If Amelia is demand feeding, then you can shorten her feeds yourself and know that she won't go hungry as she'll tell you when next to feed. Just note the time for length of feed and time between feeds.. you can lengthen or shorten according to her needs then and avoid the vomiting.. She will get to know her limits soon!! Its so distressing to see them vomit.
