cute I tell him to "clap hands" and he swings those hands together like nobodies business. Still no signs of crawling whatsoever but he's pretty good at the bum shuffle!
Also have to make fun of him and his OCD tendencies!
His favourite toy by far is his tub of 100 blocks. Just in the last few days I've noticed he's always got a red one in each hand! He's obsessed with the red ones! Even if there are 10 more right in front of him, if a red one gets out of reach, he's stretching and craning for that one.
He loves books, especially his "That's not my..." ones. But I am NOT allowed to turn from one page to the next, oh no! I must close the book in between pages before opening to the next one.
    He's a weird one!

Thats fantastic!! Do you know how long I have been trying to get Maya to clap hands, she isnt even attempting it. But if I put my hands up to her she will hold them and clap them, but not hers Well done Noah!!

I met up with a few mums from our group and we went for a walk in the Botanical Gardens, it was so nice, I havent been there for years, its amazing what you do when you have a baby! We have decided to do it every Friday, weather permitting.

Oh I'd been trying to get Noah to do it for ages too, he used to always just bang his hands down instead. Then all of a sudden it just clicked and he hasn't stopped (which was rather annoying last night when I was trying to get him to sleep and he was clapping in a desperate attempt to stay awake!) He looked at his hands in amazement after he did it for the first time!
He's also started "sharing" his dummy with me, which he finds hysterical! Shoving it in my mouth, then taking it out, lather, rinse, repeat!
lol he's gotta do something though! Still no crawling and no "mama" or "dada" either. I was getting desperate!
Oh yes Shez, do let us know!

OH YAY SHEZ! You posted as I was typing! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

That is wonderful news for you.

Charly let her Dad put her to sleep last night Yeh. Put her under the water in swimming for the first time today, really didn't want to do it but DH did it last week.

Well done Noah on the clapping, I'm still trying to get Charly to clap, lots of clasping of hands but no claps.

    Hi again everyone.
    Congratulations Shez!
Lauren, ouch. After that experience, you'd probably find a c/s an absolute breeze LOL. But seriously, I do understand that that would make you reluctant to go again. OMG, Noah sounds like such a cutie with his OCD tendencies - PMSL! You know, picking up the red ones out of a whole lot of other colours is pretty darn clever!
Chon, how lovely that Maya's got a swing. Sounds like the ideal way to spend an afternoon - sipping on a cuppa while Maya swings and the dog plays... Aw, how lovely - I can just picture it!
Charlysmum - underwater! Charly's going to be a little fish when she gets a bit bigger.
    Jo, sorry you're sick! Yukko.
Linz, IKWYM about the tantys. I'm really hoping its a stage they're going through where they're feeling frustrated at not being able to get what they want themselves... I HOPE. Natty's been having about one a day lately, where she arches her back and refuses to be comforted. The only way I can deal with it is to distract her.
Nothing much new here. Went away Friday night down the South coast. Natty did ok overnight in our room. Only one wakeup where she cried. Hopefully she'll do just as well when we go away next week. I'm looking forward to it now.

HI everyone.. It's very quiet in here. I am soo tired!! I can't believe how quickly you forget what it's like to be pg!!
    Lauren I agreee double ouch.
I had a c/s with Issy and will with this bub too. For me it was the safest option at the time so I was happy with it and I didn't take long to recover. I hope whne the toime comes it goes smoothly for you.

Issy still doesn't have any teeth.. what are everyones bubs up to?
Issy is commando crawling and trying to pull herself up, she chatters non stop and claps and does the actions to twinkle twinkle..so cute.

Love and hugs to all Mum and Bubsxoxox

    Hi

    Not a lot happening really.

Lovely to hear how Issy is going, very smart with the Twinkle Little Star!!

Maya has her 7th tooth coming through now. She is crawling like a champ and pulling herself up everywhere she possibly can, at the moment she is standing at my leg making loud screams and noises trying to get my attention...haha!

She started clapping two days ago all of a sudden!! Yahhhhhh

Better go or she will start to really get agitated.

Look forward to hearing how everyone is going.

Aw Shez, you poor thing! I remember how incredibly tired I was in the first tri - I spent every weekend on the lounge sleeping and watching telle Though I'm sure when it comes around again for me I'll still be surprised by it! Are you feeling ill, or just tired? Issy sounds just gorgeous! I love watching babies commando crawl, LOL.
Hooray Maya for the clapping! Wow, 7 teeth! Still only the two bottom ones here - but I love them. I think they make her look sooooo cute. Having trouble wiping them clean now. Natalie knows what the cloth is for and she clamps her lips shut, LOL. I must get a toothbrush for her to play with.
No sign of crawling here. I try to encourage it by putting toys just out of her reach, etc, but nope. Ah well. She's experimenting with different sounds now. She's discovered a 'growly' voice that is cute atm, but I'm sure will soon become very annoying, LOL.
Hope all mums and bubs are well
