Nikki I am not sure what I would do about the block. YOu obviously need a bigger house if you want the kids to all have their own rooms however the money you would make on the sale is great. I would search for other blocks in that area to see if you could snap another up and keep some change. Jordan hasnt stopped talking about you since I told him we were going out tomorrow. He is obsessed with your car, we even have a matchbox car that is Nikki CAR. LOL
Well boys are both in bed and Jamie has gone out for a while so I am chillin on net before heading to bed I think early one tonight. I cant help but watch the silly olympics and keeps me up way too late.

Cindy thanks for letting us trash your house, it is a gorgeous house you have done really well. Took less time to get home, go figure......it really isnt that far only took an hour. I hope Charlotte had a nice sleep as she looked SO TIRED. Tori is just a spunk, she has real personality and OH SO CUTE wanting to give Jordan a kiss goodbye.
The boys were pretty good on the way home. Jordan talked non stop on the way home about playing in dora cubby, all the kids and jumping and the bike. Then he fell asleep on the westgate only for Liam to start screaming the entire rest of the way home.... He has now fed and is asleep. Jordan is also still asleep so bonus for me.
I had a lovely afternoon ladies, thanks for the company. The kids played really well together I thought, no real hassles.
Krisite you look gorgeous with your little bump and your boys are just gorgeous. They are so cute when they play together. I cant wait to meet little Ethan, I am sure he will be spitting image of the boys too.
Nikki well Chantelle is just gorgeous even if she insisted on being nude for a while, it was very cute. Harry is just so laid back he really is a gorgeous kid. I am glad you decided to sell block and make some money. I am sure you will pick up another bargain.

Well I am going to book my test for the course, it will be in sept so time to get my maths up to date. I am so excited I just want to apply and find out if I got in...... I really want to start NOW NOW NOW. I am sure when assignments are due though I will be staying NOT NOW NOW NOW :) Oh well

We had a fantastic day today! The boys slept all the way home and then Louis stayed asleep for ages - had to wake him at 4.30pm and Dylan had a bit of a nap and then was up again! Hopefully they sleep well tonight though!
Cindy - I loovvee your house! It's fantastic! It's got me all excited about moving into ours! LOL! I hope it didn't take to long to clean up...
How good were the kids today??? I hardly heard a peep out of any of them, they were just so happy to be playing! Was sooo cute!
Tracey - Little Liam is soo cute - I was loving having big cuddles with him! Definitely makes me all clucky (Probably just as well - LOL!) Your looking fantastic and Jordan is so cute! He was asking where you were when you were in with Liam and then he was talking about LIams bum! We were having a good little chuckle - LOL!

i actually was thinking of you today,you should have seen how many bluddy people were at her house she is a crazy woman.
Cindy you are a brave girl to ask so many ladies and children over.OMG how many were there at last count.
Sally i think that was her name was very quiet so i didnt get to have much conversation with her but her little baby girl was just adorable,she looked cold at one stage and i didnt know weather to say anything or not so i didnt cos i didnt want to offend but she seemed like a very relaxed and happy mum.
kim was lovely,she was so down to earth and i can see her fuitting right in if she chose to hang out with our daggy group again in the future.
it was good to see kim again and i truley hope she gets her little boy,please fill us in next tuesday.
kristie was so nice to see you again and as usual we didnt get much of a chat but i have to say i really miss you.
tracey i LOVE teeny tiny liam.Jordan was so georgous today,i noticed he let go of your leg towards the end and had a good play.

Tracey - I've woken up with sore muscles in my arm from holding Liam! LOL hehehehehehe. I can't believe it! How unfit am I?? hehe. He didn't even feel that heavy when I was holiding him as he was kind of resting on my tummy...
The boys are feral this morning...I have to do food shopping but I think I'll wait until after Dylan has a sleep...
OMG!! How much crazy fun was yesterday!!!! I loved it, the more the merrier in my eyes and boy was there more! AND they were all merry (except for chacha)
The house wasnt to bad really - only took me a minute to pick up the last of the toys and then i di the floors once the girls were in bed for the night and it was all good (i havent touched outside though but that will get done tomorrow when i have a day at home!)
Thanks for coming everyone and i honestly look forward to doing it all over again! I love having a mad house- i suppose thats where i am like my mother! And it is also the reason we bought that house, plenty of room outside and if not, there is always the park over the fence!

Well my friend had her baby this morning, Ethan Robert, just under 11 pound WHOO!!! he was born via c section after she failed to dialte. I cant wait to meet her not so little bundle of joy.
I have both boys in bed YEAH ME. Playgroup was fun today they did a kids olympics they were running around everywhere which is why i think Jordan went down pretty easy

I went to Kasey Chambers concert last nite at the Arts Centre and it was awesome!! Had such a great time...
And 2moro nite Nick and I are staying in Sth Yarra in an apartment for the night and we are going to dinner with my mum and her new fella, then Gold Class. Can't wait...It will be so nice for Nick and I just to be a couple for a whole night and morn!! And my lovely SIL and her boyfriend are staying at our house to look after the boys!! Sooo nice of them..
Oh and we are gonna celebrate 2moro nite as well cause we get the keys to our new house this arvo and Nick picks up his new Hilux as well!! He is like a kid in a candy shop atm!! Its cute though...

oooh..we had an offer on the house tonight...dh has been on and off the phone all night, but they went from 5K under our what we wanted, to 10K over it. :D:D

they wanted a significantly shorter settlement than we did, which is why we pushed for the higher $$.

Kristie, other than the RE fees, $ to discharge the mortgage and conveyancing, does the vendor have any other major legal costs to pay? Do you pay stamp duty when you sell a house or just when you buy it? That sort of thing.

we have sold our block,they still have till tuesdasy to cool off but i dont see a prob,we have decided to renovate this house ,the bathroom,large shed,pergola and hopefully extend with an extra bedroom and kids retreat.
i have organised the tics for puffing billy.
we have to meet at emerald station where there will be a pantomime with thomas and the fat controller,jumping castle,farm animals etc then we jump on the steam train to lakeside for a picnic etc and the back on the train to emerald.
we have to be there at 10 am at the latest.

sunday the 19th october.the show starts at 10 so we really need to meet there at 9.30 i would say.they will not be cancelling unless it is declared a total fireban so i really hope it is not a wet day,we will have to go even if it is.
i suggest we have a bbq as there are plenty of bbqs down there,we could all pitch in with meat,salad fruit,snax etc,it will be easier that way and of course a birthday cake for our special birthday babies.i would also like to do a kris kringle type of present arrangemant like last time aswell.
ok i think that covers it all.

Well Liam did an awesome sleep last night. I fed him at 6.00 and he slept thru till 3.30am OMG I was rapted. HOWEVER Jordan woke at 2.30am needing to go to toilet, he was calling to me and crying from his room. He then didnt go back to sleep in his bed till just before I had to feed Liam. Once I got up to feed Liam he decided to get out of bed again so I sent him into bed with Jamie. He then slept there till just before 7am.
Jamie has taken Liam out to the hospital again to see his friend and her baby. Jordan fell asleep eating his lunch ( so cute) so think i better do the floors whilst everyone is out or in bed.
