Lara - I understand you!!! After i had Ben everyone went on about "oh, you forget about the pain very fast dont you?" I could have punched them in the face. I still heard screaming in my head for weeks and weeks. Very traumatic. My birth was fast and hard (3hours). although fast and hard is always better than slow and drawn out. And, i was stil in pain for quite a while afterwards (BAD BAD piles TMI sorry) and then to top it off, i had an infection. It just didnt end. AND i had the WORST time breastfeeding
