Goodluck at the dr's Rach, I hope all goes well. A friend of my sister could only have her prenancies show up with an ultrasound, she never got a BFP ( doesnt make sense to me, but you never know).

Well I am still sick of myself. Eithan has his clinic appointment today, so I will update you with all of the stats later this afternoon. I did have hime booked in to go to get his needles done on Friday, but the funeral is then so I will cancel and make them for next Friday. Cant say I am sad about that really, even though he needs them , I dont want him to have them.
The computer is typing this in slower than I am typing it, I hope that I dont loose this post.

Laurin.. yeh we're only having family for Jesse's so nothing big, but then my family is quite big as it is. Im planning on making his cake on Friday so if it doesnt turn out ill be racing down the shops Saturday morning hehe. Are you making Rylee's cake?

Yeh the eclipse was not bad.. im not overly into it either ness but thought id take a look. We saw the moon with the shadow over it then later on all orange. Not bad.. just looked like a moon to me though hehe.

A quick question. I am hopeless with the tax stuff. Anyway I got a letter back from the family assistance office saying that I am not eligiable for the $600 because we earnt too much. I didn't think that it was means tested. Is this right???
We also were not able to get the other payment coz we earnt over $94,000 which is the cut off. But according to my records, we earnt under this amt. Does any of this make sense to anyone. I am so cr@p with the tax stuff. Any advice would be good.

Meg - I would be ringing the Tax department or going through your tax agent and asking what the hell is going on. If I lived lcoser Id be checking it out for you. They try and get awayw ith everything those guys...good to see your on the ball.
Ness - shallow and not so deep...god woman you have some control pmsl

Meg- From what I remember in the tax book, one part is based on combined income and the second part is based solely on the lowest persons income, so seeing you were on mat leave for most of the year you should get something. Do you still have your tax book? Maybe read up on that part.

Maz- Yes definately still on for vic meet-up! I can't wait.

It ended up clearing here last night so got to see the red moon, was alot better to look at thru the binoculars.

Yuuuuuuum froot loops :) I know not exactly healthy but after not eating for 3 days I figured for the next few days I have every right to eat whatever I fancy, even if its chocolate milk and burger rings.

Are any of the Melb-ers going to the expo? I went in Perth before Jett was born and it was ok. Im trying to decide when to go down to Melb, Dh hasnt decided if he is coming - if he does we'll only be down for 1 night, if he doesnt I might drive down Friday and stay til Sunday.

Shell - nope, only did the one test. Rick was being a prat about the whole thing so I made a GP appointment instead! I have some info on sleepless nights / babies from Baby Centre if anyone wants it. I received it today but have not read it myself as Baileys has been sleeping through for a while now and I didn't want to jinx myself.

AnnT - so glad all is well now and you have your appetite slowly returning. Lots of F&V my dear!!!!

I did a very yucky thing this morning. I was trying to get a poohy nappy out from under B's bum and I have no idea why but I just let go of it. It over balanced on the end of the chnage table and fell to the floor just missing my bare feet. Like buttered bread, it fell yucky side down..............GROSS!!!!!! I musta used 100 wipes to clean up the mess. GROSSAMOROSSA!!!

Off for a nap now.

Happy 11mths Annika!

Ive been thinking about doing up Ripleys nursery nicer than I did Jett's seeing as J will be getting a new big boy room with decorations but its ****ting me trying to find a nursery bedding set. Ive decided to sell the ones we have. I know what Im looking for but everytime I find it its selling for a ridiculous price.

Nows the time I wish I knew how to sew, should have paid more attention in textiles class lol

So if you guys did a nursery theme for your bubs, what is it and where did you find it?

AnnaT - have you looked on Ebay???? I ahvent thought to much about a theme but more a colour and worked around that. VY was butterflies and dragon flies hanging from the ceiling.

AnnaT.. yep go ebay! Jesse's theme is Sesame Street. He has curtains (from ebay), bedding set- quilt, bed head thing, sheets etc (from Target) and an Elmo floor rug (from Spotlight). If i could put things on the walls i would but we're renting so thats a no go. But i love all the Sesame New Beginnings range at Target.. sooo cute.

Poor Jess has a temperature. He went down for a sleep and woke crying, had done a runny poo and was hot so gave him some panadol and hes back down now poor darling.

AnnaT- No theme for us we got given all our items second hand so nothing matched and being that we are renting we couldn't do much. When we move though I want to do up Ashleigh's room all girly, will prolly have to do over time though as it can get costly. Was just gonna start with paint and some pretty curtains. As others have said check out e-bay, there is so much stuff on there.

Vixstar- Is the stuff on there website? I have gone on there few times, might check it out.

HelenP- Yes! Come on over for the meet-up, the holiday will prolly do you good.

I went to the baby expo last year, was sooo crowded it was just so hard to get thru with the millions of prams. Its good if you need stuff cause they do offer discounts on things plus you get samples of stuff. I might go again this year will depend on if my sister wants to go. I was thinking of going on the friday.

Shell.. hes ok.. very red cheeks.. and after his bath while dressing him, i spyed toothy number 7 through! So am wondering if thats what it was all about.. though i read teething doesnt cause temperatures but who knows! He's in bed trying to get to sleep at poor pet.. it seems as long as he has a dummy in his mouth and another one in his hand then hes happy.

Kell- those so called experts say they don't get temps but plenty of mums will say otherwise! A couple teeth with Ash we've had temps, just for one day and really irritable then next day tooth has broken thru and she's happy as larry.

It looks like I have so much to catchup on. Thanks for the girls asking how I am, last week was a really low week I couldnt even function to look after Julia and had help, this week im doing better, the sessions are going really well. I have learnt so much in 2 weeks to put into practice. Not going this weekend as we are going to a friends wedding which shall be great.

Anna - Im so sorry to hear about your BFN honey, my thoughts are with you, I hope AF comes soon so you can start on the Clomid - :hug:

kel - heaps of babies get temps when they're teething. If Nina is cranky or whatever, I always put it down to teething. Nina has just gone # 11 & 12 through!! Hopefully she'll be a little nicer to mummy & daddy now.

better head off to bed, Heath's going to the specialist in the morning. He has a hernia & a condition called 'hyrdocele'. Shell have you heard much about that? Going to see the specialist about surgery in the next couple of months for him.

Jodi - Xander had a Hydrocele - but it went away by itself. Not sure if that is possible with adults. How'd Heath get a Hernia? Lifting heavy stuff?

Kel - I've always read that the whole temp whilst teething was a myth too. Am since learning otherwise as Xander nearly always gets a low grade temp just before a tooth comes through - maybe the pain causes it?

Helen - HUGE hugs to you hon. We're all here for you.

AnnaT - Really glad to hear that you are ok matey. Got a bit worried there for a bit.

I hope those with morning sickness start to feel better soon. I've heard great things about those 'preggie pops' - but I wonder if it is just the slow intake of sugar that helps? If so, might be cheaper to buy a heap of chupa chups!

Anyone else's husbands/partners get really grumpy after they've fallen asleep on the couch and then come to bed? A major jerk just came into our bedroom and snapped when I tried to talk to him. Whatever. (do I sound pee'd off? :p)

I have a huuuge pile of clean clothes that survived the op shop cull, but need to be put away - there's nothing in my drawers, I just dig my hand into the pile like a lucky dip every day. :redface: Gonna put them away before I get to sleep.

anna** - Heath's had it for about 9 years, but it's so bad now that he needs surgery to relieve it. Not sure that it would ever go away though.
Maybe give it a couple more days, then test again, unless you've gone broke from buying too many ;) Good luck!!!
