Marni- How you ging with John away? Find babysitting? How often do you work?
Chrissy- How did you and the kids go yesterday? I was thinking of you all on fathers day.
Not much here, recovering and Ash has caught it so she's been up last couple nights. And cause FIL having chemo we can't go near him so think he was sad he didn't get to see Ash on fathers day but we did make him a 'papas day' card.

Kell - I cant believe that Keira is 6 weeks old already! Jesse is the next 2 year old?
Shell - I normally work 3-5 days a week but I had an interview today for a new job and I am now perm-part time for 28.5 hours a week. So I will now be 5 days a week. I will try and get Tiana in 2 days at daycare starting after her op and just stick with my sisters having her on thurs-fri. Gotta love this working thing!! And about John being away ask me again on Thurs, I dare say that I will be ready to tear my hair out!!!

Marni - Nope Savanna (Ambz's daughter) has her b'day tomorrow. What date is Tiana's b'day? I'm just updating my list :D
Shell.. hey hun! Yeh all going pretty good. Jesse is back to his old self since his gastro saga, thank goodness. Though hes waking several times through the night now moaning. Dont know whats up. But when i go in and tuck him back in he stops and is asleep. Hows your pregnancy going? Very fast i see!
Marni.. oh i know, i cant believe it myself. Boy the time goes fast! Yeh Savanna snuck in by a few hours before Jesse :)
Heya all. Hope you all had a lovely fathers day.
Keira is doing really well. Very settled baby now shes on the Infacol! Sleeping roughly from 9.30pm until 5am every night.. so very happy with that! If i could only get Jesse to sleep through now! Since the gastro he's been waking moaning every night. He's also had 3 of his 4 2yr molars come through in that time too so i dont think that helps.
Hes sleeping in his big bed now during the day. Not game as yet to put him in there over night. Still dont think hes ready and would understand he has to stay in there all night.
Well must go start getting dinner ready.

Does anyone else feel as though our children were only little tiny bubbas yesterday? I am having whole conversations with Tiana now and dont know how she got to be so big and clever?

Sorry for those b'days I have missed girls. I havent been so well l ately. How do you look after 2 kids or more I dont know. Im trying to organise a little b'day party for Julia too for this weekend.

Marni- I know time goes so fast, midwife at my appt today remembered me from last time and couldn't believe already 2 years had past!
Kell- Yeah Ash wakes some nights and all I do is rub her back and she is asleep again, just hate having to get out of a nice warm bed! Kiera is sleeping great the infacol drops can be quite handy.
Marni- Good luck with getting the new job, what do you do? I work 2 days week after #2 might have to up it to 3 days, we'll see how we are going.
Maz- We just have to stay away til we properly recover from our colds, just to be safe cause a cold/ flu for us can be dangerous for someone on chemo.
Had my midwife appt today, took her ages to find bubs heartrate cause it just kept moving, she couldn't stop laughing at how much it was flipping around in there, I'm thinking no wonder I feel sick all the time its stirring up my tummy, lol. But all seems good.
Belle- we posted same time. sorry you are unwell, is it physical thing or PND? I hope you start feeling better. I'm already wondering how I can look after 2 when this last week I've struggled with just Ash. Good luck organising party, we're just gonna have BBQ for Ash's nothing big only few family and close friends.
Shell - thats great re your appt! areyou finding out what you are having? yeah its my PND hon really bad at the moment, I was going to check myself into hospital thankfully I saw my psychologist and got Julia into daycare more days and mum is helping too. I have seen my GP this morning upped my meds and going to see a psychiatrist I cant do this anymore without getting rid of the issues. I feel like failure thought I wouldnt get it again as I was ok before birth and now im a mess again. Guess im just unlucky.
Nah Belle, I reckon you're doing really well mate, I don't remember you talking so openly last time - to me, you've come a long way and it seems like you're doing really well! You're totally not a failure.
By the way, it's not you - more than 1 kid is TRICKY! Tara's still quite young too, we're approaching 6 months here, and the older Si gets, the more fun 2 kids is. Definitely hugs props to all those who do it without extra friends/family support though. I do wonder what my mental state might have been if I didn't have family at my beck and call...:think:

belle honey, I can't say it better than Nelle. It is hard work having a baby and toddler. Tara is young still, so you're still at that stage where you're trying to get into a routine of some sort. Julia will be out of sorts for a while as well due to Tara's arrival. It's great to hear that you've been able to get Julia into daycare an extra day. Ring me ANYTIME you need to talk ok. I'm always here. Even if I'm running around trying to organise the girls, I'm here to talk. :hug: You are not alone.
Belle- Don't feel like a failure, you should be proud that you acknowledge that you aren't feeling right and have gone out and got help. You're doing a fantastic job with those 2 gorgeous girls.
Belle- def hard work with 2 kids, you are doing great...
My theory is only do what needs to be done.. as long as i have fed, clean, healthy and happy kids then i dont care what my house looks like.. (too bad my landlords do :lol:)
Well this house goes on the market in december and I have no idea how i am meant to keep it in display condition...
