Hi all,
We went back to the dr's yesterday to get the test results and my boy has had the FLU! WTF!!! The flu???? No wonder he has been unhappy!!! I feel soooooooooooooooooo bad! How did I not know this! If I had taken him to the dr earlier could it have been prevented?? I feel so bad! :(
BUT he is MUCH better than he was, so at least thats something
Sorry girls im really excited i have to tell everyone this!
to make a long story short my friend is 36wks preg today - she found out on thurs bub was breech - had booked an appt with hosp to have ECV done in 2wks time - i went over her house and helped her do nursery up yesterday (she had done nothing, and had nothing) and her waters broke this morning at 0230 - so she has gone in for a emergency ceaser!!! she rung me before cause she had nothing packed or ready so i have to go shopping and buy her nighties, pads etc!!!!
how exciting another bub on the way - makes me wanna go thru it all over again!
Hippie - i hope he gets over the flu really quickly - that cant be nice!

Hayden's wont be weighed until next tuesday, it'll be three weeks since his last weigh in and he was 5kg then...... will be interesting to see how much he's put on! He seems to always be attached to one of my nipples!

I have a GF staying tonight, we are having a fat night, chocolate chips and no healthy food to be seen. :redface: I've dropped off the Body Transformation thread clearly! :rofl: I have lost 500grams though but have walked 3 days last week so I really think that's the key for me - I just need to get up and about to lose it. Spoke to DH on Skype yesterday - so weird to see him on the other side, we talk to BIL and SIL regularly and seeing him there instead was surreal. We miss him loads - Izzy keeps saying "daddy all gone" with her hands upturned. Too cute. Off to get the house a bit tidier while she sleeps! :) James is asleep too with 2 fingers in his mouth! :rofl:

My friend had a bubba girl - 6pds 3oz and bth mum and bub are doing great - bub didnt need to go into special care either, she came out screaming so obviously a good set of lungs! i sooooo cant wait to see her! we can go after 2pm - we are putting a offer on a house at 2!!!!! wow what a day.
oh and bub has no name yet!
Tan - a fat night sounds like a great idea - so wish i could join in!!! and isnt skype a wonderful thing! u must be missing DH like crazy tho! are the kiddly winks behaving for u tho?

My gf and her bf ended up coming to stay, we watched Underbelly for wwaaaayyy too long and then Izzy woke up at midnight and I couldn't get her back down until 130. I just don't know whats up with her right now. She asks for a bottle (second one) and sometimes that works but at other times it is like she is scared or something. I had her in bed with me for nearly an hour but she didn't sleep and just kept me awake so I eventually took her back to her own bed where she went down without a fuss til morning. Arrrgghhh. It's doing my head in and I so don't need this right now while DH is away. :( Off to rest - been up too early and went to bed too late .
Tan - thats such a cute ticker u got there - maybe Izzy is just missing Dad maybe she is a bit confussed as to what is going on??? hopefully she settles soon enough!

i went and saw my friends bubba yesterday - she is such a cutie! and yep Snoopea im clucky again! i wanna have 100 babies! hahaha
as for the offer on the house - well realestate said it was a good offer and he is meeting with the owners on monday so we will know by monday arvo! wish we had of gone lower now - the owners are going thru a divorce and it sounds pretty nasty so i think they are very keen to sell! oh well!!!

Hope your feeling better soon, it can be overwhelming when your up trying to settle the older ones! Joshuah has been up around 1am quite a few times but I'm very strict with him and put him back to bed, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Most times I think that it's night terrors as he goes on about it in the morning.

SNoopea - I have been wondering about night terrors as well because she seems scared, hysterical and just generally not herself. She is fine in the morning though and her day sleeps are fine. Just does my head in as she is generally a wonderful 12 hour a night sleeper.

Both my monkeys have had night terrors, they wake up scared shaking and quite upset but they do out grow it! Hopefully Izzy returns to her normal sleeping routine soon!

Well my little man has learnt two new tricks over the weekend, yesterday he finally rolled from back to tummy and now instead of just giving a giggle, he will laugh it is so cute see them do this. He also did his first wee on me, I'd just given him a bath and he was laying on his towel on his bed and suddenly I felt something warm on my pant leg, was so happy. Then he cracked up laughing and had a little chuck, then he laughed about that and then the hiccups.
Better go boy wants a feed.
