Ohh - Thats not good news, but at least they are on to it/ A lot of people have triple bypasses and have a full recovery.

I still have a splitting headache. So I am off to bed in a min. James never had an afternoon sleep, but was really happy after I got him out of bed. He is asleep now. Lets just hope he stays asleep all night.

    Time for a vent -
Tim got home after James had screamed solidly for over an hour in his cot - and of course James was a little charmer for him. I made Tim give James dinner and bath him without giving one single bit of assistance. He overheated his dinner while defrosting it, and then didnt have a clue where his PJ's are kept. Seriously I wonder how he manages to do anything sometimes! Then he's like - can you get me .... this and that. I asked him how he thinks that I manage when I am home by myself while he is on his 8 days away, and he basically told me to stop being such a *****!
After all that he has said that he is too tired to make dinner and is getting takeaway.
I am gonna have to start leaving him more often. He needs to know that staying at home with a bub is a lot harder than going to work.
Hope everyone has a peaceful night.

I'm just popping in quickly to wish Craig (chrissy's DH) all the best for the surgery and a speedy recovery. I'll be praying for him, and Chrissy, stay strong and I'll say a prayer for you too.

Chrissy and Craig- my thoughts and prayers are with you both. My pa had triple bypass when he was 60 and went on to live well til 80. I am hoping for a speedy recovery. I don't know how you are coping with all this and all those kids.

Ness- I will pray for your friend also, hopefully soon you will get some good news. Have they got any ideas when they might try bringing him out of the coma?

Meg- yes I don't think men realise how hard work it is. When my Df is looking after Ash I have to write a list of what to feed her, how to prepare it, I have to get her clothes out cause he doesn't know what to dress her in. I worry bout when I go back to work I'll be gone for over 9 hours!

Ash is being moody today, bit clingerer and sookier than usual. And for some reason she wouldn't let Df feed her. He always feeds her dinner why I cook but tonight she flat out refused and the when I offered she gulped it down! Don't know what going on there.
Now is the time they start realising just how much they rely on Mum for everything they need and get real clingy. Jett has suddenly got that way a bit and esp if we are around strangers or new people. Just wait it out, it will end (hopefully!)

AnnaT - I did the farex-bottle thing with the boys and yes it did help me. I have totally forgotten about doing it with VY so guess what im doing tomorrow night??? hmm I wonder and WOO HOO for getting your life back well sort of..im jealous
If we lived closer together I would coffee with you!

Well tomorrow starts my 10th week of pregnancy and sweet baby goes from an embryo to a human looking fetus

I certainly hope Chrissy and her DH stay strong and get through this. I'll be keeping them in my prayers.

Meg.. my DH wouldnt have a clue what to do when it comes to Jesse. Ive always done everything. He does give him bottles if i ask, but thats not hard. I like to do everything for Jesse though so its not really an issue here. On those odd days ive had a migrain i usually prepare Jesse's dinner then he'll feed it to him. Last week when i had one, i asked him if he could bath him too.. so i basically had to get everything ready fill the bath and once Jesse was in, he said now what? lol I ended up just taking over and sitting with Jess while he had a bit of fun. But i know what you mean.. its like having a baby.. no one really knows what its like until youve had one yourself.

Shell.. what do you put on your pizza? Do you put tomato paste or something? They sound so yummy!!

Nessa.. hope your friend is ok.. must be hard.

Well have an inspection this morning.. everything looks pretty spotless but im still paranoid!!

    Good morning all,
James was awake twice last night, with sore toothies, but luckily it was only for about 10 mins each time.
I have put him back down to bed now, but again he is mucking around in the cot. During the day it takes up to an hour to get him to go to sleep. Does anyone else have a bub that does that?
I still have a headache, so I am lying in bed with the laptop. Tim isn't working today, but has decided that he needs a break and is going to play golf. It must have been tough for him to look after James for a whole 3 hours yesterday!!! maybe I will invite my mum over....................

Meg- Most of the time Ash takes ages to go to sleep. In the past she used to scream but now she'll play for awhile then grizzle then she'll be starting to drift off but then quickly sit up the lie down and repeat til she goes to sleep. I spy in the door sometimes and watch her, so funny.

Kell- Yeah we put tomato paste than just whatever toppings we want, add cheese and chuck in oven for 15mins or so. And best thing is there are hardly any dishes to do afterwards!
We had an inspection not long ago and then they bumped our rent up $65 month! Everytime they do an inspection I know they gonna put up the rent.

Annie- Hope those kiddies get better soon, why is it that most ppl get sick after holidays? I know I always do to.

Thinking of you Chrissy and Craig, any news?

And any news on your friend Ness?

Not much news here, going to have lunch with mum and sister in the city. Its so cold.

    Hope everything's going well Chrissy.

Well, Melbourne just had their coldest night for a long time, 3 degrees in the city I think. So I think that must mean that Helen below us is frozen solid, I'm sure she'll be back on once she's defrosted.
When I came into him this morning River's hands were like ICE and his lips were a little purple. He was so rugged up, so I think it was just his extremities that were icy, but still, might get Rans to bump the heater up when he gets up for work.

Ohh Shell, hope you're rugged up for the city, it'll be cold and breezy today!

Meg, 3 big smacks for Tim! Honestly, I know they do well to go to work, but they have NO idea what daily care of a baby involves. No clue. Hope you can convince him to pitch in a bit more.

Shell.. oh dont say that! lol.. we have got a heaps good place for what we're paying ($260 p/w - cheap for sydney) (3 large br, 2 bathrooms, double garage, large living/dining/kitchen), and its only about at the most 4 or 5 years old. So im really hoping they dont put it up! But he's just been. Was pretty thorough compared to the last lady.. but everything is spotless so they shouldnt have anything to complain about.
They sound yummy!! Im gonna get some stuff next food shop and make them!!! Enjoy your lunch!!

Meg.. Jess woke up at 4.20am last night, but think it was cos he was cold.. was bloody freezing in our house last night.. but went bach to sleep after i tucked him back in and gave him his dummy. Then again at 6amish.. gave him his dummy and he just lay there talking.. i leave him in there until 7am. Um.. with during the day, we're pretty lucky with Jesse, he's always been a pretty good sleeper. I usually just go on his tired signs rather than a set time of putting him in bed. So usually around 10amish he'll start rubbing his eyes or burrying his head in his couch or something, so i just put him in bed then. He'll get up and play with his aquarium thing but then will nod off. Im not too worried if hes not out straight away as i know he's tired.. he eventually gets there. Same thing usually happens around 3pm.
Ohh i so want a laptop so i can lie in bed with it!!! Envy envy!!
