I'm sorry I just had to post........

I can't believe I now have a 2 year old :doh: :D

& she's a clever little cookie......DH watched her pull up some irrigation pipe yesterday in our front yard. He said to her, "Chloe, did you just pull up that pipe?" to which she went all serious and said, "No. Lala did it." :o Lala is what she calls her big sister! Lala was at kindy!! :rofl: goodness! :D

Sorry I have missed lots of birthdays already, I have intermittent internet connection at present:wall:

But hoping everyone has had a very happy 2nd birthday so far with lots of nice pressies of course!

Hi everyone

Well, Diana is becoming a real little lady. Last night we went to the DVD shop to get some movies for the week. We decided to get Shrek the 3rd for Diana. As she was still awake when we got home (about 9:30pm) we decided to put it on, thinking that she would soon go to sleep. Uh uh. Twice we thought she had nodded off, so we swithced off the TV only to have her wake up and cry and demand to put the movie back on. In the end, I went to bed and Diana and DH stayed up and watched it until the end.

Just a quick one from me to tell you about Caeleb's birthday...

We went to a local university grounds where they do minature train rides. We did the whole Thomas the Tank Engine theme right down to the invitations which were made to look like train tickets... more than half the guests thought they were real and needed them to get on the train! ROFL :rofl:

(Someone off ebay in America did the invitations and emailed them through. I had them printed at a photo store. They do all sorts of different styles and themes, so if you want something different, have a search on ebay, they were just brilliant!)

We had a cake made with Thomas on it which was bloody awful!!! It was the wrong flavour (chocolate - we asked for buttercake) and the icing had too much butter in it and it slid off the cake. :o Not only that... it had a horrible after-taste. No-one finished their piece and the remainder of the cake was thrown out. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!

Other than that though... we had a fabulous time! :)
