Hi everyone
Thought I'd try to catch up, how is everyone going? 3 months now, wow that goes fast.
We have been through the works, but hopefully everything will settle down soon.
Had mastitis last week, lucky I got antibiotics pretty quick and didn't end up with the horrible flu symptoms that go with it, this week we have gastro, ended up in hosp on thur as I couldn't keep anything down, not even water. Feeling better today, Df and mum have it now though, ooppps
Hope everyones doing ok in this horrible heat.
Time for a feed, chat soon

hi everyone
how are you all?? things here are going good. Jarvis is sleeping well and is sleeping about 10 hrs a night, but its starting to get hot here again and he hates it and its too hot to sleep in our room so i have been sleeping on the sofa bed for the last 5 weeks. I have been so tired and it doesnt help that my b12 levels are low and i cant have another shot till next week i just dont have the energy to do anything during the day and the heat isnt helping i feel so bad that i havent got the house fully clean all the time like it was i just wish i could get my energy back and get it all done. oh well thats enough from me today
take care

Hi everyone
Long time no post and yes our posts are getting shorter and shorter, such demanding lil people aren't they? lol. Good to see everyones lil bubs are growing well, Charli gets weighed again on Friday, im estimating she'll prob be almost 6kg by now.
Getting her photo's done tomorrow...can't wait. I def wont be paying anywhere near $4000 though. I'm just getting them done through Now 4 Ever photography, they do 3 dif shots and they are only about 240 including the negatives. Driving me a lil crazy some days, she's only going 2.5hrs between breast feeds but last time i talked to the MCHN she said it was normal cause she was demand feeding. Anyones elses bubs doing this?
Alyssa started kinder last week, and she absolutely loves it, she says everyday she wants to go and learn and when she comes home she tells me all about it and how she made everyone cards. The teachers think she is great and she is just so clever i couldnt be a prouder parent :D
Well i hope to hear some updates soon, and hope everyone continues to be well and all the lil bubs keep growing strong.
-
We seemed to have dropped off in this thread - cmon girls where are you???
I had Logan weighed last week at his 4 month appointment and he now weighs 7.5kg, what a chubba, and he is 65cm long. That is an increase of 1.3kg and 6cm in 2 months. He has stopped sleeping all night and now just wakes up once during the night. I have to get used to broken sleep again! He has also started screaming when i put him in his cot at night. There is usually no reason (that i can figure out) just that when he lies down he screams and when i pick him up he stops. This can go on for up to an hour! Anyway other than that he is a gorgeous, smiley boy. He isn't rolling over properly yet but can roll from tummy to back when I put a rolled up towel under his arms. I hope you are all doing great.
Kylie x

Hi!!!!!!!!!
Gosh...I haven't posted in ages! It certainly has been busy for me with the 3 boys thats for sure! Ethans gorgeous but a very demanding bubba wanting to be held most of the time and stays up late (I got him to bed about 9.30pm tonight!)
I gave him a litte tiny taste of rice cereal today! He's feeding sooo much that I'm going to start him on solids. I started my other 2 boys at 4 months and they loved it and have no allergies! I gave him the smallest little spoon and it was very watered down with breast milk but he loved it and had no dramas!!
Kylie - Wow - what a big boy you have! I'm sure Ethans not that big - I think he'll be lucky to be 6.5kg..we have our check up next week..Sounds like he's going really well - I think they have another growth/deveopmental spurt at 4m which may explain him being unsettled a little...
Kirra - How did Charli go at her mchn visit? Sounds like she's doing really well! yeah at Alyssa starting Kinder - Louis started as well and LOVES it! He only goes 1 day for 2 1/2 hours though...we didn't have any dramas with him going so that was good though!
Lira - Big hugs...I hope your energy levels are coming up a bit!!
Ok...got to go - Dylans up - he's got a cold and being very sooky and doesn't want to sleep tonight...don't think any of us will get much sleep tonight!
Speak to you all soon!!
-
Wow we have dropped off havent we. lol
Great to hear Logans doing so well Kylie, i hear you on the broken sleep, i havent had a whole nights sleep in i dont know how long :(
Does he have reflux??? Trini's lil one Alexys had reflux and would scream whenever laid down flat, perhaps elevating his matress a lil might help???
Hi Krisvee- we still have to catch up, i've got your mobile so i'll sms ya soon and we can organise a time.
Wow only 2 1/2hrs 1 day a week???? thats not much at all. Alyssa goes 3 days a week for 3-3.5 hrs. You must be so busy with 3 boys.
Charli is doing great we have a MCHN app next wednesday, she was 5960g at 3 months so she should def be over the 6kg mark by now. lol. She is rolling both ways, she rolled from tummy to back at 2 weeks and has been rolling from back to tummy since 3 months and 3 days (Valentines day she started. hehe) She wakes up lots during the night so i'm not getting much sleep which has everyone telling me to put her on formula...... do they not understand that bf is better for her even if it does make me tired. aarrgghhh. I think the main reason though is that she has started teething, i can see her gums are very white and shes constantly dribbling and biting down on my fingers whenever she can.
We are also moving to add to all that so atm i am stressed to the max, we got a letter last week saying the landlords son wants to move in so we have 2 months to find a new place. Fingers crossed for me
-
Hi!
Kirra - I would love to catch up! Yeah..Louis only doing 3yo kinder this year...
Yeah at Charli doing so well - all that rolling! Ethan was rolling from tummy to back for ages but has decided he can't do it now...he's only just starting to wriggle a bit...he's going to be my lazy baby I think...after 2 very active early movers I'm more than happy for him to be a bit slower! LOL!
Grrr - I hate how everyone says to put babies on Formula for more sleep - drives me crazy. Sleep issues are sleep issues and food issues are food issues if you ask me! You're doing a fantastic job of feeding your baby so tell everyone else to bugger off and just support your rather than trying to make it "easier"! That's the problem these days - most people just want to parent as easy as possible and not necessarily do whats best for bubs! Ok rant over - you can tell I've had these issues can't you? (btw - this is in no way against formula feeding mums!!)
Good luck with moving!! Always a big job but with young kids is so much harder!!
Well, I'm meant to be taking Louis for his swimming lesson but with the boys sick we're having a quiet day at home...Chat later!
-
Yay we got a place, its in cranny east, we move in on 18th of march, so i better start packing. lol
-
Hi Everyone
Congrats on finding a place Kirra. Good those people going on about formula make me sick too! Lily only gets up once a night, athough she gave me 3 full nights for my birthday & is quite a chubby little bum. We have her 4 month review on the 11th & I'm guessing she may have hit 8kgs? If only I could get a photo on here for you all to see! People can't stop making their annoying suggestions hey, even when it is not your first. Fools! :)
Kristy - Lily is my lazy baby too! Pip was crawling by 4 & a half months but I don't see Lily doing that! She's very very relaxed!
For the second time the funny bug did her special trick! Piper was playing with her & then moved on & lily started crying like she had been hurt. Even Pip was worried & said 'what'swrong Mum?' I checked her out, she was fine but still crying so I told Pip to talk to her again because I thought she wanted her & lo & behold the cheeky bug started laughing! She wanted her sissy! How very cute!
Pulling out the Jolly Jumper tomorrow. Pip loved it & I think Lily will to. She holds her head very steady so its bouncing time!
Ordered a trial pack of the itti bitti cloth napies - yes, I am insane! ill see how they are & then maybemay buy a 6 pack & use them part time.
Glad to hear everyone is well. Wonder when we'll ever get more time to post! Hmmm, if only Pip had an afternoon nap more often! I miss her naps!
ok, better heat up dinner (gotta ove that my Mum often sends dinner around! Will miss hr when my parents go OS in 2 months!)
Ciao Ciao
-
LOL @ Lily cracking it when Piper left, Charli does the same thing but in the car, if alyssa isnt in the car charli gets really upset but if lys is sitting next to her charli is all laughs and giggles, its sooo cute, if only they would do it when i get the video camera out. lol. At home Charli cracks it when anyone leaves her, she just wants someone to play with her all the time, lil terd. Why buy toys if she isnt gonna play with them??? :wall:
-
Well hi ladies! I haven't posted in ages. For some reason I haven't been getting emails to say anyone's posted so haven't bothered looking til today and you've all been here!
Well Samuel has his 4 month check next week and I'm interested to know what he weighs cos he's getting pretty big!! It sounds like everyone's bubs are growing up happy and healthy!
Kirra - I was going to say the same thing as Krisvee...it could be silent reflux. I don't know if they go through a growth spurt at four months that could also be it...Samuel has not been his normal happy self the last few days. Although he still sleeps through the night from 9pm til 5:30am! I think I'm spoilt! :) It's just the days - he wants to be carried all the time and won't nap without a fight!!
He's been rolling for about a week and a half now. He goes from back to tummy and props himself up to look around. The only problem is, he doesn't know how to go back and gets very frustrated, so I spend half the day rolling him back over again!
He's also found his toes (according to the community nurse they shouldn't be able to do that yet but he does it all the time) and he holds onto them and watches tv! It's very cute.
My friend just had her baby three weeks ago and I can't believe how small he is! Isn't it funny how quickly we forget what newborns are like?
-
Hi Ladies
Loving this cool weather! Although my washing is taking forever to dry! Still finding gravity challenged helium ballons hidden all over the house from Lilys Christeing last week. As nice as it was, I'm glad it's all done - parties stress me out!
Pip has been driving me nuts the last coupke of days! Doesn't help that I haven't been feeling well. Poor Lily hs been having trouble napping today as she needs to have a poo!
On Tuesday I am moving Lily into her cot to sleep at night. She doesn't fit in her basinet any more! I'm going to miss all the snorting, grunting & fart noises coming out of there! Also not looking forward to starting the controlled comforting. With the hot weathr last month we developed a bad night time habit of feeding to sleep. It wouldn't be so bad if she were my only one, but I'dlike to spend some quiet time with Pp before she goes to bed too. So Tuesday night is the night - thought I'd tackle th 2 in one hit. She has been sleeping in her cot & settling herself since December so hopefully it shouldn't be too bad - for her!
Ok ladies, I'm off again.
Oh yeah, Keep forgetting to ask, has anyone heard from ATT as have been a little worried as remember her being from Centarl Vic & wondered if she was anywhere near the fires? Hope not.
Ok Ciao ciao

Hey, I've fixed my ticker! Yay! Meet my gorgeous Little Lily! She's in her Chrisening gown which is 44 years old! All the kids on my side of the family have worn it since my brother was born - my Dad bought it for his Christening while my Mum was still in hospital recovering. Back then they would Christen their babies right away as they were worried that if they died they would be in limbo if not Christened. I think my Dad did a good job!
Ciao again
-
Oh shes beautiful Natasha, GL with the controlled comforting, 80% of the time charli goes to sleep without crying at all now so trust me when i say its sooooo worth it. lol
I'm slowly getting there with the packing, cant wait to be in the new house already :)
Havent heard from ATT hopefully all is ok and shes just busy with the bubs.
How was that earthquake last night? scared the absolute crap outa me and alyssa
-
Hi Ladies, it's me Pipers Mumma! I requested a blog name & they changed my username too!
Thanks Kirra. I think she's pretty cute to! haha!
We didn't feel the earthquake over here - good old solid westside!
Yeah, controlled crying is kind of my specialty! Learned it with Piper at Tweddle sleep school - twice! ha! I know the techniques for the 0 - 6 months & 6 - 12 months! We are tackling Lily & Piper at the same time as Piper has gone from a great night sleeper to a real pain since Lily was born! Still, it's so hard to hear them cry! My babies!
Hey, anyone know what's happening with the gallery on here? Can't get access to get photos up!
Ok, I'm outta here!
Ciao ladies & babies!

Hi Ladies,
It has been a while since we have all posted - nice to see a bit of action in here.
Piper+Lily - Thanks for thinking of me, the fires were close, but not close enough that we had to leave - have had the car packed a few times though, just in case.
As both my DH and I are CFA members, we are fairly in the loop with where things are and whats happening.
Glad to hear that everyones babies are doing so well and growing.
My two are both putting on weight and reaching all of the developmental acheivements, but are beneath the scale for weight gain. I have been told multiple times that I should be topping them up with formula, but so far I have just persisted with the breastfeeding and they haven't had anything else.
They haven't lost weight, so at this stage I am happy with that - they are both just on the 5kg mark, so they are a little small, but seem healthy enough. They only wake once at night and surely they wouldn't do that if they were starving.
I went back to work in January and have been working Saturdays since then, I have since started doing every second Thursday as well. Between work, study, babies, a teenager and one in the middle, I sometimes wonder how I still manage to get everthing done.
Both my girls are rolling, have been since the end of January - within a week of each other, however Kaylee has decided that it is too much effort and spends the bulk of her time on her back, even if I put her on her tummy she just rolls back. Amber spends nearly all her time on her tummy and pushes herself along the floor - sometimes her nose is red from scraping along the rug! She moves around in her cot too and gets herself jammed up in a corner - Kaylee just lies on her back and stays put!
Will try and keep up to date with everyone and post more often.
Take care all
Shell
-
ATT- its good to hear from you, sounds like the girls are doing great, good going with the bf, if i was you i wouldnt be topping them up on formula either they dont sound hungry by what your saying.
Charli was weighed today she is doing great MCHN is very impressed and says my lil angel is very advanced :D she's now 6.5kg, so in the last month she's put on an average of 185g a week. Lil chubba.
Better go the lil devil is tired of playing and wants to go to bed.
-
Hi Ladies
Just a quickie as Lily just woke up!
Glad to hear you are all well ATT!
Had Lily's MCHN appt - my chuncka weighs 7.61kg & is 63.5 cm long! no wonder I have a sore back! All was good & I had to ask the health nurse if I could have Lily back as she didn't want to let her go!
Still waiting for Lily to poo - it has been 6 days! While she isn't sooky she is clearly uncomfortable. Poor bubba, we are praying for poo. Needles tomorow, maybe tht will bring it on!
Ok gotta run!
-
Oh poor Lily, have you tried pushing her knee's up. I sit charli on my lap and do that when she needs to poo, my mum also said vaseline around her bum could help.
Charli is getting her imms tomorrow too, fingers crossed they go better than last time.
-
Thanks for that Kirra. I do the leg thing pretty much everyday for her! She was doing ok, then Thursday afternoon she seemed to be in pain - sooky etc & Lily is never like that! - so, as much as I didn't want to took our Dr's advice & used Glycerol Suppositories. Poor baby. Had to use one on Friday too. She has been ok today, pain wise but I'm just waiting for her to poo pon her on. I've been eating so much fruit & drinking metamucil in the hope that wit will hlp her that, lets just say I have no problems going at the moment!
Controlled comforting wengt well - so far. We had tears for an hour for the first 2 nights & nothing since - but I don't want to jinx myself! Everyone is in bed at the moment so that is why I had a chance to get on.
Have used Lily's itti bittis & I really like them. Want to get some moe but the only problem is that Lily seems to be between sizes & I don't know if I should get her mediums or larges. The worry is that she'll grow out of the mediums too soon or I'll get the larg size & then her growth will slow down. I think I may have to bite the bullet & drive up to Cotton Bottom in Kew to have a ;ook at the sizes - not really looking forward to that. I seem to have turned into a bit of a hermit. Apart from getting out to take the girls to playgroup, Pip to swimming & dancing I don't really go out. I get the guilts when I stuff up Lily's sleeps. Silly I know.
Hey Kirra, another silly thing - remember when we were pregnant we were worried how we'd go loving our second child as we love our older ones so much? How stupid was that hey! hahaha! I love Lily so much I think that I'll explode & then I look at Pip & think, 'what did I do to deserve these 2 beautiful grls!'
Ok, enough soppiness. ope that everyone is doing well & enjoys the rainy weather ( for yopu melbournites!)
Nightie night

LOL Natasha, i know....what were we thinking, i look at charli now and think wow, i didnt know it was possible to love 2 ppl so much.
Awww poor baby, glad she's feeling a lil better though, has she started solids yet?
MCHN said to start charli on rice cereal so i did on thursday and all day friday she was in pain, she did a poo last night but hasnt done one at all today my poor baby. Needless to say she's not having rice cereal anymore ;)
Well im off to bed, need to get some sleep :p
-
Poor Charli! What's with their poos!
No, Lily isn't on solids yet. When I took her to her MCHN appt she was zipped up in her cocoon & the nurse started telling me that we could start solids soon if I wanted to. Then I took Lily out of the cocoon & said I didn't think she needed to. When she saw the size of my chunky girl she quickly agreed that Lily definately didn't need to start solids until 6 months! hahaha!
Ok, off to clean the house - it looks like its been ransacked! Hope that you've got all your packing done Kirra!
See ya!
-
LOL, not even close to having it all packed, we get the keys tomorrow and we'll start moving stuff but we are here until friday so we'll pack up the remainder friday night.
I have mastitis :( went to the doc today and he gave me some antibiotics and i have to go back on thursday for a check-up, he says if i get any worse i have to go straight to the hospital esp if i start throwing up, so far i've had 2 lots of antibiotics since i got them today and i'm feeling a lil better. I think i got it from missing 2 feeds on sunday when i went to the movies :( Man do i feel horrible, im really not looking forward to the day i have to stop bf.
-
Kirra, that sucks! Hope that you feel better soon.
I had to go in to the doctors this morning as when I got up to feed Lily at night I was really faint & short of breath & again when I got up this morning! I was really scared as I couldn't breathe. As soon as I got to the dr's I was put in the treatment room.y breathing went back to normal but was still a little faint. Had an ECG & everything was fine, no signs of clots or anything so its a mystery. Having bloodtests on Mon/Tues so will find out if anything is wrong at my appt. on Thurs. Hope it was just a one off & I'm fine because it was really bad!
The girls are doing well - Lily my chunka is starting to roll - should be easy as she is so round! hahaha! I love it. She is such a smiley, happy baby. No dramas from her! Piper is being a bit of a terror though. Lots of screaming back, opening the fridge & the pantry, taking off the baby gate from the laundry! no wonder I'm not well!
Oh yeah, I've started making baby name bracelts if anyone is interested. I made one for Lily for her Christening & one for Pip (because I couldn't make one for Lily & not for Piper!) & had a couple of people ask me to make them some so thought why not start selling them - I enjoy doing them & the extra cash is good too. I use sterling silver alphabet beads, sterling silver beads & clasps as well as swarovski crystals & pearls. Baby size is $60 & toddler size is $80. Am happy to quote anyother size. If you would like to see a pic, let me know!
Ok, I'm off to rest!
Hope everyone is well

Hi!
Hope you're all well!!!
Natasha - Sorry to hear you were off to the dr's. Do you think it may be anxiety related?? I sometimes get heart palpitations and stuff and I'm pretty sure it's just anxiety...
The bracelets sound fantastic!! Not sure my boys would appreciate them though - LOL!!!
So glad the girls are well!!
Kirra - Sorry to hear about the mastitis! Remember you'll wean a little at a time so hopefully you won't end up with mastitis again...I hope your move went well!! Sorry to hear Charli didn't like her cereal! They're still so little - plenty of time!
Shell - Wow - you sound like your doing so well with all that's in your schedule! Well done for persisting with bf! Sounds like your bubs are doing really well!
We're well! Ethan's my little lightweight - at his 4m check he only just reached 6kg! LOL! All my boys have been fairly small though. I've started solids with him but he's not really that fussed. He has a couple of spoons at brekky and at dinner as well...It doesn't seem to have upset him or anything he just doesn't like chewing it...
He's settled down a lot and is even sleeping a bit earlier in the night which is great although the last couple of nights he's wanted to play in the middle of the night!! He's not really rolling around - he's too lazy for that! LOL! But he's started to giggle a bit when we tickle him and he loves "talking" to us all the time which is very cute! He's very strong on his feet and can stand up with us just holding his fingers!
Hello to everyone else! I've missed to much to catch up and I'm meant to be doing housework!!
Oh and Kirra, I'm having an open house at my home on the Saturday the 04th April to show the new catalogue for Total Learning...no pressure to buy or anything like that but I'd love to meet you!! There will be qutie a few people here with young kids as well so thought it might be nice..(some from BB as well) It's from 2-4pm - let me know if your interested and I'll give you my address!
Of course, anyone else is welcome if they want to travel to Cranbourne North also!!
Otherwise we MUST organise a date to catch up!!!! (after you've settled in of course)
Ok...better go and put some washing away...Chat later!
-
Hi Ladies
Good to hear from you Kristy, thought it was only me & Kirra Left in here!
How cute little Ethan must be, only 6kgs! Lily is so big! Isn't it amazing how different each baby is even compared to their brothers or sisters!
Feeling heaps bettertoday. Kristy, the doctor asked if I suffered from anxiety but I on't! Nothing to stress about at all, so its weird. Wsh it was at least then I'd know what it was!
Kirra - Are you feeling better? I hope so. I've only ever had a slight blocked duct so don't even want to imagine how much pain you were in, you poor thing!
Ok, I'm outta here - its hard to type with Piper lying on me while I type! My eternally naked girl!
Ciao xxx

Hi
Hi there !
I am a newbie - I have 2 girls - one almost 3yo and a 4 1/2 month old... not sure if there are many people on the thread but am keen to compare notes and experiences with those in similar situations!
:)
-
Hi!
Mak - Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your 2 gorgeous girls!!
I have a 3 1/2yo, nearly 2yo and 4 1/2mo - all boys!! I think it's a bit quiet in here because we're all soooo busy, as I'm sure you are as well!!
Natasha - Glad your feeling better!
Kirra - How are you going???
Hi to everyone else!
We've been well...we've been soooo busy though and I've been a bit overwhelmed at times. I think I just need a bit of time out! I haven't had a sleep in or nap for nearly 2 months and Ethans started waking a bit more overnight at the moment...plus all the running around to swimming, kinder, playgroup, friend visits + work and social stuff I think I'm just TIRED!
We have another busy week and then dh is away for the weekend camping so I've invited my girlfriends over Sat night which I'm really looking forward to! None of them have kids so it can be hard to get together with them sometimes...
Ok...better go and get the kids brekky - Ethans loving solids now and eats about 2 icecubes of dinner (pumpkin or sweet potato so far - although last night he wanted apple after it as well!!) and the equivalent in brekky (rice cereal and banana)
-
Welcome Mak
It has been very quiet in here, but like Kristie said, I guess everyone is busy! I have 2 girls too - one almost 2 1/2 & the other 4 1/2 months.
Nothing much happening here which is good! Glad the holdiays are upon us so now the only activity we will have for 2 weeks is swimming - we get a rest from playgroup dancing!
My computer is being a huge pain today so I better go & finish paying bills etc before it stops on me again!
Take it easy!
-
-
Hi all
Krisvee - I know what you mean about being busy, I never seem to be home these days.
I am very excited as we bought a house on the weekend. It is awesome. Now just have to pack .......
Logan is also waking more overnight these days, gone are the days of sleeping through. He woke and talked for at least 40 mins a couple of nights ago - at 4am!!! The only way to get him to go back to sleep in the end was to go in and feed him lOL
Hope everyone and their bubs are doing well xx
-
Hi ladies (and men if there are any)....
Im new to the forum and was hoping to meet some people!!!
I have a 3y.o daughter and a 4mth old son! My latest addition was born on 26/11/08.
Ive read a few posts but i will need to catch up to get an idea of who everyone is!
Look forward to chatting!
-
Thanks for the welcome Krisvee and Piper + Lily!
Welcome to you also Spunky Monkeys - I was also keen to have a chat - my closest girlfriend has just moved os and I miss having someone to compare notes about the kids with!
Not sure how you are all finding the siblings are getting along but it has been quite challenging here as DD1 has had a hard time adjusting. Lucky DD2 is a champ and has been a great sleeper and feeder - she really has had to be, lol.
The eldest is just getting toilet trained which has been quite interesting/messy.
We have had a few rough nights as DD1 is waking up quite regularly and looks like DD2 is having a few more feeds - ? a growth spurt not that she needs to!
I look forward to hearing how your kids are all doing also. Hope you are all having lots of sleep!
-
Welcome Spunky Monkeys and Mak.
Hi everyone, hope you all had a great Easter. We went for a trip up to Swan Hill, and the weather was so lovely. Logan gave me a great Easter present - his two bottom teeth have arrived!! I didn't even notice any irritation or problems, they were just there one day. I can't believe how sharp they are. Lucky no biting yet lol.
Mak - Logan went through a stage of feeding more often, especially at night. Just when you think you are getting used to life, something changes hehe.
Hope to hear from you all soon xx
-
Hi all, im back... :)
Welcome to Spunky Monkeys & Mac, look forward to chatting with you. I'm Kirra SAHM to my 2 girls who are 4.5yrs and 5months.
I missed so much but luckily charli is sleeping (actually i just heard her and shes playing, aarggghh) oh well i'll still try my best to catch up.
Our move went well, pretty smoothly too thank goodness, we cheaped out and moved everything ourselves in our wagon and my BIL did 2 loads on his ute so we didnt have to pay for a moving truck. yay. We settled in really quickly and had 95% of the house unpacked within a couple of days which was good, its now all done except alyssas toys which i so dont wanna do anyway. lol. New house is great though, very very nice so i am very happy.
My baby girl has started solids 3 times a day now, lil fatty screams and chucks the biggest hissy if u eat infront of her and dont share. lmao. She's been having pumpkin, broccoli, carrots, pears, banana, and weetbix but solids have really not agreed with her in the sense shes finding it very very hard to do poo's. As for sleeping well that is a long lost luxury of mine, whatever happened to my good lil girl??? She's up atleast 3-4 times a night, im praying its just her going through a growth spirt.
And my clever girl is off already, shes almost crawling  she rolls around the floor like mad and is sitting unassisted for small periods of time...where did my baby girl go????
Still soldiering on with the bf, got better from the mastitis pretty quick which was good, but having some second thoughts about keeping on with it, due to the lack of sleep.
Natasha- I had a similar thing happen to me, i got really dizzy and hot and nearly fainted, i had to call out to DP to come get charli off the change table cause i was laying on the floor so i didnt fall.Turns out it was just a combo of me being overheated, dehydrated, low iron and getting up to quick. Hope your feeling better now. Those braceletes sound beautiful, if only my girls wore silver :( Thats great Lily is rolling, and i hear you on the chubba part, Charli is now over 7kg, lil fatty. hehe.
Krisvee- Sorry i missed ur party, i have been so busy and we only got the internet last week :( hopefully we'll get a chance to catch up soon though, im in cranbourne east now so right around the corner from you. I've got your mobile so i'll sms ya when alyssa goes back to kinder and heopfully we can arrange a time. Hopefully you and the boys are well.
Kylie- Congrats on the new house, hopefully your move goes smoothly.
Mak- Gl with the toilet training and i hear ya on the DD1 being horrible, alot of my attention unintentionally goes to charli these days and Alyssa gets very upset and naughty, thankfully she doesnt take it out on charli though, those 2 get on like 2 peas in a pod.:)
Hopefully i didnt miss anyone but turns out charli has decided not to go to sleep, Just got the lil devil up, i told her she was so naughty for not sleeping and she laughs at me. :wall:
Bye for now.

Hi Everyone, hope that you all had a great easter.
Welcome Spunky monkeys.
Congrats on the house Kylie77.
Lily got her first tooth 2 days ago! I couldn't believe it - she just came off the boob for her morning feed & were were having a giggle when I saw it! What a spin out - my quiet achiever! She has also started sleeping through the night at about 4.5 months which is great, except now Piper keeps coming into our bed at around 4am! But then Lily goes to bed by 7.30pm & I have to go in & wake her up at 10am so no complaints! She is so different to Piper in that respect!
Mak - how is the toilet training going? I started with Piper just before Lily was born & she did well but went backwards for a little while, but she is going really well now. She has been nappy free for a copule of months now. Now she just goes to the toilet on her own & calls me to help with the wiping! It's so cute - she uses her little step to climb up & balances on the seat, even though I bought her one of those seats to put on top she won't use it any more!
Kirra - Glad to hear all is good.
Kristee - Hope your party went well. I think I spell your name differently every time I type it! Sorry!
II've just set up an online store for my bracelets as I started selling a few. Hopefully I can get some business going so that I can hold off going back to my dreaded place of work!
Ok, better go & start to prepare dinner - I promised Piper she could help so it will probably take twice as long! Should be fun!
Have a good weekend!

Hi!
I haven't been getting notifications!!
We're well - I had Dylan's 2nd b'day party today which went really well!! Boys are great! Ethan seems to be settling down a little after having some sort of virus for a few days the poor little munchkin. Was very clingy and didn't sleep much so lucky Dh had the week off work or I would have really lost it I think! LOL!
Kirra - So glad to hear your move went well! Wow on bub rolling and nearly crawling! I have the laziest bubba - he still doesnt' even want to roll around! LOL! Still my first 2 were very early with everything so I'm happy to have a lazier one this time! I would love to catch up - definitely message me when you get a chance!!!
Natasha - Wow on bubs having a tooth already!!! My first 2 didn't get them until they were 1! No sign yet from Ethan...I hope it takes him a bit longer as I don't want to feed him if he's got teeth and have him bite me! LOL!
Ok...must go - a bit hello to everyone else!
Chat later!

Morning all!
Apologies in advance if I miss anything as am still getting the hang of persies etc!
Hope you are all going well - and managed to eat lots of chocolate over Easter. My IL's are Greek so we had 2 weekends of way too much food and excitement - my poor DD1 has had a bit of trouble understanding that chocolate is not her main food group....
Our toilet training has been a great success - pretty much all done by DD1 - despite my best efforts to stress her out about it. Gotta love Dora undies!!! We're yet to attempt night time yet - any suggestions from those experienced already????
As for the lovely little bub - I too am completely amazed at how quickly the newborn has dissappeared...she is our last bub and it is a little sad really. Funny as with DD1 I couldn't wait for each new thing but I just want it all to slow down.....
Kylieb77 - you are soooo right (and I should know by now) that things are constantly changing especially once you think you've got it sorted~! Congratulations on the house - wow you are very busy aren't you..... such a fun time too. Hopefully you are getting more sleep too.....
Piper + Lily - wow teeth!! That is way too grown up - DD1 didn't get teeth or really even move until she was 1 - hope the sleeping through is continuing. How funny that your girls know when to tag team too (it happens here quite regularly)!
Spunky Monkeys - how are your 2 going? We still have moments of unbelievable jealousy here .... I had thought it all under control until yesterday.....oh well!
Krisvee - hope your little one is better and that you have managed to recover also - takes twice as long now I reckon....hard work with clinginess too - very draining!
Alyssa's mum - You sound very organised and that you are all settled in! A big job - especially with everyone else in tow~!
Ok I'd better run as I can hear yahooing from the cot.....take care I look forward to hearing what you are all up too!!

Hi!
Mak - Glad to hear you had a great easter!!! Yeah on the TT! We're only just doing night trining now with my 3 1/2yo...it's going quite well - he's in pull ups and has had 2 dry nights...once he hits 7 in a row we're going to get him Kung fu panda dvd and he can wear undies to bed!! LOL!
As soon as he's sorted we're going to try day training with Dylan! I think that may be more of a challenge...LOL! But I'm so sick of spending soooo much money on nappies!! Very over it!
We're well! Most nights Ethan wakes up at some point and wants to play but he's not rolling or crawling yet so I think he's just wanting to burn off some energy - LOL! He's such a gorgeous little boy though even though he drives me crazy sometimes! LOL!
Ethan will be our last bubba as well - I always wanted to have 4 but after having 3 so close together I don't think I'll cope with another one...I'm ready to move on now and reclaim some of my life back after being p/g or bfing for over 4 years straight now! LOL!
The weather in Melb is beautiful at the moment! We're meant to be going swimming today but I so can't be bothered...too much to get done around the house I think..
Which means I best get off here and do some of it - LOL! Chat later!
