I went and had my little heavy weight weighed in the other day, 16.5kgs OMG, no wonder he looks beefy. Since he turned 2, he's shot out in all different angles. He's up to his daddy's hip height already, and looks like a miniture footballer, he's so stocky looking. He's not fat at all, just very solid framed. My mum keeps asking me what I've been feeding him, I tell her all the normal stuff, but he's not into any veggies but potato and loves meat.

I haven't taken Milo for his check yet, well he's not 2 yet, but I noticed last night he is taller than our dining table now! OMG!

Us girls have had a bi day today - caught up with nicki,charlee and coop this morning and then drovce out to hoddles creek to deliver some tupperware and then went to visit kim and her new bub jasmine at the hospital. she is so tiny but is nearly a whole kilo heavier than charlotte was so she must have been soooo tiny! Its amazing how fast you forget that!
I am off to get ready for tomorrows party at kristens house- see your there tracey!

Melissa - Wow, Benjamin sounds like he's doing well - so how tall is he? Louis was 13.8kg at his weigh in...Sounds like he has a healthy appetite anyway!
Rachael - Michael & I both have cup weekend off so we're doing family stuff - we're not really into the races either. Michael's parents are back from overseas that weekend as well so we'll probably head up to bonnie doon for day or 2.
Cindy - Wow, what a huge day! Thats great Kim's had her bubba - sounds like everything went well?
I must get ready for my parties tomorrow - I've got 2!! 1 at 2.30 and 1 at 8pm! Gembrook and Strathmore so will be very busy!! My friends having the earlier one though so Michael and the kids are coming! Still - good to be busy tomorrow as I've got Sunday off - actually after tomorrow I've got the next 2 weeks off from parties!!! Then a whole lot more after that!

Yeah Louis is 88cm now....He won't be taller than his Dad I wouldn't think but I'm sure he'll be taller than me! (not very hard! I'm only about 163cm or something - hehe!)
Geez - won't that be a scary day? When our kids get taller than us! hehehe. My 10yo nephew is getting there! hehe.
Had a huge day of parties yesterday but they went really really well so thats good!! I'm sooo tired though and with daylight savings as well me and the kids are all mucked up!
I'm not sure whats going on...I'm still so nauseous and sick...normally a bug you have for a couple of days and goes away but this is just lingering. I just feel like throwing up all the time!! grrrr.
I've thought of the p/g thing but you wouldnt get it the other end as well (sorry for tmi!!) I wouldn't think anyway...and I don't feel p/g - LOL! Might have to go to the dr's tomorrow...

how did the races go nikki?
i had an awsome day at the races yesteday,i had lots to drink and was very tipsy but well behaved,we got home at about 8pm,i looked hot of course.hehehe!grant lost abou $500 naughty boy and i won $100.was such a great day,i loved it,unfortunantly though our babysitter burnt chantelle with her cigarrete and it is very nasty,she took her straight to the dr and she has it dressed,our babysitter has been looking after c since she was 8 months old at the creche and i have been horse riding with her a few times,i have no doubt that it was an accident only but am furious that she was so careless but tried to keep in mind that accidents do happen,i have even been responsible for that as a mother in my 12 years.c is ok,our babysitter is not,she cant live with herself right now,she took c to the park when it happened.anyway i have told her that she will need to explain what happened when c goes to creche on tuesday as these types of injuries would normally be investigated.
had another good swim today,i love daylight savings.

Did a test and bfn so thats all good!! Not quite ready to be p/g again! LOL! Had a horrible day feeling sick but feel a bit better tonight. I spoke to my team leader with tbs and she's had it a couple of weeks ago so it's likely that I've caught it from her. I just want to feel better!!

We went to geelong yesterday to visit my friend kelly and we hada great day at the park. i got really sun burnt though which sucks!
Kristie- i am hoping to make it today- will depend on how tori is after play group coz we finish there at 1.30 but i am hoping she will have a bit of a sleep afterwards and be fine to be dragged out again!
must go get organised - meant to be going to the gym, i havent been in weeks coz the girls have had their runny noses which i didnt want to pass on to the other kids!

Last night was a bit of an ordeal at our place, but Milo did still manage to get to sleep before 8pm, and this is the best part, he slept til 6:50am! this is so much better than the 5-5:30am starts we've had for the last couple of months!
we went to speak with the fincance person where we want to buy my house, she said there is no issue in borrowing the amount we want to, and still keeping out house an investment (i.e. we'd quaklify for the loan amount) its just that because I am changing jobs it restricts the lenders we can choose. But she is very confident we could go thru CBA, and they have an awesome deal at the moment so we are going for it! I am so excited!
Wow rachael - that all sounds exciting! would be great to be able to keep your place as a rental! Will you be able to cover the payments on it with the rent you would get? Is this your week off? hows your tupperware going? I am totally doing to much at the moment and am looking forward to our holiday in 3 weeks!
Nikki - when are you guys going up north? How is channy healing up? Hows your nan? and the job hunting, have you heard anything more about the day surgery job at st.vs? We do some of our dental work in the day surgery centre there!
Kristie - sorry i couldnt make it today, i ended up having a snooze on the couch though which i definately needed and tori slept untill 4.30! Did you end up going to the park?

Well we have had a busy couple days. We had Jordans bday party on sunday and it was great fun. He had a great time playing with his friends and didnt go to sleep till 4pm. We let him sleep for an hour, gave him tea and then he went back to bed. He slept in till 9am when Jamie woke him to go to swimming.
We had our 1st hospital app yesterday arvo. We had a friend baby sit whilst we went. We waited almost an hr to be seen so we have decided to go with share care again to eliminate all the wasted time waiting at the hospital. When we got back from hospital Jordan was already awake??? He had taken his nappy off and then wet the bed. Our friend didnt think the change him and the bed and put him back to sleep so he ended up with 1 hr sleep.... so not good. He fell asleep in his high chair at 6.30 whilst I was dishing dinner. He went to bed with no tea last night.
4.00am this morning he was awake and hungry. OMG I am so tired this afternoon. We skipped playgroup as he was back in bed at 10.45 which is when we normally leave for playgroup. I have had a short nanna nap on the couch which was nice so will try and relax the rest of the day. Poor bugger needs to get some good sleep in. He is still sleeping now :)
We have his 2 yr check up tomorrow.... OH YEAH and its his Bday.!!!!!!!! :) I cant beleive he is actually turning 2. My little man is all grown up.
We are having family back over for tea tomorrow night, I think we will go out as I have spent all morning cleaning up from sundays party, I dont want to do it again.

Thanks for the bday wishes. We have had a great morning.
Jamie filled his room with 100 balloons last night whilst he was asleep so he was so shocked this morning. He went straight to the presents and opened them all up. He got wiggles doona, wiggles cutlery, bear in the big blue house DVD, pull along cart, kids shovel, spade and pick for the backyard and some new PJs.
We made waffles for breaky and then had our neighbour and her 3 kids over for lunch and he had a ball playing with them.
We had his 2 yr check up this afternoon aswell, all went well. He is 14.82 kilo, so he has only put on a few grams BONUS. She said he is developing well even though he isnt at the 20 word marke yet, she heard him talk his few words and isnt concerned.
So its been a full on morning. He is now in bed, he fell asleep at the MHN :)
We are having tea out tonight with the family so that should be good. What a big day.
What am I going to do with 100 balloons?????? we are going to busy popping them in a few days when they get on our nerves :)

Well I am no longer going to spend the long weekend alone, Jamie has decided to cancel his trip to perth and we will take a family holiday sometime in the new year before new bubs arrives.
I have had a good day with Jordan today. We spent a few hours outside with his new car, sandpit and gardening equipment. We then went shopping for stuff for tea and then came home and chilled out.
I have eaten again like a horse today but thats ok as it was mainly fruit salad so not all bad.
I hadnt put on any weight when I got weighed at hospital on monday so that was a bonus.
Melissa thanks for the bday wishes. How are you feeling now?
Cant be bothered actually cooking dinner tonight, although I put pasta bake which I love. Why o why cant we have a personal chef?????

Long time no chat! LOL!
Have just been busy getting better and then busy trying to get on top of everything again! I've got my house tidy finally but I think it's just because I moved everything into my bedroom - LOL!
Fell asleep on the couch last night with a headache so got nothing done. We had a fun day today though - Louis had gymbaroo and then my brother, sil and nephew came over for a visit and the my friend Bean dropped in and then her husband came over as well so we had pizza for dinner. Kids were loving it of coure so it ended up being a bit of a madhouse this afternoon!!
Dylans getting into so much mischief with his crawling - he's so loving it! He's been so much fun lately - we've been playing games and him and Louis just giggle together all the time - so beautiful! I can feel myself betting clucky again! hehe.
If only he'd sleep a bit better I'd be right (Oh - and I actually had a house big enough to fit everyone! LOL!)

hey kristie - i was quiet tuesday, i was sooo tured and had so much stuff on that day and wasnt really expecting to be at elises for so long and i couldnt help thinking about all i had to get done etc. Was great to catch up though, dylan is so cute with his crawling, he is just like tori was,long skinny and active!
well we had a terrible night with chacha being sick, throwing up all night but then being starving and wanting a feed which started it all over again! I have heaps to do today too so i hope she will be ok in the car - i am delivering to jenny today.
she is sleeping now though which is great.

wel we went to see about the house yesterday, and its all up in the air again now. the saleslady misquoted us, twice (the same price on 2 seperate occasions) by over 11K so will have to redo all the figures now.
Milos getting a cold so we've had the vaporiser on in his room at night, but I think its making it too warm in there. He still sleeps ina grobag at night, I'm not sure how to change him over to sheets, and whether I should do it before or after he moves in to a bed.
well i got the job,thought i would,i am a casual 1-2 days a week,which for now is absolutly perfect for me .i just want to get into the system again and am so grateful that such a respected hospital hasgiven me the oportunity when ihave no experience at all in that type of environment not to mention that i havnt even worked for 2 years,so i am absolutly rapped.i start on the 19th of nov.they will give me more work when and if i ask for it.

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend! I had a great day yesterday - had to do a delivery - so met up with my friend Bean and our friend who's down from qld and had a great lunch up at Warburton. Louis and Dylan were such good boys as well so it was really nice!! Just chilled out last night - the kids were wrecked. Dylans sleeping even worse at the moment - up every 1h or so - grrr. Michael let me have a sleep in this morning - I even got brekky in bed - and he's been on baby duty getting breaky and lunch for the kids so thats been nice.
We're heading up to Bonnie Doon tomorrow as Michaels parents arrived last night back from Holland. Louis is very excited about heading up there!
There's going to be a Christmas show at the arts centre if anyones interested! Fifi, bananas in P, postman pat etc - It's on the 18th December...$31.50 a ticket. I'm heading into Melb on the Fri 23rd Nov to show Louis the Myer windows and post a letter to santas mailbox! LOL! I'm getting very excited for Christmas! Does anyone know what the myer windows are going to be this year??

haha! *lol* just reading what Kristie wrote above about Milo having a bad run of it...
he came out in a few spots yesterday, which i thought were insect bites, but there were more today, and some looked a bit funny, o we went off to the doctors and have been diagnosed with a mild case of chickenpox.
The doctor said she is fairly sure thats what it is but so far only 5 or 6 spots so she couldn't be 100%. She said its probably so mild because of him having been vaccinated at 18 months.
So I got certificates for Neil and for Milo. I start my new job on Wednesday, it won't look good not to be there on the first day, so Neil will be staying home with Milo.
Well we ended up in phillip island over the weekend, its was gorgeous. We left friday night after work and got back this afternoon. We stayed in a restort that has only been open 30 days, everything was brand new. The porta cot we unwrapped out of the plastic as were the cot sheets etc. The oven had never been used, not that we used it and it smelt like a display home. We had a great time, I am so relaxed.
Nikki CONGRATS on the job, that is awesome news. St Vincents private is in excellent hospital. Jamie had a stay there as did a friend of mine in the maternity section. I think thats brilliant news. Hope Corey had a wonderful bday.
Rachel Bugger about the chickenpox. Poor Milo. He will have a great immunity system with all the things he has had lately. Lucky its only a mild case. Have you and Neil had it before?

Tracey - My surgery wound has finally healed. I go back to the doctors at the hospital in March or April next year. My normal doctor was away again and got the rude Italian doctor again. He wanted to do pap smears on every lady that walked into his office. Naturally I told him that my doctor is more than capable to do it when I'm ready. That doctor was so creepy and sleezy.
We've had a few upset in the household here. Benjamin has now definitely got asthma. He had a bad day of it last Thursday, and we had to keep an eye on him over night, well I was the one who kept one eye open on him most of the night. He's back on antibiotics too for sore ears. Friday he seemed right as rain and took him to daycare. I went to work. I'm not allowed to have my phone on me at work, but I should have. I knew he wasn't fully well. Anyhow, daycare tried to ring me, then dh who was at work also. Because they couldn't get us, they phoned the SIL. It was the worst move they ever made. She picked him up, I eventually got my messages and rang her after work to check on him. She said her day was ruined and that she had to cancel some things. She has her own in home ironing company. She is however on the list with daycare for emergencies. I got there at 11am only to be told bluntly that she no longer wants to know, Dh, Benjamin or myself and wants a clean break from us for a few months with no contact. Which is fine by me. She had also said she loves Benjamin to bits but can no longer handle him. She made sure her friend was there, because I know she wouldn't have said anything to me otherwise. She was very harsh to me, and Benjamin was glad to leave because of it. I couldn't believe that the day before when I saw her she was nice as pieto us, then Friday she was awful. I wasn't expecting a barrage of bull from her, and I was happy to get Benjamin out of there quick smart because she told me that she had been medicating Benjamin with her own asthma medication. That's really not on, what if he had a reaction to it? Well, that's 1 less on our Christmas list this year, and less time spent with relatives. I'm sad it had to come to this, but it happens. (sorry for the venting)

Kristie- soundsl ike you had agood day with your girlfriends on saturday, sorry to hear dylan is still not sleeping great! On another topic, but did you end up deciding to try a bottle of formula with him? i know we were talking about it a while ago. Mum is very excited about her body shop party!

my weekend has been s[ent with a baby who isnt feeling great still - actually i think she is feeling fine - she just does random chucks and coz shew hasnt had any solids for over a week she is crapping everywhere like she is a baby again! I am getting sick of changing the sheets (and running out of them) from her messes from one end or another!
