christine - yep, archie is really clingy and whingey atm too.

What's you bubba's favourite snack? dry bikkies, sweet bikkies, rice crackers, cheese sticks, yogurt, custard, sultanas, grapes

What's your bubba's favourite song? Twinkle Twinkle (i sand it today and he did all the actions at the right times! dont know how he learnt that so well i rarely do the actions with him), Bob the builder he does try to sing the "can we fix it" but just grunts not words. he'll dance to anything though, his alltime fav at the mo is that Avril Levine girlfriend song, he sings the hey hey you you.

What's in your DVD player that gets played over and over? Nothing yet. We put ABC on for an hour or two in the mornings and his favs are sesame street (he loves doing the Counts laugh) Boo and Poobahs (i think thats what its called).

What's bubba's newist word? he said nonsense and serious the other day copying me they were only once offs though. All day every day he is pointing to things saying 'what is it" over and over again, drives me mental some days! He knows that if he sayd hello to people when we are out shopping people are guaranteed to stop and chat to him and tell him how clever he is! More is a very over used word in this house as he never stops eating.

    WHat's bubba drinking? water.

sheree - poor lachlan i would take him back to doctor and get checked if he has bee that bad for a week. Are you feeling okay with the bladder infection?? Sorry your trip wasn't relaxing and refreshing, hope you get some much needed sleep very soon.

nat - did Em have fun at the airport?

sara - good on you for going to your mums for the night, sounds like a helping hand is just what you need atm.

leanne - arch is clingy and whingey too it seems like its just a developemental stage we are all at, fun fun fun!

we have had a crappy few days, feel like having a newborn all over again! (had me questioning whether i could really cope with another one). We decided to go away for a few days on Wednesday but wed night archie coughed and kept waking up all night and it was a juicy barking cough, he would go down for his afternoon sleep on Thursday so i cracked it and packed the car and we drove home, he slept most of the way home thank goodness. Thurs and fri nights we had him in our bed constantly coughing and screaming poor little boy, but this morning he had a 2 hour sleep (and so did we) and since he woke up he has hardly coughed and has been really happy, even went to the playground for an hour. When i put him to bed he sounded a bit choked up so i put the steam vapouriser on and raised the cot matress and he went to sleep, so far so good....really hoping he doesn't end up with a chest infection....also hoping to have the bed to ourselves tonight.

Arch was a pain in the butt today, he kept running into the kitchen and getting food out of the cupboard and bringing it to me and saying more, it was driving me nuts cause he had just finished lunch , but he kept persisting, so i gave in and let him eat, he ate 3 bikkies, 3 handfuls of sultanas, rice crackers, i think he must be having a growth spurt.

kim - oooooooo gastro, my worst nightmare, hope you feel better soon. Fingers crossed that your cycle is longer this month.

Remember how a couple of weeks ago Darcy only had 4 teeth? Well she's almost completed the set - complete with molars.....poor kid.

That's what I meant to ask befroe Sheree - is he still unwell or is it a habit now - the night waking I mean? Some viruses take ages to fight, others are relatively light. Darcy has started wanting a feed overnight again and is always pulling at miy top during the day. Like Elissa I'm putting it down to a growth spurt (either that or a bit of separation anxiety now she's separated from me for long hours during a few days a week).

Hope you feel better soon Kim!

I too have had a yucky day! Bladder infection is rearing it's ugly head again. I finished my antibiotics a couple of days ago, and now it is hurting again!!!! What that..... And I haven't even had sex this time round, so guess it never really cleared up properly last time. I do think the main cause is sex for me, but then also I think a contributing factor for me is my silly bowels. They have been playing up big time lately and I believe that some bacteria gets to the other side!!! I am so over these bladder infections.

Lachlan is all stuffed up in the nose, even got green snot now and his voice is all hoarse. I too have a rough throat tonight!

Can't believe how much we have all been sick since we got to Tieri.

I really am going to appreciate from now on when we are WELL!

Oh Elissa missed your post. Gee Archie is a little character huh! Lachlan says more quite a lot too, but it is only for rubbish food, you won't catch him saying it to normal food. So sorry Archie is sick. It really sux having sick kids hey. I am so over it. Oh and thank you for replying to my post, you always do, thanx for that! I think I might take Lachlan and I back to the doctor on Monday. Hope Archie is better soon honey. Mwah.

Well all this afternoon I completed a change of name application for the change of names register. I am still going by my married name and we have been split for geez.... ummm.... 6 years now. Doesn't make sense for me to go by that name and don't want to go back to my maiden name, so decided for Lachlan's sake and to save the confusion I would take Wade's surname! So I will now go from Ms Sheree Sharp to Ms Sheree Mcleod. Wade always said that good things come to those who wait re: him asking me to marry him, but geez it has been 6-7 years and I am sick of waiting. I said to him today, is it ok if I take your name and he is like - if you want. IF YOU WANT I SAY, what about what you want, do u have an opinion! Appears not, he just goes with the flow all the time, drives me nuts!

Anyway I am so please that I am finally doing this.
