Morning!

Have my parents coming down this morning. First time ive seen them since before Christmas.. since they did Christmas without us.

Tan.. oh woo on the scooter. lol theyd be fun to ride. Oh yay for Ash in her cot! Yes we're up at 6.30am every morning too.. cos of Jesse. Im not looking forward to when day light savings end.. means it will be 5.30am. Hoping its darker longer in the morning though. Oh woo on miss Ash standing! Jesse never stood like that.. would always just bend when we tried... until he started standing up himself. Keira doesnt yet either. Maybe i just have lazy kids lol. Oh it was very sad.. i was watching the time all day to when i could pick him up. But he had a great day. Is still talking positive about it so hope this Thursday he is happy to go too. Ooow yeh i have no idea where the gallery is. Hope all our pics arent deleted. The Members list sections gone too.

Feeb.. oh grrr at AF! Sux hey. Oh yeh hun i would do that too if hes not interested. Just leave it a couple of weeks. He'll get there. Hope he keeps getting better with that sleeping for you hun.

Morning all

Well had a pretty crap sleep. I dont know why as Ive been so tired lately. Liam woke at 4am so I just put his dummy in but he is ending up the end of the cot every day. I think that is what he was awake at 4 cause his head was hitting the bar. :wall: Is anyone else child doing that. Might pop into the nurses today to get him weighed and then see if I can get his needles tomorrow. Callum off to day care today, thank God as he is just becoming so naughty. I dont know what is wrong with him.:o

Also been a bit MIA, busy weekend and computer broke yesterday :doh: so had to fire up the old laptop.... it's weird using windows again after having a mac for six months! had an absolutely shocking night last night too, the worst ever! she woke up at 1.50, wouldn't go back to sleep until nearly 3 and was awake again at 4! :wall::wall: No idea what was going on at all, she has been back to sleeping through so :dunno: The Bear also couldn't sleep so he was up between 11.30 and 1.
Missy know how you feel with the bad night... hope tonight is better.
Kel that is so cool with Jesse loving preschool. LOL about the triplets dream.... I know what you mean, I am still having full on dreams every night, I thought it was just a pregnancy thing but it never went away!
Tan good on Ash with the standing.... Beth wants to stand all the time now, if you sit her down sometimes she will complain until you hold her hands so she can stand. She can take steps across the room if you hold her hands. Got some video of her trying to crawl the other day... it wasn't fast and it wasn't elegant but she definitely was trying! sweetpea good for reaghan with her solids... need to find something else for Beth cause she is over the cereal now :rolleyes:
Feeb sorry to hear J is still not into the solids.... hope he is back on to them soon. Anyway guess I'd better run, got to have a shower and get to pump class... just what I feel like after the sleep I had last night :doh: big :hello: to everyone I missed and have a great day!

Had a really really bad night with Bubbablue last night. :rolleyes: He's currently sleeping now so I hope he wakes up in his happy chappy mood that he usually has when he's had enough sleep. We're going out with my mum today.
I'll be back for personals tonight probably and all that jazz.

Tan - Go Ash and sleeping in her cot. I hope she's still sleeping in there well. Good work with the standing and steps. That's great. Bubbablue is all about the standing up lately. Last night I had him standing up holding onto me and leaning against me. I had my arms there to catch him if he fell but I wasn't holding him. He was doing it for like 2mins before his knees buckled. I was so proud and he was so excited especially when DS1 went and stood next to him. I've tried the stepping across the room but half the time he just doesn't seem to like it. :rolleyes:

Sounds like everyone is having issues with sleeping lately.
We had another awful night here, although it wasn't as bad as the first time which I'm hoping is a good sign. We're putting it down to teeth. Naughty little teeth. We gave him nurafen in the middle of the night and when it kicks in he sleeps and doesn't wake up every hour or whatever.
We ended up sleeping on the lounge last night, Bubbablue and me, so DP could sleep better. I was half asleep and too lazy to fix the futon too, so the lounge was it. Lol. DP didn't end up sleeping very well anyways he said it was cause I wasn't in the bed with him and he even came out and checked on us a few times. Hehe

We had a good weekend and stuff. Went to the beach and all that jazz. it was really good. DP even caught a big fish for me when he was beach fishing. YAY!

Tenny - happy 6 months for yesterday - sorry I missed it - I've been lurking but not really posting that much - been very busy lately.

I've changed my days at work to just one day a week - so have to ring up centrelink today and see if I can still send the kids to care for that one day - and what my FTB will be and all that kinda stuff.

DS has got viral asthma so isn't a happy chappy at the moment and is currently thrashing around on my lap :rolleyes:

After making sure Bubbablue's rash dealio was getting better we're back on foods again.
He has some fruit for lunch - nectarine. Then had a quarter of my banana later in the afternoon. Almost couldn't get it in his mouth fast enough at first. Lol. Then he'll have vegies for dinner. Nomnomnom.

It's lovely here at the moment. Cooled down beautifully with some rain after it got to like 40 degrees today.

Hope everyone is well. It has been really hot here in the last few days, it reached 40 degrees my god. Jonathan woke up every 2hrs last night, poor bubba cause of heat or teething. I just gave him a bath so hopefully he will sleep good 2n ( I won't hold my breathe hehehe).

All these sleepless babies.. poor things and poor mums i hope those teeth hurry up and come through. Keiras been sleeping great.. had no problems with her, but in saying that she doesnt have any teeth yet so im sure my turn is yet to come.

Well have to run. Need to eat some breaky before we go out.

Well im abit sore today. Been going to the gym. I feel great in the sence that im working out but my body is abit sore. I guess it needs getting us to it. Was there 3 1/2 hrs last night then back again tonight but only for a hr.

Kids are great, Liam is sleeping well and callum is staying in his bed. Liam is rolling all the time and all he wants to do it sit. He still cant sit by himself.

Kell how is it going with your parents down. Bet the kids were excited to see them.

Tenny yep liam when through a stage when he wasnt sleeping well. I think he is getting better. Ive been checking his teeth as he had one come through on boxing day but now it doesnt seem to be there. Not sure what going on there. I know there up and down for a while but once they broke the skin I thought that was it. Liam is the same with his fruit, cant get it in fast enough...lol


Pix hope beth is sleeping abit better for you. Oh the pump class, I did that last night. I enjoyed it but as you said abit sore..

Isabel is getting another tooth so she has been a little grizzly lately. The weather isn't helping either poor darling. Oh today I'm going to pay for her swimming lessons we start in Feb. I had my first Pilates class last night I think it will help just need to get the technique correct it's harder to do than I thought.

Missy - I thought once the teeth were through the gums they stayed out too. Well, they have for both my boys. Bubbablue has his 2 little chompers at the bottom. I think the ones either side of them are close. Idk about anywhere else. It's hard to tell sometimes, I think.

Not much going on with us. Last night was a better night sleep too. Not sure how tonight will go though. It's not so warm tonight either so that might help too. :dunno:

A/C's are finally in and working in the kids rooms although niece's b/f has to come back to do something. SIL came over, I asked if she wanted to stay for dinner (secretly hoping she'd say no). Chris went to squash, Jayden was being silly and showing off all night, another SIL popped in so of course Jayden wouldn't go to bed. SIL#6 ended up putting him to bed at 8.45, SIL#1 went home and I put Ashlea to sleep. I have just finished cleaning up dinner, fed the cat and cleaned up Jayden's toys. So much for my peaceful night!!

Tenny: HAPPY 6mths to Hayden and HAPPY 6 YEARS for you and DH!!! WOW 2mins of H standing there is great!! Ash only does it for 30secs or so

Mez: Good on you for starting Pilates! I went before I was PG with Ash until I was about 13wks or so. It gets easier!

Missy: Well done to you too going to the gym!!

As for us:
Ashlea is getting her needles next week, can't believe our babies are 6mths already! I have to book in to see the CHN too for her 6mth check up.
Jayden has been trying to get involved with Ashlea lately, not in an annoying her way but instead he is trying to help....eg..Yesterday I was feeding Ashlea, and he lays down next to us and lifts his top up and said "Me feed her" LOL it was so cute, when I put her on him though he giggled and pushed her off. I called the Dr Monday morning to get Jayden's cough seen to (throwing up with it again), I got off the phone and he said "was that the dr? He make me better with medicine??" Then at the Dr's he let the Dr check his heart/ears/throat without me having to hold him and told the Dr "thats enough now" on the way out I said say goodbye to Dr ******* "Goodbye Dr Wolf!" Last night he told MIL Dr wolf is scary. I just love this age (minus the painted on ears and the tantrums of course :rolleyes:).

Jayden's 1st day back at FDC tomorrow.....I'm going to miss him! Will be nice just to look after 1 for a change though haha I might even attempt banana and rhubarb cupcakes.....hopefully it doesn't turn out like my banana cake did today haha (photo's on my FB for those that haven't seen it haha)

Hope everyone is well and keeping out of all this heat the country seems to be getting! Hasn't been too bad here I guess but I now have 4 a/c's in the house to keep me cool haha
