I'm off to mum's group shortly, it's at a bad time now cause Ash usually goes down for asleep somewhere around 2:30ish.

We have a house for sale across the road from us, 3brm, 2 bath, pool, rents for $380 per week and is for sale at $425k :o
Our house is 4brm, 2 bath, pool and a bigger block. We were appraised at low to mid $400k about 4 months ago, so imagine what it'd be worth now !!! and the house across the road is a lot more dated than ours, with block internal walls. hhhmmmm...this it getting me thinking...

$400k + is a nice little sum isn't it. But if we sold, then we'd need to buy again, and to buy something like what we've got, but new, would cost around $400k anway ??? I dunno, I just love buying property, I'm an addict I think.
