Hi everyone,
Olive and I shopping with my mum and 2 sisters today as k-mart opened near our town today . It was CRAZY, people everywhere, they expected 15000 and I reckon it would've been close! Olive was very well behaved though which is just as well cause her mother loves to shop. There were some great bargins but i'm finding it hard not to buy every cute thing I see. It was also interesting to see what it looked like inside a parents room, this one was very fancy. Speaking of finaces and shopping is anyone else kindof suprised how little dss payments are? I was expecting a bit more, oh well every bit helps.
When I was giving Olive formula for 1-2 feeds a day my pharmacist who also has a baby told me that karicare gold is the best as it has the most omega-3 and nutrients. I suppose it depends on what your baby will take though. In regard to expressing I started out not getting very much at all in the beginning but then I brought a good pump and everything changed. I started with an Advent one then brought a Tommy Tippee pump and it's way better, I started being able to get a full 125ml bottle. I think the more you do it the better you get as well (I was pretty much exclusively expressing for 2wks) and it helps if you have a shower first to help with let down.
I can't believe Olive will be 6wks tomorrow, how time flies when your a mummy!
-
Tan - woohoo thats great news!!! maybe its cause he is a boy tho and they will take what ever they can get - where as we girls are a bit more fussy!!!!
1stBub27 - thank u very much for that interesting bit of information - i now have Bianca on Karicare (not gold) and so far i think its going okay - much better than the S26 anyway - i want to try the Heinz one now - but i better not changer her again! what formula are u using?
Hollye - do u have to keep rubbing it in on how much sleep u are getting? LOL
I had a crap night last night, and low and behold i was by myself! i knew the night before was too go to be true! Bianca cried her self to sleep and ended up asleep at 2305 - was up at 0230 - back to sleep at 0330 and up at 0456 and stayed awake until 0800!!! i hardly had any sleep! DH is getting up too her all tonight! and wats the bet she either sleeps thru or only gets up once?!
Picked Bianca's photo's up from PixiePhotos today and my gosh do they look gorgouse!
-
1stbub - Im not sure about the head thing hun, James tends to put his head to one side while sleeping and he is a big boy too - over 5kgs so that might make a difference?? His head doesn't slouch down much at all - in fact its down further in the car capsule... Sorry not much help - I will post a pic of him in it next week if you like to see what it/he look like in it - can't do it now because of my downloading limits.
Kylie - I have the Avent manual too and love it = easy to use!
Phwoar! I love my new avi that Trillian did! I wish I looked like that in real life!! Hehe! Getting my hair done was great - so relaxing and nice to know my little man was fine with dad! Off to get the kids ready for bed! Have a great night all!
-
Liam is 6 weeks today!!! YAY!!
We're using Nesle Lactogen. It hasn't been too bad - with the Infacol drops anyway, but I'm looking forward to trying Heinz. HJ, If you're looking at changing your formula again, just run it past your Dr 1st. Perhaps mention it at your 6 week checkup. I've been reading a lot of people haven't been happy with the s26. But I guess it depends on your bub.
Tan - that'd be great, thanks. He is deffinitely better in it since he's gotten bigger, so maybe it'll just get better as he gets bigger.
Olivesmummy - yep I was shocked by how little the payments are, too! I don't want to be ungrateful since I'm getting something for 'nothing', but........
And 'ahhh, Tommy Tippee'. I've got a few things of theirs and been really happy. I have an AVENT pump which is supposed to be really good. I might keep practising with that, but if I get nowhere I might try the Tommy Tippee.
Kylie - I made a stew the other night and threw all kinds of hot spices in it, the next day Liam chucked soooooo much!! And he's not a 'chucker'. Think I'll avoid the Indian and Mexican too. :) My DH gave him a bit of Dutch Licorice (which he ADORES and I HATE) to try last night - just put it to his lips for his tongue to taste, and he loved it. Is that dangerous for them in anyway? (you know, apart from having that awful taste in his mouth!! :p) I think he's just discovered his tongue too. He keeps half turning it and running it through his mouth with that 'discovering things' look.
-
hi everyone!
tan-youre looking great girl!! love the new avvy! I have requested an update too, its a little sad though, I remember how excited I was to get a belly on mine ;)
I have an avent manual pump, love it, works great for me, as long as you put it together properly.... there is this little disk in the pump that goes in a certain way, put it in wrong and it doesnt work! took me a while to figure that one out.
1stbub- Jacob has been doing the tongue thing too, yesterday he was so awake and alert, ALL day, dp was sticking his tongue out at him and Jacob started copying :p I thought that was pretty amamzing, he tries to copy facial expressions too, its pretty funny.
I dont think theres anything wrong with letting bub taste something like that, its not like they can choke or anything just by licking something, but the licorice might give him the runs, probably not in that quantity though!
olivesmummy- I think I worked out that I would get a measly $20 a fortnight, so we didnt bother, too much bloody paperwork for such a tiny amount! I am not liking being dependant on dp for money, I am so used to always having my own cash IYKWIM?
I had my hospital appointment (complications from the csection) on wednesday and caught the bus in, left Jacob with his daddy for the forst time :o it was soooo weird, I kept having this feeling like I had forgotten something.... anyway, before I left I expressed a bottle for Jacob and managed to get almost 125ml in about 6 mins :o I was stunned, the milk was just spurting out! I even had to put the bottle top under my other breast to catch the let down from that and got another good 10-20mls just from that!!
I am going thru so many breast pads its not funny.
hj- I hope you had a better night last night, Jacob has been having the occasional bad night where he decides he is starving and wants to feed every 1 1/2 hours, not good for mummy! he scared the ***** out of me on tuesday night though, I fed him at 11:30 and he went down to sleep at around 12:00, Iwoke up at 4:45 with sore boobs and thought omg, he hasnt woken up!!:o I lept out of bed and jumped to the bassinette thinking the worst, and there he was sleeping peacefully- hmph- then woke up 15 minslater, so 5hrs!! then after his feed he slept fo another 5! im hoping thiswill be a continuing trend.
he is soo awake during the day now, has no interest in sleeping, just wants to hang with his mummy and have the odd15-20 min nap in his bouncer.
I am amazedat his head and neck control already, hes been pretty strong sice birth I guess, he is always headbutting people!
big hello to hollye , kylie , blizz and snoops and anyone else i have missed, hope you all have fantastic days with good well behaved bubs....

Hi everyone,
Olive is 6 wks today. Just to show me what a big girl she is she slept for 7.5 hrs last night, my boobs were about to burst!
How is eveyone going with exercising? I was really good before bub was born, riding my exercise bike for 30mins everyday even through pregnancy. I had lost 13kgs and kept it off for a year but right now it's pretty low on the priority list to be honest. I do some crunches and pelvic floor and thats about it. I'm not stressing to bad about it though, seeing as I just had a baby it's ok to be a bit pudgy for a while. I keep thinking I only have 7kgs to lose to get back to where I was, half of what I lost before. My sister is getting married in march which is kind of good as it gives me a goal to work towards.
Another thing low on the priority list is housework. I mean I do the basics but having a baby really does take up a lot of time. I'm just lucky hubby helps and doesn't really care about the housework anyway, it's more when people come over especially his mum. A lady at the baby clinic said "your children remember how much fun they had with you not how clean the house was." So true!
-
hey olivesmummy, congratulations on 6 wks!! I cant believe how quickly the time has passed!! they do grow up too quick...
in regards to exercise....hmmm....I was never much of an exercise buff, I was probably 10kg overweight prepregnancy, about 74kg, I did lose weight in my first trimester, but I got up to 100kg by the end, luckily most of it was fluid, by two weeks post partum I weighed 76kg, I was pretty chuffed about that!
I dont have a pram yet, dps sister is giving us hers, but she hasnt brought it round yet, I have a hug a bub and Jacob loves it but due to the c section it is quite an ordeal to wear him for more than an hour without it becoming painfull, evn just walking to the shops by myself takes it out of me.
when we do get the pram I am hoping to be able to get out a lot more with bubs, I feel so saggy and baggy, just want to tighten it all up, my legs are covered in stretchmarks from being so swollen :o
its amazing what pregnancy does to the body (not in a good way!) but its all worth it.
housework- thank god I have my dishwasher! the floors havent been cleaned as often as usual, the washing maybe gets done.....depends how I feel!;) but now Jacob is so awake its a bit harder to get anything done as he wants to be on me or have me talking to him constantly.oh well, wish I could afford a cleaner, dp does nothing around the house and thinks hes great cos he changes the odd nappy!!
-
Arrgghhhhhh we had the night from hell - not James though, Izzy was beside herself with a tummy ache and all I could do was stroke her hair and cry with her :crying: She had a fever of nearly 40 the other day and the Dr again today thinks it is a bit of a sore throat but nothing too serious thank goodness but I am pretty tired.
I need to start exercising desperately. I have lost 15kgs of the 20 I put on with James but that still leaves me 5 kgs heavier than I am happy with so I have 10 to go. I am going to start walking/running each day with the kids or without them so I can run, and also slowly doing tummy exercises because I have such a big separation. I feel horrible about myself but I know it's only been 6 weeks tomorrow.
I do whatever housework I can = James is often happily awake in his bouncer so I vacuum around him, and Iz just follows me around with a broom! :) We have a new dishwasher - lifesaver, and I do bits of dusting, mopping foldng washing when I can. I've given up on a "tidy" house with a toddler but it is clean! :)
-
awww poor izzy :( i hope she gets better soon..
-
1stBub27 - i know the formula u are using - i have seen it! for now i think i will just stick with Karicare - it seems pretty good!
Starry - DH was home last night so he got up too Bianca and let me sleep - however would u believe it she wasnt too bad last night - went to bed at 2300, woke at 0300 back to bed at 0400ish and was up again at 0700 - she is getting harder and harder to put back to sleep tho - and what is with her going to be so late - we just cannot get her into bed earlier she is wide awake from about 1700 until we get her too bed which mind u is hard!
Gee what a good boy is Jacob sleeping for all that time! isnt it funny how if they sleep for 5mins longer than they usually would we are wide awake and checking up on them!
B holds her head up pretty well also - when burbing her she has been known to slam her head into ours and than she lets out a blood curdling scream - Does Jacob do that?
Before we know it our lil bubs are going to be crawling!
Olive'smummy - woohoo on the big long sleep! apart from the sore boobs i bet u were pretty happy with that!
Exercising????? what is that? its just like Sleep - im surprised i can spell 2 words that i dont know the meaning of hahahaha
I have lost 10.6kgs since having Bianca - im lighter than what i started at - i lost that much pretty much straight away and have somehow managed to keep it off - would love to lose more but i think im going to have to exercise to do that! but with not having time and it being too hot (i hate to sweat) i cant see that happening anytime soon!
wouldnt mind joining the gym - but too expensive!
However im on top of my house work - i make sure i do a bit every day - im a bit of a clean freak - and everyone says i should sleep during the day while Bianca is - but no can do - too much stuff to do!
-
Hi all, sorry I won't do personals but I've read all posts and will try and make comments on things I've read.
Head control all my boys have had great head control since birth and Julian isn't any different, it's so great that they are strong.
Exercise I'm like Tan, I've had a big muscle separation and have to be careful so will be talking to the Dr about it when I can get there. I've been walking the older two boys to school since Julian was two weeks old and now I've been doing the pick up as well so been getting there.
Formula my older three have all had Hienz Nurture and that's been good for them, I think you just have to find one that is right for bub and if that means trying a few then so be it.
It's been so hot here today and I've got Julian in just a nappy and singlet and he's still a bit warmish, but he's also finding it hard to sleep, even though he has a fan in his room and we have the air-con in the lounge/dining room. I got my hair all cut off and foils put in last Saturday and it feels so much better and cooler. I also went to the Brissy BB xmas dinner last Sat and it was great, had heaps of fun and so did DH.
hug xoxo

Hey ladies!!!
Snowing Snowing Snowing...
I think I have officially stopped TRYING to B-feed... I have seen and done evertyhign possible to make it happen.. sad...
Jorda is sleeping through from 10-7am... so I am super happy!!!
Her baby shower this sunday... about 25 people coming.
There is a kinda rule to baby showers here in Canada....that people spend 80-100$
So at least I will get lots of clothes as we have none here in Canada, since the fire and the washing machine here at the hotel ripped all of Jordas clothes the other day in the wash..
Well ladies i will have to post some pictures of the snow!! Its so fun!!!
-
Feeling a bit crappy today. No real reason - Liam still sleeps well (actually, I'm afraid to tell you all how well he sleeps...) and is otherwise doing ok. Just feeling like it's all a bit of a drugerous task at the moment. And I'm cranky at DH who thinks he should have a big parade for what he does. He does more than most I know, but he still gets heaps of 'alone-time' and PLENTY of sleep and seems ignorant of everything I do and the million other things I want to get done. Think I just need a break and maybe to take bubs and just wander through the shops without a 'plan' of what needs to be done.
The LC finally called me back yesterday (!!?!!) and is coming round on Monday. I told her I'm doing BF + FF and there was this silence. I don't know if it was dissapointment in her not making more effort to get back to me, or dissapointment at me not BF exclusively. Not looking forward to her visit, though I'm looking forward to some advice. I know it shouldn't matter if she dissaproves, and it doesn't really, but when you're tired it makes everything harder.
On housework, I seem to be doing dishes ALL DAY!! DH is really good and has been keeping on top of the washing most of the time. We have cloth nappies too so that makes a bit more, but it's usually just 1 load every 2nd day for those (they're a gorgeous brand too, they don't need soaking or bleaching etc. LOVE them!). Otherwise I try to get a bit done each day and at least keep the place tidy to keep myself sane and the place presentable. Sleep during the day??!! HA! (hence my exhaustion!).
Excercise? What is excercise?? Well, I felt like I was at a point to start up again, but since the trouble with my ceasar wound I'm nervous to do too much.
HJ I'm so excited you're heard of my brand!!! YAAAAY!! well, we'll be going to Heinz today so we'll see how that goes.
LOL. Liam was on my shoulder to be burped last night and suddenly he let out this slow, long, sad, painful wail. DH and I looked at each other and then I realised, he'd fallen asleep and still had pain in his tummy. He was too much asleep to cry normally or grunt it out or whatever. Poor li'l fella. :)
-
Poor Mia is abit constipated :( she just has nothing going for her! lol.. should i change the formula again
?
?
-
Hollye - sorry what formula have u got Mia on again? and how long has she been on it fully for? When i went from Breastfeeding to formula Bianca got constipated (which apparently they do when they change) we also put it down to the formula we were using which was S26 so i have Bianca on Karicare now (not the gold) and that has helped her a bit with the constipation she did have - we also had her on Coloxyl drops, which u get just over the counter at pharmacy and that worked a treat!
1stBub27 - ur aloud to feel crappy if want, just as long as ur feeling better tomorrow and on the condition u stop rubbing it in on how well Liam is sleeping :D but in saying that....................................
GUESS WHAT EVERYONE???????.............................
Bianca slept from 2230 last night and started stirring at 0445 - and fully woke up at 0530!!!!!! so she pretty much had 7hrs sleep! which was fantastic.
The only thing was i kept worrying about her so i kept getting up every couple of hrs to check on her! hahaha oh well, maybe she will do it again tonight and i will try and sleep thru aswell!
-
Mia was on Karicare GOLD and she had no problems except she was abit spewy. So on doctors advice i changed her to Heinz Nuture. Ive now put her back on Karicare GOLD as its Whey based aswell anyway and i gave her a few drops of that infants friend thats meant to help her poo.
Shes starting to play up with her feeds atm. She will down about 40-60mls and wont have anymore. I have to really force it down. But she doesnt want a bar of it. Mind she will still sleep for 2-4 hours afterwards. I just cant see how that can be eenough for her?!?!? I burp, change and wake her up a little serval times in the feed but nope.. once shes done, she just doesnt want anymore.
confusing.......
HJ - woohooo on that sleep she got. Lets hope she keeps it up! ur doing a GREAT job!
-
Hollye - i just saw Mia in her chrissy dress made by Pink - i sooooooooo love it! she looks absolutly adorable! gee and i thought i saw a cute christmas outfit in big w for Bianca to wear - its nothing compared to Mia's outfit!
Infants Friend didn't work for Bianca - and with her silent reflux just made things worse!
good idea i would keep Mia on Karicare also!
Man i so wish u didnt live so far away - u really need to meet Bianca - she seems just like Mia and even looks a bit like her - even with the Mohawk hair do! hehehehe
Bianca is doing the same thing with her feeds also - however dosent sleep as long as Mia does afterwards! i figure im wasting a fair bit of formula but at the moment i will do what ever keeps her happy!
Pink - Love the outfit u made for Mia!
-
we will live close.. :D didnt u know im moving to QLD sometime next year?
-
yeah i did read something about that if i remember correctly (wouldnt count on my memory tho these days) werent u moving Hervey Bay way tho???? come to Brissy!!!!!!!!
-
all depends where Matt can find work!!! tho all the jobs around seem to be close to brissy!
-
woohoo that would be so awesome if he did find a job in Brissy - what type of job is he after?
-
Gotta go -tis Bianca's bath time - time to start nightly routine! :crossfingers: she sleeps well again tonight!
-
he is a qualified Tyre Fitter.. so something in that industry. Mia just had a feed and she actually took the whole 150mls! shes being crabby tho. Not going to give her anymore of that infants friend, it has upset her more than anything. Ill just keep her on Karicare and hopefully i will sort hr system out. I might go give her a bath too.. see i that calms her down.
-
Noooo!! Not Brizzy, come to the Bay! It's so pretty here. And it's the Whale Watching Capitol of the world!!!! Oh! And a nice quiet small-town feel - great for raising kids! ;) hehehe.
That would worry me if Liam only took the 40-60ml too. Was that on top of a BF? Still, if they sleep afterwards they have to be happy enough. Good that she took the full amount tonight tho. Yay!!
We started on Heinz Nurture tonight so hopefully it will be better for his tummy.
HJ congrats on Biancas long sleep!!! Just think, one day they'll be sleeping until mid-day and we'll have to wade through their messy rooms to rant and rave at them to wake them up!
-
How is everyone finding formula feeding and the pooping situation.. i find jorda pooping hard poop right now.. i guess i need to go to the pharmacy and get something..
Has anyone started christmas shopping..
-
had to get a new tin of formula this morning. Went for the NAN Gold one. Nearly died on the ass when i seen the price.. but hopefully it will sit better with her. I dont want to change again, its going to do more harm than good if i do.
talk soon..
-
Hollye - i found that infants friend upset B more too - i think it made her wind and gas prob worse! Matt should have no probs finding work! Definatly here in Brissy! hehehe
1stBub27 - i must admit DH and i went to hervey bay before we had Bianca cause i wanted to go whale watching which was absoloutly breath taking an amazing expereience and where we stayed was gorgouse also - so Hervey Bay is nice!
How is Liam going on his new formula?
didi - Bianca has hardish poop also since being on formula - when she gets a bit constipated we give her some coloxyl which helps heaps!
We have started our Chrissy shopping but still lots too go - just cant get in the mood to do it this year for some reason! Have u started urs?
Well the previous night was not surprisingly too good to be true - Bianca was back to her old ways again last night! However we went to clark rubber today and got her a softer matress - so hopefully that might help a bit also!
DH is out in lounge room playing with her at the moment and he just called for me too come quick - he saw Bianca roll over from Belly to Back for the first time! He is such a proud daddy!
-
oh bummer bianca wasnt a good little chicken lastnight. Mia was pretty good after she finished her "moment" that lasted about 3 hours. When she did go to sleep it was 9:30pm and she slept till 4:30am.. so im happy with that!
wooohoooo im not a platinum member of Belly Belly! go me!!! :D:D
btw wooooooooooooooohhoooooo for bianca rolling over!! u go girl!
-
yeh our lil girl is growing up too fast!
and woohoo ur platinum member!!!!! good work! how does it feel? hahaha
What is ur nightly routine with Mia - how do u get her too bed?
-
to get her down for the night i usually have to lay her next to me on OUR bed.. on a pillow. Shes a side sleeper and wont sleep any other way. Once she is then in a deep sleep (this take up to 30 mis or so) then i move her on the pillow to where i want her eg,,,in her cot.
Before that its feeding, changing, rocking etc etc etc. But usually the feed times are 7pm and about 9:30-10pm. depends on the day..
-
we bath B at around 1730 than usually she will have a drink at 1800-1830 than another around 2130-2200 than its bed - do u still wrap Mia at all? we do with B but she dosent like her arms in so we leave them out - these days between 1600 and the time she goes to be she is wide awake with maybe only a 10min cat nap here and there in her bouncer if we bounce her so it is full on!
sounds like our routine is similar!
Has anyone else got a different routine? i would love for Bianca to go to bed earlier - but as much as we try it wont happen!
-
re wrapping - no.. she used to be wrapped up to about 2 weeks. She now cant stand it, she gets all frustrated as she likes her arms out too and she likes to move.
-
Goodmorning Everyone!
How are we all this morning?
-
Morning all!
Thank goodness it is the 1st! I have my broadband limits back! :leap:
We are doing super well - Im a bit embarrassed to say how well James is sleeping because Ive been there with Izzy but needless to say we are in a pretty good routine.
Basically once he is up in the morning (after 7) he is up for as long as he likes before he lets us know he is tired and ready for bed, usually 30 mins and we are now putting him back in the hammock unwrapped! Im wrapping at night but during the day he woudn't sleep in the hammock for more than 30 mins and I finally tried him unwrapped and he loves it. He then sleeps generally until his next feed and is feeding roughly 3 hourly during the day. If he has had a huge sleep at night he will demand 2 hourly and I try to at least stretch him out to 2 1/2 by changing his nappy etc but will generally just give him what he wants. His pattern is the same for the rest of the day until we get close to 7. With Izzy as well we made 7 bed time and quiet time so any feeds after that are in the dark, no talking, no play just cuddles and back to bed. He will generally have his last 2 feeds close together between 6-8 and then to bed. If it's a bath night we do that just before his last feed. I'm up once between 7-7. Sorry
Anyway we had friends for dinner last night and they mentioned how I am back to my normal self again now and how nice it was to see! I've got my Tan glow back apparantly! Obviously the c/s took it out of me a bit! Nice to talk about something other than feeds and babies too!
Didi- I think you asked! I've started a bit of shopping. Im trying to get one pressie each time I go out because I can't do the "last minute 3 days before Christmas marathon shop til it's all done" trip like I used to! Izzy lasts about 2 hours in the pram before being feral!
Right Im off to MG have a great day all!!!! :) Hoep bubs are being kind!
Anyway that is our routine!
-
feeling great today! Mia has been fastastic all yesterday, lastnight and today. I think we finally have a routine. she fed again at abot 10pm lastnight ans slept through till 4:30am, went back down at 5:20 and slept till 9am. oh i can deal with that quite easily!
-
oh listen to the 2 (Tan and Hollye)of u rubbing in how well ur little angels sleep! thanks!!!!!!
I got Bianca weighed today and she is now 4.4kgs! what a lil heffa (ops thats not nice is it?)
Also she has come out with little pimples on her face - the nurse said it might be just from the heat or it could be eczema which i REALLY hope it isnt! she said to ask my Pead when i see him for 6wks check up!
Has anyone else's bub got this? or is my bub once again the only problem child hehehehe ;)
-
Oh also last week i saw a cute lil christmas outfit for Bianca to wear in Big W and i said i would come back and get it - well guess what? its gone!!!!! no where to be found at all! im so upset! not pretty outfit for B this year! How rude of Big W!
-
Hi hj1981,
Olive had pimples at around the same age as your bub and everyone just said they were milk pimples. They have pretty much all disappeared now so I wouldn't worry too much until her check up.
Olive has also been sleeping well at night, usually having one big 7hr sleep at the beginning of the night which is nice then 4-5hrs after that. I was a bit worried about her sleeping after going back to exclusively BF as the formula seemed to really knock her out but thankfully she's happy and still sleeping. It's nice to BF again but the antibiotics have been upsetting bubs tummy a bit which sucks and my poor old nipples are still very sore but it's all worth it.
I haven't done any xmas shopping yet. It's kinda hard to buy for Olive, she has everything she needs but I want her to have some pressies for her first xmas. I'm going to get a baby swing and maybe a baby braclet, what's everyone else getting their bub's?
-
Olive'smummy - i have been told that they might be baby acne due to a hormone thing! i dont mind them really she still looks cute just hoping that its not eczema!
im choosing to ignore ur comment on how well Olive is sleeping! hahahaha i sooo must be doing something wrong!
I have no idea what to get Bianca for chrissy - i want to get her a swing but our house is too small and we hoping to buy a bigger house ASAP so until than we might just have to stick with clothes or something but she has HEAPS of clothes!
The bracelet is a great idea - i too again was thinking that but Bianca was given one on saturday with her name engraved on it!
so im back to the drawing board!
-
Well we're another one with Julian having a great sleep for the last two nights, he's slept from 7pm til 5am and then back down at about 5:30/5:45 til about 8:30/9am so am really happy with that, he the first night he did it scared the crap outta me, I woke a 2 with sore boobies and he was sound asleep. We went to playgroup this morning first time since I've had Julian and it was great everyone wanted to hold him was good to get out of the house.
HJ they do sound like milk/hormone pimples Julians have just started to disappear he had them really bad, but he's looking good now. Not sure what we're getting him for xmas I think maybe a stuffed animal and who knows after having the other boys we've already got heaps of toys/clothes for him the poor little buggar.
Hollye that's great that Mia's starting to get into a routine, hopefully you'll be getting more rest now.
hugs xoxo
