Sara - I'm with you on this one too. AF was due Thursday and I had all the regular pains to go with it too. Guaranteed they'll show up shortly though... I had to do a pg test Wednesday only because I was going back onto medication that I'm not allowed to be pg on. Anyhow, it had a BFN too. Good luck with testing again soon :pray:

Quiet day at home for us today I think...waiting for dh to wake up so we can do the housework and otherwise I'll just potter around...I really must go through all our photos on the computer - we have about 10 actual hard copies of photos of Louis (and over 400 on the computer) so I want to sort them out and get some printed into his album..I guess I'll have to start making a habit and do it every month or two so it doesn't end up such a big job !

Melissa isnt that scarey? I tested because of the same thing...I didnt want to take my pain meds for my tooth if I was pg! When are you testing again? Still no sign of AF here! That would just be aweful! ;) lol! I would love to be pg with my sister! When I was pregnant with Abby my other sis was pregnant with Eddie. It was wonderful! I would jump for joy if I was pregnant with the sister who just found out! BUT there really isnt much of a possibility as we have used condoms every time we dtd!

I cried when I looked at her scrapbook! Have fun with the housework today! I have to clean tonight because we are having 2 different sets of company tomorrow. (tomorrow is Superbowl sunday!!!) Don is having some guys from his work (that are visiting from Japan) over for steaks at lunch and then we will have meatball subs for the superbowl with some friends that live on our street! The girl is due Feb 24th, so I hope she doesnt get too excited over the game!

Hopefully she'll be ok in poolsby then too, because I dont' want to do much except relax by the pool and beach (hopefully tim or MIL can look after coco)!!! xoxo

Well, I didn't get as much done as I'd hoped for but at least had a bit of a relax!! Sorted out my photos but didn't make it down to kmart - I have nearly 350 photos to print!! (ended up being 700 on the computer! hehe)
Does anyone know if kmart is a good place to go to?? Any cheaper places?? It's going to cost me like $100!!!
Mum ended up dropping in and I asked her about the baby shower idea and she reckons I have to have one for Dylan. Do you have them for 2nd + babies?? I want to because we had one for Louis but I don't want to feel like I'm scumming for pressies! We actually really don't need anything from anyone anyway (well except mum is getting us one of those digital thermometers...)
Anyway enough rubbish from me - Louis won't go to sleep tonight the little rabbit! First of all he pooed his pants after we put him down and now he's just mucking around..grrr!
Nup I haven't checked out Tiff's scrapbook - will have to do it soon! I'm being lazy though and just putting them in a photo album! Although I'm making a little scrapbook with Louis for all his fun photos and family for him to look through and wreck! hehe.

Wow, it is so much quieter in here today.
I have just come back from visiting Eb (my friend who had a baby in December). She has asked me to be Ryan’s godmother. Only thin is I haven’t been baptised, so I am calling to organise it tomorrow. It is something that I have wanted to do for a while. I will all get Jett baptised later on in the year. I am not extremely religious but something I want to get done for me!
Hot rod show was okay; it was more for the boys than me. I guess I have heaps more years to look forward to doing ‘boy stuff’.
I have sent out the photo’s of Jett from January, If the other ladies want to see them let me know if you want to see them and I can email you them.
Meg – I am not a great fan of the beach but I do love going to the local pool. Jett loves it too. I am about to send some photo's through from January and there are some pool shots in there.
Sarajo – oH I hope that you get a :BFP:!! It would be just great if you and your sis could be pregnant together. I think when we go for #2 Eb and I will try and plan it so we are preggers together.
I love Abbys new ticker photo, she is such a little lady.
Krisvee – Yeah I am wrapped, it is just as a chick out chick at Safeway/Woolworths. We just need to have a little bit extra cash coming into this house so if I get 15 hours a week I will be happy.
Does you hubby sleep for a while too??? Ben normally gets up at lunchtime and it drives me crazy. I can understand during the week (as he works afternoon shift 3pm – 1am) but on the weekends.:rolleyes:

YES! My dh likes to sleep and it drives me bananas!!!!!! I try and make him get up by 10 am on the weekends otherwise he may as well be at work..he works 7-4ish normally through the week. He stays up late playing computer games and stuff though so goes to bed too late.
Sometimes he lets me sleep in as well which is nice but most times I just have a lie in and read and he just gets Louis brekky and stuff. Sometimes thats nicer than just sleeping iykwim!

Meg Vanuatu sounds great, what a great place to have a wedding also. I am sure you will be able to relax by the pool/beach. Maybe the place you are staying have baby sitting facility and you and DH can spend some time together.
Krisite LOL at all the photos to be printed. You SO have to have a baby shower, I am there even if I am not invited :) I love them. If you dont need clothes etc, people can buy you nappies, wipes maybe you could open a bank account for Dylan and people can put in for that. I am sure there are plenty of things people could give you that would come in handy. You will need 2nd car seat and new pram so you could have a registry for the baby shower.

Well today we spent nearly all day at the ILs. Jordan was great. had the 1 big sleep 11-3.30 and has gone to bed at 8pm. He is getting so clever now with his walking along furniture, I dont think it will be long now till he is offficially on the move. I thought I also heard a MUM today. will have to keep an ear open for it. I am sure it is nearly there.
Well tomorrow I go to my 1st dance class, adult hip hop and then wednesday is adult jazz. I hope it is ok. I really want to get back into dancing for the exercise and really for the ME time. SIL and I are joining so I wont be alone. I will come back tomorrow night and fill you all in on how it went.
Ok off to eat some chips and veg on the couch for the remander of the night.

I am feeling a bit hung over, lol so at least I know who to blame. It is all my own fault, going out with my sister and staying out until 5am! But I had a good night, just wish I hadn't had such a big night when I got up this morning and the room was spinning. Poor Logan was not feeling well today, I think he is teething plus has a bad case of nappy rash and is a little constipated.
Meg, Wow on your trip to Vanuatu, that sounds fantastic. I'm glad Coco enjoyed the beach. I took Logan to a beach & lagoon a few weeks ago, he really seemed to enjoy it but I think he tried to eat his weight in sand hehe
Krisvee, I think it is fine to have a 2nd baby shower, I mean I think it is more about celebrating the baby before it is born than for the presents. But then what would I know, I've never been to one or had one! lol. My friend has invited me to one for her 2nd child. She put a message on the invitation saying they didn't need any presents since they already have everything they need from their first child. I asked if I could buy her something she doesn't have, but Logan has one and I love it so I want to get one for her baby, so she agreed to that. Kind of ruined the surprise for her, but better to buy it knowing she wants it rather than buy it and she doesn't want it.
OMG at all the photos to be printed, I hope you find some where cheap to get them printed. I was going to say BigW prints photos for $0.20, but that was over a year ago and now it has gone up to $0.29, so I think it's the same price as kmart. does kmart also have an online printing thing where you send them online and then go pick the photos up from the store when they're done? that is pretty handy I think, or maybe I'm just lazy.

Dani, Thank you, sorry I have been lying low a little lately, I've been a bit stressed and feeling down on myself. Plus almost finished renovations so some days I have been trapped in the lounge room while workmen do the floors in the rest of the house or something.. and needed to have a big night out to try to forget about how bad things have been.

Christie, I hope everything gets sorted out between you & Ben. Although I do understand where you are coming from. Ex did nothing while I was pregnant and after I had Logan, he used to call me lazy when I was pregnant and when I had Logan he kept saying to me that he "goes to work while you just stay at home with Logan all day, at least I have a job". But I would hope Ben isn't as bad as that.
Rach, Good job on sticking with BF for so long. I only managed to keep it up for a few weeks after Logans birthday. I wish I was still breast feeding, I miss the special little snuggles we had. But after I stopped (I can't really remember the reason, I think he just needed it less & less and I dried up lol), he has started head butting my breasts, and now head butts other things as well (the floor when he has a tantrum, the glass door or window when he wants to go outside, the spoon when he does not want to be fed.. haha). Kind of weird lol

I dont know what Aussi websites have this, but here snapfish .com has a bunch of free prints and then after u use up the free ones they are rather cheap comapred to stores around here! hope that helps!

Krisvee, i had a baby shower for my second. I didn't have one for Tilly, but I would've had a second anyway. It is definitely more of a celebration, and I like the idea of saying no presents. That way you can just have games and yummy food and people can bring a present if they like.
LOVE Biggest Loser, I've told tilly she can watch with me everynight, but other than that half hour she is not allowed watch tv during school term. I am just desperate to watch so I am bending the rules! Last year we all watched it as I breast fed coco at 7pm and got her to bed at 7.30pm! This year she'll be in bed already!!
Coco slept well last two nightts but tilly got up last night....so I slept in her room. She gets scared if she wakes up (it's not often) but I can understand I used to be like that.

Walmart is bigger than kmart. It is the biggest store here in the US I think. It has really good prices and has everything from food to bedding to toys to electronics to kitchen stuff and crafts and photos and everything! It is a one stop shop! Oh and it also has gas!
I dont know if I would have a second shower or not! I think if it was a boy I would definitely have a second one, and if it was a girl, maybe a nappy party!
Still no AF...whats up with that! I'll test again in about 14 hours!

Sara - I'm going to drag out the waiting time before I test again, only because my AF"s are still all over the place. I can get a 28 day cycle backed up by a 39 day cycle or anywhere in between. I've got to be prepared for just about anything. That's what happens when you've got cysts that like to torment you and cause you a great deal of pain. Goodluck with your testing though :pray:

sarajo, a nappy party sounds like a fabulous idea! I did not have a baby shower with Milo, becuase my family are kinda weird with things like that - nothing is allowed before the baby is born.
I don't think we have anything on the scale of Walmart in Australia.
DH is all into buying from independant sellers, and gets cranky if I go to chain stores too often, but its hard when sometimes things are half the price.
geez but its busy in here, there is no way I can do 4 pages of personals, so its gonna be what I can remember or whats on the screen.

Bec – I’m sorry about your friend losing the baby. It’s very hard, I feel so bad when I’m showing and I’m around people who have been trying for years. Although somebody told me once, a true friend doesn’t just mourn with your sorrows, they rejoice for your celebrations with a full heart. How is Westlife??
Rach – How is Hannah going? I love the name, one of my close friends in Hannah, but pronounced Chan-ah no Han-ah (did that even make sense). Hope you are having a great holiday in Sydney.
RayRay Rach (just do you guys don’t get confused!) – how is Milo doing with the teeth. Da just got another one next to his top front ones. Its weird this time – normally he wakes screaming and has bad nappy rash, and sometimes a temp – this time nothing (well, he waked up but goes straight back down), but he has been refusing to eat for like 4 days… really bothering me. He has ½ his brekky, basically nothing for lunch (but loves yoghurt so I’m giving him that), and basically no dinner… And my boy is normally a pig. Don’t know what to do.
Well, things are good around here. Sat was very quiet, but yesterday was a bit busy. Rob had to go out to speak to the Rabbi about lots of qns we had in the morning, and then we cleaned up the house a bit. Took everything off the bookshelves, and in the afternoon Rob my mum and dad went to pick them up (I don’t know how I got out of it, but don’t think my parents were rapped about getting roped in – again :) I feel bad cos they had to move them down a flight of stairs in the heat. I took DA and we went swimming in a friend’s pool – first time for DA and I hadn’t been in like 5 years – it was so nice. He had a ball – and my friends dog just loved him and got in the pool to play (which grossed me out a bit but anyway). Couldn’t find any bathers, so had to wear my maternity ones – which is probably fitting 'cos I’m pregnant. After that came home and Robs Sis came over with her daughter to give DA a birthday present – a bowling set which he loves. Then mum, dad and rob turned up with the bookshelves and so we moved them, and then of course I stayed up until 2.00am putting them together, cleaning them etc.
Haven’t put everything back on them – but I’m so happy. Now DA can play in the study when I’m on the computer.
Anyway, must run cos I have to clean the house.

Sounds like most people had a great weekend.
We did too. My sister came back from a trip to the Whitsundays with friends - nearly didn't make it back due to such bad weather and the planes not flying but they got home safely. We took the kids to Darling Harbour on Saturday, beautiful weather and really nice walking around.
Meg - lucky you going to Vanuatu!! That is one place I wouldn't mind going to!
Sarajo - sorry, just confused, are you in the US? If so, where? OK I'm guessing you are since you said 'gas' and 'y'all'. lol And I know Walmart - it's great. I have heard some people compare it to a giant Big W.

We're back - poor Louis crashed it in the car and it's just soo hot getting him in and out today...he hasn't even had proper lunch. I hope he has a decent sleep though...
Went to spotlight and bought a big winnie the poo for the wall in Louis' room (with our rearranging we had a bare wall) and also a new mcdonalds farm bowl, plate & cup set for Louis...Poor little Dylans getting very neglected at the moment...Of course all those things he will use as well when he's bigger!
Had my dr app - all is well, My tummy has slowed down growing and I'm only measuring 28cm but I was always a bit behind with Louis as well. Bp's fine and bubbas still head down. Had my stupid gd test - aah I still feel sick from the drink...it doesn't taste that bad but just makes me feel horrible...I've got to call in a couple of days and get there results..I'm sure it will all be fine...

Guys, I'm really bummed at the moment. There is some stuff going on personally (not with my family directly, but with close friends) but I don't want to bring it on here. Hope you're all doing ok, just don't be worried about me if I'm a little quiet over the next few days.
*small vent* I HATE monthly pays! We have another week & a half to go until pay day and this just sucks having no money left (aside from transport fares & food money).
I HEAR ya Beck, monthly pay sucks. We are pretty much out of all money and pay day isn't for another 10 days.....

Just had shock of mylife. WAs on computer working and I heard a crash on the balcony (afew metres away but can't see straight out from here) and BIG SCREAMS,. Poor coco hada a chair collapse on her. Amazing thing was her head banged onto my yoga mat and was only inches from the concrete. Im still shaking. Just so damn glad she got the yoga mat. Poor darling.

Me...couldnt wait and took a hpt so I could take a pain killer for my tooth and BFN, so at least I feel comfortable taking a vicodin for my tooth...my stitches fell out today so it is a little painful! Anyway, I guess I'll test again wednesday. I am on a very regular 28-30 day cycle and should have started about 5 days ago!! Oh well! Crazy woman body!

As for me, I am recovering from my first lot of night duty. The second recovery day is always worse than the first. Not doing too badly and managed to get to baby group without too much trauma.The good news is that Noah and Ivy are developmentally only about two months behind now, so starting to catch up. Pretty proud about that!
Oh and thank you girls for the very kind words about my scrapping!
Please forgive me, all you other lovely ladies who have posted. I'll have to go back and re read but my brain is a little mushy atm.
Just wanted to give Nikki a really big hug. I know what it's like with older and younger children. A constant balancing act. I remember when I brought Ivy and Noah home from the NICU just days before the big kids started school and after school activities for the year. It was really overwhelming and I cried alot. Especially when I had a shocking night and I still had to get up at the crack of dawn to do all the school stuff with the big kids.
Just offering up copious amounts of hugs to you.
