    Hi girls,
Indie, do the test!!!! The only way you will know for sure, but I bet it is just your body getting back into the swing of things, says she who was pregnant 5 months after her previous pregnancy.

Niamh I watched a guy at the pool yesterday do something very similar to his wife and kids. When the kids started crying he packed them all up and took them home.....to beat the living daylights out of them I kept thinking to myself..they had only been there about 10 mins, his wife was still BF a new baby and had to get up and go!!!! You kinda wish there was something you could do, but most likely you would be making the situation worse.

Erin, how exciting...sounds like it is time to childproof.

Mummatwo whoops has happened to me once as well...

Captain, how is Danielle going now? What actually happened during her birth to cause those injures? And I imagine it would be so nice to see a baby just do things

Hi to everyone else hope you all had a nice long weekend.

    Hey Yummy Mummies,

Just dropping by to say hi gunna read a few pages in here to catch up on goss, hows everyone going? especially with this heat??

Just a quick update my original date of 7th Sept has been put back to the 15th Sept but its all good, have an early Ob appoint tomorrow to get a game plan in place, tempted to ask for a stitch to be put in but will wait and see what he says. Had forgotten what this early stage was like, just so darn tired all the time, ms is just starting to kick in only really after I eat, but going through water like no tomorrow.Tum has popped a little bit but I just look fat at this stage arse and boob definately getting bigger though

Pam - have been nesting and rearranged the nursery and decluttered it to almost a minimalistic set up. BIdding on an Amby Hammock on ebay then I am going to have to refrain from anything else gosh its hard though so many cute things.

Girls I figured you would all be the ones to talk to about this - baby products and suitability for MCN any recommendations? Have found one Victorian product called Gaia looks nice all organic and not terribly expensive. not sure about washing detergents for front loader but figured I have time to worry about that. Any thoughts??

    Take care y'all

Just a quickie, as Matthew is waking. Donna, I agree with Pam - test, if you haven't already, and then you'll know one way or the other. Hope everything is okay.

Fabulous news, Pam, with those results back, relief all round.

Matthew had his first dip at the local pool yesterday. A friend from work has given us swimmers and a nifty flotation device which even has a canopy. Wonderful.

    Back later for more personals!

Hi Nae! Gaia products are great. 15th Sept was Matthew's edd. Hope the MS doesn't get any worse for you.

Hey all - this is officially my last post in here, I started to mc today and am absolutely guttered.
I have an u/s tomorrow just to confirm the mis but I have started losing clots which I know darn well is not a good sign.

Best of luck with everyone else I doubt I will be back in these forums again.

    Signing off

Oh no Nae, I am hoping that it will be all okay. Remember that bleeding is'nt always the end, I have 4 beautiful babies that prove that a fact. I have everything crossed that the US will show a tiny little HB. Please take it very easy, I am thinking of you and praying that all will be well.
Everything crossed for your US today.

Feel so sad for Nae. Want to wrap her up in cotton wool to keep her safe.

I know everyone's probably in the same boat with the heat... How's everyone coping? It's just too hot to go to the pool even. I'm trying to keep Matthew as cool as humanly possible with baths and wet washers. Even with the evaporative cooling, it's 28 degrees in the coolest room of the house. Worry, worry, worry!

Hong Kong is sounding very good, my mother keeps telling me how cold it is over there at the moment. I just need to choose dates to travel and buy our tickets. Of course, I'm now worried about leaving my poor old dog in this ridiculously extreme heat. Sigh.

My heart is breaking for Nae. I can't believe it. Life is so unfair sometimes.

We are going ok with the heat thank goodness for a/c and that we aren't in Adelaide or Melb! My aunty lives in country SA and said it was 48 there!!!!

I weighed Emily yesterday and she is 7.4 kg! So pleased with my milk, she is getting little rolls!
And I started weight watchers today. To get to the maximum healthy weight I need to lose 25kgs! We will see about that!

I got my av today! Trillian did a great job.

I hope everyone is well. Hugs to all.

Nice av, eej! It looks great! And well done, Emily! Got to love those rolls! I had Matthew weighed and measured at the clinic today too. Bucketnut now weighs 8.14kg undressed. He's also started rolling onto his tummy but I don't think he can roll back onto his back yet. Something else to worry about!

Nae, my prayers are with you.

Eej, love the av, looks great. Good luck with the weigh watchers, everyone is raving about it.

Kerry, Matthew has overtaken Ashlyn in the weight! I had her weighed yesterday and she hasn't put on anything in the last 2 weeks, so she is still 8kg, but has grown 2cm! I thought she looked a bit thinner, lol.

Poor Ashlyn has been teething, though there is no sign of her teeth making an appearance,. I was so excited because she slept for 6 hrs, two nights in a row and then the teething starts and she's back to waking every 2hrs. Hopefully it's finished soon.

    Hope everyone is doing well.

Wow, Captain! Have you looked at the growth charts? Our babies are the same size already as the average 6-month-old. How long is Ashlyn now? Matthew didn't grow any longer in the past fortnight, he's still 65.5cm long. But his head circumference is now 44cm. He put on 310g in two weeks and he is much more active lately. He spins around on his back in his cot like a rapper, using the sides of the cot as launching pads.

I've started looking at the weather map to see where it would be cooler today that's within a reasonable driving distance. Orange is looking good, even at 33 degrees it will still be 10 degrees cooler than here! If we lose power, I'm packing the car and taking Matthew out of here. Well, I've done it! I've booked flights for Hong Kong where it is cool...

hi everyone!! i'm such a thread stalker. i've been reading all your posts through the thread subscription but haven't been posting myself.

to dear nae - you poor darling!! sending you lots and lots of cuddles and we will be praying for you and your husband during this rough time. i can't believe how much heartbreak you've had to go through in such a short space of time.

eej - i tried weight watchers before and it was really good but i fell off the bandwagon - i just love to eat and don't deny myself of anything. *sigh* ps that is a cute avvy, with the army uniform and all!!

captain = i hear you on the sleeping!! i put her back on more ebm and she started sleeping better and then it all went to crap again. turns out the liberty had thrush in her mouth which is why she is waking up crying all the time. it was getting so good for a while there.

kerry - its hot here and i live on the coast, can't imagine how hot it must be for you!!! wow matthew is a whopper - you must have good arm muscles

indie - how did the test go??

i will post more later - g2g bub is having a very koala day today and just wants to be held all the time, the thrush has gotten quite bad we've already had one dose of nilstat but it came back and its on her lips and inside her cheeks. not as bad on her tongue though this time as what it was a week or so ago.

Kerry, Ashlyn is 64.5cm. Don't forget you're looking at the boy chart. On the girl chart Ashlyn is the size of an average 8 month old . Hope you were able to get away from the heat today.

Lauren, hi! Poor Liberty, hopefully once you sort the thrush out you can get some sleep again. I think Ashlyn has stopped teething for the moment so I might get some sleep tonight, well maybe, lol.

Found out today I've been ableto get Ashlyn into a swimming class. It's not the one I wanted, but I might take her until I do get into the good one next term. I've been practising with her on my own and she really loves the water and isn't scared of being dipped in (only a little bit ATM). Looking forward to it. It's going to be really busy starting next week.

Girls weight talk made me laugh
Captain lol at I thought she looked a bit skinner.

Kerry, Matthew sounds like he is going to be a wild child with his rapper moves, Poppy is still lying in one spot. Only time she really moves is in the bath, loves to kick in there. Breast milk going well by the sounds of things, good on you especailly after your rough start. Yay!!! for booking your holiday.

eej I agree your avavtar looks great. I think last time I did WW I had to weigh about 62 kgs to be in my healthy weight range not happening!!! last time I weighed that I was in my early 20's excerised crazily, had no kids and ate the minimumif I looked at any extras icecream etc I would put on weight. But after having said that use it as your goal and you will know when you feel good in yourself and then it's time to say thats good enough for me.

Lauren, poor Liberty.. I have'nt had thrush in my mouth but I know DH's mum used to get it often in her later years and she could'nt eat much at all, just too painfull.Ouch!!!

Catch up soon, must go and get some much needed sleep..
