Well i might as well join in on the posting at the same time, lori i was just about to post and u got to it so now i think ive read them all.
Hoody - lots of luck with mollys walking, i hope she surprises everyone and starts soon, but if not im sure things will work out, shes lucky to have parents who will do anything they can to help her!
Nic - like everyone says, maybe olivia is just a small child... im very curious to know if i will always have big kids like u said with 3 big boys....
Ash is 80cm tall so not as tall as i thought, so he is kinda pudgy lol
Trish - i was gonna recomended the thing Alicia said, the power board cover thing.... GREAT idea!! target have them for about $25 i think it is, and just fits over the power board with just the cords sticking out..
Adkins & Alicia - NICE sleeping bubbas u got there!! can i have some of that please?? lol
Lori - How horrible the instructor did that! good on you for complaining about it, i would of done the same... they so shouldnt let parents have there own kids in with them!
Well Ash is on day 2, i put him down and he went straight to the table and played with toys, didnt bat an eye lid at me and i was talking to the carer, then i said bye ash and he CRIED!! chased after me and didnt want me to go, but the lady picked him up and im sure he would of been ok after she distracted him but it was sad to leave on that note! :( ive expressed a bottle today so hoping they can get him to sleep!!
Thanku for the birthday wishes.. i think im starting to feel a little older now.. LOL

Happy Birthday Lauren!
It's going to be a stinker here today too and we don't have air conditioning so we might go to the pool to cool down.
Alicia and Adkins - woohoo on the sleep. I'm having a better nights sleep here too but I'm now trying to get her to stay in her cot to sleep.
Hoody - glad the appointment went well and you were able to find out what is happening.
Alicia - Monique is a little chatterbox too and she can get quite loud. The things she comes out with are so funny it makes us laugh and she cracks herself up as well. We have no idea what she is saying though. It will be funny when she puts sentences together.
Lori - grrr I would be cranky at the instructor too. Hope it works out. Ty will be fine with the needles. I thought Monique and I would be crying but she only had a few tears and was over it when I distracted her. I managed to stay composed as well :D
Bek - how wonderful to feel the flutters. I swear I felt them about 2 weeks ago and has been on and off since then. I never felt it with Monique until much later so it's exciting. Reminds me that I'm pregnant as well although the large stomach does that too  (I've always wanted to use that one). Did I tell you our 20 week scan is on Valentines Day? I think that is so sweet and can't wait.
Hi Trish and Nic. I best keep moving. Stay cool!
-
Hi all,
Buzzie- Check the meassgaes forum hun, might be one on there for you ;)
Needles went a-ok. Had a big heartbreaking cry and was calling out 'Mum' 'Mum' :( But back to his happy self in about 5 minutes flat :)
I found a stroller while I was out walking with Jus (MIA Buddy member!) this morning. It's a good one, and in great nic... just laying in a park near us. I've stripped the cover off, it's in the wash, and will give it a good scrub  I was just about to go and buy one, I'm so glad I didn't.
-
Buzzie - Happy Birthday!!! Glad Ash is settling into daycare.
Tinsel - My scan is the 16th. Are you going find out the sex?
Nic - Now miss Nic, you are doing everything right with miss O. :hugs:
Hoody - Good to hear the Molly's apt went well. I am sure with some physio and therapy that she'll be just fine. A cousin of mine has a boy who had growth/muscle issues (and a major heart condition) and he did not walk till he was 2yo. He is 3 now and boy he can move!!!
Lori - All best for Ty's needles today. You just posted, glad the needles went of ok. Say hi to Jus and Ella for us
Trish - Hi, I feel so sorry for you being school hols hon. Miss Loren is into everything and climbing everywhere. I had a bad mummy moment yesterday. Loren climbed onto the lounge which I knew she did, instead of going to get her off I let her go. I turned my back and what do ya know Loren falls backwards onto the floor. At least she didn't get back on the lounge for the rest of the arvo.
I have a decision to make ladies. Do I put Loren in daycare before our new bub is here or do I keep her at home? I started Sara in daycare at 15 months and at the time she was a very confident non clingy baby. I had no issues at all, expect she got sick alot the first winter. I wasn't going to put Loren in until she was 2plus, mainly because she is more clingy and hates strangers, and I did not want her to be sick all the time over winter when I have a new born at home. People have suggested I start her early so that she can get over seperation anxiety and that she'll be used to going before the new bub comes. What do you think? My other alternative is to get a occassional baby sitter or a cleaner to help me out. Any thoughts?
-
Happy birthday Lauren!!
Bekz - I would be inclined to get a cleaner rather than use childcare, but that's just me. It depends if there are other reasons as to why you want to put Loren in daycare ie. to socialise her etc. The last thing you'd feel like doing with a newborn and your girls would be cleaning if you got a spare minute! But again, that's just my opinion.
Tinsel - how cool your scan is on valentines day! That is so sweet!
Gotta fly, catchya soon
-
Bekz - as i have learnt these last couple days, as heart breaking as it may seem, i think you will love as well as NEED the quiet space with bubs. Fair enough the sickness thing, but if your breast feeding number #3 maybe he/she might just be ok.
I had a call from ABC about 11.35 Ash was fast asleep!! OMG!!!! i was blown away, i thought they would never be able to get him down!
He refused the milk in the bottle so she put it in a sippy cup and he drank it and fell asleep and they put him down on a mat on the floor with all the other toddlers - Oh forgot to mention.... hes the ONLY baby there, so he had to be in the toddler room - which isnt far off his age anyways but he was learn things much faster watching them.
So i said call me when hes awake and see if hes ready to be picked up... its 1.45 and he has just woken up... and hes playing fine...Woohoo!
Better go pick him up! cant wait for my cuddles!!
-
Lauren, that's fantastic! So glad things are getting better for you and Ash!

Lauren: Thats great news.. Good Boy asher :)
I am having a nice day today.. I got heaps of sleep as did the kids so they are happy to.. Were driving me mental this morning but not being naughty just being kids.. the lady from across the road came over and we chatted till lunch time and apparently I am going over there this afternoon lol.. Isaac and her boy are both starting school this year same school but different classes..
Anyways will be nice to have someone to chat to on a regular basis :)
-
it been ages since I have posted, have been lurking but lazy.
can someone send me some of the sleep vibes for Fia, she has 4 teeth (molars but not the back ones) coming through and he gums are all swolen and painful, panadol is hardly hitting the pain and if I give her anothe frozen Ice block today she will be bouncing of walls.
I have been advised verbally that I have a month left of work as my job is moving to Brisbane and being merged with another accountant's up there. Losing the money sucks but other than that I am not too worried. I have been feeling for a while that this job was talking me away from the girls too much, even now I feel as if I should try to get a hour of work done instead of doing my own stuff on thr computer. Mother Guilt - you either work and contribute to the household money and savings but in turn have less time with your kids, or you stay at home, have heaps of time with the kids, go balmy without enough adult conversation and have less money.
Sofia is now satnding up on her own, not walking yet but I think that could happen soon. She is talking heaps with "Oh Dear" "all gone" "cat" "noooooo" "ball" and "ia" that last one being Maria
-
Kitten - I am sure something else will come your way regarding work. I know how you feel, I crave adult company and if I wasn't pregnant now I would be looking at starting work next year. Tbh some days I wonder how I am going to cope staying at home for another few years without having a life other than being a sahm. Although I hope you enjoy your time at home with the girls. Maybe go to playgroup, I find going is a godsent for me
Hi all

:hello: to eveyone, gee I have lots to catch up on.
Nic- Hi,I?m sure Olivia is just fine Nic.You know yourself every child is different and she is happy & healthy little girl.Maybe Nic,like the other ladies have said,if Olivia is a little eat or a bit picky, she probably just keeps burning of her daily caleries from being so active now,Hun.I?m sure you are doing all the right things,Nic,gee you have raised three other children Hun,your doing a fabulous job, stop beating yourself up.
Hoody- Hi,Wow you certainly have had lots going on in your life too,Hun.
I?m sure Molly will suprise you some day soon,& she will be fine, too.Hope you get good news from your Doctor about the x-rays. Good luck Hun.
Alicia-Hi,about the squealing,Kieren is going through the same stage atm,it realy annoys me when I?m driving,he makes me jump, like something is realy wrong, or he does it now when his brother 2.5 comes near him when playing with toys. It`s just so ear piercing. Kieren is only taking three steps at a time still,he`s not in any hurry to walk, lol.
Lauren-Hi, glad to hear that Ash is settling into day care,it`s a huge step in a little person`s life. We have our 2.5 year old Tiger starting pre school next Wednesday, not sure how he will go,but all our others loved it.Fingers crossed, lol.
adkins- hi,the heat is killing me!
The kids are bored, Iam also sick of these long Holidays. I bought my youngest ones chuncky crayons to draw with but Kieren decided to eat the paper off them instead of trying to draw with the others, lol. Whoo Hoo! on Jake sleepping for you.Isn`t it great to get a decent nights sleep, once in a while,we have been blessed with kieren he has been sleeping through for a while now, must be just lucky this time around, lol.
Trish- hi Hun,how are you. Don`t the little ones know how to give us a heart attack, lol. There is only so much kid proofing you can do,Iam so sick off, moving & changing the furniture around, now!!! ykwim. Kieren is in to everything, someone left the back door ajar the other day & he got down the step,& was trying to go head first down the others off our back verandah, scared me,as i couln`t find him.The bigger kids think they live in a bloody tent! The school holidays are way too long,& I can`t wait for them to get back to school.
Lori- hi isn`t the weather shameful.i know it`s summer, but it`s just so bloody hot! not good for nap times. Glad you complained about the ***** who had her own kids at swimming, what do you pay your hard earned money for! I would be so Pi--ed off.Hope you are well,Hun.
Bek z- hi glad to hear everything is coming along fine with your pg. It`s always exciting when the butterfly`s start, good luck with your next ultra sound, too.
Kitten2b- hi teething is just the pits, for all of us,upset mummies & bubs,i found that the Panadol wasn`t strong enough,so i changed to Nuerofen, works better for Kieren, hope those nasty little teeth pop up soon.
Tincel-Hi Hun,how have you been?,the weather has been terriable down your way too!
Your Ultra sound date is a very special one,Hun. Hope all is going well for you & the family,I hated the heat when i was pg.Take care.
Nic-WOW,back to you Hun,we should be all caught up now, lol.
Nic,it`s always nice to have another Adult to talk to,instead of being with the kids 24-7 even better if they live close to you like your friend across the road, good on you, don`t be shy,it`s nice to have a chat over coffee, hun.
:o
Now finally,i havent been around much as I have found a large lump in my left Breast,& the pain has been getting worse over the past three months or so,it brings me to tears somedays. I finally told my DH,& he was really upset with me for not saying anything.Iam waiting to get to see my lady Doctor next week,I thought it was from Breast feeding, the tissue in the Breast, but not sure exactly, like most mum`s I`ve been suffering in silence, but being silly i suppose as Breast Cancer run`s in our family on both sides. Anyway,i will hopefully know something by next week. Good night all, cheers.
-
 Susan I hope the lumps turns out to be nothing. I found a lump when Ethan was 8 months old.. Went straight home (we were on holidays) and I had an US done. turned out to be a blocked milk duct thank goodness..
-
Susan - hope ur ok, as far as im aware if it was breast cancer it shouldnt hurt...?? maybe it is just some problems with your milk ducts or something?
Hope you get it sorted asap.
Im feeling all crappy today,. bit like pms.. but just want to cry for no reason.. gees the body is weird sometimes....
I cant wait to start working full time and making money again, yet im nervous as about it.. its soo doing my head in.
Hope the weather is cooler for everyone today!! :)
-
Lauren: When do robs parents get home? I hope you hear something soon.. Is anyone collecting thier mail or is it a po box thingy? me being the paranoid person i am lol... I wonder if rob was collecting the mail and saw the letter from you would he give it to them
-
It was just to a home box, and i wondered if he might of thought it was something from me, knowing i wanted them to know anyways.
I got mum to write on the front as he knows my handwritting. I have been trying to get as much info as i can from his mate without making it obvious and he was the one telling me they might still be at the beach but i couldnt push him anymore.
I emailed the SIL couple days ago asking if the parents were still on holidays and besides thinking im a weird freak for asking her these questions when we really dont know each other LOL, i havent heard back yet.
The only thing im thinking is wait till the end of jan, and you would at least think they would have to be back and if ive heard nothing, emailing the letter to the SIL and/ or sister. I know they go online so they would definatly get it.
I was going to drive past there house to see if there car was back but they have a garage. :(
