Give your boys huge cuddles and kisses from me.xx
:happybirthday: Jake and Dusty :birthday2:
Have a great 1st Birthday
The visit with psychologist went well yesterday and I have to go back and see her next week as she is going to ask specific questions about Riley's communication and socials skills and that all is related to see if Riley has autism spectrum. Riley has to go on 15th April and then again on 20th April
I had better go as I can smell Isabella dirty nappy and she is due to go to bed
Take Care
Jo
Thankyou all :grouphug:
And Happy Birthday to my baby Jake and Dusty too!! xxx
As you all probably know via facebook things are a little crappy around here at the moment. Things between us are good, we really pull together when other stuff is going wrong. Just all the outside crap that is going on.
I'd better go, Jake is crying he tried to steal Chloe's yoghurt and he's not happy she didn't comply, lol. He was happy this morning when he was crying because he'd been awake since 5am and I'd been trying to get him to sleep for longer. When we ended up getting up at 6:30 he soon stopped crying when he saw his pressies in the lounge room  We ended up getting him a Victa gardening set, including a toy Victa mower (he LOVES Ben's old decrepit one!), wheelbarrow and othe garden tools. Small cake at home with us tonight, and then a family afternoon tea party on Saturday.
Jo, I hope you find some answers. What is leading them to think it's ASD? Is it his communication issues? Good luck with it anyway, I know it must be frightening but keep in mind if it is ASD then he must be fairly high functioning, I've seen a LOT worse. Plus you seeking out help and answers is a HUGE step in the right direction and if it is ASD then some OT etc will go a long way, especially at his early age. I really commend you on getting it all checked out!

Hello Girls and Happy Birthday to all bubbas!!!!
We have been missing in action for a while. Seems like it has been 1 drama after another recently.
I started back at work 9 weeks ago now and it has been drama filled. Will was sick on my first day. Had temp of 41degrees. The we had child care issues. The centre (which has the best rep around here and has a massive waiting list) said he was unco-operative. So I went down to observe for three hours and was absolutely shocked!!! Children left screaming in cots for over 15minutes after they had woken (in another room), every child cried when his/her nappy was changed, the teacher did not speak to 1 child the entire time I was there and she sat at a table doing nothing for 1 hour!!! As you can imagine, I pulled Will straight out and we had to find another centre.
Whilst trying to find another centre (took 4 weeks) Will got really sick again with Gastro that turned out to be due to Camphlobacter and ended up in hospital due to dehyrdration.
Then we found a child care centre that we liked and had to do all the orientation, first day stuff all over again! But he has been for three weeks now and is so much happier!
Then I fell over at home and ended up on crutches for 2 weeks (very hard with Will not walking yet but wanting me to help him walk everywhere) and last weekend we had his birthday party (simple as I just got off crutches that very day).
So it has been action packed here and I truly haven't had the time to chat. I have stopped in every now and then for a read.
I just cannot believe Will is 1 2morrow!!!!! Unbelievable! People always said to me "treasure it while they are little" and they are so true (at the time of sleep deprivation and confusions it never seems like it will end though!!!). However, this is a delightful age!!
I would love to hear from people what their bub is up.
GROSS MOTOR: Well, he has just started walking across the room. He can stand without holding on. He can bend down from standing but can't yet stand back up by straightening his knees - he can do it while holding on to the couch etc. He pushes his train around the house - walking kms per day!! Of course he crawls at 100 miles per hour.
FINE MOTOR: He can put balls into his toy giraffe's mouth, put the phone on the handset, loves putting things in and out of boxes!!! He has started feeding himself with a spoon and fork but very messily. Will has just started drawing pictures with a pencil. He waves, claps, and loves "open shut them"...
INTERESTS: He copies everything Dad and I do. He loves talking on the phone, dancing to music, putting things in and out of boxes!! He is fascinated with all animals and every plane that passes overhead we are told about. He points everything out and tells us about it.
TALKING: What a chatterbox!!! He says Mum, Dad, Gem (our dog), this, there (the th is a d sound), no, yes, Nan, his own name, up, toe. He will point out things when you ask him to - eg fan, dog, toe etc. He will clap and wave when you ask him to. He doesn't understand to nod and shake his head yet.
WEIGHT: I think he is about 9.5kg roughly. He has been very sick and lost a lot of weight so I am not quite sure. He is still wearing size zero clothes predominantly. I have bought size 1 for winter.
SLEEPING: What a nightmare!!! He mostly has two sleeps a day - av 45 mins at 10.30am and then a quick nap late afternoon. Sometimes he only has 1 sleep per day. He usually goes to sleep about 8pm. He wakes up about 1am and then 5am, then 6.30-7am. Oh, I dream for the days he slept through!!! (8weeks to 8months).
TEETH: Will has 4 top teeth, 2 bottom teeth and a third just cut today.
FEEDING: My bub is still having about 5 or 6 BF per day. He also has 5 big solids meals per day. I can remember thinking months ago - when Will is 1 yr old, I will probably just be giving him 1 feed before he goes off to sleep for the night!!! (how far from the truth!!).
Can't wait to hear your stories and hopefully as things settle down (surely it can go a bit smoother from now on), I can join back in and make personal comments as I know what is going on again!!!!
Talk soon I hope!
Hi all,
While it may seem I've been absent the past couple of days, in fact I was on BB twice yesterday and both times I typed out long replies ... and both times BB went cactus and I lost the post. Good thing the second time round I saved a copy, so here tis (dated about 8.30pm Tuesday night ...)
Hi all,
I was on here earlier and lost my entire post when I went to submit ... !
Just wanted to wish :happybirthday: to Flynn, Ollie and Seraya for today, and big :happybirthday: wishes for tomorrow to Jake and Dusty!!!
Cam's first day of child care was today - I dropped him off around 11am and picked him up at 3pm. Cam was fine, but not so his mummy. When I walked out of the babies area, I made the mistake of looking back, and could see Cam crawling toward the gate I'd walked through. My last glance (of course I HAD to look back three times, didn't I ) was of Cam standing against the gate, looking for his mummy. I held it together till I was in the car, then :crying: :crying: :crying: I just kept thinking 'my baby has no idea why I'm walking away from him, and not to him ...'.
I cried till I got home, cried some more, then rang my sister, who went through this 2 months ago with her 15-month-old. And, I got over myself. No doubt I'll go through it all again tomorrow, but I'm sure by the time I go back to work (march 31) we'll all be dandy. I hope. I guess I just feel like my beautiful boy is no longer exclusively mine (and DHs, of course). That make sense? I've been so blessed this past 12 months, I just don't want this time to end. Guess I'm just feeling sad and sorry for myself, I'll be myself again in a day or two I imagine.
Apparently Cam was just fine. He ate all his lunch and slept for nearly 2 hours. He greeted me with a beautiful smile and crawled at hyperspace speed towards me. Ahhhh. That's my boy.
In other news, I took Cam to see Raggs (from the TV show) earlier today. I think he enjoyed it - at least he didn't grizzle, whinge or cry. He did his usual 'dancing' (rocking side to side) and clapped when he wasn't supposed to ... so I think it was all good. Thank God it didn't last longer than 30 mins though ... mummy was starting to struggle!
And finally, I had Cam weighed for the last time with the CHN. He's tipping the scales at 9.4kg and 79cm.
Jo - hope you got on ok with your appointment. Hope Riley has had a good birthday!
Laura - lovely to hear from you and congrats about your baby girl news. I think Amelie, or Milly, is a sweet name! Hope you get a good sleep very soon.
Hi to Bec, Mel, Nic and everyone else!
And here's my post today ...
Bec and Nic - hope your boys birthdays have been fabulous!
Second day at childcare went well for Cam - apparently he was happy all day, slept for ages and ate well. They reckon he hasn't cried, other than to grizzle a bit when they sat him in his highchair for lunch (he tends to cry when he knows his food or a bottle are just seconds away!).
M2W - what an awful time you've had lately. Am glad to hear you've recovered from your injury and Will is better. What a terrible childcare centre!! Have you reported what you saw?? Thankfully I couldn't be happier with where Cam is (well, I say that after all of 2 days!). But there's only 8 babies in his room with two very lovely ladies who seem to genuinely like the tots they care for. And the place seems very accountable, if you know what I mean. Anyway, enough about me! So glad that Will is getting on much better at his current centre.
Jo - glad to hear you got on ok with the psychologist. Hope you get the answers your looking for very soon.
I believe Cam is developing appropriately at his own pace. Suffice to say he's into everything, particularly if its got wheels and moves, and he crawls so quickly he sometimes almost goes ar$e over head. No idea when he's going to walk, but he stands every chance he gets and "walks" along couches/beds etc whilst holding on with one hand. Main thing for me is that he's usually happy ... and I absolutely adore how he freely and easily gives everyone cuddles and kisses. He's still only got two bottom teeth, he's BFing morning and night only (tho a very snotty nose in the past two days might see our BFing days drawing to a close!) and he sleeps well at night.
OK ... I'm going to hit submit and see if my post gets posted (third time lucky)
Andie xx
Happy birthday Jake
:comfort: Andie, it really is hard but they say it will get easier. At least you know that Cam seems to enjoy it.
M2W you have had a run of bad luck and  that things settle for you now.
Wish I had time to do some proper replying but that's it for today will be back later. Going to bed.
Yes I know my posts have been short and I am feeling ok ;) just super busy here with work and birthdays and stuff :p
luv ya's lot's, can't wait to get back here for a proper reply - preferably not at 1 am
Happy Birthday to Will and E (didn't put his whole name because I'm not sure you use it on the forums Ren ;))!!!! Have a lovely day xxx
Sorry no more from me at the moment, busy morning and still got crap happening. DH isn't sleeping, eating and shhhh...don't tell him I told you but at 1am this morning he was having a little teary about the whole situation. VERY unusual for him. I found it hard to be sympathetic and understanding at that hour though! Poor man thinks he's not going to be able to find a new job (boss is now refusing a reference!!) and won't be able to provide for all of us. :( Such a hard situation. If we fight it, it means he has to stay on.....if he just leaves then it goes down that he's incompetent and with no reference for a new job :( Lying pr!ck that boss is!!!
anyway enough of my whingeing, hope you all have a lovely day and enjoy your growing babies :D
xxx
Happy Birthday to Will and E, hope you have a great day !
Bec: poor Dh im sure it is a big stress to him to think he might be out of work, did he get the phone calls back he was expecting about possible jobs ?
Melinda
:happybirthday: Will and E :birthday2:

My niece had a baby boy today - 12 weeks early. All is looking for Mum and Bubs. He came out crying and was able to breathe by himself which is terrific.

Happy 1st birthday Princess Isabella!!! Be god for Mummy!! xxx
AndieE - I cried for weeks and weeks with Will going off to childcare. Some days I cried half way to work!!! Last week was the first week I didn't....and my hubbie drops him off! Next week I have to do the drop off....so that will really test me out!!
Becstar - you are caught in an awful situation...karma will pay that boss back!!!!
Happy Birthday Isabella ! :happybirthday::birthday2:
i hope you have a great day with her Jo and a great party tomorrow
Melinda
:happybirthday: to E and Will for yesturday
&
:birthday2: to Miss Isabella
Good news Jo about your Niece and baby boy that he is breathing, hope he gets stronger everyday.
Hi all,
Just wanted to pop in and wish Isabella a happy birthday for today, and hope E and Will had great birthdays for yesterday. Hope their mummies had good birthing days too.
Cam had his vaccinations today - he was pretty good. Didn't flinch with the shot into his thigh, but squarked for a bit with the two in the arms. He came good the minute I picked him up for a cuddle ;). What a brave little fella. So far no reactions, but apparently one in 10 kids does react to the MMR vaccination, and gets a minor dose of german measles about a week later. Guess we'll wait and see (at least I had a rubella booster 12 months ago ...).
Hope everyone is well.
Andie xx
Thanks Heaps :D for the birthday wishes for Isabella and Riley
We are having a party for the kids tomorrow but Riley has thrown up twice today so we are going to wait till morning to see how he is. Poor little guy
Will post some photos
Take Care
JO
A little late but ....Happy Birthday Will, E, Isabella and Riley!!
Not much to report over here.Sam still a little under the weather but has improved a lot over the last 3 days. He's been a bit of a terror getting to sleep but has been staying asleep most of the night.
Great news on the breastfeeding front for me! Sam has been feeding at every sleep time for the last 3 days! It's like he magically realised what he had been missing. He will only feed off the left side because the right has completely dried up, but if I can keep him going for the next month or two my supply should pick up a little again as 2nd trimester is meant to be the worst.Trying not to get to hopeful though as I don't want to feel disappointed if it doesn't happen. But if all goes well I should at least get to 12 months, which was the date I had in mind that I really wanted to get to as a minimum.So..yay!
I'm having another baby/husband free day and evening today! They have headed down to Melbourne to see family and friends.Good because I have so much BB to catch up on and after a sleepless few weeks, I think I might have to have an afternoon nap.
Jo, How's Riley today? Poor little guy.Thinking of you guys.Hoping your little niece is going strong also.
Bec,:hug:It all sounds quite hard for you at the moment. No wise words but I'm thinking of you and am always here to chat if you need.x
Andie:hug:Oh can just imagine what you were feeling when you looked back to see Cam standing at the gate.We are looking to start Sam a morning or two a week in the next couple of months otherwise I won't be able to get anything done with two babies under months! I'm dreading it.It will get easier, sounds like he went really well though and had lots of fun playing with the other kids.
No walking for Sam yet, he will stand on his own when he's not thinking about it but as soon as he realises he sits strait back down! He walks along the furniture though. He said ''book" last night when I was reading him a story. So cute.He says Mum, Dad , ta and No.Although 'no' is more NANANANANANA when he doesn't want to do something or take something off him.It tends to involve kicking and tears too.
Anyway better be off but I hope all of you are well.
Laura xx
Happy 1st birthday Cohen ! :birthday2:
have a great day with your mum and dad
Melinda
Happy Birthday Cohen!!:happyforyou:
Have a great day today guys!

:happybirthday: COHEN
Hope you have a great day
:happyforyou: Happy birthday Cohen!!!
Will BBL ;)
Wow I have been MIA havent I?
I was just sitting here thinking this time last year i was having pains and excitedly waiting for my baby. Now as I look at him pulling himself on to the couch and chasing his brothers around (with two massive bruises on his forehead I might add) I cant believe a whole year has nearly passed.
Master Scout is the "he who shall be obeyed" in our house. It is quite shocking what I let him get away with, when I think of my other boys I never would have done it with them, the way I am with him.
He is dynamite though. He is very confidently walking and has been since about christmas. His new thing is climbing on everything, hence the bruises to the forehead as inevitably with the climbing comes some great crashes. He has just cracked the 10kg mark and has 6 teeth. Four up the top and two on the bottom. He is finally  (yes it will happen) sleeping through again from about seven till seven and he is having two one and a half to two hour sleeps during the day. How much are you hating me right now??? But in all seriousness he doesnt stop in between those sleeps so he really needs them and so do I!
The cluckiness thing is starting to kick in againg and I would really love to have another one but DHs job is a bit unstable at the moment so will have to hold off a bit. My brother and his wife are finally preggers though after IVF so hopefully that will hold me off for a while.
Big congratulations to those of you who are pregnant, that is awesome and I hope you are keeping well. Hope all your babies have enjoyed their special days for those that have had them. I expect there will be a few tears on my part tommorrow as I think about my baby growing up.
I think I have rattled on enough to bore you all and sorry for the non personals but I am hopeless at keeping track of where everyone is at
Happy Birthday Scout ! :happybirthday:
hope you have a great day with your mum dad and brothers !
Melinda
Happy Birthday Scout!:happyforyou:
Great to hear from you All-boys! Hope you have a lovely day today!x
:happyforyou:
Happy Birthday Scout!!
Just quickly all is going good here, DH started his new job yesterday and I think it seems it's going to work out in the end he can finish his apprenticeship.....phew!!
Birthday went well....I guess the big development is (and I KNOW you are all going to think OMG!! crazy woman!!) Jake is in his own big bed since Saturday. He loves it :D Sleeping much better most nights....he wakes around 4-5am, which is much better. So now I have an empty cot sitting here :( We are onto cow milk after lunch in a bottle, then a BF and cows milk top up for bed and a snuggly BF in bed in the mornings. Oh and Stacey.....Jake is very much the same as Scout, lol. For him the walking world is old hat now  he's much more into climbing EVERYTHING!!
gotta run.
xxx
:happybirthday: SCOUT
Bec you don't sound crazy too me as we have been thinking of putting D into his own bed as well. I was reading somewhere that sometimes they wake up in thier cots when they hit the sides etc... cause they can be a little small and found they sleep better in their own cots. Good news about your DH and the new job.
Well work keeps rolling around, in the middle of it at the moment, soo tired..... so what else is new :p
Hi all,
I'm late sending birthday wishes, but wanted to say :happybirthday: Cohen and Scout for earlier in the week! I got on here Tuesday and said as much, but once again BB went kaput on me when I hit submit. Are you guys finding the same thing - that BB seems to 'drop out' often? It's started to give me the irrits ... you spend the time to type a decent response, only to lose it when the connection fails. Anyhoo ....
It's been a quiet week for us - Cam was supposed to have his second week at daycare, but instead came down with hand, foot and mouth disease! I can't get over how hideous it sounds ... particularly as it's not really a hideous condition. It just looks like Cam has a little pimple rash below his knees, with a few pimple-looking things on his feet and toes. I can only assume he caught it at daycare last week - he came down with the spots on Monday. He seems to have a mild dose of it and he's well, but I understand that if they get the blisters in their mouth, that's (understandably) when they get very grizzly and grumpy. But, we're under quarantine till the spots go. Hopefully it will go by Monday, as I'm back at work on Tuesday (oh joy ).
DH is going to work from home Tuesday so Cam can have a shorter day at care (provided he's ok to go back). Seeing as how he's missed going this week, DH and I don't want to him to have to do 7am till 5pm on his first day. We were supposed to build up to a full day this week, but obviously things didn't pan out that way!
I've got a few jobs to sort, so I need to keep going. I'll be back in the next couple of days to do personals.
Cheers, Andie xx
oh yeah, and Cam's finally cut his third tooth (one of his top front ones) ... finally!
Hiya ladies,
A very belated  HAPPY BIRTHDAY to all those beautiful babies in our thread!! It sounds like everything went smoothly (minus the yellow M&M's lol) - but never mind!!
Bec - I'm so glad about DH being able to finish off his apprenticeship!!! :D That is great news. So I guess you'll be searching for a house before Feb eh? Either renting or buying?? At least the pressure of DH's job stability is off of your mind now!!
It's amazing how advanced all these babies are progressing!! I'm jealous - I can't keep using the prem baby excuse, can I?? ;)
Maddy is able to stand up with assistance and hold onto the furniture and walk around that way. She has three bottom teeth and two top teeth. She sleeps a good solid 10 - 12 hrs from about 6pm - 8pm, which has been a blessing. I get excited each morning to see her standing in her cot with a big grin on her face, jumping up and down - she's such a happy baby.
Oh, and Maddy wanted to share a secret with you all.....She is getting a baby brother!!!! YAY!!!
AFM - I have encountered some 'issues' with a boss at work - who had a go at me as I didn't want to attend a promotional display we were putting on - as I knew that standing around for 1-3 hrs would absolutely kill my back...a half an hour shopping trip does these days. He did the silly thing and told me not to use pregnancy as an excuse! Our workplace is hot on these topics and I put in a formal complaint about him. Now he's trying to get me into trouble for very, very minor things. What he's forgotten is that the 'big' manager - who is high up the food chain loves my work, and can see straight thru this guy!!! He, he, he!!!
:happybirthday: to E, Sam and Will, i hope you all have wonderful birthdays ! :birthday2:

don't tell me I'm a thread killer again???
Happy Easter to you all, we are heading off tomorrow for our Easter Holiday. Enjoy the time with your loved ones and won't the littlies just LOVE this Easter??
Have a great easter bec
just popping in at work, currently on a break so just wanted Bec to know you are not a thread killer
Well the highlight of my day was Dp brought DS into town and we had lunch together at the library on the grass, very nice way to spend lunch.
DS has another tooth coming through so that is 7 so far. He is starting to walk more then he crawls and learning to walk in shoes too so cute.
Well it seems Dp is starting to know what it is really like to be home with littlies, he that for over an hour this morning DS cried and winged and cracked tantys if he picked him up, put him down, put him in his cot - didn't matter what he did DS just wasn't happy. Ah well now he knows ;)
Hope you all have a great easter
luv nic xxxooo
Hi guys,
Just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a happy Easter. And I'm very late in saying this, but I hope E, Will and Sam had fantastic first birthdays.
Life has been a bit crazy around here for the past couple of weeks since I went back to work part time. Even though I'm only working Tues/Wed/Thurs, I seem to have very little time to get on the computer!
And for my big news ... (ha ha, no it's not another baby - YET) ... we've put our house on the market on Saturday. Decided now is the time to sell, so fingers crossed we get a sale within a few weeks . The plan is to rent for 12 months while we find a block of land and build. We really want/need another home before we add to the family. Our current place is fine, but it's two bedrooms upstairs and one down - which would make life difficult if/when another baby comes along. Anyhoo, it's taking up a lot of my time to keep the place looking spiffy as we've already had inspections, plus photos for ads etc. It's bloody hard keeping a clean and tidy house with a toddler and two shedding dogs who have always 'lived' inside with us. Wish us luck for a good sale!
As for Cammie, well he's handling daycare ok, although he's been a bit off colour this week. Not actually sick, just no real appetite for food or milk, Thankfully he's drinking lots of water and he's eating just enough to get by, but he's not quite himself. They said he was a bit grotty at daycare today - very sooky - so I'll keep an eye on him. DH and I have just had gastro (luckily only lasted 24 hours without vomitting), and we both felt nauseous and off our food. So maybe that's what Cam's had a touch of - but without the spews or poos. At least he ate dinner tonight and drank a bottle of milk before bed, so I think he'll be ok.
Cam's on the verge of walking, I think. He'll walk around now providing he's got hold of a finger. Actually, he wants to run - after the dogs. Typical boy!
Work is going ok. I find things really heat up once Cam is picked up and we get home. It's all "go, go, go" from about 5.30-8.30pm. I need to find my routine, if that makes sense, as then things might fall into place a little easier. Truthfully, the hardest thing about working is going from seeing Cam 24/7, to only seeing him for approx 3-4 hours on the days I work. I hate that, and I miss him. Guess it's a taste of what DH has gone through since Cammie was born. Still, it makes me a bit sad. But I'm trying to look on the positive side of things and at least I've got 4 days at home with him.
Bec - hope you enjoy your time at Sheffield (saw that on FB) - don't freeze your bum off. Ditto I hope everyone else going away for Easter has a great time.
Leesa - congrats on your baby boy!! Your boss sounds like a total nitwit and if he's got any sense he'll take a course in management and discrimination before he next opens his big, fat gob. Thank goodness for your big boss!
Nic - awww, poor hubby. Nah, only kidding ;). Just a taste of what the past 12 months has been luck for you. Glad to hear things going well for you.
Will hopefully be back over Easter to say hello.
cheers, Andie xx
ok so time for an update.
I can say DS is definitely walking and he loves to pratice and practice. I swear at the moment all seems to do is laps of the house holding onto things, doesn't seem to matter if it's the tv controls, a toy or a tag from some new shoes I brought (they are red boots  ) We were also given one of those doggy walky things that they hold onto and can push and he has gotten really good at pushing that around. He can really direct it where he wants to as well. I've got him in shoes learning to walk in them now too but he is a bit clumsy still.
Umm he is finally starting to kiss and cuddle, before he would just lean forward when I said kiss so I could kiss him but now I get the open mouth haha. He is still not saying much that I can understand but he has a language all of his own, he squeals and chat away. We do get the odd mum, maaaarm, dadad, nanan etc... and a baw (as in ball) one of his favourite toys.
I can't believe my almost 13 mnth can flirt, has been for awhile now but it really, really obvious now. He tries to charm every lady he meets, he smiles and 'talk' if he doesn't get a response he becomes louder, then when he has their attention he plays coy with them and looks away and back again. I can't believe it starts this young, my little man is going to be such a heart breaker
He is starting to hate the pram, damn it. Um he can be clingy but I am lucky at the moment there are times throughout the day he is just happy doing his own thing checking out his toys intently.
Last time we weighed him he was 12kgs so he doesn't seem to have slowed down any haha. Lucky for me he now sleeps in his cot and I don't rock him to sleep anymore. He now has 2 day sleeps for about an hour, hour 15 mins each. He generally goes to bed between 7.30 - 8.30 and wakes once or twice through the night and is awake and ready for the day usually between 6 and 7 am. Now I wouldn't recommend other people do this but Dp has been keeping D up for about 4 hrs before he puts him down for his sleeps, ironically he nearly always falls asleep straight away (probably from exhaution  ) but it's got to be better then him crying/protesting for 15-20 mins like before. Only time will tell if this works or not.
Ok onto personals, I may not get to everyone but will be back....
I really know how you feel Andie about going back to work even though it's only part time it is making the weeks fly by way too quickly now. The time away from D is hard but good at the same time  goodluck with selling your house - hope you get a good price for it.
Bec, stop turning off your computer you are making us look bad ;) hope you are enjoying your time away and will have to call sometime next week.
Leesa, your boss sounds like a tosser, glad the higher boss loves your work and hope things settle soon for you. for maddy furniture walking, she will be walking before you know it. My bro didn't walk until his was 17 mnths, I was expecting D to be like that too cause he is a big kid.
Laura, how are you going?
Mel, how is things going for you, when are you due back to work?
Jo how things for you, did you get away for easter did DH get some time off?

night xxxooo
Hello and Happy Easter.
Well, things have settled down quite a bit. Will is so much happier at his new child care and he is finally feeling like his old self. That illness really knocked him around for a couple of months!!
Now he is walking all over the house, bending down picking things up and off and going again. Last night he was playing with his titans football - running along, dropping it, kicking it and then picking it up again - so cute!!
We are starting to get into a routine with work - Andie - it does get a little easier - or maybe you just get use to running around madly!!
nic - glad to hear bub is falling to sleep by himself! Even if I keep Will up for 4 hours he doesn't go by himself!!! Will is into the tanty too now! The other day I got a drink from Maccas and he wanted some and cried all the way to the car! Embarrassing!
Leesa - sorry to hear about your boss at work! At least your bub is giving you such a beautiful night's sleep!
Bec - glad to hear about DH's work - must be a relief!
Talk soon - Have a lovely long weekend all!
Hiya all,
Just wanted to pop in and reassure missbec that NO - you are not a thread stopper lol!!
And a thank you for the support re - the grrr of a boss I HAD lol. He's 'gone away' now and I'm relieving in his spot (I think he 'lost the plot' and has mental health issues to deal with)...
I am still under the pump at work - I hate waking up and worrying about things I have to do the next day, but I think I may need to start delegating a bit more now. This bump is huge - I'm larger than I ever was with Maddy at 31 weeks - and I'm only 23.5 wks now...Which makes sleeping difficult (cast your minds back ladies)...;)
Remember how small our bubba's were at Easter last year?? Maddy was in 5 x 0 clothes!
I'm just babbling now, sorry - I have a 10am GP check up appt today and with traffic (yes, even in Adelaide) I better get a wriggle on!
M2W - sounds like the lil man is growing up quickly already!!
njd - awww, how cute re - your lil flirt!!! I bet he gets his cheeks pulled often from the old ladies!!
andiE - must be going around. Maddy and I were feeling quite off food yesterday. I'd pick her up and she'd just cry - I put her in the high chair - she'd scream - took her out of it - and she'd still cry. I had bad belly pains so thankfully DF took over! Hope your all feeling better now!
I guess we can put the thread quietness down to running around after toddlers?? ;)
Take care ladies!!
Hi Girls!
Sorry I haven't posted in ages. Time just gets away from me. The only time I can be on the computer is when Flynn is having a nap and I usually do heaps of other stuff first and then he is awake and that is the end of it!!!
So what is news with us?...Ummm. Well Flynn has had a runny nose and has just developed a horrible sounding cough. I had him to the Dr for the 3rd time in a week to be told (for the 3rd time...argh!) he seems fine. That is no temp and ears, throat and chest all clear. He is a bit grumpy and throwing heaps of tantrums/sooking. He also has this horrible rash/eczema which he seems to scratch only if he is upset. He is also cutting some molars :o which I'm quite surprised about they are on the lower gum on the left and the right. It's weird cos he only has the 2 front teeth on the bottom and now these ones with all that space in between! He's not too bad but I am finding it difficult with telling him off all the time His lastest favourite 'toy' is the oven/stove. He managed to turn the gas on the other day and last night while I was cooking dinner he made the flame in the oven turn off but the gas hadn't turned off. ARGHHHHHH. I don't know what to do. He got a smack on his fingers...which is probably useless but it was spur of the moment and I was shocked. 'No, don't touch' doesn't seem to work. If I move him and put him in with his toys he cracks it and ends up screaming which is not fun...argh. On the plus side he is gorgeous and loves dancing, playing peek-a-boo and a find of fetch game with some balls which he has. He is also 'chatting' heaps. We have lots and lots of different sounds which is really cute!
My pg is going well. My back/hip gets quite sore towards the end of the day which is no fun but if I can sit down it feels way better. Sleeping is getting a tad uncomfortable and I feel huge...I don't know how true that is but it sure feels like it!!!
We are thinking about buying a home. Our agents have recently informed us of an increase to our rent and while it is still reasonable for what we have and where we are located, we haven't got any more money and they haven't really maintained the property very well and we don't want to fork over more good money for 'nothing'. So we are looking at land closer to Josh's work and popping a relocatable home on it. Our figures are working out I guess it will be up to the bank and weather we can get the land a bit cheaper than the asking price. I'm a bit excited about it but also apprehensive at the same time.
What an epic this has turned out to be. I've got to go. Sorry I didn't do any personals.
Take care :)
