HAPPY 8 MONTHS LIAM, JOHNATHAN & LULU!!!:bluecheer: :cheer: :bluecheer:
Kristy great to hear the naming day went well! Can't wait to see pics!
Kel :crossfingers: on the house, hope you get it!
Missy great stats! hope everything is going well with your family and stuff
Tenny blerk on the nits! Go Haydie on the commando crawling
Mez, sending you sleepy vibes!!
Miss B is a little odd, refusing food and more tired than usual, more dirty nappies than usual. A little fractious but mostly in good spirits so I really hope she is not sick again it feels like she's been sick for months!
News here - had a BBQ for the mum's group on Sunday which was good. Managed to get to the gym this morning which was a miracle in itself, because we have had some dodgy nights around here. Feel much better for it though. Now we have to head over and visit the Bear's parents who have managed to limp home from Canada.
New pics on FB if anyone wants a squiz
sorry for no more personals :hello: to all
-
Happy 8mths Jonathan, Liam & Lulu!! Sorry if I have missed anyone!
Work is going ok, rather be home obviously but the feeding is going great. I was really sick yesterday (pity it wasn't a work day!), I took the kids to the park and met up with Jayden's old FDC mum but only stayed an hour as I could only stand up for a few mins at a time. I lost 2 kgs and barely had the strength to hold Ashlea to feed her, ended up getting SIL to come over to watch the kids so I could sleep, I got 2.5hrs sleep all up during the day and was in bed by 7.45pm last night.....today so far so good although felt a bit off after breakfast.
Sorry no personals, I have to get ready for work, I haven't even ironed my clothes yet!
-
Hi
Kristy - Is there something you can just spray on every day to help prevent nits? Or do you just wash the hair regularly with the shampoo stuff as a preventative measure?
Tan - I hope you're feeling better. I'm glad the feeding is going great. Sucks about your work.
Pixie - I hope Beth isn't getting sick again. When they're sick it seems to be never ending for a while. It's so draining. Great to hear the gym was good.
Missy - Great stats Liam has. How cute that he couldn't stop smiling at the lady. Haydie was a stare bear when we went to get him weighed last. He just watched her like a hawk. No smiles or nothing.
Mel - CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN!!!!!!!  I'm so excited for you. YAY!
As for us.
Haydie has a cold, but he's been pretty good, so it's not that bad this time.
I'm at my wits end with DS1. I don't know what to do with him anymore. DP is lazy and needs to get involved more with everything - helping me, and with the boys. I do everything and lately it's like he thinks he can critisize the way I do things.
I'm so sick of being the bad person cause I'm trying to discipline DS1 even though he doesn't respect me and treats me as if I'm invisible. I really don't know what do do about anything. It's making me feel so bad about myself and such a failure. I feel like alot of the time I basically have no one.
Anyways, sorry I just had to get that out.
How's everyone else going?
 and all that jazz.

Aww Tenny hun  you always have us hun. Im sorry DS1 is being a PITA for you. Jesse is for me too, probably not the same but i understand how frustraiting and daunting it can be always disiplining them.. well trying to. If you ever need to chat hun i always (when home) have my computer on and have msn on. PM me even and ill give you my mobile number if you need to chat.. as ill see the email notification. Any time of the day im here. But honey, you are NOT a failure. You are trying your very best with him and thats all you can be expected to do. One day he will be past this attitude. Its just another one of those phases they go through, however long it may last. You are a wonderful beautiful mummy. Please dont ever think youve done something wrong because you havent.. there is shame in loving your kids. And thats all you are doing. Your signature tells it all. Big  hun and that offer for a chat is always there and ill always be here for you if you need someone ok
-
Gotta be quick as it's past my bedtime! Just wanted to pop in and say Tenny babe you're doing great  like Kel said I'm sure it is just a stage and DS1 will be over it soon.
And we're always here to listen.
Tan, hope you're feeling better...
Mel - :o
Kel :hello:
big :hello: to everyone, going to hit the hay now
-
Oh   Tenny hun your doing a great job.
Tell DP to get off his arse and help!!!
Dont beat yourself up, you really are doing a wonderful job.
-
hey Tenny how you doing hun?? Hope your ok!!
:hello: to all
-
Thanks for letting me get it out. I'm feeling a bit better now. I'm hoping DS1's attitude and all that jazz passes soon. I'm stuck as to how to handle him - ignoring me, thinking he can do whatever, and basically just walking over me. I try my hardest to discipline him but he just doesn't think he should have to listen and do what I say. I'm really stuck.
Anyways.. Today has been a quiet day. Got a few bargains at Target this morning for Haydie. He was a good boyyyy too. and..
HAPPY 8MONTHS TO MY PRECIOUS LITTLE GUY!!!!
At the moment he's doing commando crawling and some proper crawling. Once he works out it's faster and less effort when he crawls properly, he'll be off like a rocket. He zooms around the place with the commando deal as it is.
Sorry it's all me me me.

Hi Everyone
It has been ages since I last posted - i have been lurking though. Guess everyone's really busy huh?
It is great to see everyone's stats. Here are Lulu's:
Age: 8 and a half Months
Weight: 9kgs
Height: I'm not sure! I didn't measure her last time.
Milk: S26
How Often: 6.30am, 10am, 12.30am, 3.0pm, 6pm. It is about 4 bottles a day all up.
Solids: Farex cereal with Pear juice, Lunch - Some of what I'm having like bread, vegies, Dinner - some home made or jar food like pasta, vegetables, mashed up chicken.
Other Medication: None
Day Sleeps: Morning - anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours from 9.30am. Afternoon - 4pm for about an hour. Night: Sleeps through from 7.30pm until 6.30am
Settles: Generally she's ok, some nights she needs a little pat to rock off to sleep. Other nights are just hell - she throws herself around the cot all night.
Size Clothes: 00 and 0
Size Nappies: Huggies Crawler
Favourite Toy: Jemima doll from Playschool and a very noisy Fisher Price zoo truck!
Milestones: Crawls very quickly, sits, stands, walks between furniture, just starting to bend down to pick things up while standing. She's into everything! It is a lot of hard work keeping her out of things all day. Waves, claps, dances, lots of babbling but no definate words yet. She's generally pretty happy but very clingy at the moment! Won't stay in the pram too long, whines until she gets picked up a lot of the time. She's very social so I think that's why but I'm trying to get her out of it.
We were at a BBQ on Sunday and there was a 6 month old baby who sat in her pram the whole time playing with a toy. She didn't cry, kick or anything. I was like, how do you get a baby to do that??! My baby will NOT sit still for a second.
I started doing contract work for my old employer from home in March which feels good for my brain and it is nice to have the extra money, but it is so hard to do with Lulu at the moment. I've tried to get her into some child care for a morning a week but I've been told there won't be any vacancies until next year!!! huh???
I hope everyone is well! Tenny, goog to hear you are a feeling a bit better hun. Mel congratulations!!
Love
Maj

Hello all,
Well it's been a while but things are starting to settle more here. We had Izzy's Christening on the weekend and it went really well, she was such a wonderful girl on the day. She looked gorgeous too I have pics on FB if anyone wants to check them out. Yesterday the last of our visitors left so I am enjoying the quiet. Isabel has tonsillitis though so her crying all the time does break that quiet time lol.
Happy 8 /9 Months to all the babies I have missed while I was MIA.
Mel - Congratulations sweet when is the little one due??
Kell - great stats for Keira she is doing so well - Woohoo on your new house I bet you're looking forward to moving in this week hey!
Maj - great stats for Lulu too, our little princess doesn't sit still either and really wouldn't want her too either.
Tenny - good to hear you're feeling better and just remember you are a wonderful mum.
Pixie - Congrats on becoming an Aunty sweet that's wonderful news.
Other news our way is we are pregnant with our second bubs so I'm very excited. Can't wait! :)
A BIG :hello: to everyone, hope you all have a great day!
-
Oh yay congrats Mez!!! wooohoooo!!!! well done!!!!!! I'm so happy for you!!!!
I'm not telling when I am due with this one - but its before xmas - so everyone has time to buy a present ;)
At least we get to go through another pregnancy journey together Mez, thats so awesome!!! woohooo!!!!!
Great stats for everyone - dunno what Miss M's are - I never get her weighed and measured - I think she is over 8 kg though - so finally doubled her birth weight.. LOL
Howdy ho to everyone !!!
-
:birthday2: CONGRATULATIONS MEZ!!!! :birthday2:

Hey Yall.
Not much happening here! same old same old. kiddies doing great i'll do stats after our clinic check on monday. usually wouldn't bother but want her to look at Calebs Penis its still turning inside out wondering if its cause he is quite chubby or maybe they didn't snip enough during his circ. my cousin had to have more off i think.
but really nothing new here.
Mez / mel congrats on being PG again. i have been considering going again in about 2011, just need to convince DH now. Great News Guys.
mel why is your Due date a secret?
hmm- its so quiet here now. it alwats happens tho no-one ever chats in Ike's baby buddy group anymore i think its weeks or even months between the posts in that one.
Tennykins- how is the boy doing with his attitude. Don't give in sweet your the boss make him listen. I often think im talking to a brick wall too. one thing i know works with isaac is when im telling him off i try to sit on the floor almost over him i hold his face right in front of mine and make him look at me and i talk in a very soft deep foice with the most scary eyes i can. this also works with my 8 and 6 y/o nephews. But dont worry he will get his back with his own kids who will be terrors too. all kids are.
i was once told "great mothers are those who question if they are doing the right thing, because they are the ones who care the most"
well gotta run might go watch lost, it starts soon.
BYE!
-
Hey girls, I'm still alive.....everyone seems really busy....especially Mel and Mez!!! Hmmm haven't you two been busy!!! CONGRATULATIONS to you both I hope you both have H & H 9mths I am SOOOO happy for you!
Gastro went through the 4 of us....guess who got it the worst and was the BIGGEST PITA on my day off????
Things are a little crazy here, can't believe working just 3 days puts me out sooo much! I'm off to bed now, too tired to do anything.....Oh I was driving back to work after feeding Ash today and my nose just started bleeding??? No idea why, I didn't knock it or anything it just started....weird!! Ok night girls and bear
-
Just a quick one to say OH MY GOD!!!!! GRATS MEL AND MEZ! Couldn't be happier for you girls
Pix - love ya, babe!!
Had nurse appt today for weigh in and such, and she's doing beautifully. 7.56kg, rest of the stats later when I could be bothered going out to the car for her blue book (ie, when it's not dark in a place known to have huntsman spiders outside after dark)
waves and hugs to all
-
Hello all
Tan - are you sure you're not UTD too!?!?!?! I usually only get a blood nose when there is a little something in there... ;)
SW - thanks :) I'm mental and I know it :) This is the last one though (well... I think it will be!!)
Kristy - its a secret cos it can be ;) Nah, I just felt so much pressure last time for going overdue that nobody can ask me anything or say anything cos they won't know if I'm overdue or... under due? lol My mum and SIL are the only ones that know IRL at the moment and even they don't know when I'm due. (I had to tell my mum cos she gets sooo excited and my SIL read it on here).
We are not telling the IL's till.. uh... probably May... LOL... by then I'll be far enough along that they might actually be happy for us instead of saying "oh well, its early days, anything can happen" like they did when I was pregnant with Miss M.
Speaking of Miss M - she's been rejecting her morning bottle - this morning she only drank 50mls!! So I put the rest of it in a sippy cup with a straw cos she likes those - see if I can trick her to drink more bwahahahahahaha
Ahh well someone wants a yoghurt! Hope all are well!!
-
Hi everyone,
Mel - that's fair enough I totally understand I would have hated being asked all the time when the baby was coming. I hope Miss M starts drinking more for you, Izzy isn't either but that's cause she is sick poor chicken.
Tannis - hope you are all better now :) how is your work going are you enjoying being back?
Kristy - wow you want more kiddies that is so cool, we are stopping with this one. I've been waiting to see pics of the boys naming day??
Us - well Izzy is still unwell and really not sleeping during the night unless she is sleeping on us :( last night I slept on the couch with her hence me not getting much sleep and I am very tired today and a little cranky. We haven't told our family or friends about this pg we want to wait until mid May.
A BIG :hello: to Pixie, Feeb, Zee, Kell, Tasia, Tenny, Maj, Sweetpea, SW and anyone I've missed need to go and put Izzy down for her morning sleep.
Ciao

Just a really quick one from me.
DS1 jarred his neck at school or something and he's at home now. It's like a stiff neck type thing, you know. He said he's feeling better, but it's so painful and I can't do all that much to help him. Haydie thinks he's playing with him and giggles at him and DS1 gets annoyed. Lol.
Haydie is whingy and a bit off the past few days. I'm thinking he's got a few teeth all trying to come through at once. Idk.
CONGRATULATIONS MEZ!
:hooray: I'm so excited for you. How've you been feeling?
Happy 9months Caleb and Sebastian for yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!
(sorry I'm late)
and
Happy 8months Izzy for the other day!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Sorry, It's a bit late too.)
I hope I haven't missed any other bubbas.
I'll be back hopefully tomorrow to do the stats thingie for Haydie and more personals.
 and :hello:

Happy 9mths Caleb & Seb
Happy 8mths Izzy & Hayden....Have I missed anyone?? Sorry if I have!
Kristy: Hope Caleb is ok!
SW: Alyssa's weight is great, I think Ash would be around that...should get her weighed again.
Mel: PMSL!! You're too funny chic!! Hope Miss M starts having her bottles.
Mez: Hope Izzy gets better soon, poor lil thing!! Hope you get some sleep yourself too! We are all better now thanks, although every now and then I feel sick again and keep thinking I'm going to get it again....I think its mind over matter though as a lot of Chris' family have got it so I just keep thinking it will come back to me. Work is going good, I am enjoying being back.....still would rather be home but I was getting lazy just being at home all the time too so its good for me to have some structured days haha.
Tenny: Poor DS1!! Hope his neck gets better soon!
Has anyone's babies not got any teeth yet? Ashlea hasn't got any, but she is starting to dribble heaps lately. I'm not worried at all just curious, Jayden didn't get his 1st tooth until 8mths.
Jayden is driving me insane (and so proud of him at the same time) lately with his knowledge of dinosaurs!! He knows nearly all of them and if he doesn't he wants me to pronounce it out for him so he can say it. All day its "Whats this dinosaur mummy" "Will T-Rex eat him?" "How do you say this dinosaur?" "Spinosaurus is eating T-Rex" "I want to watch real dinosaurs" "Where's my dinosaur book" OMG its never ending and every sentence has the word dinosaur in it or the name of a dinosaur. He was even teaching SIL how to pronounce a dinosaur name (not sure which one).
Here's Ashlea's Stats....
Age: Almost 8mths
Weight: Not sure, around 7.5kgs
Height: No idea
Head Circumference: No idea
Milk: BF
How Often: Average work day 5:30-6; 730-8am; 9.30am; 1.30-2pm; 4.30-5pm; 7.30-8pm; 10.30-11pm. All over the place on non work days, basically whenever she wants
Solids: Breakfast - Farex Banana & Pear, Lunch - Vegemite sandwich or vege's, Dinner - Vege's
Other Medication: None
Day Sleeps: Morning - 8-8.30am (approx half hour to 2hrs depending on the day), Lunch nap - 11am-1.30pm (work days....less if we are home), Afternoon - 3pm-5pm (less if we are home) Night Sleep: Sleeps through from 7.30-8pm(dreamfeeds and sometimes wakes for 1 or 2 night feeds)
Settles: Dummy and in my arms or on my bed mainly, self settles in cot sometimes and always self settles at FDC
Size Clothes: mainly 00 and some 000 or 0
Size Nappies: Huggies Crawler
Favourite Toy: Pink rattle doll, Jayden's dinosaurs, Baby keys (one makes a noise), anything that plays music
Milestones: Commando crawls, sits up unaided, goes from crawling or laying down to sitting position, pulls to stand if holding on to my hands, says dad, mum, hewo (hello), once said boobies (well it sounded like it)
-
Hey everyone. :hello:
Kell - Congrats on getting the new house. It sounds like it's perfect for you guys. I always wanted a cubyhouse or treehouse when I was little. I reckon they'd be awesome! Good luck with the moving. I hope it's not too much of a PITA. Good riddens to the ****roaches too!
Majella - My DS1 wouldn't sit still in the pram either. I'd always look at ( and still do) other people's children sitting nicely and doing as they're told, and wish my child was like that. Lol. Haydie actually likes the pram. He just sits in there looking around most of the time, as soon as he's out of it he's off like a rocket and into everything. It surprises me that he sits in the pram nicely some days.
Pixie - I said it in your other thread, but I'll say it again. CONGRATS on being an Aunty. What have they named her?
Feeb - How're you? How's your cute little man doing?
Kristy - The attitude here seems to have settled down a bit, which it kind of a shock. Maybe me actually telling him 4369873654 times that he misses out on fun things cause of his attitude actually sunk in. I hope the clinic goes well on monday and everything is ok. Can't wait to see the boys stats.
SW - Great to hear Alyssa's doing wonderfully!!!
Mel - I can't believe your IL's said that when you were pg with DD. Wtffff. We didn't tell the IL's, besides FIL, until over half way through with Haydie. They never called ( and still don't) to ask about us, it's always about the SIL or some other else. Half the time these days they never even ask how the boys are.
Mez - I hope Izzy is feeling better and you guys are getting more sleep.
Tan - I'm glad you're all feeling better. I'm glad work is going ok. Awh, Jayden and dinosaurs. It's so frustrating when they're so into something and that's all they talk about.
Great stats everyone that's done them so far. It's great hearing an update on everyone.
The new photos at Facebook are all gorgeous too. I thought it was time I added some new ones too. Lol. I get a bit lazy with the photos. I have loads to print out too but I just couldn't be bothered most of the time.
And for us...
I'm feeling back to my old self again, thank you everyone for asking. It means alot
DS1's neck is better today. He didn't go to school today though as he was still holding his head slightly crooked, but it wasn't half as bad as yesterday thank god. If he went to school he probably would have hurt it again being silly no doubt.
We signed DS1 up to play soccer this year with a club. He's in the under 7's. It's the same club that my brother and sister play in so that should be good for him, and really exciting too. Not much else going on really.
:hello: and  Belle, Missy, Zee, Sweetpea, Tasia, and anyone else I might have accidently missed.
Sorry it's such a long post.
-
Sorry it's a double post but my other one was already long enough.

Other Medication: None

Sits unaided and goes from laying or crawling to sitting and vice versa. He's started to crawl in the opposite direction to me giggling his head off when I want to change his nappy or something like that. Says mum, bub, and some other sounds like "thub" and starting to say dad. Pulls himself up to stand on us but hasn't started doing it to the furniture yet. Dances and Waves goodbye when it suits him. Loves to do like an indian call thingie ( not sure what it's called actually), you know where you go "ahhh" and move you hand off and on your mouth.. he loves to do that and copies us when we do it and tries to do it to our mouth too. He's such a mummy's boy just like his older brother.

Hi all been ages since i did a proper post!!!
We are well, had been sleeping 10 hrs for about 3 weeks but last 2 nights havent been as god i hope it is just a phase.
He is loving gymbaroo we are thinking of changing classes at recomendation of teacher as he rolls straight from tummy to back not long after being put down, where as next class up they sit up more in class rather than lots of tummy activities so will try this week.
Swimming he is so excited when we get there he loves it and cant have head under water enough, when he is put on wall for humpty dumpty he is leaning himself forward to get head it, has progressed to me puling him in and letting go of him them grabbing him and turning him back to wall, teacher very impressed.
new pics on facebook been slack.
His latests stats are 8 months 1 week 3 days.
stat 4months 8 months
weight 5690grams 8205grams
length 63cm 71cm
head 42.5cm 46cm
Milk Breastfeeding 4-5 times a day
solids 1-2 meals a day (when i increased to 2 he dropped milk feeds to 2 or 3 so i cut solids)
solids vegies and meet, fruit, biscuits, has to have puree only any lumps and he wont eat.
Sleeps still crappy at day sleeps, on me or in pram grrrrr, night generally 9pm - 10 pm up 7am - 9am. Feeds to sleep still, will self settle generally overnight if not hysterical.
clothes 00 and 0 wondersuits 1.
nappies up cant remeber which huggies the up to 11kg ones and pamperes 7 - 18kg.
Favourite toy a mount franklin bottle with some water Lol!!! maraca and bells and farm yard fisher price toy that sings and spins.
milestones! still lazy! rolls tummy to back and back to nearly across but only to reach a toy!!!! will occasionally go full way over if he needs to get a toy. Sits unsuported, has stopped saying mamma, bubb, dadda and decided hight pitched screatching is fun!!!!
Tennykins great stats, hope DS1 neck is better soon glad eveything else going well.
Tannis great stats!! wow on dinosaur obsession glad he has something he is so passionate about! No teeth here yet have been dribbling gallons a day since 3 months, get sporadic red cheeks and always chew everything.
kel congrats on house how exciting!!

:hello: ladies. Sorry for being MIA for, like forever! I've just been heaps busy, and DD is really keeping me on my toes and doesn't really give me much of a break. I'm going to try and get in here more often.
Huge :jawdrop: with all the UTD's! Congratulations!!!! So many babies :D. No plans here to start for baby no.2 (I will have to talk DH into it first), but maybe in a few years.
Happy 8 months to all the babies, and those that are coming up.

Hi all just a quick one
Happy 8 and 9 months to our beautiful babies
Congrats to Mez
All the baby stats are great. Have loved reading them. all babies are doing really well
Kids are well here. Hubby started a new job. Im about to start my Nail course. Melissa quite work to study more as she really wants good marks being year 10. BIL cancer is back and more of it so he is having radiation every day for 6 weeks. Mum had her op again for bowl cancer and seems to be ok. Sister is handliing things ok. Im well and just been checking on my fam. Abit worried as no one has heard from my youngest bro in a month (he is on lord howe island working) and his phone has been disconnected.
So that is us. Sorry no personasl.
A question
has anyone turned their baby around in the car seat. Was thinking of doing it.??
Ok :hello: to everyone and hope your well
thinking of taking a trip to melb soon. So might have to have a melb meet up.
will let you know If and whne it happens
Bye for now
xx

Missy sorry to hear about your BIL  the treatment works, I'm sure it's pretty hard going in itself. And hopefully your younger brother will turn up he's just having too much fun to keep in touch.
We turned Beth in her car seat a few weeks ago, we weren't going to but we got the new car seat (she was too big for the capsule) and we just thought we would try it out that way round... then we never bothered trying it the other way. She loves it and TBH I love it too, now I can just look at her in the RV mirror or turn around and say hi. It's great.
Tenny & Mez (and Tenny's twin) :birthday2: happy birthday for next week! Mez good to hear your pg is going well and have a great holiday! Good to hear you found some swimmers so you will be looking hot on the beach!
Tan loving your photos on FB
Pink happy 8 months to gorgeous Ava
Mel, SW - big smooch
Not much going on here, Beth has classic separation anxiety and wakes up a couple of times during the night, so between that and her urgent desire to start walking it's a bit tiring! The Bear is off at some outward bound type leadership thing (great they have to do it when there is a storm warning and its pouring rain... poor Bear) so it's just the two of us till Friday night. Other than that just the usual round of playgroup, swimming lessons, gym (when I get my act together) and MG :)
Lots of love to all, :hello: to everyone I've missed!

Howdy ladies!
Just thought id pop in while im having a coffee. Busy day ahead. Jesse's at preschool so we're going to pull apart all of our beds today ready to move tomorrow and just sleep on matresses on the floor tonight. Get everything else ready to go too.
Missy.. we turned Keira around a couple of weeks ago. She was getting too tall to reface. Jesse we turned around at 6 months for the same reason and he was also too heavy for the refacing requirements.
Pixie.. oh i hear you with the seperation anxiety. Keiras very clingy atm.. and mostly just to me. She can be happy and fine.. as soon as i walk in the room wahhhhhhh.. oh the joys!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR NEXT WEEK MEZ AND TENNY!!
We will be without internet for a little while. Our internet gets disconnected here tomorrow (plus we'll be moving) and we wont have internet in the new place until about a week after the phone is connected. So will me MIA for a few weeks. Hope everyone is well and has a good few weeks. Will see you all when i check in from our new place!!!
Take care!
xx

Oh thanks ladies...Yep Liam hates the car seat so thought it was time for him to turn. I might go today.
Good luck with the move kell
Pix oh beth just loves you so much that she cant go through the night. She is so sweet. I love the vid of her walking. Oh and the stack she had...lol
:hello: to the rest
-
Morning all
Missy - sorry to hear about your BIL - hope he recovers well and that the treatment works.
Pixie - you do sound busy - more busy than me anyway.. haha
Kell - good luck moving!!!! You have my mobile if you need to text for any BB goss.. haha
On the subject of turning seats around. Nope. Not doing it. After watching that video that was on the forums here - nope no way buckeroo!! She's like that till she's one. Even though her legs are long and they touch the seat and make her knees bend up a little - she doesn't complain and we wouldnt turn her if she did!! haha
But I'm a mean mummy.. and we all know that..
-
Heya. :)
Happy 8 months cutiepie Mehkelti!
Mez - Yay! for finding bathers. I always have trouble finding ones I like. I'm fusssssy. Yep, another year flew by.
Missy - I'm sorry to hear about your BIL's cancer. I hope the treatment works. I'm glad your mum's op went well and she seems to be okay.
Pixie - We've got some seperation anxiety here too. It's not so bad when we're at home at the moment, if he's distracted then it's all good for a little bit. hehe. When we're at someone elses place then he just follows me around whinging saying mum and starts to cry if he can't see me at all.
I hope Beth's sleeping gets better for you. She's a little goer with her walking. She's going fantastically!!!
Kell - Good luck with the move. I hope it all goes smoothly and there aren't too many hassles. Take care
Mel - You're not a mean mummy!!! I actually feel like a mean mum alot lately, but hey someone has to bthat role. Lol. Cute video on FB too. I loved it!
Carseats:
We haven't turned him around in our car yet. We'll wait until he reaches the weight limit, then spin him around. The other older chair we use in my sister's car is forward facing now though, as he reached the weight limit, the little chubba.
I too watched that video too, Mel. It opened my eyes up, that's for sure.
As for us:
DS1 is doing really well with school. His attitude isn't half as bad as it was there a few weeks ago. He's doing fantastically with his reading too. I'm so proud of him.
Now he just needs to work on not being the boss of everyone and thinking he knows everything. :P
Haydie's day sleeps are a bit out of whack this week, so I'm hanging out for DP to finish work every day this week.
:grouphug:
It's raining here today. It's so relaxing. Have a great day!
