I feel guilty saying this, but I don't like this pregnancy as much as I did with Maria. With Maria something going wrong never entered my head. With this one, after the miscarriage last year, it has been more stressful, more painful and work is worse, Doing the 3 days I work and looking after Maria is tougher thean I thought.
only 12 days to go actually (4 weeks) and only 8 of them are in the office. I have just had a really crap day. I had planned to have my GD test today, I had to take Maria with me so I made her really tired to the point of wanting to go to sleep and put her in the car and drove to the hospital. She nearly but not quite fell asleep in the car but I managed to get her into the hated pram and she was just about asleep and I was in the queue for the pathology and this "Lovely" well meaning lady with a voice like a foghorn, moved the sheet I had covering Maria and said what a beautiful girl, well a stranger poking her head into Maria's space just sent her psycho and there went my test, there was no way Maria was going back to sleep, I tried for nearly an hour, so all up, 2 hours of my time and over $11 in car parking fees for nothing.
well I went back today, test all done. The drink didn't taste as bad as I thought, but it did make me feel a little yuk for a while. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat again today (monitored) while I was waiting the hour, a trainee was practicing and needed guinea pigs, we even got a print out, and she is guessing girl as well. Oh I have a cold as well now and HAVE to go to work tomorrow (had all day off today).
Cold is gone, just a bit of asthsma but not too bad. Got back from Cessnock this afternoon (escpaed AEPC - along with a 3rd of sydney). Had a great weekend.

We had 4ish wks of hell, being told he was lactose intol & to get him off breast, but no change so I put him back on the breast & it turns out he has silent reflux now on meds & is a dream baby!
Stupid ppl just guessing!
Aww Trace, glad everything is good now, that's just what they done with Angel, turns out she was lactose & I still could be BF'ing her now, it just makes me so angry.
Louise glad the APEC summit didnt cause too much strife for you. Good to hear you guys are on the mend too.

Sammy has just taken off in everything. We weaned two weeks ago tomorrow..(reminds me to change my ticker!). Hes been a dream. His sleeping has improved so much, so he will generally only wake once and jump into bed to 'tuddle mama'. He is very vocal, talks all of the time. Loves getting into everything..is right into building block towers and construction right now. Still mad about trucks and books. We went to a playschool concert yesterday and i bought him a humpty dumpty which he loves so hes been singing 'humpy humpy off da wall'. So thats me..other than that not much else happening..5 weeks of uni left til end of sem, so its that awful busy assessment time, but we are nicking off to Rottnest Island for a week next Sunday...sooo looking forward to that.

Trace i think you are away now but so glad Zyon is better. Yay on being able to pinpont the prob and fix it quickly. So happy for you.
Okay we are trying kinda gym today - Lucie is SUCH a monkey I think she will love it. She climbs on everything annd jumps of tables and other very high things. So gotta wake up Ned and run.
