Well, I rang them back today at the job and the HR Officer said to call him back on Tuesday next week so he can make arrangements for my induction. :dance: I then had an email from the job agency and he said that I just need to let him know my induction day, but other than that, when he spoke to the HR officer things were looking good for a start late next week. I'm promising myself not to get too excited until I'm sitting in the room at my induction, but I'm not promising that I'm not having a few red wines as a smaller celebration over the weekend with Dh.
We had our wedding anniversary on wednesday, I can't believe it's been 3 years already! Another plus is, that Dh gets his RDO on Valentines Day :dance:

Well today at work was crazy. I got lumpred with 2 big issues to sort out and ended up working 1/2 hr past home time without realising. I was late picking up Joran form MILs but that wasnt too bad. I ended getting stuck in all the traffic though BUMMER. Jordan was so tired he didnt have dessert tonight. he had boobs just afetr 7.30 and has flaked it for the night. He is such a good boy, actually sleeping in till 7.30-8.00 which is a nice change from 5.30-6.00.
I am going to look for some dance shoes tomorrow so I dont have to wear my runners, will be heaps better. Have to work tomorrow morning but will only work for 4.5 hrs as I worked over today.

Logan has been so cheeky lately. On Tuesday, I had left him alone for 5 minutes while I was doing some cleaning, I go in to the lounge room and find him on top of his cousins toy box, he had taken the thing that screws on to the window frame off, it is there to stop the window from opening further than we want.. So he had the window open and I walked in to find him trying to climb up & out the window! OMG I freaked, but I did quickly take a photo and admittedly I knew he couldn't actually get out, he's too short just yet, but now I have to make sure all the windows are shut & locked if he is in the room. Then I had to go finish some cleaning for 10 minutes, I figure after that incident there wasn't anything else he could wreak havoc on.. Well I had forgotten I had taken a tin of toddler formula in to the lounge room so he could have some while the tiler took over the kitchen for most of the day. Logan got the Formula down (from where I thought he couldn't reach it.), and tipped it all over the carpet. I found him fast asleep in the middle of the formula. Covered from head to toe, and he was drooling so he had a thick gooey paste type stuff on his chin. LOL.. I got a photo of that too, I figure I need something to embarrass him with when he's older. Today he found a clean bucket of water I was going to use to mop the floor, and he was dipping his hand in it and then "washing" the walls. Just like he has seen Nanna do.. Oh dear.

Lunch went well today, Kim is lovely and little chesea was a good girl and slept while we ate. TORI on the other hand had decided not to sleep this morning and was an absolute pain in the but!! Hopefully Kim wont hold it against me though and will catch up again once i have moved.

Kristie - so sorry little Louis is so sick - hopefully he will be better VERY soon!! That is interesting about your decision to go vegetarian back when you were 15 and stick to it too! Yael - BIG Congrats on the course and that your mum is going to pay for it - perhaps if she is really mad later on you can give her a really nice massage and she will relax about the whole thing...?

Over here - looking forward to sleeping in over the weekend after lots of early mornings getting the kids to school all week. I don't really have any plans and I'm happy with that :) I got a phone call out of the blue from an old school friend that I haven't seen in years and years which was so much fun to catch up. I can't wait to meet up with her and some others very soon and do a real catch up!

Had an AWESOME day yesterday. was a conference for our new business. Was the most motivating day ever. What i've found out is that through all the personal development Im going to learn alot about parenting and being a better wife/mother/sister etc etc. So exciting!!!

not much happening today, might go to the park if it stops being so windy. tori has her ear infection back again and isnt handling the wind well at all at the moment.
We went out for the first time without tori last night, we went to an engagement party and it was like a mini school reunion for me! It was great to see some of the old group! Its funny how we all pretty much have kids now, it made us feel old, not the 17year olds we used to be! We were all having a whinge about turning 30 this year too! Not to much we can do about it im thinking!

Well DH and DD having heaps of fun..DD played with the seals and fed them...One of them out of the blue just came up to her and put his head on her legs and rested there for about 2 mins....The trainer said he does that when he thinks he has made a new friend.....Awww how cool would have have been. It only coest $50 for her to spend time with them...DH took photos and it come with some too...Mel wants to work with animals so this has just made it def.
Cindy - wish I was 30 again...geee im 35 this year. Now i feel old...lol

Swimming was great. We went yesterday and again today, milo loved it so much. I can't get over how confident he is in the water. Maybe he will be a swimmer like his mum.

Wow Cindy this is the first time you have gone out without Tori? I dont know how you did that so long. Don and I needed a couple date nights here and there for awhile now lol! Well today we went out for lunch for a friends bday. Jordan fell asleep on our friends aunty, he was so knackered. It was nice to know he would sleep on someones lap as he will need to do that on the plane in a couple of weeks.
Well I made the most awful spag bol tonight. We ended up getting KFC as it was just terrible. It had a bad taste to it and I dont know what I did wrong. I have no idea how I could have stuffed up spag bol that badly.
Well the dogs were rapted as they ate half and will have the other half tomorrow.
Back to work tomorrow and then its my Birthday YEAH. we are having dinner out which is nice. Jamie has invited about 26 people out for dinner so will be a big group. Looking forward to catching up with everyone though.

thanks everyone for the valentine's ideas. I would love to do the photo thing, but I am such a photo fanatic that we have pics up EVERYWHERE, so he may not think it's so special. As much as that would be MY perfect gift!!! I will do a nice dinner I think, prob is we are so out of money I can't afford the food until thursday. I really hate monthly pay. NOt only is tim paid monthly, but the business Im in pays on the same day as tims.....!! Couldn't they come fortnightly!!!

Nikki - I'm hoping that if I ring again at the meatworks tomorrow I'll be set up with an induction day for later this week. The hours are from 5am to 3pm but it's an hour drive down there and back again. I'll be leaving pretty early in the morning to get there an dropping Benjamin off on the way to my mums. I hoping that they are going to give me the weekend shift, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5-3 so that he only needs to be at mums place 1 day a week, because Dh will have him on Saturdays and Sundays.

Meg, I LOVE SYDNEY!!! We had a great time, the only thing can you inmagine waiting for the plane without a stroller, it was a nightmare. WE caught a taxi to the hotel and yes the taxi got a flat tyre! I read one of your posts the other day and you said something like "You are sick of feeling sick and tired", is that right, That is how i feel and i need to snap out of it. I feel angry and i dont know why. Can you teach me how to be a better wife.!!!!! I understand,we get paid monthly as well!!!

rayray, I am glad Milo loved swimming so much, it is so good to see them enjoying the water. Logan has been going for months and he loves it but he's only just started paddling and kicking without me helping him. Although, now when he gets in to the bath he keeps trying to swim, all he ends up doing is splashing water all over me and ending up with less in the bathtub to wash himself in!
I left Logan at daycare at 10 this morning. He had a few weeks off and the carers there were amazed at how much he has changed. The first thing he did when I put him down was walk to the door, open it and try to walk out before someone stopped him. Cheeky little boy. Oh my, I miss him so much at the moment.
hi all, just a quick one..have been so exhausted this week..meg, yes the little devil is still in there!!am seeing the ob today(will get on later and update)but am 37 weeks today so could be any day now..sooner rather than later hopefully!!and theywont let me go past due date(because of medical dramas..and esp cause she's supposedly huge..)so at least the end is in site..i'm not sure how much weight they usually put on near the end but at 32 weeks the ultrasound estimated she weighed 5p7oz or around 2.5kg(give or take 300g) so i guess we don't need to worry about her being little!!

I dont raelly have much to report, just got home from playgroup which tori loves! She is filthy though from playing in the dirt out the back but that is all part of being a kid isnt it?? I just wish I had of had a chance to wash her down a bit before she fell asleep inthe car.
I am getting sick of all the driving out to rowville for all my tori stuff i have to say, cant wait to move out there, seems to be taking forever to get there. Only 13 sleeps to go!! Not that i am counting at all.
Must be off, i am in serious need of putting the feet up and eating chocolate biscuits in fron of the airconditioning!

Hey ladies...just a fly by! :)
Maddy has been walking here and there but mostly prefers to crawl. Until today. Shes been toddling around everywhere, obviously anxious to get the hang of it now that she's well balanced and happy to stand un-aided for ages. She's cut another tooth - takes the grand total to 8 but she won't let me look at the back of her gums so there could be more coming through.
Very proud of DH. He went to Sydney just for Friday night to attend some big group meeting & a staff party (they paid, we didn't complain! *L*). Turns out he got 'employee of the month' and they raved about the work he's been doing. They even offered to pay for my flights to and from Sydney to see Westlife in a fortnight as his gift!
Other than that, I'm just trying to be discplined before I go to Sydney. I've lost 3kgs in the last month and I want to get back down into a 10-12 in jeans. :) I'm gonna have a whinge though because I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled on Friday (naturally we're going out for dinner that night for FIL's birthday) and today I've woken up with one of those pimples on the edge of my top lip that doesn't have a head so now the right side of my top lip is swollen to gigantic proportions and it looks like I've had botox gone wrong! :(

Have to be quick as we are having dinner in 2 mins - I started my massage course today, and it was fantastic!!! I really enjoyed i, enjoyed the learning, and it was so different to uni...
I used to come out of uni lecture stressed and really down (i honestly think uni made me depressed, i hated it so much), but this time i couldn't stop smiling the whole day! There are only 7 in the course, so its great and we get lots of help. I gave 2 massages today, and got 2 in return... They were fantastic and i fell asleep in the second it was so nice! Now i feel great
RayRay, if you want a massage, i need ppl to practise on.. let me know if you are ever in my area

Well we got back tonight. Louis loved having the weekend with his oma and opa and it kind of kept his mind of being sick. However - Now I have a rotten cold!! GRRR! I swear after this there better not be any other illnesses before this bubba arrives. It's just completely draining me and I feel crap. I just felt better from having that gastro bug and now this. Oh well, I'm sure I'll feel better in a couple of days.
Louis went on the four wheeler with his Dad - he wasn't sure to start with but didn't stop talking about it after! hehe. He loves looking out the window at the moo cows and the birds flying around. Also dh saw a baby hare and picked it up (unfortunately it died later, we don't know where it's mummy was and it was obviously..) but Louis got to have a look at the baby bunny and just loved it...
Missy - Is that the kids laughing in your bebo thing?? That's just gorgeous! hehe. Sounds like dh and dd are having an amazing time!! Thats great! Happy Birthday for Melissa! I hope you have a great day celebrating! I bet you can't wait to see them!

Cindy, It does sound like Tori had fun at playgroup, that is great! I used to have a friend whose mother would say "If you're still clean you haven't been having enough fun!"
Kristie, Yeah, I did have quite a laugh that day, once I got over the intial "OMG!".. his Nanna says "That kid cracks me up!" at least once a day, she thinks he is hilarious and that he has a wicked sense of humour sometimes.
Good to hear Louis had such a good weekend, sorry you're now sick though, I hope it is the last sickness you have to deal with for a while, I can not even imagine how drained you must feel being pregnant and unwell. I hope you feel better soon.

Well dance class was great tonight. I really enjoyed it. worked up a good sweat. DH has taken tomorrow off so he can spend bday with me, although I will be heading off to playgroup at 11.00. I also got Jordan into a monday swimming class so DH will take him from next week. I am going to miss the classes but think its great that Jordan and dad get to have something they do regularly. We will have our playgroups and I can always take him to local pool if I want.
Hope that Jordan will be considerate and sleep in for mummies bday. Only time will tell

Rach my tooth is gone and better because of it! Thanks for asking! I have been sooo much better since they have pulled it! It is like night and day! I hope hannah enjoys the 3 hr care! Kristie so sorry you are sick with a cold. The weekend sounds like it was faboulous for dh and Louis! I love four-wheeling. I used to have one but sold it when we moved. DH still has his atv though!
