Maz give me the cowboy!!! Just took me 2hrs to get ruby to sleep.She wanted no milk except boiled water!!! She still has tummy pain as she has diarrhoea still.Must ring dr tommorow and demand test results.
Anna ruby's face was a little disproportionate for a while.It is better but initially the flat side her cheek area and stuff was different.And her ears at slightly differnt levels.I notice as im her mother but it is alot better.

Sharleen that is fantastic! How do you get her not to sleep on the boob? Ash has to have hers every night! Day time I've been able to do some sleeps without but spend alot of time rocking the cot or picking up and cuddling that I may as well just feed to sleep!
Jodi and Anna how did your nights go?
We had the usual night, I must be run down despite taking my vitamins because I have a disgusting festy coldsore! I rarely get only when I'm stressed or really run down.
We are going to the botanical gardens today, should be nice, get us out of the house.

I was expecting a bad night cause of the heat but Vy slept from 9pm until 5am so VERY happy with that.

Another hot one here 35 degrees in Shepparton meaning that it will be about 38 here. Better go shower and get my milk and stuff before it gets to hot.

another night of no sleep. riley slept all night but akira thats another story she was up every 30min she just would settle down. i think she is so bored that she wants to do something. its a bit had when she is sick still.
well done on the babies that slept all night .
maz cant wait for that cd to come lol. i need something to help me at the moment.
shell- i have a coldsore as well i get the when im stressed out of my head or getting sick. aloe vera works wonders just taste funny lol.
well today is another lazy day for me i think.

Hmm, might have to try the aloe vera, hey Sharleen, I have an aquarium night light too, I got it given to me few years back and thought when I had Ash how great it would be in her room. I usually just turn it on when I go in, maybe I should leave it on til she falls asleep.
Sharleen - that's great that Ambah slept through! Not so great about their dog though. We have 2 dogs, Toby is 1 and Goldie is 13 and Goldie has Dementia, arthritis, and is deaf, so we know it's only a matter of time, but it would break our hearts when it does actually happen.
Last night was another ok night, Nina went to sleep at 6.30, woke for 2 feeds and woke up at 9am.
I think she's missing me now, I've got her playing in her bouncer with the lights on and she's just looking around the room. Better go and play with her.

Sharleen.. YAY For Ambah!!! thats great! we have the aquarium thingy too. My sister gave it to me as she had it for her kids and it always helps putting Jesse to sleep.. i think its great. Aww poor puppy :( How sad. My dog lives with my parents and will be 11 years old this year.. im not going looking forward to the day her time is up... i dont understand why god didnt make them live longer :(
Poor Jesse... gave him some bonjela this morning as he was moaning the house down and he screwed his face up, gave a little whimper and spat it out.. then threw up 2 minutes later :( Then for the next hour he constantly cried and whined, no matter what i tried), which is very unlike him ..even when i went into our bedroom (he usually loves going in there). So i gave him some panadol and just walked around the house cuddling him. He soon fell asleep and is in bed now... wish there was more i could do for him.
Does anyone know whats the story with Panadol and Bonjela? My sister said you cant give them together as theyre both medicated but he kinda spat out and threw it all up so i gathered it would be ok giving him some panadol an hour later. I gave him a little less than the normal dose.
Dont think he would have slept too well last night either.. was so hot. I ended up just leaving him in a bonds singlet jumpsuit and he slept on a sheet. Normally he has a Grobag but it was even too hot for that. Im sure it wouldve been about 30 degrees last night and todays going to be another hot one.. have the aircon pumping now so hopefully it fights it.
Ahh well.. im off to do some scrapbooking i think. Have people coming over on the weekend so have to clean up the dining table of all my stuff :( Just when i had it the way i wanted it.. stuff everywhere! :)
OH Kell - Can I come and scrap with ya. VY slept with her red bonds singlet b/suit on last ngiht too. She's asleep now (thank god)
Sharleen - hon IM sorry to hear about your dog. Their just like family really aren't they. I dont want to think of what I'd do with out Shrek ( our cat) if anything every happens to him. Lots of love toyour family mate.
Shell - ive got an aquarium light too but I barely use it...it annoys the crap out of me. I use to use a teatree cold sore cream that was good. Haven't had them in a LONG time thank fully. Like the idea of the aloe vera one. love natural stuff.
JOdi - you really are cheeky...send all the babies to me hmmm hwo would I entertain them all????? got me thinking now.

Well as my sig now says, we are going to start TTC for #2 when Nina is about 9 months old, which is May :eek: Heath doesn't want them to be more than 2 years apart, and he's somehow convinced me that this is a good idea!

Theyre great those body suits. I could only find them at Best and Less which is half an hour away. Jesse has a navy one and a aqua one.. wanna get more but its too hot to go anywhere and im being a lazy bum today.. Ive had a headache all day too.. might be the heat.
Jodi.. DH wants to start again right away too.. he doesnt want them more than 2 years apart either. We didnt plan for Jesse. How long do you think it would take to fall again? Im still aiming for Oct-Nov to start i think though.. even that is only a few months away :eek: .. it felt like only yesterday i was pregnant!
I fell pregnant as soon as I stopped taking the pill, on my first cycle, so I see why I'd have troubles again. Having said that though, I know many women (especially on BB) do have troubles, so who knows?!
What's the bonds singlet body suit? I have Nina in a bodysuit, short sleeve, with the a/c and she still sweats.
My Df has left it up to me to decide and no way at the mment am I even contemplating. I'm so exhausted already.
Sharleen- Sorry to hear bout the poor little dog.
Well I can still see having no life outside of the baby ahead of me, I tried EBM in her sippy cup and it was a disaster. She just doesn't know how to suck on things besides the breast thats why I could never get her to take a bottle or dummy, she just chews on it. I took the non spill valve out and then it just came pouring out so I tried to just do bits in her mouth and she was getting so upset, so I got all upset, I just don't know what to do all I wish for is to have an afternoon off, just a few hours break but its impossible!
shell it's hard when they don't want anyone but their mummy hey. Nina is a real fuss pot when it comes to the bottle and sippy cup, just chews on the teat then looks for the boob!
I can't believe I've agreed to start TTC this year after the past 3 weeks I've just had, I must be going insane.
OMG OMG OMG!!!!! JESSE JUST ROLLED OVER!!!!!! OMG!!! YAYAYAYAYAY Im soooooo proud!!!! And he did it twice!! He'd been so close so many times and he just did it!! From back to front.. he hasnt quite mastered front to back yet. Im so glad he did it when DH was home too.. yay!
Jodi.. the bonds things are like the bond singlets with the "Bonds" white piping around the neck and sleeves but button up down the bottom like a normal body suit so they dont ride up. Theyre nice an thin and stretchy and are great for hot days. Jesse's a little sweater too. I found them at Best and Less, havent seen them anywhere else.. they had a heap of different colours.. pink, yellow, white, red, navy, aqua, purple.. if you cant find any let me know and ill pick you up one next time im in Penrith. ;)
ahhhh im going insane i need to get out of this house with no kids. i think tomorrow i might go to the shops even if i have to walk there.
simon has just told me he got me another canvas to do some work on he said im seem to relax while doing art. ive never noticed lol.

Nina was rolling from back to front for ages before doing front to back. She's a little lazy though and is happy playing on her side.

I SOOOOOO cant wait to be pg again. Jed knows it but he keeps telling me he doesn't really want any more only if its what I want..der yes me want now! Nah as my ticker says, We'll start OCtoberish so there will be an almost 2 year age gap. I dont want 18months again, that was TOO hard for me.

Hey Shell, does Ash like to suck on your little finger? Riv likes to suck on ours (with the fingernail facing down on his tongue...guess it's sorta close to the shape of a nipple?).
Anyway, when I've had trouble getting River to take his dummy, I put my little finger in and get him to suck on that, then do the ol switcheroo! :D Might be worth a shot.

Well with all this feeding Nina every 2 hours business, my boobs have increased from an E cup to an F cup :eek: not happy Jan!

Sharleen- I know exactly what your trying to say, it is hard to explain, its like a trapped feeling. We do need a break though, its just been constant for months now! I'm going to try one of those MagMag cups, thats gonna be our final hope. A friend of DF used to be a nanny and shes told me once I get the cup I'm to go out and she'll see what she can do and if Ash gets really upset she'll call me.
Helen.p- I think you've got us all worried, let us know whats going on.
Nelle- She sort of sucks on my finger but that too is more of biting then sucking! She just needs to learn how to suck. Its not that hard I keep telling her its so easy! But I like yr little switcheroo trick.

Kellxx- Yay, thats exciting, Ash gets half way in rolling and stops, usually she looks more interested in trying to crawl, sometimes I think she even might start crawling before rolling!
Df and friend have this hair buissness that sells wigs/ weaves etc, anyways today she put a hair weave on Ash and I tell you she looked adorable, she actually looked so much like a doll. When I get off my ass I will try to get it onto the computer.

Hi guys. Thanks for your thoughts. The last thing I wanted to do was to worry you guys. I have a few things going on at the moment and I am feeling down and anxious and teary etc. I will update you all hopefully on Sunday when I have some time to myself. Dh is taking Bella camping for the night. So beware a monster post it will be. You guys make me cry from all of your love and concern. Dad and I had a youth meeting tonight, and we got slurpees on the way home...mmm. Rans is at his best friends bucks weekend...I told Dad where they went and he was like 'that's where all the bushfires were awhile ago' :eek: So...I've just been on the CFA website, and there's no fires listed as being too near there for now...but still...it'll be good to have Rans in my arms again come sunday ;)

Ive bags'ed DH's commodore on Monday which has the car seat in it (he'll have to take my lil car to work he he), so as long as Jess isnt too all over the place after his needles we'll get there. I am so tired, all this constant waking is getting to me, last few nights has been 12am, 3am and 6am. What happened to her big sleep? She goes down at 8pm so it seems 4hrs is her big sleep now. I am sick of feeling like crap every morning, I have headaches and I feel dizzy most days and now have this bloody coldsore! Its really getting me down, then in the day I spend alot of time settling her for naps it just tires me out even more.

Shell that sucks on the sleeping pattern! Hope it changes for you soon.Ruby woke up at 345am for a feed and didnt go back to sleep until 430am as she needed to poo and wanted me for company! And then millana woke up crying and i had to settle her too.I think she had a bad dream.Ruby is a better sleeper than millana was though.Millana didnt sleep through until 10months when walking. Im fine with once a nite.Only wish it happened everynite.
Scrappin stuff! I havnt been out for ages and bought anything.Been browsing ebay though.

Afternoon girls. Been a busy day today. Nina was usual naughty self last night, woke at 11, 12.30, 1.30, 3.30, 4.30 then 6 !!!!!!!!!!!! Heath is taking turns with me now cause I'm just way too exhausted.
It is so hot here and I've got a heap of cleaning to do, which I told myself I'd do this weekend. We want to paint the walls throughout the house, so I gotta do a big cleanup, prep the walls then start. How am I gonna do this with a baby during the day? It'd just be easier to get a painter in I think, although more $$$.
Talking about scrapping, I bought a photo album last week from Loot for scrapbooking, which I'm gonna do for the first 12 months for Nina. Just gotta get myself motivated.

Jodi- Hugs to you. I'm finding it hard to get up the 3 times I do, stuff the housework and put your feet up. While Ash is tiring me out I've told Df I'm not doing anything.
I find it hard to lie down with Ash cause by the time I start dozing off she'll wake up and I'll feel worse than before. I actually feel like nodding off now!
Thursday we go to the MCHN for her 4 month check and I've told Ash with all this feeding she better have piled on the weight!
