(hope that's alright... it's only photos of the house). Remove the link if not ok.

Just remember - it needs work... first thing out is the kitchen!

will pop on tomorrow to do personals.

    Righto back again.

Leanne, thinking of you tonight. Hope the doc's visit went well and you aren't feeling too pressured to stop doing something if you aren't ready. Have you had your appendix out? Could the pain be that?

Jodie, doesn't look too bad to me - can you show us some pics with your furniture in there though....when you get it in of course!

Christine, 4bed plus ensuite, big backyard. Looks new....see if I can send you a pic.

    Shaaaaaz! norty norty.

Well I'll share with you all my interesting day.

Cleaned up like a mad woman so that the real estate agent can ring and bring 2 sets of people through - of course she didn't ring all day. Frustrated.
DH rings about 12.30 and says "guess what, I got the NT job, I'm leaving on the 16th September. Have to run they're doing a bomb simulation". Jaw's left hanging at this point.....:O
Ring the DPP over a matter Dh has while he's supposed to be away (that's my job when I am at work) - she (the nasty cow), says "no he'll be required for court, tough luck" - Me very pooey now
DH rings back and says "the Inspector says I'm going no matter what". Great now I get to organise and carry out a 600km move ON MY OWN - WOOHOO not! With a small child.....bet I fall pregnant this month.
Darcy's playing with my mobile and accidentally rings the last people I really want to speak to today - the ILs....FAR OUT can this day get any better...so I have to speak to them and they remind me to keep in touch - yeah right and come and stay in their shoebox - no way at least at home we get our own rooms and a bathroom.
But the day can get better - I have a $600 electricity bill due and then the Etag people ring and tell us our withdrawal account is stuffed up - it is their fault but this is so not helping my day improve

Sorry that was a bit of a rant wasn't it. On the plus side my little helper halper me with the housework today without much complaint and has gone to bed easily tonight. DH is also on a cancelled rest day on SUnday which means I can spend the whole day with my family and as it's my mum's 60th that day I'm pleased

kim - wow what a day!!! ummer about being left to do the whole move and look after Darcy all on your own, you will definately fall pg this month so that you can add awful m/s to your list of challenges with the big move! he he at Darcy ringing the inlaws. great that you have a nice family day to look forward to.

christine - sorry to hear that you aren't feeling great, i hope you feel better when AF p!ss$s off! I am on CD54 no sign of AF but my hormones are crazy! Thanksyou so much for understanding my ttc dilemma, i really feel good about my decision and if DH does feel too old to ttc again then i'll be happy with just Archie.

leanne - so sorry that PND is rearing its ugly head again for you, huge hugs, hope you feel better once AF is over. Hopefully you will get pg first time and leave work! i understand about not wanting to get out of the market, we are in a similar predicament and have decided to stay in our house and put up wit the hard times for a few more years, you do have to take the future into consideration for sure, hope the pay rise is great! Hope your tummy and boobs are easily explained away at the drs.

tania - good to hear from you! yeah i am worried it will take a long time ttc#2 which is one of the resons i was ttcing so soon cause i feel like it is gonna take a while, i am on CD54 atm with no sign of AF, so i worry about fertility issues int he future, would rather have an only child than have 2 young children at once though, so im feeling great about my decision. Good tohear you are feeling more organised now that you are out of the house. I agree about the night away being addictive! how lucky that you saw the dog in time.

sara - wow, you had an exciting day, it must have made youfeel sick to hear that sound, glad everything was okay. i can't believve Briley is getting another cold, bring on Spring and Summer, enough of the winter nasties already!

shazz - lol at you using extra download, naughty naughty naughty, sometimes it feels good to be a little bit naughty though doesn't it ?!

jodie - OMG nice nice nice nicenice!!! i am loving your new house, can we come and live with you, looks like you've got the room. 3 bars, sounds like a house for us, i love the idea of beig able to see the kids playing in the backyard through the kitchen window. The outdoor entertaining area is fabulous, had a giggle about you neeeding Jamie Durie too. I can see why you fell in love with this house. When i looked at the bathroom i though wow what a nice big bathroom very flash, then i read that you are ging to rip it out! (just proves what a dive we live in atm!lol)

I got swooped all the way home from kindergym by magpies, and there is no other route i can take to get there, so no more walking to kindergym for a few months, very sad about that, i love getting out a couple of times a week, we can go in the car 2 out of every 3 weeks so thats not too bad. New words for today are Simpsons and pretty. Was eating dinner when the simpsons came on and Archie yelled sisons sisons, so sad that he loves that show at 15 months old, i don't really watch it either its just always been on the telly in the background during dinner/bath time.

I ran out of miosturiser and cleanser this morning so i thought instead of buying stuff from the supermarket id go to the health store and get decent stuff for my horrible face. nearly died when the shop assistant asked for $70!!!!!!!!!!!! She also convinced me to have a $75, 90 minute deep cleansing treatment, i will have to wait a while before i lash out on that though i think! they also do a 60 minute make-over lesson for $50, am thinking that would benefit me greatly i have never worn makeup in my life as i have no clue what to do with it,imagine how good looking i could be with a coat of make up, DH wouldn't recognise me lol!

shazz - wow , what a wonder drug, you must be feeling fatastic now!

Archie constantly woke last night, he is scared of the dark now too, when we turn of the hall light when we go to bed he will wake up and get upset, have put his night light in a better spot now so he has a bit more light shining on him.

    Hi girls,

I just have a quick question about expressing breastmilk.

If i expressed some breastmilk lastnight and stored it in the fridge. Can i add the milk that i have just expressed this afternoon too the one from lastnight??? Or does it have to be stored in a new container???

    Any help would be apreciated.

Will be back later for personals.

Sara you can't add freshly expressed milk to the chilled one but if you chill the new batch first then you can add them together when they are both the same temp according to the MCHN i had

What Shazz said Sara. ANd if the first lot is frozen, as long as you chill the new batch you cna pour it straight in with the frozen lot.

Yuck Maggies Elissa! Glad you're feeling better

    Hi Girls!

Hope you are all well. Our 2nd Fathers Day this weekend!!! What presents have you got? Any plans? I got my dad a book and a huge box of toblerone. I got Yariv the same toblerone, a top, and a spanner that he saw on TV. I also got a hand cast kit... but I haven't had the time to do it. If I get really organised tomorrow I might try to do it then. Catching up with a heap of people this weekend... and my parents got back from Thailand tonight - so we'll be seeing them too.

    now for some personals:

Sheree: hows the morning sickness? And your toe? Got your house back to yourself now that SIL, BIL & nephew are gone? Hope they didn't bring their bug to you.

Kim: Bet you're busy with the APEC's. Hope there are no problems. Although those pesky protesters must be a PITA. 7th October... not too far away (we settle our house on the 10th oct). Great that you've found a house. I will definately be showing more photos with our furniture & with our renos in our house. Sounds like you had a rotten day yesterday. Hugs to you.

Elissa: You get to go for awesome walks! The beach.. and the wildlife park sounds so cool. I have no idea when Shaun will see an emu or even a kangaroo! Don't know if you can come and live with us... but you can definately come and stay with us any time! You know, I hadn't thought about looking at the kids through the kitchen window... but that's a really good point!

Leanne: how's the weight loss? hope scales are going down for you. Hope Mark gets a good pay rise!!

Shazz: how long before the reno's are finished? We will have THREE bathrooms to reno in our new place. I'm dreading that! At least we could do one at a time. And I hope your back/neck are feeling better. Woohoo at Ryan eating and sleeping so well.

Sara: Poor Briley with tonsilitis! I suffered a lot from that as a kid. Love your ticker photo. Colby is a real cutie.

Tania: Was your move today? Hope it went well. Damn about sleeping on a matress. Hope you find a house soon. I think that we had 'lady luck' on our side, to find a house a week after we sold ours. But we weren't being fussy. If it had a roof and at least 4 rooms we were interested OMG at the dog hanging over the fence on it's chain. Glad he's okay.

Christine: so sorry to hear about your computer. We won't get removalists, as the new house is only 2 streets away from our current house. And we are hoping to get access to the house prior to settlement, so we can move a little each day (and hopefully renovate). And yeah.. this house has an outdoor kitchen! (as well as one indoors). Great for entertaining.

I worked out that we are settling the house in 42 days. OMG the last 18 days have gone so fast (when we actually got the offer on our house). I keep thinking about packing... but don't quite do anything. I did a little bit of filing today... which is a start. But I still can't see the floor in my office.

One of my staff are going overseas for more then a month... so I'm going to have to help out in the salon for the next month! It will probably kill me. I haven't done treatment work for a couple of years! And I'm into the 3rd trimester now, and starting to feel tired now. I've got to take care of Shaun, organise the house/packing, if we get keys on the new house I have to organise reno's... and work a couple of days too. Not looking forward to the next month - and I may not be posting on here for a while.

I have TWO people interested in buying the salon though, so that's a good thing. One guy is interested in it as an investment. Sent him some more info today - so I should hear from him with a definate yes or no within the next week. There is another guy, who's wife is a beauty therapist and salon owner. But she is in London, and has sold her salon. She's arriving in Melb on Sept 19th. Her DH & daughter saw the salon and said it would be perfect for her. So if the first guy drops out, I will have a backup. Fingers crossed that one of them buy it!!!!!

Well... Hope you all have a great weekend... and a happy fathers day.

sara - yep what the other girls said is what i used to do too.

jodie - you are very organised for Fathers Day, my poor DH is quite neglected this year, will definately have to pull my finger out next year! i was going to get Dh a big esky but he went and bought himself a lawn mower so i didn't want to spend any more money, i was alos planning on putting a message in the paper but forgot of course (feel really bad for that!) just got back from playgroup where Arch decorated a cardboard picture frame with stickers, i will put photos of him in it, i shouls surely be able to remember to do that.....As for my Dad, my sister has organised my other sisters, and me and rch to do a group photo at my place this afternoon so we will print that out and frame it from all of us, Arch did a painting at playgroup for him too. The hand cast is a fantastic idea, where did yo get it from, i realy should do one before Archie is all growed up! We do live in a really nice place down here, lots to see and so, i take it very much for granted. bummer we can't move in with you i had started packing our stuff and all lol! If we ever are in Melb i'll be sure to do my best to pop over to your place and let the boys have a play together. Wow 18 days to pack!!!!!!! I can't believe youa re in your 3rd tri already!!!!!!!!! Great news about the salon, wasn't so long ago you thought you'd never get rid of it. Enjoy your weekend and Fathers Day.

Just got back form playgroup had to come home early as Arch was really too tired and wouldn't stop chucking wobblys. He is like the vaccuum cleaner at fruit time when all the ids leave thier bowls to go play Arch goes and inspects them and eats any left over banana, so embarrassing, you'd think he was never fed! Did a Fathers Day painting for my Dad and a photo frame covered in stickers for DH so thats Fathers day sorted. My sister asked me to come to a 21st for a girl we grew up with, i don't thinki'll go though, its out of town and i don't really think it'll be my kinda crowd.....feel like a bit of a party pooper though...who knows come sat afternoon i might be hanging out for a scotch!

    have happy Fathers Days!

    Hi girls,

Just poppin in quickly. Sorry no personals here either. I was meant to do them the other night but did'nt end up coming in.

We had a big day and night yesterday with shopping and stuff then Brent and I went to the footy. Was a bloody good game. I had about 4 Smirnoffs and felt really good and managed to have a pretty good time. Brent was drunk as 10 men and really funny for once! I think cause i was a little pi$$y myself i saw the funny side to his behaviour!!! Normally i get angry and annoyed with him!

Nothing much else too report. I am doing another of my mum's assignments at the moment!

Thanks to those who offered advice on the expressed BM issues! Really appresciate it!

Well better go. Hope you are all well. Hope you back is'nt causing you too much grief Shazz!

    Take Care....

Oops...forgot to add that i picked up the professional photos of Briley and Colby yesterday. The ones where they were an angel and a fairy. They turned out really well. They'd want to for $750.00!!!! Luckily mum paid for half the deposit so i could take them home. The rest i am on a payment plan. I will try and scan a few on the computer and send them around when i get a chance. Don't know how good they will turn out though.
