I've also been trying my hardest to get a video of the walking butttttttt something always either distracts him, or he wants the camera, or I'm generally just too slow off the mark to get it all. :rolleyes:
I'm still really shocked he's walking already. Elijah didn't walk until like 2 weeks before he was one. Haydie seems to be off like a rocket.

Sorry been mia for a while. Ive been doing my nail course and loving it.
thanks for the well wishes for callum. Croup has gone but still has a cough, and liam is sick with a cold too.

Kristy croup is a tighening of the air way and child cant breath. Its very serious and can be fatel some times. Oh and yes twilight was at the movies. was there for about 1 1/2 months.

Thanks all for the happy 10 months. Liam has got 3 teeth now with one just came through today. he is saying mum, dad, bub, does high fives, claps hands wazes and shakes his head at me...lol..very funny. he eats everything we eat, loves his avocado and cheese. He loves his apples , banana's, brocolie and potatos.

It's been awhile since I have had time to write in here.

Reaghan is doing realy well, she now has 2 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth, eats everything we eat just cut up small. She can drink from a staw cup and loves her water. She has about 10 words now.

Last week end she stood on her own for about 30 sec clapping. So don't think it will be long till walking on her own, she walks pushing toys and boxs about.

Happy 10 months to all those that are 10 months soon or just turned.

Happy 11 months to those that are nearly that to.

Belle we are actually having a catch up thurs 4th if june at harbourtown at docklands!! will you be able to come???

Hi to everyone else havent posted in ages, we are doing well Jacob rolls all over the place rather than crawl he seems to think rolling more fun and he does it faster that some friends babies crawl!
I am going back to work in a weeks time just 1 day a week on a weekend!!!!

I was really sick last week had 3 days of fevers, massive headaches and razor blade throat! not fun to BF with a fever!!!!!!!!!

Feeb and Mez! yes definately able to come on the 4th of June cant wait to meet both of you and the kids too!!! just let me know what time and where exactly and maybe also if you could help me where to park that would be fab. Sorry I've been MIA lately been busy now with working 3 days a week and then trying to keep up with all the house work and enjoying my mummy & princess time on my days off. Isabel is such a joy at the moment I love this stage they do so much and react in the most adorable way. She does the cutest thing now puts her hand up towards her ear and pretends to talk on the phone lol. Oh and I think she is nearly there to walking on her own stands up on her own and even turns to see you :fingerscrossed:

As for us.
Hayden is walking up a storm. He tries to walk really fast away from me giggling when he has something he's not allowed to have. Lol. It's hard not to smile and laugh when he does it. It's kinda cute.
We saw MIL and all the rest of them on the weekend and Haydie cried at them. There was so many people coming up to him and I at once he got frightened. He warmed up to them after a while and was fine until they tried to pick him up. I lol'd quietly to myself. I'm soooooo mean. :p
Elijah was being a good big brother and helping Hayden when a cousin would take toys off him or push him, etc. Making sure he was okay.

That's great about Haydie Tenny.... I have to say what Beth is doing with her walking at the moment is starting to drive me barmy. She took her first steps ages ago - 8 months 8 days when we were in NZ. But for some reason she is really reluctant to walk without holding on to something, anything, usually my little finger but a wall, chair, table, trouser leg, table cloth, tea towel, anything whether or not it is providing any support. As soon as she realises she isn't holding on to something she drops down on her bottom. The really frustrating part is that she CAN walk perfectly well without holding on. She. Just. Won't. She occasionally forgets and chases after another baby at playgroup, or this morning chased pigeons in the park. And last night she was standing in the lounge room, and the Bear let go of her hand... she kind of looked around and thought - I can't be bothered sitting down, I'll just walk. Which she did. Perfectly. But do you think I can get her to do it today? The minute I let go of her hand - plonk. :rolleyes:

Hi girls! Ive arrived in Melb! Was a really good drive not bad at all! staying with the inlaws until Friday when I get a leave pass and go to the city for the weekend YAY!!!!

Pixie - that would be very frustrating, maybe she just isn't ready to fully walk without the security of holding on, she is very quick in doing so I'm sure she will just do it when she is ready. Isabel is still walking only assisted but has started to stand on her own but hasn't taken her steps yet. My parents look after Izzy on the three days I'm at work. I can't wait till the 9 weeks are over cause 3 days is just too much for me. I would love to work for 2 days a week only.

Tenny - that is so cool that Haydie is working and doing so well. I can't wait till Izzy walks too but only when she is ready. I'm sure that it will be before she turns one :)

I just got the call to confirm I can go back to work 3 days a week starting on 29th June :crying: I was so sure that they were going to make me redundant.... I could cry! We went out for 3 hours for the Bear's birthday dinner the other night and it was so hard being away from her, I don't have any idea how I will cope with being away from her 3 days a week!
Mez :hug: I hope the time goes quick for you... do you go down to 2 days a week when the 9 weeks is up?
Missy sorry to hear about the cold, it just doesn't seem to quit! Mine is still lingering and it's into the second month now!

Pixie - Sorry to hear about you going back to work this month. :( :( That sucks.
DS1 was pretty much exactly like Beth is with walking. He'd walk fine with you and maybe take a step or two unaided until he realised you weren't holding onto him. It was so frustrating. DS2 on the other hand wanted to go at but his feet wouldn't go with him at first, then he got the hang of it and it was no stopping him. I hope your cold is getting better and finally gets lost. :hug:

Mez - I hope the rest of the 9wks goes fast and you can go back to only 2 days.

Missy - How's the nail course going? What kinda things do you learn?

Belle, Feeb, Mez - I hope you had a great meetup. Did you get pictures? Would love to see them. I bet the bubbas had a great time together too!

It's been so miserable here and Haydie has been super clingy and follows me around the house most the day. I basically have to hold him all the time. Elijah helps with distracting Haydie when he's home so that helps a bit. I dunno what's up.
We're off to spend the long weekend with the ILs so I'm hoping that goes alright.

just quickly popping in to say happy 10 and 11mths to all the babies!! Can't believe Caleb and Seb will be 1 this month!! and of course all the other babies not far behind.

I have been so busy lately with the kids, work, Jayden's birthday and his soccer...now he has woodcraft dinosaurs that he got for his birthday that is turning into almost a full time job building them and there are 5 of them!

I hope everyone has been good, I mostly catch up on what everyone is doing through FB which is where I will be from now on....I have been away from BB so long that I don't miss it anymore, I will of course stay in contact with everyone through FB (for those who still love me that is ;)).

well been pretty busy. My nail course is going great. I have my exams next wed so im trying to study. Geeee havent done that in 20 years...lol
BIL isnt doing the best, he is in hospital with a infection and they have found more cancer so more cemo for him. My sister on top of that is very sick with a flu and isnt coping i dont think. My brothers wife who is 37 weeks pg is messuring at 42 weeks so she is off for a scan on tuesday to see why she is so big.
Mum has got her problems back again and is booked in to see specilist in july. I to am off on the 7th july for the same thing. Been having problems my self and need to get it check out cause of the family history. ANYONE GOT A GUN.:rolleyes:

Not much going on with us. I've been a bit down lately, etc etc.
The boys are fine. Haydie follows Elijah around more and more lately. He can sort of keep up with him a bit better now he's walking. Lol.
Finally found some shoes for him so he can walk around outside now. so a little yay for me!
We got Elijah's school photos back the other day. They turned out really good. Better then I expect. LOL
If I knew where our scanner was I'd whack 'em on here to show you ladies. ah well.

Hi all sorry not been in here much we have all been sick and still are!!!! I am over being sick i have had a flu and 2 colds in 3 weeks and still have cold now, DS has cold and nasty cough and DH gastro!!

I am back at work 1 day a week on weekends only, worked the public hol and then sunday.

Mr lazy child will comando crawl a few cm and decide rolling is so much faster to get what and where he wants!! He still BF to sleep and still settles late at night but I cant complain as he does sleep 11pm till 8 - 9 am i just would love so me time in evening!!

Missy glad your course is going well, sorry to hear about your BIL, hope he improves soon. Hope your mums aback is better and hope SIL scan is ok.

Tennykins school pics must be cute!!! No idea yet what we are getting for DS birthday as we keep changing minds as so much stuff is cheap and tacky or rediculous priced crap! We have thought about a ride on push along ride on thing but i am being fussy and want a bar at back and sturdy! also thought of rocking horse or a block wagon thats sturdy.

I haven't been in here for a while cause I've been busy working and pretty much on FB more so.

Tenny - Sweet I hope your feeling better, we would love to see Elijah's school photos. For Izzy's birthday we have bought her a laptop (Thomas), a musical instrument play stand and looking for a rocking horse. I have yet to organise her invites which I need to get a start on cause I don't have long.

Missy - Oh sweet I hope you get some good news regarding your family. Good luck with your exam too I'm sure that you will pass with flying colours.

Feeb - I hope you and Jacob get better too, it's horrible having a cold. How are you enjoying working??

Us - Not much going on here, Izzy is still walking assisted just isn't interested in letting go at the moment. I'm happy cause then it will just all begin really. I'm currently still working 3 days a week but have managed to get 2 days a week full time but as a contractor. Very happy! Izzy is starting to sleep through the night whih is lovely but does have her nights where she will wake. She really isn't having 3 bottles of milk during the day but we aren't too worried cause she is still getting 600mls a day even if it is by eating cheese, yoghurt etc. She is now on cows milk for her cereal which is great just need to get her to drink it which she hates!

:hello: all.... seems we're all very busy these days!
I'm supposed to be going back to work at the end of June.... less than 2 weeks away.... it's three days a week, I really don't know how I will cope. I can't bear the thought of being away from her. Still in denial really!
Mez good to hear Izzy is finally sleeping through... Beth is still up and down. Some nights she only wakes once, sometimes it is more. Some nights she wakes up five times between going to bed and 10.30pm! Last night instead of waking up she just grizzled a bit and went back to sleep, which we thought was fine, then we went to check on her before we went to bed and she was roasting! running a bit of a fever and she has had a runny nose and been generally out of sorts. She was really quite hard to settle after that, understandably so it was a bit of a strange night. Sleeping through sounds like the impossible dream at the moment LOL
Kell & Kristy your cakes are looking fabulous, hope the business really starts to take off! Can't wait to see the twins' first birthday cake.
Tenny about birthdays we still have a little time but we tried her on one of those ride-on bikes and she was a fan... so was the Bear so I think one of those. I am going to do a birthday book = a photo book with lots of nice photos of her first year. She obviously won't appreciate it for a few years but I am looking forward to it. Apart from that... hoping KMart or Target have a toy sale before then and I will go and get her a few things.

Ayapi Liam has been on Milk for about 1 months now with his cerial. Ive evern given milk to him in a bottle, watered down and he doesnt like it ...but Im stopping his bottles now. he has all fluids in a sippy cup and he is great.

Oh pix I hope it will be ok for you when you go back to work. it is hard but you do get use to it. Ill be thinking of you. Oh and loved the vid of Beth walking. She is just clever...

Pixie.. oh the year has gone so fast hey. Thank you. btw toy sale at Big W is the 2nd July, think target's is the 25th July. Last year kmart's was the same day as Big W. lol good old me was out there at 3am fully pregnant last year. Will be there again this year too.. just trying to convince Kristy how fun it is.. lol no really it is. ;)

Mez.. have you tried doing half cows half forumla? Or even 1/3 cows 2/3 formula.. if shes not liking the cows straight. Then you can slowly wean her over to the cows. Even also nuke the cows a little. I know this time of year, last thing id be wanting to drink is cold milk ;)

Feeb.. aww you poor thing. Hope youre feeling better soon. Keira was the exact same.. lazy buggers.

I think ill have a look in the toy sale catalogues to see whats going. I have a few ideas for Keira for birthday/christmas like little people princess castle and horse and cart. She loves playing with Jesse's little people stuff. Lately im obsessed with my little ponys too lol. AND unicorns!! But she seems to love the unicorns too so thats great. I have a My Little Pony unicorn for her already. But otherwise yeh just have a look in the catalogues maybe if you want some ideas.

Ok whats new here.
Keira has 5 teeth.. 2 up top, 3 down the bottom.
Shes a little chatterbox! Repeats words even phrases you say. Im stunned at how smart she is. Her favourite things to say are "Bath", "Peek Boo", "Good Girl", "Boo", "Ta", "Jess Jess".. other than mum and dad. oh and today pmsl.. Kristy and the twins were over. Keira was in her high chair and the twins in the double stroller next to her. They were al eating their sandwiches. Sebi had finished his so Keira leans down with some of hers and hands it to him and says "Taaaa". Kristy and i pmsl. He then dropped it so she got him another piece and same thing. Was so cute. Keira and Sebi are lovers i swear. They do everything together, follow each other. Even this arvo Keira woke up in her cot, in goes sebi and theyre caught holding hands through the bars. So cute.
Started her on cows. Shes having 1 bottle out of her 3 cows, then in a few days will switch it to 2, then 100% cows. She seems to like it. I dont bother watering it or anything.. just straight cows. Shes been having it on her cereal for the past 2 months.
Shes not walking yet, just standing up everywhere. Is like lightening though on all 4's.

Cake decorating is going good. Have finished all the decorations for the twin's birthday cake so we're onto Keiras atm. Got alot done today. We make our Thursdays specific cake decorating days as the older boys are at preschool.

I think thats about it. Need to go make a coffee.. dont think ill make it to watch Heroes if i dont.

Just a quick one as I've got a little someone attached to me again just like the rest of this week. It's like he has to be touching me (sitting on me or leaning against me if we're sitting on the floor) or I have to be within an arms length of him. Even if I'm still in his line of sight that's just not good enough and he gets up and comes after me whinging.
I think that has alot to do with me having an awful, down week.. plus AF is due next week. :rolleyes:
