Hey all.
Hope your day is going well. Bri is at day care again today. So it's just DH, Jesse & me for a little while. Its so good to have them both out of the house for a few hours. It's the only break I get. I realised last night that it's been about 6 months since I had a few hours with out the kids around. I did go out one night when Jesse was 5 wks old alone, but thats it. 6 months. Even longer - about 9 if you count the fact that it was only about 4 hours while we signed the lease on the house we are in now & did some other stuff. Thats a long time.
I can't wait to go to mum's in the hols so I can get a break!
Anyway
Shell - My dad leaves the room if I feed in front of him. The first time I did was at the hospital with Bri. He decided to go out for a smoke. I think its funny too. He feels so uncomfortable! I feed in front of everyone though. I do my best not to flash, but my brother doesn't care & none of DH's mates even flinch when I start lifting up my shirt.
SJ - Thanx. I love that pic too.
India - I bet you feel better now it's been done once & you all enjoyed it so much. I'd love to have a mothers group like that, but I don't think there's enough people in our town. We just have playgroups. Hope all goes well at the docs & you feel better soon.
Got another appointment with the psycologist for Jaz today. Then a dentist appointment. I'm scared when they go to the dentist! I'm scared they'll tell me I'm doing a bad job! They said Bri was doing real good at cleaning her teeth though. Even though she does them herself. I try to remember to do them every 2 or 3 days, but she does them herself 3 or 4 times a day.
Well. Gotta go. Pick Jaz up from school in 15 minutes. I'll post again later.
Have a good day all.

Hello everyone :-)
long time no chat. i had a quick look at your posts, good to hear all the babies are doing well and the mums.
Well Jackson is months now and has started teething already :-( but better to get it out the way i guess. He is a really good baby and has been sleeping all night for about a month now. He sits up on his own for a few seconds now and is getting stronger by the day :-) he weighs just over 7kg now he is such a chubba lol. We go to our local baby group so he has lots of little friends now. I am having fun being a mum, i start work in 2 months and will miss my little boy soooo much.
I have already been talking to DH about bubs No2. Prob next year some time, we want them to be close together.
Well please feel free to fill me in on anything i have missed :-) nice to be back
-
shell - how are you feeling today?
yes, sharing each other's weight concerns really help..
your pole dancign classes will help you lose weight quick too, except now till your back gets better.
sj - thank you. damn was going to write more, i hear poopy, he's awake. bbl
sorry.
-
ok! mum's looking after poopy so i'll finish my post!
sj - im just uncomfy abt feeding in front of my dad.. maybe as time goes by i'll get more comfortable. i hope he does too!
the PT didnt know too much abt bf and exercise! im not going to do upper body stuff, just mild as lactic acid can effect breastmilk.
im drinking more water too, esp since it's hot here. i didnt realise 2kg loss a mth can affect my supply.. i'll take easy, it's so easy to overeat here, as restaurants are open 24hrs and food is so cheap.(fried rice, chicken rice, noodles etc at takeway/eat ins are about AUD1 to 1.50. and it's all so yummy)
poopy's down to 5 feeds a day now. he's still havign his top ups and 1 ff feed a day. im using NAN1 still but the ones here are from NZ. the thing is poopy's poo is more bf coloured, my boobs dont feel any different from before. some days he doesnt finish all his top ups.
i got him weight last week. the week before i weighed him in syd. he was teh same weight but i take it, cos he's wearing just a singlet and nappy now, instead of bodysuit and singlet and that the scales are different. also he might have lost a little weight cos of the weather (im assuming)
how is DSS doing?
bron - thanks hun.. im missign steve like crazy. he said he hardly slept last night w/o us.. :(
big higs  for you hun.. sorry that you're not feeling well.
i know what you mean about being tired, my lupus makes me feel so drained sometimes. can your mum help look after will for a bit so you can get some sleep?
yes where is mumzy.. i still remember her yummy cheese cake recipe!
and where is jade? hope you're doing ok.
skye - good look with jaz's appt! Bri is so clever at looking after her teeth! hehe, we have that to look
-
SallyMarie - so great to hear from you!!! Glad that everything is going well for you and you are loving being a mummy!
Its been ages since we heard from you... sometimes people just never come back, its great that you have popped in to say hello - will you be around much?
We still all chatter way too much! and so much has happened.
MJ is going really well, i am back at DH work one day a week and my Mum comes and looks after her for me... i hated it to start with but it is getting easier now, and its so muc better that Mum is with her than me bringing her to the factory.
How often will you be at work?
Teething already!!! i suspect that MJ wont be far away, the teeth must be moving around in there as she constantly has things in her month and is drooling ike no tomorrow, but nothing is visable and she is not in any pain.
MJ will sit un supported for a bit and can get her chest all the way off the floor with straight arms, but has ony rolled once. She will stand as often as she can though and her back and neck are both very strong.
CMH visit next week, i am looking forward to her 4 month (oh my gosh the time flies) check!
Bron - i hope that you are OK - good that you are getting checked out sooner rather than later, hopefuly it is just hormones and maybe AF coming back... let us know wont you..
Prama - not sure if 2kg a month will affect your supply, but unlike when we were pg, the body takes what it needs then the left overs go to the BM - therefore if you are not eating/drinking enough, your supply will be affected, especially if you are burning calories more than usual.
Oh i LOVE LOVE LOVE chicken rice!
gotta fly :)
-
THanks girls went to DOcs patlettes dropped another 30,000 neutrophils ( white cells down)too. Am having iron and hormones tested and have to go back for another gtt next week for 2 hours as a follow up for the GD. Blood pressure was good and for once in my life somebody was concernedabout weight loss. I have lost 22 kilos since having Will ( Dont get excited I was enormous to start with but had only put on 5 whilst pregnant) and 8 kilos in 6 weeks was quite a lot and I was concenrned too. SJ I had been on the mini pill and had AF on and off for the past 9 weeks but breakthrough bleeding lots.Have also been having some ovary pain too ( some nights cant lay on my belly at all)so becasue I am not feeding Will anymore I am going back on the pill to try and regulate things. I have to up my multivitamins as well and try and eat a bit better.Doc reminded me that the hormones in my body had been different for 9 months so it may take as long to get them back to normal.
prama my mum is away for 7 weeks :-( and i MIss her terribley so cant have her sit for me. Hubby has been great but he has been working so much he is knackered too.
ON the dribble front WIll has to wear a bib full time now as he wets his shirts constantly so can only imagine what he will be like when he starts to teeth.
Oops my boys awake bbl
-
Just a quick one..... wanted to ask if anyone's bub is getting like nervous twitches and is it normal? My hubby has a nervous twitch and always has, and now DJ is getting a nervous twitch, only lasts for a second..... Is that normal?
I will do more personals later. Doni just arrived home and he has his cousin coming over shortly so we have to eat beforehand.
Shell xxx
-
shell - poopy's leg twitches, paed said it's normal.. he looks like a doggy having his ears scratched!
sj - thanks re, what body takes and rest bf, i will remember that.
bron - hope you get better..
xoxox
-
Good to hear from you sallymarie was wondering where you were....
I tried to read up but am too tired sorry gals..
Work was pretty busy tonight but Summy still wont take the bottle so was pretty grumpy, I think she may be teething or they are moving cos she isn't a happy girl plus lots of dribble we need a bib full time too.
I have to fully strap her into her rocker now cos she lifts her hips up and wriggles off and the other day she sat up and fell forward out of the whole thing and banged her head on the vacuum cleaner poor bubba. She rolls and rolls front to back back to front all over the floor and bangs into things and gets tangled its pretty funny.
I am off to bed i'll catch up tomorrow.
Hope you are ok Bron

Jazz did better at daycare. She had the 2 bottles of EBM that I froze on Tuesday. They were 80ml each (one from each boob) and she drank them in 10mins flat! I read in her journal which I remembered to take home that she had a 45min nap and then a couple of hours later had about an hour and a half sleep. She fell asleep on the child fold out couch in the room with all the other kids while everyone had their nap so the carer just left her there instead of putting her in the cot. Fine with me, she's not quite rolling fully and those couches are on the floor so she couldn't fall far. Plus the kids are always in eyesight. From what I read in the journal, her times of unsettledness and everything was much the same as when she's at home. One thing that interested me was during the day her and the carer did arm, leg and head exercises. I think that's great but I'd really like to know exactly what the carer did so I can do it too. I'll have to remember to ask on Tuesday.
I've been feeling really down lately and yesterday I was so upset at DH and then Jazz was crying anytime she wasn't being held and I got even more frustraited and upset and at one point I just had to lock myself in the toilet for a few mins to cool down because I was afraid I was going to hurt her. Then I remembered that I'd forgotten to take my multi vitamins for the past few days and was feeling really run down. I took my vitamins today and I feel normal again. Happier, less tired. I didn't argue with Matt for a change this week (I think for the first time this week). Then again, I was out for much of the day so I wasn't hanging around him which was nice. And for the first time this week I was actually motivated to make dinner.
I was so tired yesterday and went to bed at 9pm. Jazz went to bed at 8 and woke at 4 and then at 6 but I put her dummy in then. Then she woke at 6:45 - an hour before I wanted! So that's when I got up. Worked out ok though coz I gave her a boob feed and then just before we went to daycare she had 50ml of a bottle and fell asleep.
-
Trina - that happened to DJ yesterday. I was on the phone and could hear him winging in his bouncer and I walked into the room and he had wriggled that far down that he was on the floor. I couldn't stop laughing and yep I have to strap him in now.
Prama - thanks sweetie, good to know. I was beginning to wonder if it was normal.
Danni - that happens to all of us, you need your own time without bub. Make a point to take some time out for yourself even if it is just as simple as a bubble bath.
Well girls, I better get myself organised, mum wants to go to Rouse Hill today so need to get nappy bag organised and stuff done around house before I go.
Chat later
Shell xxx
-
Today I'm going to try FF only during the day. I've decided that it might be best as someone suggested to just do night feeds now.
-
Trina - are you trying to give her the bottle or your Mum? I know you probably know all of this anyway as this is #4 for you, but MJ will not take the bottle if i am giving it to her or if she knows i am around... Yesterday when i was at work, she took about 60 mls from Mum and then cracked it so i came home to feed her. I have also been giving her a bottle to play with on her mat, so that she is not only seeing it when she is getting a feed. Unfortunatly our girlies just like the real thing better!!!
Shell - babies nervous systems are not full developed yet, babies will twitch and appear like they have a limb that is shaking at times - this is all normal, just the synapses not firing properly yet - but always bring up your concerns with your health nurse or dr when you see them next... i wouldnt worry thou :)
Bron - 22kg wow - were you aware that you were loosing weight that quickly (and BTW i have seen pics you not that huge!!!)... i would think that your iron is probably low if you have been bleeding a bit, and for 9 weeks you poor thing good idea on the increased multi's and switching back to the normal pill... Will likes his Mummy to be healthy :) Sorry to hear that your neuts have dropped again... are they thinking of doing anything or still at the wait and see level?
Danni, hope you are having a better day
Off to catch up with a friend (the ones who's 30th i didnt go to last weekend cos MJ wont take the bottle) today on Lygon Street (yummy) and as work is just down the road, think that i will call in and say hi, will be good to see everyone again and also to show off MJ
Have a great day everyone, and Prama - i am so jealous its freezing here!!!
-
SJ Mum was looking after Summy when i was at work and tried to give her the bottle she isn't into it at all, i'm not too worried as i only work 4-5 hours at a time its her witching hour too at that time so poor mum was a bit stressed.
My house looks like a war zone Tahnie spilt a massive glass of milo and even though it was cleaned up there is a film of crap all over the floor so Mum is coming over to help me clean today cos i just cant seem to get on top of things i am giving her some money for helping cos she needs it... I might be sitting in a nice organized home again Yay!! It is hard to be organized when house is trashed.....
Prama i can't feel my toes!!!!! it is freezing here it was 4deg here at 6am this morning. Hope you are having fun. I have been seeing PT and we are doing pretty strenuous stuff lots of weights lots of running & time trial stuff etc etc i must ask her about lactic acid in breast milk never heard of that, the only thing i have noticed is i need to drink lots of water so my milk doesnt go too thick. Not weighing myself as trying not to focus on that but i feel fabbo it really helps me i don't feel down very often now.
Have fun shopping today shell.
Well i best start on the disaster zone i need to get it all done it is driving me crazy!! Wish me luck
-
Hi all.
Yeah.
I have to strap Jesse in now, or he wriggles down. He hasn't come out yet, but came close a couple times. I usually put him on his playmat now though. I use the rocker more when he is sleeping.
His hand eye coordination is amazing! I love watching him play with his toys. He just sits there hitting one of them over & over. The other one he likes to chew on.
I have a long shower after all the kids go to bed for time out. I's nice to sit unde the hot water - I let the bath fill up too - & just think. I can't hear anything in there. I won't do it if Anth's not home though. I need to know someone can hear Jesse. But I'd go mental if I didn't do it.
Hope ff days & bf nights works for you Danni. I like the sound of your Day care center.
Things went OK at psyc. A few probs at home though. Anth & I are talking about him getting a flat for a bit til it's all sorted. It was scary to suggest it, but I really think it'd help Jaz. We could get one on one time with her each - she could stay with him for a night, then Bri & Jesse could stay with him the next night. & her with me.
He loses his temper with her too quick - they are exactly the same - & while I'm trying what the psyc suggested - being calm, relaxed & ignoring alot - it might be easier with him out of the house for a bit.
I dunno.

SJ no in fact I thought I had put on weight. I have a thing for nice material so have a dress maker to make me skirts and stuff and becasue in some places I am an odd shape she makes great hhngs. She just delivered so me winter skirts and I was devestated and felt the material had been ruined becasue they were so huge ( I have abig butt too) well now I know why . I had just been wearing the same old skirts with elastic aroudn the waist form when pregnant and huge over shirts becasue they were comfy.DOnt get me wrong its great and all becasue I could loose another 30 to be honest but for it to go so soon is what worried me. brb WIll awake
-
Well, Jazz had her last (hopefully) BF for the day at 7:00. I gave her a 100ml bottle, she took it with no problem. Fell asleep for a little while then drank a bit more, snoozed a bit, then finished it (over the course of an hour). But then I had to express. Only got 60ml total from both boobs instead of about 80ml from each. She's laying on her play mat happily. She was chatting away at her toys. Very cute. She's grabbing at things heaps more now and starting to get some coodination.
Sorry for lack of personals.
-
HEy danni I hope it all goes well for jazz on the formula. WIll has just thrived on it and I Still feel just as close to him when I give himt he bottle than the boob and we have sniggles then too. Its scary how quick they become co ordinated and are grabbing everything dont knwo about you but my hair takes a battering as will grabs it all the time
Have you had any temp work yet?
Hey bj am sorry to hear you guys are thinking of some time apart must be hard on you all and trying to be consistant with jaz

No temp work yet but I've give my resume to a friend who works at a property management firm and they have 2 offices, one is 10mins away from me and the other is about 20mins away which is great and they are really flexible with part timers. She basically said to them these are the number of days I want to work and these are the hours I want so she works from 7:30am -3:30pm because that's what she wanted. Plus there is heaps of room to move around in the company and admin staff can go to a training course to learn to be property managers if they want. The company pays for the course which is great coz it's worth $3000. I do still want to do the nails oneday too.
Jazz has now had 2 bottles. I've expressed once and I felt like I had to again but then the feeling went away.
My hair is starting to get a beating too. Now I know why my sister cut her hair short after she had kids...I don't think I'll do that, I'll just put it in a ponytail if it annoys me. Jazz is trying to hold the bottle by herself too. Half the time I just balance it but she's actually holding it. She'll pull it out her mouth, look at it and then put it back in.
-
Forgot to say. Yesterday I was greeted by my "new name" when I picked Jazz up from daycare. The other kids said "Hi Jacinta's mum" I guess I'll have to get used to being known as "Jacinta's mum" instead of Danni from now on LOL.
I was going to say something else but I forgot.
-
I just put some pics in the gallery taken yesterday
-
All girls - Summer is so cute! Little blondie. gorgeous.
I put a couple more pics up today too.
-
Well, Jazz took bottles easily all day today. I gave her BF first thing in the morning and then 12 hours later before she went to sleep and will also BF for her middle of the night feed if she wants one. It will be interesting to see if she wakes at all in the middle of the night considering she's had 4 FF's today. I'm also trying not to express unless I absolutely have to. I'm finding that usually when I get the letdown feeling it will go away after 5 mins and I don't feel so bad so I don't express as soon as I get the feeling for that reason.
I remembered the other thing I was going to say, it's a bit funny:
Got a letter from the doctor today reminding us that Jazz is due for her 4 month injections in a couple of weeks. Matt laughed when he read: "Our records show that your child is/was due for recall..." So he said "is she faulty? Do we have to send her back?" (with a cheeky grin). I just said "She ain't going back, she's non-refundable" Ok, you may not find it funny, it could be one of those 'ya just had to be there things' but I wanted to share it anyway.
-
They might scream all night, but for some strange reason, you just can't bear the thought of sending them back, huh.
Don't worry, I'd have laughed too.
-
Summer is so cute. She's huge compaired to Jazz. Jazzy is tiny though, still in 0000 most of the time!
I realised that I need to make Jazz spend more time on her tummy coz she doesn't like it at all and doesn't get her head up like Summer does, I'm getting a little worried that she's not doing some things that she should be.
I gave Jazz a bottle at 9am. She drank most of it really quickly...but then she chucked it all back up!
She's laying on her playmat happily though so that's ok.
-
Trina - she is beatuiful
- will have to get round to upoeading too
-
skye - hope things worked out with the new living arrangement, it's not easy being apart...
danni - yes, as bron said, you still bond with a bottle. poopy looks at me when he has his bottle and that eye contact is amazing.
of cos, since we have the fan here full swing all the time, it amazes him no end! he's so mesmerised he drinks up his formula really quick. but not all the time tho!
hehe, how true! jazz's mum.. now we will all have our new identity! we used to be so and so's daughter, so and so's brother/sister, then wife now mum! very proud!
lol!! that's so funny, of cos they are non-refundable! what a funny term to use - recall!
trina - will check pix out soon! tryign to post while poopy has his 10min nap. it's hard with the gym, trying to lose some, but not too much cos bf, how to know how much is enough... so tricky.
my friend dropped by with her almost 1 yr old and she lost heaps of weight. she said it all happened after 9mths and running after her son.
oh danni - try to express at least a little if you can when you're full, to avoid mastitis. have you been gradually dropping feeds?
my cousin who's living in the UK is going to Nigeria on Monday to visit her fiance's parents to discuss marriage plans. she didnt want to go cos of cases of violence/kidnapping of foreign nationals workign in the oil industry. it's nto very safe. but her fiance's parents (who are Nigerians) reassured her that she will be ok with them and to trust them that they will take care of her. It's such a hard decision. risking your safety and not wantign to upset/lose the trust of your future parents-in law. it's one of those things, first visit to her fiance's homeland and the family etc.
hear it;s freezing in syd at the moment, how's the central coast now trina?
-
I'm looking forward to Tuesday as it marks exactly 1 year since I found out Jazz was going to enter our lives. Just think, this time last year most of us were pregnant but didn't know it!
-
yeah danni conception queens bday weekend was when we think our lives changed... it was a wow moment for us this year. What a ride it has been.... i neer want it to stop, its been fantastic, despite the crappy and down in the dumps day i am having
-
Ww look at that gorgeous girl and that dorable boy. bj and trina great pics and trina i Love the family portrait of your girls its stunning.
MInus 2 this morning hell of a frost brrrr lovley day though
-
yup,i know what you mean! the 21st (last sat) was our first anniversary of our BFP. and that's teh day we had a party here for my family to meet poopy. how much things have changed.
we were TTC so we also remembered the conception date! lol.
trina - wow! you're going to have hordes of boys knocking down your door!
having said that, some parents might one day give poopy the 3rd degree when he wants to take their daughter out!
-
Thanks all i think she's pretty cute.
Skye jesse is a little cutie, geez they are growing up quick.
Danni, don't worry they all do things at different stages i found when they have older kids around they seem to develop quicker like they want to join in on the action. Summer was holding her head up almost from birth and has always loved being on her tummy but not for too long though. They all catch up in the end. Summer is growing so fast she is almost grown out of 00 and her 0 bondsuits are very snug now, both DH and i are tall.
I had a crazy busy day soccer x2 present shopping, bday party horse riding pick up from party now cooking dinner sooo hungry didn't eat much today.
How you finding the PT Prama? You get to the stage where you love the feeling of sore muscles sounds bizarre but its true. It was pretty warm in the middle of the day it was cold at 9am at soccer really cold breeze but beautiful after.
How are you feeling Bron?
DH is in Spain it took him 36 hours to get there and they lost his bag at one of the airports it has all his clothes, contacts etc. Lucky for some hey?
Off to check dinner before i eat my own arm.
-
Hi all.
Wow Trina! Growing out of 00 & 0's. She's gonna be tall!! Jesse still wears 000's except for the bonds suits. he wears alot of 00's too, but I still can't believe he still fits 000's. Bri was a chubby bubby & was out of them at around 2 1/2 months! The portrait of all your girls together is beautiful. I had some done in home when Jesse was 2 or 3 weeks, but I'm paying them off. I can't wait to get them, but I think I've still got a couple of months to wait :(
Your poor DH. Airports always seem to do that to you. I hope he gets them back soon!
Danni I wouldn't worry too much - as Trina said, when there are older kids around they need to keep up & have them around to watch. They can't wait to be up there with them. Enjoy her while she still wants to be a baby. Let her do it when she's ready. They grow up too fast. I know you probably hear it all the time, but they do. DD1 was around 4 - 4 1/2 months before she rolled over the first time.
& even though the girls both had strong necks & good head control, they both hated tummy time. Jesse likes it, but no more than 10 minutes at a time. He'll go longer if I lay down & play with him.
-
MJ is in 0 bonds suits now, but they are slightly too big.. she is squeezing into 000 as the 00 are still a bit big in everything else, its like she is 00 and a half! i think she will be tall and skinny like her daddy
getting weight and measured on Thursday, im really looking forward to it :)
-
trina - i had 3 sessions with the PT, 3 days in a row. i was so exhausted. Fitness First then wanted me to sign up for more PT session at ridiculously expensive prices, 10 one hr sessions at RM1340 = AUD400. I dunno how much PT cost per hr in oz, but if you were living here and had to pay 1340 for 10 sessions, it's madness. i could do so much for that amt. she's showed me the machines etc. so i can do it myself. i used to go to the gym a lot years ago so i remember some of the stuff. i took a break today cos my muscles were so sore, i had trouble lifting and changing poopy. i might go for a swim tomorrow.
i was really upset yest, cos i was looking at myself during the workouts and i felt so fat and ugly.
bron - sorry i forgot to ans you the other day, lupus is under control, no flare ups but the skin on my face gets worse cos of the humidity.
how are you feeling now? are you still bleeding?
when does DH start his new job? how exciting! he'll spend more time with you.
danni - as the girls said dont worry. i used to and do worry about poopy not catching up but i realise he can only do it when he can. my friend's son only started to roll at 5-6mths, in BAby Love by Robin Barker, she said they can take up to 9mths. but dont worry, jazz will do it soon. anotehr friend's son only started crawling at 11mths. and a couple of mths later he was running around like crazy.
i feel i dont want poopy to grow up too quickly, i want to enjoy and savour his itty bitty stage. even more so since steve's back in syd. i dotn want steve to miss out too much. tho i managed to record poopy rolling onto his side today. he cant roll onto his tummy and he gets frustrated.
poopy was in his 00 in bonds suits 2 weeks ago. they were just nice. he's in 000s but they are not so loose anymore, they fit just nice. mind you he's already 19weeks so he's older and smaller than some of the babies here.
poopy is due for another feed, he seems to have dropped a feed and some feeds doesnt want most of his top up. it's confusing and frustrating me as im worried as to why he's dropping a feed. but he seems happy and he has enough wet nappies. and his poo is more breastmilk even tho he has 1 full formula a day, on top of bf+ff top ups. maybe the warm weather has increased my milk? i dunno. im drinking lots of water, i did so in syd but not as much as im here, i suppose. but then im losing water cos im sweating so much.
im too tired and cofnused. i miss my dh and am not sleeping well at all. i feel really sad cos i can never win, it's either or for me. backin syd, i miss my family and them seeing poopy. and here, i miss my husband and him seeing poopy. sometimes it's hard w my parents cos they dont have a good relationship and it gets to me. they dont talk to each other, they talk at each other. i grew up being the adult in the family and always trying to make things work. my brother went the other way and shut himself out of it.
so sorry for the rambling, i'd probably go on and on..
good night girls. xoxoxoxxo

Awww Prama that's tough with your parents mine only in the last few years will be in the same suburb together i was the one they both whinged to since i was 14 i know how you feel. The gym i go to do 1/2 hour sessions for around $30 but now do group training with up to 4 people for $16 for an hour i usually do one a week but cos i was away i missed a few so now catching up doing 2 per week, it really gets me motivated and pushes me harder plus you can't lift heavy weights by yourself so i like having my trainer there she knows my limits. Rule #1 DON'T LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!! they are horrible mirrors and when you are sitting down with baby belly hanging out i wear a long tight singlet under my shirt to hold everything in when i am running otherwise everything jiggles. I try and focus on anything but myself.
skye i can't squeeze summy into 000 bondsuits i still have a few larger 000 things that she fits into but they are too short in the legs, i think she has had a massive growth spurt in the last few weeks she seems so much bigger some of the mums at soccer couldn't believe how much bigger she was since last week. I have said it before when you want them to be babies as long as possible they grow up way quicker.... Not fair.. I paid my photos off too but i was able to take them home some of the photos had water marks on them you could hardly see where so they printed them off for me again, they wanted the damaged ones but when i went in the girl didn't ask for them so i got the whole 2nd set for free which is good the whole set cost me about $600 so pretty happy for the freebies.
Sorry that was a long jabba Summer is catching up on her sleep today she had a nice long sleep this morning and has been asleep since 2pm its nearly 4.30

I sprained my foot this morning. It is so sore. Jaz & I were kinda mucking around & I kicked her up the bum. It didn't hurt her, but I'm paying for it!! I can't walk at all.If I have it up it doesn't feel too bad, but as soon as its down & blood starts flowing into it it throbs. I've got panadiene, but it's not helping much.
I hope I can at least walk tomorrow. I can't move it at all or put any weight on it. Not easy with 4 kids to look after. The older ones aren't too bad, but it's so hard to deal with Jesse. Just sitting on the floor to change a nappy hurts coz I can't put my foot at the right angle to be comfortable.
Anth won't be home til 7 or 8pm. Dunno what I'll do about tea. Couldn't do any shopping coz I couldn't walk. Had to get Jaz to go in to get nappies for me. She got the girl behind the counter to come out to the car to find out what I wanted.
Can't drive anywhere. Had tears in my eyes going to get the nappies & coming home from the hospital. I'd be right if we still had an auto, but we bought a manual a few months ago. & it's my clutch foot I hurt. Aren't I lucky.

trina - thanks for understanding. :D
i try not to look in the mirror but the PT was showing some weights and i had to look to make sure i was doing it right. i hate those mirrors. i think mirrors in m'sia make me look bigger than teh ones in syd! i suppose being in singlets and shorts most of the time doesnt help. i was in a baggy t-shirt at the gym, sothat didnt help.
good on you for gettign 2 sets!!
babies will change again when they start solids, dont they, weight and height gain? poopy was looking at me eating teh other day and mum said he was doing chewig actions. I'll start him on solids in a mth i think. he'll be almost 6mhts.
skye - so sorry abtg ur foot.. your poor thing.. :hugs:

No good skye hope it is ok stick it up with some ice (not fun in the cold weather) hope its feeling better today.
I so know how you feel about the mirrors prama i try not to worry too much my gym is good it has all types of shapes and sizes there at the time i go so its great not just having skinny beautiful young girls plus i have been going there for years i wouldn't like going somewhere new you're doing great you will feel fantastic only prob for me is i don't lose weight when i go to gym i do lose cm's but my weight usually stays around the same so i try not to focus on scales.
Speaking of gym must get ready.... It is sooooooo cold this morning 6deg when i dropped the girls off to school. Brrrrrrr
I have a new horse coming tomorrow for a trial so a bit excited i know that my other horse will come good now and i'll have two to ride and compete on.
DH called me this morning he watched spain play soccer and there were horns and people yelling he said they were going crazy cos they won he said it is just beautiful over there people have siesta in the afternoon and then stay up most of the night doesn't get dark until 10.30 or later at night wish i was there oh well!!
Back later off to get ready for gym...

I don't know what it is about Saturday nights. Last week Jazz was up every couple of hours. This Sat just gone she woke up at 1am for a feed, I put her back to bed at 2am and then she was awake at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7! Last night was good though. She woke at 1am. I decided to give her a bottle. She sculled 150ml in 15mins and then had both boobs. I also changed her nappy before I fed her. Then she slept until 4am when I just gave her some gripe water and her dummy. Then she slept until 7am when she was woken by loud rain. I'm thinking about increasing her bottles to 200ml this week.
