Hi again :)
:bluecheer: Go Lauren Go!! Go Lauren Go!! Goooooo Lauren!! :cheer:
In case you can't tell, I think you've done the right thing. Yay for you and yay for Ash! I think this is a step in a good direction hun.
Susan- Big  Poor kid. Ty gets croup all the time, I hate it. Hope you all get some sleep tonight. Maybe you're getting all the bad stuff out of the way now, so the rest of the year will be clear sailing.
And a cold and rainy happy dance for Nic! ;)
We're not specifically TTC, we're just not not TTC to conceive iykwim.. no protection and regular DTD (as regular as it gets anyway). We'll see what happens.
Hope you're all having a good night- my housework is done, Ty is asleep and I've even steam mopped the floors. And it's only 7:30 :)
-
Just a quick update- Ty has finally learned to clap  yay!!
Left him watching Play School for thirty seconds yesterday while I hung out the washing... I came back in and Brooke Satchwell was clapping... and so was Ty! Go little man :)
-
Yay Ty! They're always so pleased with themselves once they work it out too hehe.
-
He is very pleased with himself... keeps giving himself a round of applause for everything :D
-
Lauren: Don't answer the phone when he rings :D Well done on being so brave.. I really hope they open thier arms wide for Asher and you
Hoody: Hi, bugger ab out the headaches. Well done on the weight loss.. Send me some weight losing motivation please :)
Lori: yay for clapping.. and it is just the cutest thing isn't it :)
Good nights sleep last night.. Shame I went to bed at midnight  but got 6 hours straight sleep so feel pretty good today
-
Hi Everyone, wooooo, there was lots to catch up on. Happy New Year!
Buzzie - excellent work re the letter. It will be so good when Rob's parents ask him for an explanation. Ash has the best laugh and you can't help but laugh with him. Good news on the walking.
MoM - good news on the walking as well. Monique isn't very confident just yet but we can let her go and she will stand but then realises we don't have hold of her and she sits down.
Bek - you will be fine on Tuesday but I know exactly how you feel. Can't wait to hear all about it.
Adkins - how exciting building a house.
I can't believe all the teeth the babies have. Monique only has the two bottom, half a top one and the other top tooth just popping out. We have had lots of grief with the top teeth coming through.
Well done to all the other bubs walking or almost there. Plus all the other achievements like clapping - woohoo.
I have forgotten all the pages of posts now (sorry baby brain).
-
Tinsel - both my kids have cut all their teeth fairly promptly, and both cut a lot all at once. Very rarely did they cut only one tooth at a time. But my mum said my brother didn't have a tooth in his head until after 1 yr old LOL. Don't know when I got my teeth, should ask her.
I wonder if the fact that my kids had all their teeth like this is why they're such good eaters? Kayla can chomp down on anything and I don't have to worry now that she has 4 chomping teeth at the back. I do still have to remind her to chew sometimes! But she manages just about everything now. I finally let her have her own bowl of food the other day (grapes cut in half, and then some pasta), expecting her to tip it all over, but she did well, just took a couple of pieces of food out at a time. Normally I hand her her food to hold & eat. So yay, I don't have to do that anymore! I still do spoon feed her occasionally but cut it quite roughly so it's like she's taken a bite of something. That way I know she's actually eating something and not just playing with it LOL.
Well, I should get back to cleaning. Got the IL's coming over tonight. And we need to clear up the garage a bit and the area out the back in preparation for our party next week! I bought all the ingredients for the train cake yesterday, and some face paints and stuff. I'm quite excited! hehe.
Talk later!
-
Have any of you got Amber teething necklaces for your bubs ? I just ordered one for Abbey. Hoping it works, cos at $40 it's not the cheapest thing. Could have got her a charm for her Pandora instead! lol.
LoriRae, woohoo on Ty clapping, clever boy he is. See, Playschool does teach them things. :D
Bek, your scan will go just fine huni. Can't wait to hear all about it though. Us clucky girls can just live through you preg ones!
Nic, isn't it always the way that when you go to bed late they sleep. Abbey is still waking atleast 3 times a night. No matter what time she goes down.
Hoody, sorry to hear about your migraines huni. They really are the worst. Thankfully I don't get them too often.
Susan, woohoo for Keiran. Clever man he is. Sorry to hear that poor Tiger is unwell though, it's hard when your kids are sick. As I'm sure you know only too well
Adkins, Ohhh how exciting building your own home. I wish!
Lauren, huni as you wait for that call. Do as Nic says and ignore it until you are ready to speak with him. Did you include your phone number on the letter to his parents so they can call you if they want ?
Poor Abbey jammed her fingers in the back sliding door yesterday. right below her nails, the door even latched shut! Finger's went a bit purple but seem ok now.
She's getting alot more game with her walking too, taking more steps and letting go alot more.
Ahhhhh our babies are growing up :(

Good morning ladies!
Lori – woohoo on ttc #2! That’s fantastic! I still haven’t decided if and when we will be going for round 2, I’d like to get a bit of decent sleep first lol And woohoo on Ty learning to clap!! They are so cute when they learn something new.
Susan – yay for your clever little man taking a few steps, he’ll be off in no time! How is Tiger? Hope he is doing better.
Lauren – I still can’t believe Rob never told his parents, and his excuse of he didn’t want to ruin his brother and sister’s news is pathetic… oh well you’ve posted the letter now, that’s all you can do. How do you feel? I’d think it would be a huge weight lifted off your shoulders!
Hoody – that’s great losing 3kg already! Hope Molly isn’t too bad for you with the teething. Good luck with the specialist, make sure you let us know how you go.
Nic – glad the “s” word is getting better for you, Jake seems to have gone backwards again but I think that it has something to do with his teeth, poor little mite.
Tinsel – we only have 6 teeth here at he moment, but there are 2 others that I can see coming through and DH seems to think he saw a molar there last night… what the?? I thought they came through when they were 2!!
Liz – Jake fed himself last night for the first time, well sort of. I’d put the potato on his fork, give it to him expecting it to be everywhere and he popped it straight in his mouth and gave me the fork back for more lol. Now I just have to let him have the bowl too!
Trish – I’d be interested to know how the teething necklace goes, not sure how they work? Poor Abbey jamming her finger in the door, Jake did that a few weeks ago and it left a dent in his finger for a few days, hope she’s ok!
Well I’d better get back to the housework, making the most of it while Jake has his sleep, although he’s been helping me this morning changing the sheets and hanging out the washing… or running off with it lol!
Catchya all a bit later :)
-
Adkins - yes it is a huge weight lifted off. but if i think about it i feel very sick in the stomach from nerves. - i think its just the fact of waiting for the unknown..A little like being pregnant the first time LOL
Nic - Yay on the sleep. I dont think i can even remember a night i slept that long.... *sigh*
Trish - nope, no number. I didnt want them ringing me incase i wasnt prepared for it. i just gave them my email addy.
I meant to ask you, how do you deal with Abbey being a squealer? Ash is going nuttso.. and found to quickly shut him up i needed a shock factor and was tapping his hand, i NOT a smacker but nothing else was working. BUT he caught on very quickly and when mum does it he smacks back... when i saw that i was blown away and told her we are never doing that again - i dont want him thinking its ok to smack!
so now ive revolted to blowing in his mouth LOL he hates it but even tho ive done it 100 times, he still gets a shock lol. what do u do?? i cant wait for this phase to be over!!!
Ash is becoming such a little chatter box these days its soo cute. Says up, down (does actions with his hands) says round and round and round when i put his food in the microwave. on and off when we are in the car and the lights turn on and off lol and my absolute FAV!... "Oh O' ! when he crashes toys or drops something he says "Oh O" - this morning he was in the bath and slipped, it was just a little one as i caught him, and he sits up and says "Oh O" i cracked up laughing!
I just love this age!!
Oh - i just brough ash his first BIG boys bed!! - heres the pic - soooo cute! getting it on monday brought from ebay. $80! sweet as!

Girls - I have been out of the BB forum for months now due to full time work and raising my DD and with her birthday being four days be\fore xmas and all the family catchs up before xmas to do.
I have had a quick skim and and hoping to contribute more as from what I have read everyone is doing great and has provided much support for all on here.
I was just wanting feedback from those who have had their 12 mth needles - hope many needles are there 2 or three? The Doctor I saw was unsure when I asked even though she has an 18mth old herself. I am booked in for DD needles with my regular DR in a week and it has just been playing on my mind.
Has anyones littlies had any adverse reactions? Has any one decided not to have them just yet or have them one by one over a period of time?
This is reallyplaying on my mind and I just can't get it out of my mind.
-
Kts - Ash had his yesterday. He seems to be fine so far. Barely cried at all after it.
The MMR usually take a week or so for reactions to kick in if there are going to be any.
I was very happy for Ash to have these ones, especially now there saying measles made a come back a few months ago... how ever the nurse was saying there not fully covered till they have had the second dose at 4yrs old i think it was??
It 3 needles at this stage - MMR, Meningococcal C and Hib
I personally wouldnt take Ash to someone who didnt know which needles were supposed to be given, sound sussy to me!
-
Bekz- GL for your scan on Tues
Buzzie- WTG on posting the letter. A friend of mine got pg and things didnt work out with the guy. He NEVER told his parents. On her DS's 1st birthday she looked his parents up (she'd never met them) and she called them. They organised to meet with her, her parents and her ds's dad- their son. The meeting went well BUT since then they have had NO contact. She is ok with this as she knows she did the right thing. Anyway what i am getting at is no matter what the outcome you should be so proud of yourself to know that you have done the right thing :hugs: Hope you hear from them Mon.
Well finally feeling a bit better today. Took the kids to the Zoo and Molly was so good i couldnt have asked for her to be better
-
Hi all,
Aghh Ty is being so whingy today, I think it's the teeth.
Trish- No I haven't got an amber thingy for Ty but a friend suggested one to me not long ago, they are supposed to be fantastic. Let me know if it works pls?
Hoody- How was the zoo? We took Ty to the aquarium the other day and he just loved it :)
kts- Yep, like Lauren said, 3 needles- I think they do one in each leg and one in the arm, is that right? Haven't got Ty's yet, he always get a bit whingy afterward and I wnated to wait until after Xmas so I didn't have to deal with whingy baby and whingy rellos all at once ;) I think we'll go next week... I want to get him done before I go back to work at the hospital. If you're worried about them, there are some fantastic threads on BB about vaccinations.
Tinsel- Ty's back teeth have just errupted lately, but the good news is they bothered him much less than the top ones. Poor Monique, I hope she cuts them all soon.
Liz and Janine- Howdy :D Ty is kinda feeding himself from a suction bowl that sticks to the tray. We work with three spoons and he feeds himself yoghurt or very soggy Weetbix. But I sit with a spoon too and pop in big mouthfuls while I can, or it takes forever... but ti is the only way to get him to eat off a spoon.
We went to thetrash and treasure markets this morning. Bloody hot but I picked up a really cool FP ball tower toy for Ty for $5. Not that I need anymore toys here... I just can't walk past a bargain
-
Ash has both arms and a leg.
-
hi everyone
well havent had any phone calls or msgs yet. Now im kinda wishing i did get something just so i know they have read it! Im thinking he might msg me tonight. unless his parents think its crap and throw it in the bin thinking nothing of it.. lol i dunno.
Ash has his orientation this morning, i stayed with him and he just loved it there which was great! lots of smiles. Tomorrow they said come in the morning and there happy for me to stay for lunch so he can sit with the other kids and eat. thats so nice of them. I will leave himon his own for a bit too, see how he goes.
I know he liked it there, but we were only there for an hour.. im worried a full day, hes gonna try to look for me...(well,.. maybe??)
Anyways ash has just gone to sleep., off to enjoy some quiet time!! :) His new bed is up but waiting for the sheets to dry! so hope he sleeps in it!!
-
Hi all,
Lauren- Glad Ash's orientation was good :) How'd he go in his toddler bed? I've been thinking of getting one for Ty.
Just aquick wooooot here- Ty took his first steps yesterday, three of them
And I am finally platinum member... can't wait for my avvy :)
-
Lauren: I hope things go smoothly with Robs parents.. Have you had much to do with them? Sorry I can't remember from previous posts.. are they nice enough people?
Lori: Toddler beds are great.. I never wanted one as I thought they were a waste of money but we got one for Jacob due to lack of space and I just loved it.. not long packed it away actually and Jacob is now in a big big bed.. Am thinking of moving Livi to one at 18 months..
had a pretty stinky night. Olivia woke up just as I was dropping off to sleep *sigh* then I attempted to get her to go back to bed in her own bed but alas wasn't to be.. she ended up in bed with us.. Makes us sleep bad when she is in our bed.. but not to worry.. one bad night is ok
Was going to go for a walk this morning but Isaac is having one of his dizzy days.. He tried his new medication the other day but he spent half an hour over the toilet because it made him so nauseous. yesterday when he got the dizzies he said please mummy don't give me that yucky medicine again so its back to the Drs for something else I think.. oh and yes it worked.. it stopped the onset of the headache almost instantly but he got dizzy again 4 hours later fell asleep and woke up feeling great..
oh and the medicine is so expensive.. not that it bothers me cus if it helps I will pay anything. Its $24.30 for 2 doses and Simon accidently wasted a dose eek lol.. and there are only 2 doses in a box..
-
Nic- Poor baby, hope the dizzies go away soon. That is expensive.... $12 a dose... crikey.
-
Hello everyone,
Lori- Wow looks like your little fellow is on the move too,ay! Kieren takes a few steps here & there but just plonks down on his bum again,he thinks it`s a game, lol. Is the weather hot enough for you? 39 deg, today again.....Sigh....
Nic- Hi,What`s up with with Jacob, hun? I must have missed alot of posts,is he alright? Medication is always exspensive these days,ay!!!
Bek- Hope your scan went well for you,Iam sure everything be be fine.
adkins- I don`t think you ever get a good nights sleep once you have the rug rats come along, lol.
Trish- Have you use that teething ring yet,Kieren can`t stand them,he likes a cool face washer, lol, cheaper for dear old mum.
Tincel- Hi how are you going, your new profile pic on f/book is lovely.
Buzzie- Hi how are you, sounds like you have alot going on in your life, hope everything works out well for you and Ash.
Well, the heat is killing me,went swimming earlly today, but the kids are so bored, you know how it is,that`s why i hate school holidays.lol.
Tiger`s Croup is under control,so he`s well on the mend, his Steroid medicine is making him eat like a bloody horse though,so he`s been eating fruit & healthy stuff.
If i have missed anyone hello to you all,it`s really hard to remember everything thats going on,iykwim.......lol. :grouphug: I can blame the weather!!!!!! Cheers Susan.
-
Hiya susan. Jacob has a headcold but it is Isaac who gets migraines and needs medication for it. He seems all good today so yay
I am feeling like a terrible mum right now.. The boys went outside in the shade this morning and I had left the sunscream in the car so thought they should be alright in the shade.. Then this afternoon once again out the back in the shade they went out with a friend.. then they wanted to go out the front so I said yeh and was out there watching them.. I didn't even think of the time.. it was 2:30. they have come in now after playing with the hose and water guns and both are sunburnt :( I feel so bad.. I just thought they would be ok. Its not the first time though unfortunatly but the first time at this time of the day iykwim?
Lauren: Any phone calls or messages yet?
-
i just lost an entire post... RRGH.. hate that.
No calls or anything today... gone from being freaked out about a call to dying to have one just so i know they got it!!!
Will come back later to re-do my post..
-
Hi everyone,
I am feeling a little out of the loop as I haven't posted for a couple of days.
Lauren - This anxious waiting for the call might be the worst thing that comes from the whold letter thing, fingers crossed for you :crossfingers:
Kts64 - Olivia had all the needles at once (both arms and one leg), she was completley fine about having them, only cried for a minute and was then over it. About 10 days afterwards she got a bit of a cold (they said she might), but that was all.
Nic - Poor Isaac. Migraines are definately not nice, I can't imagine having them so young.
Trish - I've heard of the amber necklaces but don't know anyone who has tried them.
Susan - Luckily it is not that hot here. I am not a fan of the really hot weather, today (30 degrees) was enough for me.
Lori - Yippee Ty! Olivia took her first few wobbly steps in the last few days too, although I am not sure they count as they are very little and quick, but is is still very exciting!
Bekz - I hope your scan went well today.
Not much to report here. We tood Olivia to the beach this afternoon and she seemed to enjoy herself for awhile but soon got tired and grumpy (we didn't go at the best time for her ) She has 8 teeth at the moment but she is definately starting to feel the molars moving around as she is constantly chewing her fingers and hand now.
A friend babysat for us last night and we went to see The Curious Case of Bejamin Button - OMG I cried for 45 minutes! If you are planning on seeing it, take tissues.
Hope the sleep fairy visits you all tonight :bedtime:
-
Hello Nic,I hope Isaac willbe ok,hun.I suffer from Migranes too,& have to lay in a dark room, but they can last a couple of days.I use Mersondol tablets from the chemist, but i don`t think kids can take them. Hope things get better for your son.
Your not a bad Mum either, the same thing has happened too us,we only have a little bit of shade in our yard,& no matter how much you make the kids stay under the tree`s they always end up pink, thankfully never bad sunburn though. I don`t know about you,but I?m so SICK of our kids asking to go out & play in the bloody heat of the day...Sigh.....:wall: now i call them dumb asses!!!! Bad mum ay!!!!! :hide:
Well today`s temperature in Sydney was 39 deg, & tomorrow is going to be 41 deg,
I?m going shopping earlly in the morning for sure.
Lauren- Don`t ya jusy hate it when you loose a post,i get peeded off,i don`t seem to have much patients the last few days, bring on the rain.
I?m going to have a cold shower & try to get some sleep...... See Ya!
-
Hi ya,Alicia I didnt see your post hun! Yeah, not a fan of the extreme hot weather, not when all the kids are bored & whingging at me all the bloody time,I think i will move to the Antartic for a while,BY MYSELF!!!!!,LOL. Hope all is well at your end.Cheers.
-
Alicia: Hi :) yay for those first few steps.. They are so cute when they start walking. Does it mean molars when they stick thier hands in the back of thier mouth? Olivia has been doing that a bit too
I saw a trailer for benjamin button and wasn't sure what to think lol.. Will keep an eye out for it at the dvd store in a few months..
Susan: hope that heat eases up soon.. Its still been in the 30's here this week but heaps cooler.. NYE and New years day were horrendous.. Thank goodness it has eased
Good Sleep was had here.. and Olivia slept for 3 hours yesterday afternoon.. Gee she needed it. She was so happy
Anyways all my kidlets are up now and they are wanting breakfast.. Have a good day everyone!
-
Hi everyone
Alicia – Lucky you getting to go to the movies, that’s great! I want to see that as well, must remember the tissues lol
Susan – hope you get some relief from the heat soon, that sorta stuff is never nice!
Nic – so glad you got a good night sleep woohoo! I had a little monster last night, up a few times and then between 2 and 4am he just wouldn’t settle no matter what I did… I think his teeth are playing up. Oh well, here’s hoping for a good night tonight, I’m dead on my feet at work today!
Hi to everyone else, sorry if I’ve missed you, I’m at work having a quick skim (naughty I know!)
Have a great day!!
xxx
-
Hi all,
Susan- Bloody hot isn't it?? Just ridiculous. It's like a walking into a sauna, going out in the afternoon.
Janine- Naughty girl  Crossing my fingers you get a good night tonight. Don't know how you cope, having to get up and go to work in the morning.
Lauren- Have you heard anything yet hun?? You pooor thing, how frustrating :wall: I'd be wanting to call them and see if they got it...
Alicia- So it was a good movie? We *almost* saw it the other night, then went with The Day The Earth Stood Still. It was, seriously, the WORST movie either of us have ever seen. So we might have made the wrong choice
Nic- Yay  on the big sleep. That's always nice.
I did have Ty booked in for needles today but like Susan said, it will be 41 degrees so I've cancelled the appointment. No need to stick him when he'll already be really uncomfortable. Going to the library for a crawl around because we are both bored and it's too hot to be outside....
Hope you all have a lovely day and those of you in Sydney aren't melted puddles by the end of the day ;)
-
Hi everyone sorry i have been slack not posting at the moment i am doing the new yr body challenge and taking it really seriously. I have cut down all my internet time and instead am trying to stay active (rather than sat on a chair in front of the comp). I lost 1.9kg this last week and 8cm. So pleased with my results but they are very well deserved imo as i have worked very hard lol.
The weather is yuk here too high 30's. Luckily we have AC but its not ducted so the girls rooms still get very warm. We have had family visiting from QLD so most our evenings have been pretty full on at the minute and DH is flying out to Vietnam again tonight so back to been a single mama for 2 wks.
Molly is doing really well. She is walking along the furniture but I dont think she will walk for a while. I am wanting to see the specialist to see if we will need splints for her. The more mobile she gets the more obvious her problem is. I think without treatment she will def have a limp.
Buzzie- Any news?
Bekz- How did the scan go?
MoM- Hows the family?
Aussienic- Dont worry about the sunburn you arent a bad mum these things happen. How horrible for Isaac to get migraines. Does the heat trigger them? I had 2 last week lasting for a couple of days each.
I know i've missed lots of you but you are all in my thoughts.
-
Hello Ladies,
I'll call in tomorrow and do some personals.
Bub is fine, bouncing around. I had a 4D scan and bub waved at us, very sweet and now I feel all is so real. Heart beat 154, length 7cms new edd 10 July.
Thanks so much for your wishes means heaps...:grouphug:
-
Yay Bekz :bluecheer: that is fantastic!!!!!
-
hi everyone, Ash is sitting having breakfast so ill see how much i can remember of my post to re-do.
Still no news, was very tempted to email the SIL but mum said dont, best the mum finds out first incase she doesnt know yet, maybe there on holidays still?? hmmmm
Bekz - so glad the scan went well.... you will have to get your ticker up and running with ur new pics!! :D are u gonna put them up anywhere?
Nic - no i never had much to do with robs parents. said the odd hi how are you and 2 min conversation but thats it. They are very nice ppl from the times we have spoken.
Hope your poor little man gets better. Made me sad when he said i dont want the medicine anymore! :(
Lori - Ash LOVEs his new bed! sleeps in it without and hassels at all, i plop him down and hes a little star fish in his very own bed! i love it.
Lori was it you who got ur nose pierced not long ago?? Im dying to know how its going, if its been ripped out... i was thinking i should have mine in again, but Ash loves poking my eyes so he might be quite attracted to the stud.
Alicia - i thought that movie was gonna be a sad one!!! how nice to get out and see one tho.
Hoody - Big hugs for molly, hope she wont need the splints, but if they help her better she has it now i guess.
we got Ashs stomach apt on friday.. this week has been an absolute killer!! ive been up at least 10 times EVERY night this week and its really making me struggle to get ready in the morning cos im so exhausted!
Having a break from ABC today, yesterday i kept trying to slowly move away from him. Every few mins he was looking for me and as long as he saw me he was fine playing with the toys. I slowly moved around the corner and his face was so heartbreaking when he was looking around and it was slowly sinking in i wasnt there.. then he put him head in his hand and bawled the most sadest cry!! i almost cried standing right there!!! Christ i hate this SOOO much! its just not fair!! :crying:
I know hes going to be a mess for a little while and will get there, but gees its gonna be a rough ride. I will only make him to half a day on tuesday before the BIG day on wednesday when im at work.
Another one of the mothers group mums announced shes pregnant again....as much as i really dont want another right now, it made me all mushy... ho humm..
ummmm cant remember anything else... oh im getting my hair completely changed this sat, coloured and cut -I CANT WAIT - its my bday pressie from mum, a complete make over... im soooo needing it to help me with my new start to 2009...need something to look forward to.....
-
Hi everyone, hope you're having a good day!
Bekz - that's fantastic that all is well with bubs! I knew it would be, i could feel it in my bones :)
Lauren - it must be so frustrating not hearing anything back yet, sit tight my love, your mum might be right and they're still on holidays! Poor you and Ash at childcare, it must be so awful for you to see when he's getting so upset, it will get better though, hang in there!
Well just a quick one from me today, at work again (really naughty now hey!)
Take care all
xxx
-
Lauren- I did get my nose done, but it got infected and I had to take it out :( i think Hoody got hers done after me?? Poor Ash and poor you :( Will be a bit traumatic at first, but I'm sure he will love it onve he gets used to it, ykwim?? And woohoo on the haircut!!
ETA- Watch it Janine, you'll cop a smack or something off the boss!! ;)
-
Lauren - I hope the parents got the letter and they have scheduled a meeting with Rob to 'please explain'. Then I think you will hear something. Awww that must be heartbreaking to see Ash with his head in his hands crying. Poor baby. Monique can't start child care next week because the centre hasn't been finished yet and so they can't get their licence until that is done. So not sure when she starts but thank goodness I don't start work for another 2.5 weeks. Have a wonderful time at the hairdressers on Saturday. I am getting my hair chopped off too. Bummer about losing the post. After I type up a post, I select all and copy and then I hit the submit button but if it kicks me out, I go back in and paste my post and works well.
Bek - great news on the scan. I have fingers crossed that we both have blue bundles (although I know that girl bundles will be just as nice). Only 4 weeks until the next scan and we'll hopefully find out what we are having.
Hoody - you have done so well - congratulations! It will be nice to get my body back into shape after this bub. I am sure you will be fine without DH but I'm sure it will be busy with the girls. We are here if you need to vent.
Lori - I don't blame you for not getting needles done in that heat. Yuck. Hope it is cooler there today. It's cooler here which is lovely.
adkins - We have teeth troubles here too although it is usually from about 8pm for a few hours and then around 5am but she gives in for a cuddle and then goes back to sleep.
MoM - have a good time in Antartica. Love your new pics on FB. I can't believe how much Kieran and DH look alike.
Liz - how are all the preparations going for the party? You have been busy.
Alicia - hi. Well done to Olivia taking steps. Monique still isn't very confident and sits down when she realises we aren't holding on. How nice to get out with DH. I might ask my sister to babysit while she is still on holidays - good idea.
Nic - glad you are getting good sleep still. Hope Isaac is doing ok.
Trish - How is everything going?
I started sleep bootcamp with Monique on Friday night and it is going well. I am no longer BF overnight (or at all anymore) and the first night was better than I thought. She woke at her usual 1am, 3am and 5am but I gave her cuddles when she let me and gave her the dummy and soothed her back to sleep. The second night she only woke up once and I managed to get her back to sleep after a drink of water and every other night she tends to wake up around 5am but the worst thing is I am not sleeping very well! Oh well, one of these days.
-

Lori - bugga about the nose getting infected, i hate going through all the pain of getting it down and then that happening.. i got my belly button done 4 times and it kept reacting to the metal or something and getting infected but i really wanted it! When i asked to go back the 5th time they said no cos there was too much scar tissue and couldnt get the needle through LOL Yeh i screamed the 4th time when they really jammed in it the go through... dont know why i wanted the 5th lol
