    Hi!

Alex - LOL - anything to get out of the housework! I've got no excuse but my house looks like a bombs hit it...and I'm still in my pj's - LOL!

Rachael - Well, thats what I figure with having the school and park so close not to mention all the stuff I take them too anyway...The more I think about it the more happy I am with the thought of sacrificing the land for the house...every time we look at it in reverse where we have land and no house we know we wouldn't be happy...
Hope all your house stuff is going well! How cute Milo having so much fun at the footy!

Well, we'll decide tonight whether to put an offer in or not...might be another trek down there tomorrow! LOL! Wish you were already down there Cindy - I'd have someone to visit! Hehehe!

Kristie - How many houses did you look at before you looked at the 1 you wanted us to look at? You get gut feelings about places, I know I do even if I do rent. I'm picky, about the size of my yard, the colours in my house and of course price, and what possibilities I could have at the same price. Hey, to put a funny spin on the situation, if you can reach out your window and shake hands with your neighbour than consider backing away quickly, that's just way too neighbourly close and not enough yard.

Hey Melissa...yeah we looked at about 10 properties over the weekend - this definitely is the one that we kept referring to as our top pick...
The neighbours are close but it actually does have a lot of privacy...your blocked off from the road as the house is set back a bit behind some trees/bushes etc and then you've got your fences and I couldn't see any of the neighbours house etc....so definitely not an issue there...
For looking over the weekend it was definitely a quiet area thats for sure...We'd probably be the noisy ones that move in - LOL!
I'm convinced but Michael is still umming and aahhing - not just about that house but our whole move as well...I think he's just really worried about such a big purchase...We're going to be in a lot of debt and with me not working it all falls on his shoulders! He just doesn't want to make any mistakes which I respect...
The good thing is with the house needing a bit of a touch up the value will only go up - if it was already renovated it wouldn't be in our price range!

Had a lazy day today...kids were good...had a fun game of soccer down the hallway tonight until they decided to fight over the ball - LOL! Had roast for dinner which was good - we ate junk food all weekend so it was nice to have some veggies!

    Howdy!

I feel like i havent had anything to say on here for ages!

I have been working heaps and not doing much more than that at the moment....

Kristie- did you put your offer in??

    How is everyone??

Melissa - what happened at your appointment with the IVF specialists? Have you been yet?

Nikki- did you buy a car?

tracey - how are my boys?? the cubby sounds cool, door or not!

im going out for tea with nicky and damien and the kidlets tonight which will be nice, Al needs to do some socialising, he is a grumpy thing at the moment.

Crap - my phone has not stopped today! Damn patients wanting to make appointments and bug me about accounts they dont want to pay! (I'm at work!)

OK, so i will keep this short thanks to my busy day today,
It looks like our settlement is being brought forward a few days which is very exciting.... We are sooo ready to move! The people we are renting through are making life hard for us at the moment trying to charge us extra money here and there and refusing to put it in writing so we are refusing to pay them our final months rent etc untill it is in writing! We understand we are breaking the lease etc but they want money for scratching themselves! And every time we talk to them the amount goes up....

Only 18 sleeps till we have our new house, oh, and a big mortgage!

Cindy I hope you dont have to pay your real estate too much money, tell them to bugger off WOW not long till you move in thats awesome. I hope you have a nice time out with Nikki and her family. I am grumpy too at the moment, maybe I need to socialise a bit more also.

Krisite WOW I like the house and bonus it comes with a cubby. I think the yard is big enough. Boys will prob kick footy in the street when they are older anyways, thats my thoughts on our small yard.

Well Liam is doing well and Jordan is good. He has had a feral TT day. 2 accidents so put him in the bath about 3pm today. He has actually fallen asleep on my lap watching tele so I have put him to bed. thankgoodness as I needed some ME time.
Now that I am driving should be organise another catch up....maybe on your side, Cindy and Krisite?? I am happy to have you all over again if you want but thought it would be fair for us to come out your way.
I start back at dancing next week and I cant wait. I so need to work on my tummy and getting back into shape. I HATE the way I look and its affecting me and my relationship with Jamie. I am not too keen on DTD at the moment cause I dont like the way I look. I need to snap out of it as its putting strain on us.
    Anyway, enough of my issues.
    take care

All I can say is THANKYOU NIKKI for getting me out the house. I loved catching up this morning and Jordan had an absolute ball with Harry and Chantelle. He was knackered when we got home so he is actually having a sleep ( another bonus). I also have Liam in bed after his feed so I have some ME time ( another bonus ).
I actually feel alot more confident now that I have taken the boys out on my own I will not be so scared next time. I will still get nervous about Jordan being up in those play slide things that are so high..... GEEZ he is only little but I forget he can climb and do all that stuff now. I will need to take some heart medication with me as I was crapping my pants LOL
Anyway thanks again Nikki and I have to tend to a crying Liam

    Hi!

Gosh, I've been having the laziest days at the moment...Everythings pretty good though...We're going down to look at the house again on Sat (if it hasn't sold by then!!!) to show Michaels Dad and then hopefully put an offer in...I'm sooo excited! I'm just too nervous now thinking we're going to miss out on it between now and then!!
Michael and I had a bit of a chat tonight...We've been really cranky with each other at the moment...I think it's all just been a bit stressful with the house stuff...I'm sure all will be well now that we've spoken...

Cindy - Hope you had a nice dinner out! I'm sure the kids would have loved it as well! How's Nicky going?
How exciting they've brought your settlement forward!!! Woohoo!! It will be so nice to have your own place thats for sure! I can't believe how much trouble your having with this rental - it's awful! Hope it all gets sorted...

Tracey - I think your right with the backyard...I'm over my worry about it - I just want it now! LOL!!! I think because we've always liked the idea of a lot of space we just had to get our head around it...it's just to expensive in this day and age!!!
I'd love to have a catch up!!! I feel so awful I haven't been out to see you and little Liam...Some friend I am!! I'm happy to come over your way as well...whatever suits!
Big hugs about how your feeling...You've got to give yourself time as well!! I can relate though...I know it's hard to get your confidence up after your body changes so much...but look at what you've achieved!!! I think going back to dancing will be great - Thats so good of you!!! In regards to dtd - just have a glass of wine beforehand and the lights off and you'll be right! LOL! I still don't do it with the lights on - hehehehehe!
Yeah at taking the boys out on your own! It will be easy for you now - Enjoy it while Liam is safe in one spot and not running around!! I find it much harder now with the two of them thats for sure!!
LOL on the tall slide!! Thats what I'm like...although it's normally with Dylan - Louis won't go down the slides or do anything dangerous whereas Dylan climbs up and tries to run down!!! Omg this boy is going to end up with broken bones I think!

Nikki - How cute Chantelles so into babies!! I must say Louis is a soft touch for babies as well...He put the stethoscope (sp?) on my tummy today and said the baby said hello to him and sometimes he puts his head near my tummy and pretends it's kicked him in the face! He's such a little comedian. I'm sure he'll enjoy having another little baby brother...I think it's Dylan I'll have trouble with! Hehe.
OMg at Chantelle swearing! I would have died!! Louis hasn't drop the f bomb yet...hopefully I won't ever hear it! Hehe.
Wow at both of you getting new cars! How Exciting...we'll have to start saving next year...Then we've got a couple of years to save and then we'll have about a $20,000 limit to get a big car! Michael really wants a ford explorer so he can pimp it up! But I'd love a prado or territory - although in saying that they're probably too expensive...We shall see - it's a while off yet - although we'll need it if I can talk him into no.4!! LOL!

Ok...enough of me jabbering on...I'm sitting here writing and stuffing my face on a bag of maltesers...I'm sure I'll regret it soon when I feel sick from eating too much!
Oh and I think I'm definitely looking p/g now!! My tummys finally grown - and surprisingly I'm already getting bh...Just started the last couple of days which surprised me...will probably get another 6 weeks+ of prelabour for this p/ g as well I suppose!! LOL!

Cindy - I have a gyno appointment next week to discuss being given appointments elsewhere for IVF. They said it would be next year before I get to see the IVF specialist.

Still trying to get my life back on track. Had an ultrasound yesterday to see what this psuedocyst is doing. Well, it's sitting above my pancreas and next to my stomach. Well, it's still quite large. It's got a size of 1.2L. My body just doesn't do normal I'm sure now. It was bigger when I just got out of hospital. I wasn't aware what it actually was. I asked if it was anything like the cysts I had taken out, and they said far from it. The cyst I have is full of digestive juices, which means, if it leaks or ruptures I'll be in hospital faster than you can blink. It's great to know, that the thing that is there can eat me! Scary stuff huh? Anyhow, apparently they just wait for them to go down, surgeons don't like removing these things only on rare occasions. He also said that IVF will be out until it disappears or is removed, and that they will be seeing more of me until the doctor does something about it. I question now, should I be back at work? What can make this thing rupture or leak...the kind of things that's really important. I think it was my doctor's duty of care to tell me of these things. I trust the sonographer as I know him well, but I'm just sick of being screwed over by doctors.

Now, that I've said my peace about all that, next week when I go back to see that doctor too, I'll be demanding something be done asap. I will not be made a ticking time bomb so to speak.

Kristie sorry to hear you didnt get the house but I would say there is a better one around the corner for you. I am sure it will all work out.
Melissa I am sorry to hear you are having a rough trot, I hope it all works out for you.

Well today I have been loosing my temper with Jordan a lot. I am so upset over it. We have been awake since 5.30am as Jordan decided to get up when Liam was being fed and so I am tired and getting really cranky.
I really have to try and keep my cool, does anyone have any sugestions? When we are out and about I am fine but at home I seem to loose it. I cant go out everyday....... Thankfully he has gone for sleep at 3pm but will wake him at 4.30 so he doesnt oversleep and get up early again.
ANyway might relax for a moment before I get him up....or start tea?

He is coming back on monday night to talk to us about fee structures etc.
What was your experience with that Krisite - did you have to pay up front fees?

    Hi!

Rachael - LOL I'd like the first one thats for sure but it's 375 not 275! LOL!!!! The Bosco Clse one would be too small...we either really need the 2 living areas...
We went with the Professionals mostly because there were no up front fees...they're percentage was 2.75 of the sale but included all advertising and if they don't sell it you don't pay anything - even if you take it off the market for whatever reason. We found this really appealing as we didn't have to find any money...so some of the others were only 2.5% but for us based on the sale of the house that means we've still only spent about $600 on advertising which is very reasonable opposed to Barry plant saying to allow about $1000+...So you should definitely not be paying too high a % to the real estate anyway...who did you get out??? We also got 3 real estates out to valuate the house - just so we knew it was going on for the right amount...they all came in with rough figure - mostly about $220-240/250 but Professionals put it on for 250 flat and we got 248500 - we couldn't have been more happy with the outcome - much more than we though...I would definitely get 2nd/3rd opinions anyway...Good Luck!

Tracey - Big hugs! This is the time the sleep deprivation is really going to kick in and take it out of you...try not to be too tough on yourself!!! You've been tired for like 7 weeks now and things are going to get to you...I'm not sure what a solution is other than getting some time to yourself on the weekend for some sleep and relaxation where you don't have to worry about the kids...

Well, better get going - going to sit down with Michael and make a list for houses to see on Sat...grr...I told him we're not stuffing around if we like one though! LOL! We've found a really nice one thats a bit further out again...it doesn't have photos of the interior but looks really new and is on a bit of a bigger block so we shall see...
I think I'll be living in Tasmania next week if we don't find a place...we're moving further and further away!!!!!! LOL!

    Chat later...
