I had a lovely day today - as mean as this may sound i was totally Bianca less! went and spent the day with a friend while DH looked after B and i must say i really had a GREAT time! but typical B was on her best behaviour and had 2 big sleeps! oh well
Leigh - i think u will enjoy ur night our! and dont worry about DH coping with the kids - he will be fine!!!

Hey everyone, I've had a crappy couple of weeks with the kids getting virus' and so on, but everyone is on the mend now. Julian still only has 6 teeth, but is crawling and starting to walk around furniture a bit, so sad my little boy is getting bigger. We went to Seaworld yesterday was a great day but felt exhausted afterwards.

hey girls! how are our gorgeous bubba's doing? I think we have the cutest group on BB when it comes to bubba's :) ;)
im feeling much better, just abit of a runny nose and cough.. but nothing drastic. Mia still has a little bit of a snotty nose but much better too.
I finally made the step today. I rang the local playgroup so i can meet some people. :) its on tomorrow 1-3 pm!! im nervous, im no good at meeting new ppl.

Hollye- Good on ya for ringing playgroup. I've been meaning to go to my local playgroup too, it is only 200 metres down the road from where I live but I'm nervous to go too coz I don't know anyone who goes. I really want to meet new people so I should pluck up the courage and go.
HJ - Glad you had a great day yesterday, my night out on Saturday night was really fun, it was the longest I had ever been away from Lara. It turned out to be a huge night and I didnt get home until 4am and I had less than 2 hrs sleep. Lets just say I struggled big time on Sunday coz DH worked all day and I was very hungover.
Amanda - Glad you had a good day at Sea World, it would've been a long & tiring day though. Glad all your kiddies are starting to get over their virus.

HI girls,
as you can see I have had a name change. I want to keep my anonimity abit longer and my other username was too obvious. This one relates to a poem I wrote a long time ago about a fragile fairy with crystal wings so is quite personal but the name has a nice ring to it I think.
Olive is going really well. She has 10 teeth now, almost 11 and is just such a happy baby. She has had no night feeds for the past 2 nights, how is everyone else going with this? last night she woke and had some water but no milk for 2 nights. Sleep is still unpredictable with all the teething but in general it's ok ATM. Olive has quite a few words now and is standing more and more each day. I'm loving this age!
Our bubs 1st b'days are fast approaching, anyone got pressies and parties sorted yet?
Our mums group will ahve a little party which will be so cute but we will also have a family party at the local park I think. Then all Olive's cousins can play in the park and the adults can have a lunch time bbq with a couple of drinks. I'm not too sure if I will give Olive her pram for her b'day or xmas. I also want to get her a wooden block trolley so will have to see.
I have had Olive back to the doc's on wednesday as she still has a cough and has had it now for around 3mths I think. The doc thinks it may be reflux but she doesn't spew so i'm not so convinced. It is abit of a mystery. I'm doing an elimination diet, cutting out soy as 70% of people intolerant to dairy are also intolerant to soy. I also bought a vaporisor so will have to wait and see.
Hollye - has Mia taken anymore steps yet? Glad PG was good, it is so important to have the support of other mums. I don't know what I would do without my MG.
hj - Are you looking forward to going back to work? What are you doing for childcare?

CW - love the new name, when I started to write just then I almost typed your old name lol. Yay on Olive cutting out her night feeds for last 2 nights, fingers x'd she continues to do it for you. I don't think it sounds like Olive has reflux either. In regards to Lara's 1st birthday, we have no idea what we are doing yet.
HJ - How was the picnic yesterday? Did B have a great time playing with her little friends?
Hollye - Glad you had a great time at Playgroup, I really must stop being a wimp and go myself. The one up the road from me is every Tues 9:30am - 11:30am. Its literally a 1min car ride or very short walk.
We've gotta go to my friend's bubs Christening tomorrow. Will take us just over 2hrs to get there, should be good catching up with everyone though.

Leigh - the picnic was fantastic - and B has such a great time! she even had a nap for 1hr when we got home! totally wore her out i think! Have fun at the christening - Hope Lara is good with the drive! im sure she will be tho!
CW - love the new name - sounds very pretty! i cant believe the Olive has soooo many teeth! thats amazing - Poor B still only has bottom 2! havent done much 1st bday wise but have decided on a butterfly theme! as for looking forward to going back to work - im not really! the "me" time will be good but i will miss B soooo much! only going back 1 day a week at this stage as permanant part time! hopefully they will let me rotate each week so DH can look after B and have daddy and daughter time! if they dont let me i will just go casual!

Didi - poor bubba, hope shes feeling better soon. Sorry to hear about your parents. Tho when my mum left my dad, it was the best thing she could have done. :)
and for us... still no teeth. Been in Shepparton all day. got Mia a push along walker coz she keeps rearranging my furniture so she can walk around the house. n i got a stroller.. so sick of lugging the big pram around. and some more stuff.. in other words, once again.. spent way too much money!
pooped now.. need a smoke... pity i gave them up :(

I am starting to miss hubby now!! Fun fun.. I have also started biology, chemistry, physics and math course.. Man i am going to be one busy lady! But happy I will have a brilliant stable career and a good future ahead.
Soooooo now that our babies will all be 1 soon.... WHO IS planning another baby and when???
Nice here in canada.. loved seeing a bear really close to our house yesterday so big!!!
