Hi ladies
well i am still here, only 13 days till Liams due date and hanging in there. We are off for size scan tomorrow so I will know whether I am allowed trial VBAC or will be booked for c section. I am prepared for the later now.....although I know I will have a good teary over it anyway.
Today we had a major break thru with TT. Jordan actually told me he needed to wee!!!!! Yeah. We have been just taking him all the time and he will go if he needs to but now he actually said he wanted to go. WOW I think its all sinking in.
He has been chucking major tantrums though lately, the last 3-4 days have been awful. He actually hurt me yesterday when i was trying to put him to bed, he scratched my face 4-5 times. I lost it, ashamed to say and smacked him back.
Today however, I have my good happy boy back and we have had a wonderful day playing cars in his room.
Rachel I hope you feel better soon. its awful when you are not well but you still have so much that needs to get done.
Krisite I dont think people think sometimes before they comment over pregnancy and babies etc. I dont think it should matter what sex you are having and also if you are not phased over having a girl. Mums say the most awful things without meaning them so try not to let it get to you. I know you and Michael would be happy with whatever this baby turned out to be..... as you said as long as they are healthy.

Kristie - As long as bub is healthy, does it really matter about the sex of it?
Racheal - Function foods are always tricky at the best of times, as you never know if it's been kept at the right temp or not. Hope the sickness was not too major?

Well, they've booked me in for the 15th to have a sit down with the big wigs at the hospital. Finally, I may have some closure on what happened entirely while I was under the knife.

Tracey - Good luck with your scan tomorrow! Yeah at Jordan and his tt! Bugger about the tantrums though, but it doesn happen...the kids still go through little growth and development spurts that I'm not sure they know how to handle sometimes - glad to hear he's better today though...
Melissa - That's fantastic - I'm so glad it's all happening soon so you can work out whats going on!! Yeah!!
As for us...a pretty cruisy day just chilling out. Had Michael's brother and our nieces drop in for a bit and then headed to my brothers for the arvo for b'day cake and a chat. Louis was so tired that he slept the afternoon away on their couch - he hadn't had a day sleep since Wed so was just over it...after a sleep he was good though! Was good to get out of the couch and relax though..Dylan loved playing with his cousin Lachlan and just ate non stop! I can't believe how much he ate and then came home and ate a whole can of baked beans!! OMG! LIttle piggy - god knows why he isn't a lot heavier! LOL!

kristie- was it your birthday today? So sorry i missed it if it was, i know its soon, a month before nikki if i remember correctly not that i remember off the top of my head the date! If so, i hope you had a fab day.
I have had a busy weekend with tupperware and today finally made it to the butchers and the fruit and veg farm so we can have some food in the house!
I am so glad to hear melissa that you will be getting some answers soon!

Hey Kristie! I know you guys are happy with a healthy bub of either gender :) but if you are at all interested, and have a u/s pic, I think its Tanya (mod) who's really good at telling the gender fo the u/s shots, even from the earlier scans.

Thanks Rachael...we just saw it on our video...it so looks like a little doody...the only reason I'm not 100% certain is because people have told me bits can look swollen or whatever in girls at this stage as it's all so little...but it really does look like a boy...I would never have noticed but Michael did straight away! The u/s lady even said "he" but could also have been because we had the boys in with us at the time...
It's only another 7-8 weeks to wait so no drama anyway...it's funny because I pulled all my maternity clothes out a week or 2 ago and also had baby stuff in and I was thinking it would be nice to have another little boy to dress in all the cute little clothes...Awww...at the same time would be nice to buy some new pink stuff - LOL!

I will probably have to meet you in there kristie - i will be waiting for al to get home and thats not till 6.30ish, i wont get into lygon till about 7.30 by the time i get out the door etc but otherwise it would have been a great plan! Will probably be faster for me to just go down the monash at that time.

Sorry- i must have missed the essendon part of the plans, if thats the case I dont think i will come, by the time al gets home it wil be getting to late for me. You guys will be ready to have dessert by the time i get there and then i will be turning back around straight away, so sorry, you guys please dont go changing anything for me though! I will see if there is any chance al can finish a touch earlier perhaps but i seriously doubt it! He doesnt ususally finish till 6.30 and home by 7 as it is i was asking him to finish by 6 and going to have to cross my fingers he could.
I hate his work - the hours are so long and make everything hard! THey are about to lose their RDO too so will be working mon-sat without a day off during the week, this will mean me quitting my job unfortunately!
We got the building report this morning and it all looks good,no issues anywhere, nothing at all flagged as needing to be done on the new house. The bank will do the evaluation tomorrow i believe and then it is time to sign the papers and pay the deposit!

What a bugger that Al will lose his rdo!! Does that mean they get paid more or extra leave or something?? Seems bad that they can just all of a sudden take that away! Thats crap that you'll have to give up work as well - are you doing enough with tupperware that will cover it??

I just did a big post and lost it so i will keep it short - his work is one of the rare ones who give rdos so they are able to take them away when they like unfotunately!
Dont stress about friday - I will just have to play it by ear with al and what time he finishes - perhaps i can come for some fried ice cream dessert?? Dont go changing anything on my account! i am used to this, als work dictates my life unfortunately, the only days i dont have to worry about what time he is meant to finish is sunday!
I even had to take my girls to a party last week- i had asked him to finish at 6 so i could be there at 7 to set up and he didnt end up finishing work will 7.30 so the girls came to my party and he picked them up at 8 which was rather embarrasing but luckily the host has kids the same ages so she didnt mind to much - just not real professional!

Yeh we moved it to Essendon as its a lot closer for Tracey ATM.

TT was going really well with Milo, until yesterday afternoon, when he did a massive poo on the kitchen floor!!!! Apparently that was just the start of it and he wass till going by the time DH got him to the loo! Poor little guy, hes getting really stressed about them, and I think he is deliberately holding it in, so when it comes, theres no time to lose.

cindy yes i agree you deinantly have to come,there is no way we will do this with anyone missing(except tracey if she is in hospital) what if we make it later?
i have booked it fo 7.30 but maybe could try 8pm instead so you will have time to get there.
otherwise i am more than happy to drive a bit further if this suits everyone else aswell.
well today we painted all the wood work(architraves and skirting boards) in the house a lovely shiny high gloss antique white.it looks fab.

HI ladies
Well today we had growth scan and I am pleased to report that Liam is average size, not small or too big so we are still on for VBAC attempt at this stage. My fundal height also went down a cm as he has descended into my pelvis, we are 3/5 which is good. I am feeling more confident now that he may just enter this world the natural way.
We got his bookshelf/toybox today so his room is complete and ready for him to make his entrance. I cant get over how nice his room looks.
As for friday, I am cool if you want to move it to lygon st again..... I will get a lift in so I dont have to drive ( so lazy ). Cindy you have to come thats the point of the meet, to have everyone together.
Kristie LOL at wanting to use all your boy newborn clothes again, I fell in love with all Jordans old outfits when we got them out. Its amazing how you forget just how much you had.
Nikki well done on doing the painting. I hae vowed never to paint this house again. I hate it.
Cindy so good to see the house evaluation came back ok. I so cant wait to see the new house.
Rachel Milo will get there with the poos. We have only just started to get Jordan to go voluntarily to do poo and we started TT in march. Its just a slow process I guess. Jordan too gets real upset if he poos in his pants, not too concerned about wee but will loose it with poo. they are funny
Melissa glad to see you have app to sort out your medical issues, I hope all goes well for you.

One of my other girlfriends is going for one too, her ob has said she wil give her 8 hours in the hospital beforethey do the c/s - she had a really messy labour last time but that was nearly 5 years ago so who knows what will happen this time???

Well today we have had a good morning. Finally completed all the newborn clothes washing which is on the line so everything is ready (except for Liam :) )
Jordan has had a great day playing with his matchbox cars, he is such a boy. He has started to actually play in his room on his own instead of out with me in the loungeroom. I am happy with this as it means he may not be so demanding on me when BF etc ( wishful thinking I know)
Cindy I hope your friend gets her VBAC, I have been told they wont let me labour for too long if I am not progressing steadily. I can also only push for about an hr, so lets hope he comes out quick.
Krisite I stayed up and watched logies also...... i thought it was great night. I had a teary when kate ritchie won......Hope you got to bed early last night.

Kids had swimming today and did so well! I'm so proud of Louis - he's really starting to get it happening. He did a little rocket dive thing and swum to me with his face in the water!! He's also jumping in the water without me catching him so going right under the water! I'm also now not allowed to hold on to him when he's swimming with the noodle things...
I asked about when he'll swim on his own but Knox leisureworks doesn't allow it until they're 3 1/2 no matter how good they are...It means I get the extra time with him anyway which is nice - we have so much fun playing in there together! Should work out for when new bubs starts lessons Louis will go in on his own so perfect really...
Dylans trying to talk so much now and is learning new words every day which is cute as well...
I think now that I'm out of first tri I can feel my energy picking up a bit and having a lot more warm and fuzzies over the boys...I can't believe how much my hormones mucked me around..you really do forget how it affects you...
Had a chat with Michael and he's certain we're not having another one after this but I may need to just work on it...maybe bribe him! LOL! He really wants to get a motorbike or project car so maybe when the time comes next year we'll be able to negotiate! LOL! Then again...maybe by this time next year I'll be well and truly over the idea of having another one! LOL!!
Had a whole lot of bills come in and was starting to have a bit of a worry but thought on Sunday that everything will be ok because it always is and then would you believe yesterday I go to the mail and have a refund cheque from the ato for $600 for some overpaid amount from 2005!!! Woohoo!!! Go Law of attraction! LOL!!! (or maybe it's my superhuman powers for altering the universe as my mum suggests) May be the right time to buy a tattslotto ticket for the weekend - LOL!
I'm completely rubbishing on but Michael urked me tonight and I'm sitting here bored s***less...he had a sooki-la and went and cracked it over nothing and right at dinner time went to his room so left me with everything and then came out while I was bathing the kids to eat his dinner and look after himself...he's since had a shower and gone to bed. I so can't be bothered with him chucking a tantrum - if he wants to act like a 3yo he can and I'm not going to let him bother me. The kids and I had heaps of fun over dinner with the music going and had fun at bathtime because I wasn't going to be cranky with them because of him. When we were getting the kids ready for bed Louis wanted me to read a story because daddy was "angry"...Michael heard that so got him to give him a cuddle and read the story but he doesn't realise how much the kids think he's cranky, tired or angry...I really worry sometimes how that may affect them...

Krisite good to see you have your energy back and enjoying the boys. Well done Louis for his swimming efforts. Its weird how diff all the swim places are as Jordan moved up this week because he could swim without Jamie. He will stay in this new class for few years though, there are 3 others in the class 3 4 and 5 year olds so Jordan will learn from watching I guess. Good to see you didnt let Michaels mood influence your night, its hard not to sometimes.

Well had a GF from work come to visit this morning. Got so caught up in gossip that forgot about Jordans TT and he had 3 accidents, poor fella, all my fault. He loved showing off with his cars etc.
Had a quiet day from Liam so possibly he is thinking of making his entrance soon. It would be a nice mothers day present.
I am already getting the phone calls " how are you, is anything happening?" OMG he is still a week and a half from his due date..... ease up

Tracey - I've done that heaps of times with tt - especially if we're in the car for a while or going here there and everywhere and I forget. Luckily Louis tells me now most of the time! I had him on the couch today trying to have a snooze as Dylan was down and I was tired so wanted him to nap as well and didn't put a nappy on him or anything and he woke up crying cos he'd done a wee...he felt bad but I felt worse - I should have at least put a cloth nappy under his bum or something...never mind. He's been having some day naps now though without a nappy so thats good!
LOL at the phone calls...hopefully you won't have to put up with them for too much longer!!
I had to take Dylan to Louis' kinder today as Lea couldn't babysit...Was sooo much hard work!! God help me when I have 3 of them - LOl! Dylan absolutely loved it though and I think Louis enjoyed having him there as well. It's definitely better being there with Louis on his own though - I hardly got to spend any time with him really. I got to bring a home a surprise mothers day present that Louis made with the teacher and I'm not allowed to open it until Sunday! So exciting! This is my first surprise present! LOL - although Michael's taking the boys shopping on Fri afternoon to get me a present as well.
I've got to take Dylan to the dr's...he keeps passing out when he throws a tantrum - soooo scary! He winds up and doesn't take a breath for that long that he just falls over...then he goes dopey for a second and then after a minute is fine again...I've heard heaps of people say that kids can do that but I want to get him checked out just in case..hopefully everythings ok...He's got the worst temper though and is always throwing tantrums now...I say no to him and he throws himself down - sometimes hurting himself - and then kicks his legs and rolls around...little terror....
