Rach - sorry to hear about your BFN. Sometimes its just not ment to be.....try again anyway with another brand, maybe like someone else said you will get a + a few days time.
Shell - I once had an old lady ring me at 3am telling me her dog was dying. After the 2nd time that night I was mad as I had to get up at 5am for work and said "lady Im not a vet". Weeks later someone else rang me during daylight hours and after abit of a chat (as you do with strangers???) I found out it was a vet in North Sydney and their mobile had a 0 in it but the way it was recorded on the answering machine it sounded like an 8. Weird but true, so I left amessage telling them to contact me so I could explain MY delema. (sp) I sometimes wondered about the lady and her dog.:redface:
Well, preg symtoms are stil going strong. Had Hot Honey and Lemon to help with this demon cough I have and like always I make it strong, but it tasted horrible last night, like something you would clean the kitchen with. Rick tasted it and nearly choked coz it had heaps of honey in it and it was really sweet. LOL Booby pains etc Booked into see my GP on Thursday.
After hearing AnnaT's news I really feel guilty atm for sharing my good news. Has anyone heard from her????????

Hi guys, will try to make this as brief as possible but thought I would let you all know what has been going on and why I needed a break.
Sorry if this brings the mood of the thread down, with all the good things of late I didnt want to say anything but a wise lady (Nessa) adv me that we are all here for each other, which we are, so now I am ready to share.
I have had an early miscarraige. My Af was really late which is not unusual. However I was pretty sure I was preg, but for some reason it didnt feel right so I was putting off testing until day60. Anyway I thought AF started but for 3 days I had just really really light not there bleeding, more like spotting. So I decided to test to see if I was having a breakthrough bleed. Well test was extremely faint positive and that afternoon heavy bleeding and cramps etc. So I lost what might have been. I am feeling pretty sad, but am really sick of feeling so nauseus.
So my bday wasnt the best and Eithans was hard to get through with all of the visitors. Noone else apart from Leith and you guys know.
Last night Leith's great grandmother, the kids great great grandmother died. So it just hasnt been the best month, plus there are numerous other things going on with selling and building and other family members getting sick, so I have just been feeling really overwhelmed.
So I am trying to get on top of things, emotionally about the loss I think I always knew it wouldnt work so I am not devestated but I am still sad.

annat - thinking of you honey. I went into early labour with Nina at 19 weeks, but after 24 hours contractions stopped on their own. I hope that's the case with you. Whoever is talking with her, can you keep us updated.
helen - I'm so sorry about your miscarriage and Leith's grandmother. It hasn't been a good month for you. I'm glad your sharing this with us. We are all here for one another. :grouphug:

Helen- Big hugs. And you needn't worry bout bring moods down in the thread cause we are here for you to be able to just say whats on your mind and whats bringing you down. Hopefully next month will pick up and see things going alot brighter and stress free for you. It always seems in life everything goes on at once!
Rach- Sorry to hear bout BFN, as others have said maybe not showing yet? This may be silly question but what does RE stand for?
AnnaT- Big hugs to you too sweety. Hope all is okay. Did they have to give you anything to stop the contractions? I think bed rest for you is in order and Ry can wait on you hand and foot!
Maz- I used to use our kitchen table for scrapping but Df put end to that! Make sure you're careful with that gastro in your house, don't want you getting sick, lots of hand washing!
Vicky- Did you do anymore tests or just sticking with the line you got? I remember when I was preg with Ash and I went out and bought all these tests just to make sure! I felt it was too good to be true.
Meg- How is james today? Poor boy, he prolly had sore throat and its awful they can't tell us whats bothering them.
Rikki- ooh how was your new bed last night. King size sounds fantastic, all that room to move around!
Well that number that was calling me seems suss. When I call it back it goes straight to this message that says to retrieve my messages type in my mobile number. my sister reakons its one of those dodgy ones that when you type your number in it'll start charging you for ****.
We had a bit of an unsettled night here again. I was wondering last night how many hours all of us put together have we all spent sitting on bedroom floors trying to get babies to sleep! Its got to a point now that I don't know if she is upset cause she really has got something bothering her or if it is a behavioural thing to get picked up and carried round.
AnnaT - I hope you are both OK. Sending you my prayers. Thanks Kell for letting us know.
Helen - I hope you are feeling better. It must be hard with a few things happening all at the same time.
Shell - Hows bubby today? Still itchy? The calls sound suss to me.
Rach - It is still early days. Maybe test again if AF has not shown up by the end of the week. It is quite common to get false negatives.
James loves the antibiotics. It is banana flavour and he gobbles it down. Still a little unsettled, but I think he is on the mend. Better get back to the housework. Another lovely day here in Gisborne.

Just took Nina for her 12 month needles, poor little chicken. She's alright now.

As for Belle - I spoke to her yesterday...she is sounding so positive and slowly getting better. She hasnt been on much because she is concentrating on getting better for her family and self.

We've just done Ran's yearly clothes shop. :p Well, maybe he shops more often than that, but not much! And I got 2 cardigans, I'm always cold at home and putting on a jacket, which isn't too comfy.
And River got some tops too. Clothes for the whole family!
And then grocery shopping, which isn't half as fun really.
There are patches of clouds here, I wonder if we'll be able to see the eclipse!!

I've been keeping it a little secret, but cause I can't keep secrets, I'd better announce ... WE ARE OFFICIALLY TTC :dance: I've been given the all clear from my dr, and I'm going to wait until after bub has arrived to look into the cervical cancer vaccine.

oh, and by the way, AF is late ... and no, I'm not testing just yet!

I feel like Ive been hit by a Mac Truck though. I was so dehydrated it took them 4 goes to get an IV in, my veins had collapsed to the point they just took a stab at it, literally. So now both hands are covered in bruises and swollen. The vomitting stopped early this morning after 3 IV bags and 2 shots of maxolon. The contractions have settled down to just the usual braxton hicks BUT now my chest/abdomen/back hurts everytime I move/breathe. Ive also got a wicked headache. Theyre pretty sure its from all the straining of vomitting for 10hrs straight but I have to go back in if it doesnt clear up soon. So after 5 IV bags, 2 shots of maxolon, 2 panadeine forte, 1 sleeping pill and alot of sleep Im on the mend. Poor Jett had an awful time of it, calling out for Mama all night and day. If you ask DH he's been in the wars as well having to be a single parent for 24 hours and being tired, poor thing *sarcasm*

I remember I was about same stage as you in my preg and got so sick on kfc that I couldn't stop vomiting, you think it was somethiong funny you ate?

Nelle- Rans sounds like Matt, he does his annual shop when he seems to be running low on things to wear, which seems to be now.

No eclipse here - It was too cloudy.
:(I wish I knew what was going on with my body tested with FMU and another :bfn: but am now cd42 :(I want to know becuase I have a sore throat and horrible nasal drip which is causign me to gag all the time, if I knew for sure I was not UTD then I could hit some medication big time, am trying to get Jack and I seen by dr this arvie so maybe I can say look I dont know if I am or not but is there something I can take that is safe just in case :(
and I have a farewell thing to go to for one of my mums group I had to miss her daughters 1st bday cause we were sick, and she leaves sunday so I really want to go
