Oh MY I am so tired, Had the sleep from hell. So many things going through my head.
Dh went out last night and ended up having to crash at his mates cause he drank to much (we have club that is really big on wednesday nights here) So its just me here alone. He prob wont be home til after lunch and i am so tired. Hopefully the girls will behave!!!!!

Kell - I am working 3 days a week. 2 of those days are 10 - 4 (Tuesday Wednesday) and the other is 9 - 5 (Friday.)
Ambz - best of both worlds hey? Still get to spend all day with her, but get the rest you need at night. J is staying away from me for the fist time ever on Australia Day. I won't know what to do with myself. I bet I wake at 6!!!

I know generally if we offer him red meat or even roast pork lamb he spits it out but he kept coming to Jase for more so we popped him in his chair and he just wolfed it down :dance:same at lunch yesterday and then last nighthe ate roast pork :dance:so god knows what goes thru his head :lol::
well I tried self settling last night :doh:he was all tired at 8pm so I went and laid on our bed with him at 9.30pm Jase came in he was still awake :rolleyes:so after 10min of tossing turning we put him in his cot, with gentle head down sleep time routine byt 10.25pm I had had enough of listening to him throw himself around kicking everything in site and crying out, so got him up changed offered a bottle and he was out in 15min and is still in bed, *eek* best go wake him seeing as its 20 to 9am :lol:
Rach - He must have decided that he likes meat now??!!! You must be pleased that he didn't wake you in the night and at least you got a decent night.
J is still waking up crying every morning. It has been nearly a month now. It isn't real crying any more. More like sooking coz he wants out. I am sure that if he was in a bed, e would just get out and come to us. But he really isn't ready for a bed yet, as he would fall out in a second!

I had the night from hell too.It was hot here.We dont have aircon so it took me ages to get ruby asleep.I put her in her cot and stroke her forhead now.Better than rocking i must say.But i do need to get a chair in there.Standing is tiring work...BUT...Then she woke at 330am and would not go back to sleep till 5am.Tossing and turning.Wanting to be with me.I am knackered.Millana was in my bed too.In the end i demanded aaron who was blissfully asleep under the fans in the lounge to get off his arse and help.
I am tired.Need more coffee.May go use mums pool today.Its hot already.
Oh ness! so glad you have got your princesses name!! Its lovely and it really does go well with teleahs and annikas names.At least when people ask where you got thename from you have a story.

What great stories Caddie. My name has no story. Except my dad is in to vintage cars, so he liked that I had the initials MG after the car. I have no middle name. That's all great, but now my initials are MF which is terrible. (as in Mother F***er) J was named after 2 great uncles.
Oh, and although we are not even preggers yet, we have decided on names for the next one. It will be William Edward, or Emily Rose (or Emily Kate - not 100% sure yet)

I forgot to mention I was on the ph yesterday arvie and Jack was playing happily next minute I hear this almighty crasha and scream :( race into bathroom Jack had climbed up on this timber stool (normal is folded but I had left it up) to get out toothbrushes not sure if he fell of stoll or off the sin k but he hit his head :( massive googy egg, he was right after a mintue or so but made him stay quiet for 1/2 hr put a cold washer on it etc, lump is all gone today but OMG what a fright.............

Caddie - Oh I love the name story thing. Im names after a ship (yeah my dad was a merchant sailor), no middle name. i didnt een think of the birth story thing for Mateauz...we'll he has one really doesnt he, being named Memphis after the King's birthday. i think we need to put up a tally ofour kids names...we have some totally beautiful and different ones to some of the other threads.
Kell - im getting there...tired but ahhh I know it wont be for ever. How are you feeling? M/s yet? Little boobies monster lost 60grams since dunday but health nurse isnt to worried cause we only lost 30 grams from birth when we left hospital. Still keeping an eye on him though (see below)

rach - we are having major issues with Vy's sleeping....its driving me nuts aswell. She screams blue murder if we leave her alone and the only way is for us to stay with her until she falls a sleep. It was easier when she still had a bottle (she would feed herself to sleep) but she wont take that any more either!!!!! Friggen insane I tell ya!!!!

Mateauz ended up in our bed at 2am cause my eye balls couldnt stay dislodged from my head any longer. I woke at 4.30 to find his hands and face a blue tinge and shat myself. Its just one of those things im gonna have to watch him about...but it scared the living cr@p out of me.

Oh, and the name thing, I was named after my dad's best friend's daughter who died from leukaemia at a really young age and my middle names are handed down on my mum's side of the family - Bre inherited one of them.

Rach- Ash is forever getting bumps and bruises at the moment she has bit black eye (thanks to table) Its so hard to keep them out of mischeif.
As for names, my dad picked my name, said he was driving thru Warrandyte and a house there had my name and he just loved it. My middle name is the same as my mums and grandma middle names, so Ash got that middle name too. Ash first name was just a name I loved since I was 14.
Shell - OMG I just realised I forgot you, im so sorry, my head is in the clouds and im so knackered. YAY that DF comes home today hon.

Saw the MCHN for our 2wk check up - Rips is doing great! He's 50cm long now, hc is 36cm and he's 3380g, so gained 260g in a week - Go Mama's milk :dance: What a champ! She also said the 'jaundice' has disappeared which is a relief (not that I think he ever had it.) She commented on how well I look (and how skinny :rolleyes: ) and I told her looks are deceiving lol Im tired and could do with more than 2hrs of sleep at a time but Im coping, I have too.
Jett's settled down a bit as well, not so many tantrums/naughty moments and he's not crying so bad at bedtime anymore. Yesterday he was all about baby - kept giving him kisses and cuddles which was cute. He's learnt more new words and has even started sentences - he says 'shoes' and 'biscuit' now and 'Where gone?'
Today has been nice without Jett to chase after though, running errands was a breeze. Ive put him in care tomorrow too for a few hours as I think part of his naughtiness is boredom, he's used to seeing friends kids once or twice a week and going to daycare for 5hrs on thursdays. My g/f and I are going out to lunch.
Anywho enough of my boring prattle, its almost time to pick J up and Rips is sucking away on the boob. BBL.
Ness Congrats on your PINK news! There is lots of lovely clothing out in the shops for girls, I just love looking at it (even though I cant buy :lol: ) She's a beauty just like T and A!

All well is here. Belle - I am in NZ at the moment with my Mum and Dad until 3 Feb when I go back to Melbourne where we were living before we went to South AFrica. Rach - Rylee is being a pain sleeping too - I thought I had got things organised with her but not so and now she isn't having a day sleep. Shell - enjoy DF being back at home, Maz - way to go on the breastfeeding it is great isn't it, Nessa - are you getting all the girls clothes sorted out, I think the clothes and organising the room is so exciting. Oh well, I had better go and cook the meatballs for dinner and get Rylee away from Mum _ I think Mum is getting frustrated with her....

Caddie - I remember you being in hospital with Ruby about that. Did they seem to think anything was causing it at the time? Mateauz started his seizures in hospital but smacking his lips together and going completely limp. The docs have no explanation for it at all

Maz, they just said it was a choking episode which some babies get and they will grow out of it. Ruby had 3 episodes. Once the dummy did it and was told not to use them on her. I think it was because she was on the small side too. Keep watch mate.
Rach - what brand are the vege fingers? Julia doesnt like veges much either so would be interested! your making me hungry what do you put in your meatballs to make them tuscan, they sound great. Im sick of making the same ole meatballs lol.

Nina's temp went down today. We got a little bit of sleep last night. Still feeling like a zombie today. I've been an emotional wreck though. I think it might be the heat combined with sleep depreviation doing it.
Nina's still not 100% though. She's cutting her final 2 teeth, so hopefully they'll come through fairly quickly.
