Cindy, so far about 9-10 kilos so far. I weigh in today. Not happy though, I weighed myself this morning (like I always do so I'll have an idea of how I'd go) and it said I'd lost 3 kilos! So I did it again like 2 minutes later with my bike shorts on and a tshirt, that time it said I was only down 1.9? So I thought hmm thats strange reset them and did it again, and it was up more, saying I'd only lost .7!!!

a) new bathroom scales have just overtaken new kitchen scales at the top of my shopping list

b) I'm scard as hell to weigh in at terry white today!
WRT tupperware, when I told him he couold earn up to 20K and not pay tax his eyes lit up. Apparently men, in general, are very successful dealers.
Tracey - if you do TF the chemist at burnside has it, lucky its so close to you!

Racheal - You've got that right! Men do absolutely beautiful at selling Tupperware. We had a guy in our dealership who'd sell $3000 on a low week. That's fantastic. To come into a feild of woman and blow them out of the water really puts noses out of joint. The guy became manager really quick too.
Tracey - That's way harsh coming from your mum! It would be nice I think if it was truely a bump of arms and legs.
Cindy and Nikki - You both must have gorgeous children. Congrats on all the catalogue shoots and ad promotions.

well I have just come back from a walk with thedogs. I went for 1/2 hr AND i feel like Is hould be able to do that atleast 3 times a week so heres hoping I can keep it up. I only had 1 coke yesterday and am trying to reduce my intake to 3 max per day. I have decided not to go with the shake diet as we are TTC and I am not sure that that would be good for the bubs if we were sucessful. I think I will try the exercise and wtahcing the diet for a while.
Nikki I hope you tweedle stay goes well and you sort out the bubbas sleeping. WTG Corey on the audition I hope he gets it, he is a spunk so I am sure he impressed them.
Cindy Yeah on getting the ring resized. Its nice to have that finger dressed with rings. I cant have mine off now, I feel naked :) I think we should become exercise buddies. I want to loose about 10 kilo so lets do it together. I should be able to make your party, I might be late as I work saturdays though.
Rachel I am sure you will be fine at the weigh in. You are looking great with the wieght you have lost so far. What is your goal weight loss?

I had a great weekend! Drove up with my cousin to Mt Gambier for her brothers' DF's hens nite, it was so great!
I never had one, just a kitchen tea so it was quite an experience.
Pretty hard though with being on diet, I told her she can have another one when I can eat and drink some more!
WE might plan a 30th for my cousin, his birthday is 2 days after Milo and he joked about having a joint party.

Tracey - good on you with your walk! I hope you can make it to the party. I think we should definately become exercise buds, keep eachother motivated! Would be great tp be able to actually exercise together but motivation will have to be it! I really want to try to do it without spending the money on memberships etc. I have studied nutrition so i should be able to write up some sort of diet to stick to! Will have to go through the text books again.
Rachel - well done! You will get to your size 14 in no time! You definately dont look big anyway!

Well, we have had a day of shopping today, we got tori a single bed doona and wiggles doons cover (which was a rip off but she loves it!) and i got fitted for new bras and got some makeup and al didnt get anything after him trying on a million different tops! He is worse than i am at shopping!

Well I amdue for AF on thursday and since saturday I have had brown stained CM when I wipe????? I dont feel as though AF is coming yet and I have never had this before? WHat do you think?

HI GIRLS,JUST GOT HOME.
FIRSTLY HARRYS APP WENT WELL AT THE CHILDREN,he has the all clear and no more app needed,just to make sure he sees the gp when he does get sick so they can keep a record of his illnesses and frequency for future reference.
tweedle was absolutly fantastic,i learnt so many other things that i didnt go there for such as diet for the big boys and chantelle and starting solids with harry,also how to get him to complete all of his formula feeds.the sleep issues are definantly resolving,we had a tough night the first night and the second night they both slept through,last night was very hard also though,harry has now dropped his night feeds and they both do not use a dummy through the day unless for sleep.i am withholding the dummy when i first put them to bed and if after 4-6 minutes they are upset and not settling then i give them the dummy and everytime they are straight off to sleep.so i can say that so far there is improvment but i have to really stick to it for the next week to see some solid results and 2 babies that are always sleeping through the night.also cahnette now does not wake up before 7 am.

well done Nikki sounds as though you had a sucessful stay at tweedle. I am so glad you were able to get lots of useful information. Yeah on Chantelle not waking beofre 7am, thats perfect. So glad Harry was given the all clear. How is school going?
Well AF came early so the brown CM must have been early AF. Not as disappointed this month which is good. Am looking forward to another month of shagging :) Might end up getting some good news in NZ which would be nice so heres hoping.
Jordan had a check up maternal health nurse today abouthis head size. She said it appears fine, isnt growing too quickly (he has a big head) he is a little heavy.... I dont think so. She said he is developing well which is good so I am pleased with that.
Well hope you are all having a good week. Off to dance tonight and then walking tomorrow. Only have 2 cokes a day which is good. I am hoping to see some weight results in the next fortnight.

Well, it's happened! This afternoon at 2:32pm I became an Auntie:dance: My brother's partner gave birth to a little girl called Mikayla, 6 pounds 3 ounces, 52cms long, black hair and hazel eyes. I'm going with my mum to see her for the first time tomorrow, as I thought the new mum and dad needed time to get a grasp on being first time parents. Of course, my younger sister was there with them soon after Mikayla was born. Oh, I can feel the cluckiness set in here now...I have to remind myself that in just a little over a month I'm going in for that op.

Had a great day at playgroup today. We got the fake food and the kitched out so played outdoors all morning. It was great. I got stuck with ALL the kids though whilst the other mums talked inside. That annoyed me a little but I would rather be with Jordan and supervise than not know what goings on.

Benjamin had to have a day off from daycare yesterday as he came out in a rash and spots. There's maybe 5 or six spots on his body but it's all the pin ***** looking marks that were on his face that first sent alarm bells ringing in my head. I'm taking him to the doctors today to find out if in fact we have chicken pox. He had the immunisation for it, but apparently it doesn't stop them getting it.

Melissa - snap - i was just about to post the saga that is Milo's rash. Ours isn't chicken pox..
Milo is teething (2yo molars) and has been grizzly and unhappy, not sleeping at night, teething poos etc for a few weeks now. He's also had ear infections.
Over the weekend he had a few days of temperatures, not really high, but high 38s.
Then on Monday mum rings me at work and says 'has he been around anyone who'd had measles?'
For any grandparents of future granparents, or even babysitters reading, this is not the best opening sentence, particularly when the childs mum is at least 2 hours from home.
I explained to her that no-one has had measles and if they do the health department has to be notified, etc. she decides since its not on his belly, but is pretty much everywhere else, that its probably not measles, but I go home from work JIC. I want to take him to the doctors.
Rash is not bumpy (but mum says it was earlier) all over his back from neck to bum, on the back of this thighs.
Doctor says its "very unremarkable" and not a problem, but that he thinks he's getting over an ear infection.
So anyway that night was fine, no temp, and he slept trhough the night (yay).
Yesterday the rash on his back has faded but there are bumps and blothes all over his face, head, forehead etc, and they were still there this morning.
Back to the doctors - its probably viral - and his ear infectio is now nasty, so was probably starting not finishing, and may explain why he wouldn't sleep longer than 20mins at a time last night.

Long time no post!!! Been super busy...first of all with sick kids and then we headed up to Bonnie Doon on the weekend. I've been running around each day so I'm just behind in everything - I have like 50 emails in my inbox and my table is piled up with mail etc...I'm slowly sifting through. I'm also selling fairy dresses on ebay and getting set up with The Body Shop at home! Lots and lots happening.
Then kids are good. Louis is just beautiful - he's doing lots of singing and really getting some good sentences out. We're working on letters at the moment and he's doing well - he knows O and S really well...We're having trouble getting him to bed at night but tonight was a bit better...we're just having to get tough on him and not keep giving him cuddles etc. Dylans sleep is awful - he's waking around every 1 1/2 for the dummy which is TIRING!! He's such a gorgeous little man though and so happy! We're getting lots of giggles! He had some rice cereal this morning and did well with it so we'll probably stick with that for a week or so and then start introducing some more foods...he has his 4mo check up tomorrow - the time is just flying!!! I'm already excited to get p/g again! hehehe. Won't be until he's 12mo at least though!!
So yeah I'm doing the Body shop at home so if any of you guys are interested in having a party that would be great!! I'm already having one for Cindy but I'm having the party at my house the same day as Cindy's so I'm happy to come over your way Cindy/Tracey/Rachael if you're keen!!! I need to have 8 in the first 4 weeks so I'm hounding everyone!! Let me know....

Poor Milo - I'm not sure what the rash is...Louis had a rash once but it went after a couple of days...poor little munchkin with the ear infection though...not good at all...hope he's better soon!
Tracey - Big hugs - I'd start telling people to jam it up their a@#* if they were saying I looked p/g - HOW RUDE!!!! Maybe you should say - at least I can lose weight - you're stuck being ugly forever! hehehehe. Anyway, I hope you achieve what you want with it - but remember it's better just being healthy and the weight will just drop off anyway...

Glad you had fun at playgroup - that would annoy me as well...although everytime we go to cindy's lately someone else is watching Louis - hehehe! It's definitely harder with 2 - you need eyes in the back of your head!!

All clear here...Benjamin has been smacking himself too hard in the face when he doesn't get his own way and is making the blood vessels rupture, giving that look as though he's coming down with something. Along with the head banging onto floors and walls with the horrific tantrums he throws, I'm really worrying what I can do as a plan of action to nip it in the butt?
Kristie - If I have to have a c/s when they remove the cysts, it'll be the normal wait as if you were p/g. If they do key hole it's a much shorter time to be able ttc.
Nikki - OMG, I hope your kids don't get the measels. They're pretty nasty things compared to chicken pox I've been told. As for head lice, I think any kid in school regardless of how clean their hair is can still pick up the nasty little creatures. Bugger!

Well I have actually fractured my wrist, what a doofas. I went to docs this morning as it is still hurting and had it xrayed. He said it is healing nicely so dont have to do anything. It is getting better so thats good.
Jordan has been a good boy this week. He is getting so vocal, even though there are no real words he is expressing himself in gobbedly gook :)
Nikki I hope the kids dont get the measels, especially Harry he has been sick enough porr little guy. Bugger about the head lice. Are you treating everyone for it now?
Melissa those tamtrums dont sound very fun. I am just ignoring Jordan when he is chucking one and that seems to have calmed them down a bit. He was headbutting walls and thorwing himself backwards onto the floor hitting his head. He is now just running on the spot crying or shouting. Maybe try that if you havent already. I think he may give it up when he realises he is hurting himself.
Krisite YOu have been busy. Good on you selling things on ebay, a great way to make some cash. I hope the body shop goes well. I hope Dylans sleep improves for you soon but it sounds as though he is a treasure, just like Louis. WOW on Louis putting sentances together and knowing letters, he is such a clever little man.

i tell you what ! we just cant win here! harry has been vomiting his guts up for 24 hours now,poor thing cant keep a thing down,not even panadol,he has been living on water alone for the past day,he still slept well thank god,he slept from 10.30 till 6 am so i am glad our new rouitine didnt go out the window.he now has temp aswell,so just keeping an eye out for any rash just incase.he is sooo miserable poor thing,its horrible cos there is not much i can do for him.all i have been doing is washing,the whole clothed line is full of harrys clothes and towels.

been about, but quite busy lately. Girls are ok. Jess is at the screaming and crying stage and I get to the point daily almost where I wanna strangle her, but I love her too and I know she can't tell me why she's so upset just now so I have to try to be patient. Having said that she's in bed now because she cried non stop all morning. I couldn't handle it. I'm ok. Still M/s and tired, but not tooooo bad. It's easing up a little now. Kat's a good girl who tries to help me and she is just turning into such a lovely little girl now. I am so pleased. She uses please, thank you and excuse me etc all the time. It's so nice.
I'm actually nervous about having number 3 and how I will cope now. I keep wondering how I was with Jess, but placenta brain here can't remember anymore....
Give Harry and Chantelle a cuddle for me....I do check up on u girls, but lately, just haven't had the chance to chat too much........

Had a great (but quick!) catch up with Cindy and a mum from our mothers group today!
Cindy - Tori is just looking like such a gorgeous little girl and Charlottes getting soo big and is just gorgeous as well! We stayed for an extra little bit and then I went to Big w...got a little bonds tracksuit for Dylan..he doesn't have many 00 clothes so I just go it in that cos he'll be in it for another month or two. Also saw a surf shop having a closing down sale so got Louis a cute little Quiksilver hat! and a singlet for myself!
Anyway...just walked in the door - better get organised. Michaels away again so mums coming to watch the kids so I can do the food shopping. Urgghh - I'm soo tired. I can't wait until he has a weekend at home so I can get a sleep in! Dylans still waking up all night and Louis is having little nightmares so was particularly unsettled last night....Chat later!
