*Tanya* - oooh that's awful! What a fright for you. Xander always has sheets too, gosh I'd better be more careful.
AmandaJ - oooh clucky hey! Time is right for another one I reckon ;)
Georgi - that's a great setup with you working and Mr Mum. My DH is gonna have X for a day when I go back to work. Honestly I have no idea how he's gonna fit it in, but he reckons he can... I reckon he's in for a shock  but it's great he wants to do it.
Tanya - you're very observant. I've had some high BSL's this week - I checked one for curiosity and freaked cos it was a 10, and the highest I got when I was PG was in the 9's. So I've pretty much been freaking out about that. Had a fasting glucose this morning and if that's dodgy i'll be doing the 2 hour GTT. I've checked two fasting BSL's and they're dodgy on my monitor (over 6). I'm just hoping I'll only be impaired glucose/pre-diabetic rather than fully diabetic. Doing the diabetic diet with my current diet was hell last year.
Went back to see our paed today... and we got antihistamines! YAY! he basically said that X's skin is waaaaaay too irritated and needs stronger cream and an antihistamine to get everything under control. It hasn't been that bad, but slowly getting worse, and of course today it looked TERRIBLE which made me feel like the original bad-mummy... but it was handy we were there at least. So now it's eczema cream on... wait 20 mins then moisturiser on... every change  so that'll be a right PITA but hopefully it'll help. X hates changes cos he get's so itchy (and we have to sock his hands cos he scratches so much)... so if we could improve that... oh it would be bliss. And we'll be doing allergy testing down the track. Oh and he weighed in at 9.94kg which helped the case for the antihistamines (zyrtec FYI).
Oh and I'm starting him on one FF/day tomorrow as I prepare to stop expressing. What a week, and it's only Tuesday!
