rach similar thing happened here too. Everytime heath would settle nina, or put her to bed, she thought it was play time with daddy! Heath just stuck with it, and after about a week, she got the hang of it. But cause he always craddles her to sleep, whereas i don't, she expects to be rocked to sleep by him! You just can't win can you! Hopefully you've got all the housework done and enjoying All Saints

Jodi it wasn't Jack not behaving that ****ed him it was me taking over and Jack having his bottle no probs from me, if he wants to feed Jack thats fine I would love if he did but dont decide you want to do the last feed when he is ready for bed, it gets Jack in a tizzy etc, then I have to calm him before bed :wall:

well Jack went down fine left him on floor for a bit then into cot and not a peep till 6.30am *yawn* after 2 mornings of 8.30am wake up this is a bit of a shock to the system :cryinglaugh:

AnnaT - going oveseas sounds great, i know that i would not be able to leave my kids for 2 weeks, no matter who they were going to be staying with.. I am such a worry wort.. i would worry that if their was an emergency then it would take me almost 24 hours to get to them.. The 1st night i left Olivia overnight with my mum i called every 2-3 hours to check on her.. I worry constantly about my kids when i am not with them.. freaks me out !
Well i am off to the shops today.. need to get Olivia 3rd bday present ( its next week! ) might get her some princess fairy type dress up clothes.

Morning all,
Well we had a good night, fed Ash at 10:30 the she woke at 12:30 wanting booby and I said nup you're not having it, I know you're not hungry. Took 15mins to settle her but she wasn't too upset then she slept til 5:30! So she has proven to me she can go 7 hours without a feed. Hopefully each night I can try settle her again without the boob so she'll sleep thru til 5-6.
rikki- Hope you and Ainsleigh get better soon, just rest and get well, don't worry bout the house being a mess or anything like that.
Nessa- Had to laugh at your dad hiding grandmas eggs in the air con! Love the idea though of a huge egg hunt.
Kell- Hows your Dh shoulder, poor boy, is he still in alot pain?
AnnaT- if you feel comfortable leaving Jett with IL's then I say go for it, you might as well take the opportunity. It can give you a break, relax, then when you get back you can think again bout ttc.
Maz- Picnic sounds nice, we prolly won't do anything big, just eat chocolate.

Oh and I also forgot to say we had the mortgage broker round last night so its all happening, he said we should have pre-approval for a home loan by Friday. Can't wait to get our own home!

Ok so Europe is out apparently. I ran the idea by Ry last night and even said "Hey why dont WE go together?" but I got a flat out no. When I asked what he would rather - another baby or a holiday - his answer? I want another baby Anna. Wowee this is certainly a change from the last few months, he was only TTC because its what *I* wanted!
Im still going to wait and see though, maybe I can join my friend for some of her trip.

well girls need help am thinking of cutting off my hair I have always had hair of length be in shoulder or long but since having jack it has gone to Sh*t it is dry and ratty, tried finding a virtual hair style thing but they all cost money, grrrrrrrr my hair also goes quite curly if cut too short I just dont know what to do any tips

Nelle I get it colored all the time, its just falling out in clumps my hairline looks like sh*it all of a sudden it is growing back and is 1/2 inch long like newborn hair so the answer is yes I am thinking of cutting it all off :eek:

maz, i am thinking about you, and praying all is well, hope all is well....sending you positive vibes.
cailyn has a HUGE boil on her bum and im just about to go to the docs, i thought it would of cleared by now but the poor thing cant even sit on it ( oh yeh she can sit up) and she got her 2nd tooth yesterday so i have had a extremely irritated baby since friday, the amount of puss(sp) coming out of the boil i could fill a beer glass, its horrible! i am hoping its not a staf infection i had one the other week after me thinking i was getting boils everywhere........and thinking this is not normal.... since she was born...we worked out i got it from hospital having her........so i got some ultra stong antibodics ands its clear now........so caity must need some drugs to fight the infection.
had a huge weekend and drunk to much scotch, had an absoulute ball, and i ACTUALLY COULD FIT INTO MY JEANS,,,,,,,,,,,,,yeh.........pretyy happy about that

Anna - how are you? What did you decide to do with Xander re physio etc? I would not worry, as the girls said before (sorry I know I am late in replying) all bubs develop at different rates. Ains is only now rolling to get somewhere, and she is one of the older bubs.
Chrissy - woo hooo on getting in to your jeans. Don't think there is much else to say to you!!! (except hope Caity's bum is all better soon and she does not require antibiotics) :D
annat - too bad about the hol. don't think i could leave Ainsleigh, and really two weeks is not enough time in europe when you factor in jetlag and seeing more than a couple of places. Maybe you and Ryan could go together when the kids are a bit better.

Looks like we're an unlucky lot. I had a complete m/c of not one, but 2 emryo's at the 5 week mark. They think one was around friday and the other in the last 2 days. Could tell my the shape of the embo thingo in me. Still no pain or clumps but oh my god im still sick. Might be a little quiet girls, hasnt really sunk in properly yet. Jed's in shock. Looks like im going back on the pill now for 6 months...bring on October again girlies

Ive FINALLY gotten Jetts baptism sorted out. The Priest even did us a favour and are allowing us to have it on a Saturday instead of the usual Sunday because we have to travel to Sydney :) My mother is being a beyotch about it though, having a cry about how she wont go even though against my better judgement Im inviting her with the condition that she has to say only positive things and not embarrass me infront of our friends. Even better THE INLAWS WILL BE HERE FOR IT! Yay!

not sure if I mentioned when Jack was born and we decided to FF I said for the first 6 months at least only Jase and I would give him his bottle, well about 6 weeks or so Jase brought up how his parents were looking forward to Jack turning 6 mths (i'm like why) cause they want to give him his bottle, well I was like ummm no he said but you said 6 mths what I said was at least 6 mths, well I then said why would I give him up for feeds when Jase doesn't do feeds, well ok I'm getting there :lol:
you all know Jase offered last night, well he did it again this afternoon so now my head is spinning thinking he is offering so next time we go to gladstonehis mum or dad can feed Jack
