Hi again. It's taken me awhile to get back! Well Bess was born 2 weeks early by CS on 12 July weighing nearly exactly 3kg. I was so surprised at how different she was to DD1 (who is now 21 months). She was an excellent feeder straight off the bat and has been a much better sleeper so far. But we are getting some similar evenings to you Wysiwyg - she's on my lap right now. We had an absolute nightmare evening tonight. DD1 fell asleep in the pram on the way to playgroup today and wouldn't go down for her proper nap so she was beside herself tonight and throwing massive tantrums. Meanwhile, poor Bess was also overtired and unsettled and couldnt get enough of my time for a decent feed. She's falling into a pattern of sleeping for hours and hours in the morning and not much in the afternoon and is then difficult to settle for the night. I'm wondering if I should shorten her morning sleep. But its hard to bring myself to wake a sleeping baby!!
