Hi girls! thanks for the Happy 5 months for TARA! sorry we havent been around, been flat out with hubby and Julia and both kids sick sounds like its going around. DH went back to work today so everything back to normal! hopefully will have time to read and catchup with you all tomorrow! Sending big hugs to all those who have sick bubbas and siblings. Hope they get better soon.

HAPPY 5 MONTHS TARA, KEIRA & ASHLEA
Well my hubby went off to Vietnam this morning & my sister is staying with me for 2 & a half weeks. I get scared here on my own I hear noises & my heart races like theres no 2m, hehehehe it was worse when I was pregnant with Jonathan I had anxiety attack.
Pixie- J's rash is a little better. I think it was the potatoes. My friend said to me "i told u, u should put a little potatoe on the teaspoon & then add more each day, & that way he won't get rough dry on his face." So I'm like ok.
Missy- Have fun sweety, enjoy :)
Kel- Yeah i was having the same problem as well with the hair. OMG few wees ago my hair was falling out like there was no 2m, still some hair fall out now & there.

Happy 5 months to Tara, Kiera and Ashleigh.
Hope everyone enjoyed christmas/hanukah.
Reaghan was great on Christmas day, but then I got really sick with the summer flue and she caught it. so since Boxing day she has not been sleeping to well and waking up over night evey 3hrs. Though last night she went down at 830pm woke at 1130 for a feed and straight back to sleep till 530am, so hopefully she is on the mend.
She is starting to get up on all fours so I think crawiling wont be long now, she is pretty much sitting up unaided for short periods of time to. I can't believe she will be 6 months on sunday.
We have started to think about what food to start her on but wont do that till she is over 6 months as she does not show much interest at all. I was bf her last night and eating and she did not try to grab or anything.
Sorry for the post all about Reaghan. hadn't been on in a while.

just a quick one, lots to do today... we went out last night for our 2nd wedding anniversary. IL's looked after Beth and she screamed a lot :redface: poor little bubba.... we could hear her crying when we came to pick her up but she was happy again as soon as she had me and the Bear.
Tasia good to see that J's rash is better. We have been giving Beth tastes of different foods - letting her suck on some cucumber or fruit - and now every tiny spot (heat rash) or diarrhea (rotarix) makes me wonder if she is having a reaction to something.

Kel - good to hear Jess is feeling better. Kiera's not fat.... Beth is fat! Even complete strangers comment on how chunky her thighs are! Poor thing!

Anastasia - I don't really like staying here by myself either - I'm quite sensitive to feeling vibes in this house, and I can always sense when some spirit is in the room with me - and since this is an old house there is quite a few!!!! Freaks me out a little.

I keep getting my dates mixed up since I am not at work - but happy 5 months yesterday for Lucas and Alyssa. I thought it was the 29th today :doh:
Have to take Miss M to the clinic this morning, get her stats and stuff so will update later when I get home. DH is taking DS to bunnings at the same time - get him out and about so hopefully he can stay awake - not like yesterday - DH took him down the street and he fell asleep while walking around the shops!! arggghhh.. then he took 40 minutes to get to sleep last night. If he doesn't have a day sleep he is asleep in under 10 minutes. We like that much better!!!!

Well had a good night sleep last night. Jonathan got up at 3.33am. Hubby rang at 12.13am on my mobile & I was sleeping, he thought it was night like 9 or 10pm. I will ring him later this afternoon.

Pixie- I have given Jonathan pumpkin yesterday & he loves it, he was eating it really fast, he was hungry hehehehe.
Sweet- Poor bubba & u, hope u both get better soon. That's great the Reaghan is on all fours. Jonathan is trying to push his legs to go up hehehehe.

Ok back from clinic visit.
HC - 41.3cm
Length - 66 (but she is notoriously bad for measuring - we measured her at home to be 70cm and that was accurate cos both of us held her and the tape)
Weight - 6.49kg
:( She was 6.7kg the other week before she got sick. Now she's lost weight. And that was straight after a feed too. :(

Big:hug: Mel, she will gain it back in no time! As you said she has been sick since last weigh in. Is she all better now? Maybe try and give her a little extra between feeds til she gains the weight back even if its only 20 or 30ml some is better than nothing.
If she is happy and alert I wouldn't worry too much.

Mel - Good stats on Miss M, she will gain the weight she has lost when they are sick you really can't do much as they don't really want to feed properly. Miss M is healthy and happy and that's what really counts.
Tasia - when is your hubby coming home?? Oh I'm sure you'll have a good time with your sister staying with you. How is little Jonathan doing?

Well today our little one has been a little unsettled, I really don't know what it could be maybe another tooth is coming?? Oh and we are trying to get her use to sleeping in her grobag again man it's been hard she is forever pulling out her dummy :wall:
My IL's leaving for NZ tomorrow morning it's been so nice having them here. We will see them again in 3 months for Izzy's christening. Oh today we went and bought the Wii Fit so that is going to be my exercise goal for the next 5 months I need to loose 5kg. Oh we have also booked in our FREE Pixi Foto sitting can't wait!!

Last day of the year hey.. man its gone fast once again.
Kristy and her DH and kids and my DH's bestmate, his wife and their baby are coming over here tonight for new years. Is going to be fun. Being we all have babies and kids.. will prob have a few games of the Wii, have a few drinks.. will be fun.
Weighed Keira yesterday. Our little porker is weighing in at 8.05kgs. Though she is lighter than Jesse was at this age so thats kinda good being shes a girl!
Shes going great guns with her Farex. Have bought a few jars of single veges and will try her on one come the weekend. Hopefully then when shes having 2 meals a day i can cut out a bottle. Shes all over the place atm with her bottles.
Mez.. ohh woohoo on your Wii! Theyre so much fun! Keiras been the same of a night. She will only fall asleep in her rocker. If shes in bed she just keeps pulling her dummy out then whinging. I even tried putting spares in her hands but didnt work. Guess its just a stage, and yeh teething probably doesnt help.
Mel.. shes doing fine hun. And theres nothing wrong with that at all. My gf's baby is 9 months old and is still only that weight and length. Shes just a little one. How is she going with her sicky.. is she better now? Least when she is she'll start putting on the weight in no time. I even found that with jesse when he was sick and lost 2kgs in 4 days. He packed it back on in no time. But shes doing fine hun :hug:
Tasia.. how did you go last night hun? Oh im a scaredy cat too. Is y our DH in the army or something? How longs he gone for?

Kel - yeah I'm not freaking out or anything about her weight - will see how she goes, she's just a slow gainer - totally different to DS - I think he was about 8kg at 5 months - and he was lighter at birth. The nurses or docs haven't said anything about her gaining like that - but I bet you any money if I was BFing they would be telling me to put her on formula!!! This goes to show that even if you give them formula - doesn't mean they'll put on weight fast!!! :)
DS was up at 5am this morning, DH got up with him so I could sleep till miss woke up at 6.30. Soooo tired. Have to clean out the car today, get things organised for leaving tomorrow - then I'll be offline till Sunday night :o

Hi all,
well I think bub is on the mend and I am feeling better still have a cough and runny nose.
Reaghan managed to co more then 24hrs without panadol and still has not needed it so yeah she must be getting better. She slept better last night went down at 830pm woke at 430am feed straight back to sleep up at 730 and back down at about 945 and is just stirring now. So looks like she is getting better yeah.
I am going to get her weighed today so will update states latter.

Hope we r having a great morning. I just organised Jonathan's stuff cause we r sleepingover my mum's for 2 days. My sister is not staying here for 2 days she will off to her partner's house, they r having a house warming party 2n along with nye party also, obviously. So i'm not staying home alone, i'm know i'm a scary cat. But i will be going to my friends place 2n for nye. And on new yrs day I will be going to my IL's for lunch. LOL my mil said to me if u don't want to be by urself let me know i will come stay with u or come to my house lololoilolo, hi said thanx but no thanx. I would never want her to stay here with me, i will go nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuts.
Mel- DS got up at 5am, & i was toooooo tired so i got Jonathan out of his cot put bhim in my bed & he fell asleep & so did i but got up just in case he was ok. Then he woke up at 6.30 we just in bed till 7am. I never do this put him in my bed but i thought hubby is not here, i don't want to do it again, just in case he gets used to it. At least ur hubby lets u sleep in & he looks after ds while dd is asleep. One time i think it was 6.30-7am & Jonathan was crying I was fast asleep & hubby was up still in bed though & he said to me Jonathan's crying, i was going to say to him well go get him but didn't want to start arguing cause i couldn't be bothered. It would be nice that he can go get him while he is awake & i'm sleeping but nooooooooooooo.
Kel- Last night was good. No hubby is not in the army, he went to Vietnam for work he is a clothing manufacturer he's the owner/manager family buisness. LOL i rang him yesterday & i said to him how he was & he said yeah nice & relaxed, i need my rest i need to relax & i said to him reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaallyyy. He's gone for 2 and a half weeks, he will be back on the 16th Jan.
Mary- Hubby is coming home on the 16th Jan. Jonathan is doing really well thanx. How's Izzy?

Afternoon all,
Well we had a pretty bad day and night with Izzy. She didn't have a sleep during the day and overnight she pretty much woke every two hours :wall: And today she has yet to go to sleep I really don't know what else to get her to sleep..... The Pixifotos went really well we bought one of the packages along with her free photo :dance: I think the next ones will be just the free photo.
I hope you all have a great NYE! We aren't doing anything just staying home and bringing in 2009 as a family:p I guess we'll talk next year!

Mez - :hug: babe, its rough when they do that. Have you tried taking her for a ride in the car? taking her for a walk in the pram? walking around with her in a sling? Putting her in a swing? thats usually what works her. Keep positive - it won't last for very long xxx
