Two of my cousins' kids are turning 3 on Sunday must be a popular day.
Sleep school - not sure, its weird that he only does it for me not for neil for neil he is the perfect child. I might see how he is going in a month, but maybe its a good idea to book ahead from memory you had to wait over a month right? Where is Oconnell? The issue would be two fold - Neil would most likely refuse to come or be unavailable, and I cant take time off work so would have to be on a weekend.
Cindy - yeh. at least he has agreed to come to the calmbirth course with me, even though he can only make one of the two days.
I went to the physio yesterday as have been having weird pains in my hamstrings and behind the knee, as well as pelvic stuff. She says its sciatic nerve pain, not helped by the fact that I have hypermobile joints and pelvic instability. So Im going back on Monday to see How I pull up after the soft tissue massage yesterday and pilates (at the physio) on the weekend. If there is no improvement at all she is talking about some kind of brace? Not sure I feel weird about it TBH, cos its not SPD, its really mostly in my legs.. I just really want to aviod the toe to hip cramping that I had in labour with Milo

I wore a hip brace with charlottes pregnancy and did loads of physio, the brace makes a huge difference!
