Jazz has started clapping. We were singing "If you're happy and you know it clap your hands" and she was clapping away and thought it was great! She's moving around heaps more, still backwards though but we think she'll be crawling properly before Christmas.
Prama, hope you're both feeling better soon.

SJ your post arrived while I was posting. Hope you two are also feeling better soon.

I just found out a friend of mine has a tumour on her ovary (she also had one a few years ago on her other ovary). She has to have surgery and may need a full hystorectomy. It's so sad. She's 27 years old, doesn't have any kids but really wants them, her husband is 10 years older than her and he's not keen on having kids and now it looks like they wont be able to ever.

OMG Trina that's really scary. Like the littlies that drowned, you just never know when something like this is going to happen. My advice to you re: your ex, is to go to a lawyer before you let DH sell the house. A friend of mine just did a 50:50 split and when she spoke to the lawyer he told her that as the custodial parent she was entitled to a lot more. Remember you're setting up for the yours and the girls future so resist the temptation to be fair and nice.

Bron I hope you're feeling better soon.

Paddy got his first tooth yesterday. Everything is happening so quickly so he's been a bit grumpy. He can crawl forward now but only if he really wants something, especially things he's not sposed to have!

Hope everyone else is having a good week

    Hi guys.
I'm back. The weekend was good. We weren't really in Coonamble except to sleep on Thurs & Sun nights. The rest of the time we spent at Anths parents place. So I didn't run into anyone I didn't want to.
We went for a drive past our old place & people have just moved in It was really wierd. As much as I miss the house, thats all I miss!!

Jaz did have a pet frog, Tom, for 2 or 3 days. Poor Tom passed away sitting in the hot sun with the lid on a plastic container at Macca's in Tamworth today (I am secretly not that upset!)

We are talking about Anth coming up after chrissy & we are looking into buying a place. Its only a double garage on a block now, but we could either turn it into a house (its brand new) or build in front of it. One of those kit home things.
    Well we are hoping, anyway.

Sorry guys, grumpy needs boo boo.

    Back tomorrow, Night!!

Yeah, thats what i was sort of alluding to... As much as he may only need to contribute a certian amount of $$ with regard to child support, if you actually when through the court system and with the split, you would be entitled to more as its a spousal thing too...
You are possibly not ready for all this yet, its still only early days in the split, but I am just wanting to make sure that u dont miss out. You are doing the hard work and you deserve to be able to have a little financial freedom (regardless of whether X paid for majority of house or not), you are working full time bringing up the Kids... Anyway enough of that...

Skye - That sounds awesome, a place of your own.... I know people that did the same as what you are thinking, they stayed in the garage while they built on the land and now they have a MASSIVE garage, which is great for boys/men, I say what ever why you can get into a place of your own, go for it Hope it works out for you

Danni - your poor friend, thats awful. Woo hoo on the clapping. we sing that song too... MJ knows its coming when i start with iiiiiiiiifffff, she starts giggling, she loves that song!

Bron - Sorry that you are no better, i cant even begin to imagine how you must be feeling, makes me sound silly for whinging that i am tired.
I hope you start to pick up soon and you dont need to have another round.
So good that your Mum is able to help out, what would we do without them???
    How is everything else?

Teach - woo hoo on the tooth - i wonder when MJ will get one, i bet shhe is last!

Well WIll chose the week we put the christmas tree up to learn to stand up and pull himself along things. W now have a third of a tree. We took the bottom thrid off and the back hald nad have it pushed up agaisnt our fireplace with a wooden chest pushed i fornt of it. It actually looks really good I think just not our usual tree. We also put some lights up on the outside of the bottom lounge windows where Will loves to look out. Thy are coloured and he giggles when they flash on and off and trys to grab them thorugh the glass. He hasnt gotten any more teeth yet and is talking like nobodies buisness. He had learnt to say gama which just make my mum tear up every time he says it *L*.
We have had to move a few things aorud the house which I never realy wanted to do as I wanted WIll to learn what he coudlnt touch but he is a determined little buggar *L*
I'll post the xmas tree in with his santa pics in th egallery.
Wellthats it for me this mornign girls have to go finish the xmas shooping ( for everybody elses I have done mine)

Hi guys. I'm on hold to the bank atm. Well maybe not!
They just hung up on me!

Anyway, ringing again. 20 minutes on hold for them to hang up!!
Finding out exactly what I'll need to do & that sort of stuff.
There's been an offer on the block I wanted, but I'm still having a look tomorrow anyway, JIC.
There's another one in the same area for 40 000, so I'll look at that. There's no garage or anything though.

Trina - Tell him where to go! Sorry, but don't let him sell the house out from under you. You need it & he needs to think about you & the girls, not himself.
Glad the little ones are ok. Poor babies. How's Codie? I hope she gets a break for a bit soon. to you & her.

Jesse's cruising too. So fun! Climbing on lounges & stuff now.
He surprised me, 3 weeks away from Anth & he started squealing & giggling & climbing on him the second he saw him!

    hang on....they answered!

skye - good luck w the loans.. it's a big step but it's all so exciting!

sj - hehe i think it's only mj, dj and poopy that dont have teeth.. i think if poopy doesnt get a tooth for xmas, he might just get it for his birthday!

bron - you have so much going on...it seems it's always one thing or another...
i hope things settle.. is there anything more the doctors need to give you?

bron - a question for you if you dont mind....
as you and i are of similar age, have you thought of #2 when all the blood things get sorted?
we would like a 2.5yrs to 3 yrs gap between poopy and #2. which means we'll probably start trying end of next year. i'm 35 now, so i'll be 37, or even 38 when #2 is born if all goes well.
I just get worried i might be too old... but i dont think i can manage having #2 too close to poopy. all the initial days of bf problems, expressing, formula top up, pain etc. is still quite dark to me. i would like to have a happy birth second time around...

I was going through a toysRus catelogue today and have found 2 possible things for Jazz's Christmas present. One is a Busy Ball Popper Bonus Pack which looks like heaps of fun for Jazz (and for me). By the look of it you put the balls in and then it pops them into the air (not too high). The other choice is a baby spash pool with a sunshade. But I'm thinking that the splash pool might be a bit limited in its useage. While fun, she can always splash in the bath with cool water during the hot summer.

Well the offer got dropped on the block. I am going for a look in the morning.
My Uncle is a morgage broker & owns his own business, so I might be able to get some help or advice there. Mum & dad are staying down there tonigt coz my dad had to see a doc in Sydney today, so she's going to talk to him about it.

I really hope you feel better soon Bron.

Jesse's getting one of those baby bikes for christmas. You know the ones with the sun shade & handle & you strap them on & push? One of them. Plus a truck load of other stuff!
I can't even remember half the stuff they are getting! Its all on layby.

Prama - having the next one is a really hard decision. All mine are around 3 years apart. I wanted Jaz TT before I had Bri. Just hoping life would be a little easier. I had her in an 8.30 bed time routine too.
Sometimes I wih mine were closer in age though so they could play better, but they do ok.
Most people are having their firsts around 35 - 40. 38 is not too 'old'!
You are only as young as you feel remember!! There are women at 50 & 60 still having babies, not to mention older ones looking after the grandkids.
You'll be fine! Just take your time & do it when your ready.

SJ thats exactly what I did..material from spotlight and red ribbon tied around a bear we had. WIll had a ball playing with the bear and they were so easy to do. I used a company called vista print and designed some postcards I have used as xmas cards. They had them on special so got 50 for free and $12.00 postage am thrilled with them.

Prama. I was 37 when I had Will and now have to wait another year before we can think of trying to conceive so I would be forty before my next baby is born.FOr me its more about health I dont feel being older is an issue I certainly dont feel close to forty ( nor do I act it) I think as long as your body and head can cope with it then age wont be a problem. I am sorry fo ryou that you has such a rough time ealry on and can understand it certainly does play on your mind when contemplating another baby. To be honest I wouldnt mind being pregnant again now despite everything but also may have to be resigned to the fact that my precious boy is the only baby we will have.
