Jellymaker - Thank god! It isnt only my DP who is acting this way! He will sit and watch TV... while I pace the room with Tiah crying, trying to settle her and wont even bat an eyelid! His excuse is "She is breastfed, how can I even help"... when I explained (Ok yelled) that I dont change her nappy or rock her to sleep with my boobs... he realised he had stuffed up. I have just started to give Tiah to him, and leave the room... funny enough.... he seems to be able to settle her just fine when I am not there for him to pass her back to!
Re mums groups - I really enjoy mine, it is nice to see what other babies are doing and meet some ladies who are at the same point as I am. I seem to be the main talker though, which can be a bit embarrassing.... when I am nervous I talk so those poor mothers cant get a word in!
B - A twisted pelvis? Far out that sounds so painful. Hope it is feeling better now?
Re Sleeping - Tiah is having a feed and bath at around 6ish, then she has her bedtime stories and then sleeps in our bed until around 10pm. Then she has another feed, then again around 1am, then again around 5am (Dad leaves for work then) tne she sleeps through till around 8am. I can only seem to get her to stay away for an hour or so during the day, and she will only nap for around an hour - so our days are pretty full on!
Ok so.....
TV.
What is everyones thoughts on this? We have ours on quite a bit (DP watches boxing, Rugby and I am guilty of loving crappy disney shows) and Tiah will nearly break her neck to watch it. When she is awake, I turn the TV off and sing to her, or play with her toys or give her some nappy free time. BUT sometimes she just will not have a bar of any of that and the only way to keep her happy is to let her watch the TV in my lap, or laying on her playmat. I feel so bad, like I am the worst mother ever. I wasnt so worried about the occasional time, but at least once a day I am having to let her watch it for about half an hour or more and I feel like a failure :(

Hi Ladies, I've forgotten the exact pesonals but can remember some topics ha ha
Chiro/Osteopath - DD's first trip out after coming home from hospital was to my chiro at 8 days old - I needed an adjustment too. She wasn't turning her head to the left either, and we ended up with a bit of a flat spot but that is diminishing after we bought one of the baby headrests. It's really flat and almost shaped like an apple with a hole in it to cradle the back of her head - apparently it redistributes the weight and encourages her to hold her head straight. Seems to be working.
Mother's Group - our council hosted mornings have ended so we've caught up in a coffee shop the last few weeks. They seem like a really nice group of women and some of us are doing a bubs swimming class together soon - I'm really looking forward to it. I'm thankful for the interaction as I only moved here a few years ago and my friend base is fairly small so to make new friends that understand the craziness of having a new bub is good!
DH's - mine has been driving me nuts on the odd occasion too! Although I can be as subtle as a sledgehammer at times and he's helping out heaps more lately. The poor guy spends Saturday morning marvelling at everything DD can do/has learnt during the week as he works long days and often only makes it home for her bath and then she crashes out. She's normally asleep in the morning when he leaves too. I get annoyed becasue he asks me all about her, tells me all about his day, but seems to forget I've had a day too, and it'd be nice if he asked how my day was. Petty I know.
As for us, we've finally made the big move to the cot in her bedroom for night sleeps too. She feels so far away from us but with the monitor she isn't really. It is kinda nice to have our bedroom back, I love to read at night and during my insomniac periods, but DD always fussed and became unsettled in her sleep when I had the lamp on. I thought going down to breastfeed sitting up (instead of curling up in bed to feed) in the cold would be awful, but by some stroke of luck she has also started sleeping through. We bath around 6.30pm, then she goes down about 7/7.30pm and isn't waking until around 5.30am. Feeds then gurgles in her cot for a short while and falls back to sleep til around 8am. I know it could all change very quickly so I don't count on it, but it has certainly been lovely I won't deny it! My chest is almost ready to explode every morning though and I can't wait to feed her and relieve the pressure!
Any kind of routine will be thrown out this week anyways as we are flying interstate for a week. I'm a little nervous about BF on the flight but I'm going to keep telling myself it will be fine!
I think I must have typed too much - the text box is going all funky on me :D Hope you're all having a great weekend!
-
HB - where did you get that headrest? I'm very interested in something along those lines!
Sorry - just jumped on quickly - hi to everyone else!
-
Hey Claire, I picked it up at Babyroad in Melville; it was their last one, but that was a couple of weeks ago. You might find one ringing around a few of the stores up your way (approx $40) or you can order them online - just google baby head rest - urban baby has one online too :)
-
Thank you B :) I really needed to hear that, I think I knew it was ok.... but I needed to hear another mum say so! Your advice is awesome!
You are right, everthing is geared towards what we should NOT do and I end up second guessing every little thing I do. Every time I see a nurse or read an article it seems to point out some new thing I shouldnt do! DP's parents were amazed, they said when he was a baby mums were never made to feel so damn guilty
Dont even get me started on peoples Ahole reactions when I tell them Tiah will be breastfeeding until her and I are both ready to stop. My mother actually said if I go over 12 months she will rip her out of my arms..... yeah.... go on and try that mum and see what happens!

Hi girls
hope we all had a nice weekend,
Photographer came today and we got some really good shots, Adrian was very well behaved and smiled lots for the camera, but also spent lots of time serioulsy studying the clicky black thing in front of his face. Hope to have some photos up on FB soon.
Had a much better night last night, hopefully will have something similar tonight, fingers crossed as i still have lots of sleep to catch up on.
no real time for personals, hope everyone is well.

Hello mummies,
Meercat, Cameron loves his TV too!!! I never felt bad about it as sometimes it's just the one thing that makes him settled and he loves watching all the bright moving objects. I'd rather him watch a bit of telly than have one grizzly baby on my hands! Don't feel bad hun, and please never feel like you are a failure, that's the last thing you are. You are an awesome mum and don't evet forget that hun!
B, I was never a fan of co sleeping. But the thing is, one day I tried it and Cameron freaked out in the big bed! I think back then he was so used to his cozy little bassinete that the big bed was just scary for him! I now envy mums who get lots of cuddles in bed with their bubs! I have to say though, Cam just looooooooooves his big cot. He sleeps in his cradle in our bedroom which is pretty roomy, but once he gets into his big cot in his bedroom he goes crazy!!!! Loves all the room. Ouch for the twisted tailbone. WTF???? Sounds horrible hun, hope you get the pain under control :)
Rooey, hope your mum got a nice surprise! How nice it must be to have her close to you now. As for the the mum's group, I missed mine again this week :o. I think I'll just leave it. It would be silly now to start going half way through them. I have a clse GF who has two kiddies (one is 7 and one is 5) and she is always so helpful with any questions I might have. I also have 2 friends from work who both have 6 month old bubs, so we occasionally swap stories/ideas. It's good b/c they have already been through what I am going through. Besides, I have all you wonderful mummies for support/friendship!!!!
Miamunchkin, yay for swimming lessons! I really want to take Cam too, maybe when the weather is a bit nicer...The formula is going OK, still pooing every 4 days approx. He had a poo on Wednesday so was expecting one yesterday but it hasn't come yet. I might take him to the peadritrician and ask him about is and also about his neck. I think I might have to take him to an osteopath.
Con, Grace is a little Star! Sleeping right through AND starring in a musical! You must be so pround hun!!!!! :D
Teresa, can you believe Cam is in 0s in the bonds wondersuits (OK, I know they are on the smaller side) and pretty much in 00s in everything else now. He is a giant. He is also a catnapper all day. I like your routine, I'm still working on mine!
Jelly, yay for great pics! How funny is it when they get so fascinated with the camera in their face? lol. As for hubby not entertaining bub when he's holding him/her, I agree with you. My DF also holds Cam while watching TV without much talking, and Cam gets bored so quickly. I talk to Cam all the time so I can keep him interested. He really does have a minute attention span!!!!!
HB, you're the big mover hun! First you were stressing about little miss going into her cot during the day and now she sleeps there during the night!!!!! I'm thinking I'm going to try it soon too. Well done hun! Might have to look at that head pillow too, thanks for the link.
AFM, we have had a very sleepy day today. Cameron has pretty much gone down after every bottle today, which is very unusual. Very little playtime, and lots of big naps. I wonder if he is a bit off today???? He had a long stretch at night last night. Fed at 10.30 pm and then again at 5.45 am. This is very unusual though. I am wondering when he is going to be sleeping through? I am so jeleaus of all the bubs that do! I might take Cam to the paed to ask him about the poos and his shoulder muscles. He is holding his head OK, but not great. When I put him on his tummy, his whole body tends to lean to the right, and if I try to move his head to the left he gets very grizzly. I'm thinking he'll need to see an osteo.
Hi to everyone else, hope your weekends were nice and relaxing.
P.S I chopped most of my hair off last week, and it is still falling out in chunks. I look hidious and won't leave the house now :wall:

Meercat, Fraser adores telly. We realised when we had Rage on one Saturday that he was all calm, then kicked off when the ads came on. He was fine when the music came back on and screamed when it finished. I had to pop him into the other room to watch the music channels on Fox! He was a happy bunny then! He loves any of the music channels, but also likes Eastenders and Sex and the City! Don't feel bad about it. I mentioned it to the CHN and she said it was fine, as long as we're not using it as a distraction all of the time.
Human Bean, thanks so much for the info. I think it now may be a little late for Fraser as he's 3.5 months now and it says it makes a difference up to 4 months. He's turning his head all the way to the right now after his physio sessions, so we may have to just live with it.
~b~, good on you for co-sleeping. I could never do it - I find it hard enough sleeping sometimes as it is!
Con, that's awesome about Grace - hope it all goes well!
Sorry - got distracted beyond that!
As for us, we tried Fraser on baby rice cereal tonight. It didn't go as badly as I expected, but he wasn't keen. We put in some fruit puree after the 3rd mouthful, but it didn't make too much of a difference. He hasn't been drinking his milky very well for almost 2 weeks now - only taking about half of what he should, but as he still put on weight, we were told not to worry about it. I think giving him the cereal gave him a shock and he drank all his bottle after we stopped trying to give him it!
We also bought Fraser a Jumperoo today which he has been playing in this afternoon. He is so funny in it! He had 3 yellow pages under his feet, but he did very well! He didn't bounce too much but just loved looking at everything.
I've had a shocking cold for the last 5 days - it's been awful! I didn't even manage to get dressed one day as I felt so bad! Not like me at all. Just starting to feel a bit better today, but my head pounds every time I cough.
Hope all you yummy mummies are doing well!
-
Meercat- I agree with ~b~, Don't stress about the tv. I think if you had her in front of it 24hrs a day there would be something to worry about. As for b/f- you are doing the right thing. I b/f dd1 until she was ready to stop herself, which was actually around 12-13months. Ds stopped at 4 months! I hope Grace stays on boob until 12/13months or whenever she is ready! Some bubs love b/f until they are 2, which is perfectly fine! I'm getting a little sick of ppl saying i should be feeding her solids now because breastmilk isn't as filling for them- i tried her once, but she just doesn't seem to need it yet...i have a great milk supply so i don't see the need to alter it because of other ppl's opinions!! I am hoping to exclusively b/f until 5 months. Speaking from experience, it's all about when Tiah is ready to give up the boob!
Jelly- Your photo's are really nice. I know how hard it is to get awesome shots of baby's if they are tired/moody/etc, so it's great Adrian was interested in the camera and had lots of smiles!
Beata- wow...grace is only just into the 000 wondersuits! lol! I have only just packed away the 0000 on the weekend! Re sleeping- That's great you had a long stretch with Cameron. A lot of Babies start to stretch out the night time sleeps bit by bit, not many just decide one night to sleep right through, it is a gradual thing. Maybe Cameron has started to stretch out his sleeps! yay! I hope so! Grace started off waking at 9pm, 12am, 3am and 6am. At 3 weeks she had streched out to 9pm, 1am, 4am and 7am. At 4 weeks she stretched out 9pm, 3am, 6am, at 5 weeks she started going 9pm, to 4am. By 7 weeks she was feeding at 9pm and sleeping until 5-6am. I have just brought her last feed forward so now her last feed is at 7.30/8pm and she wakes anywhere between 5.30 and 7 am. (she wakes 3-4am every now and then, once a week i guess) I don't know if that helps! P.s- i bet your hair doesn't look as bad as you think!!
Miamunchkin- I bought Grace a jolly jumper on friday....she loooovvvveeesss it! I have been giving her 10 mins in it once or twice a day to get her used to it. It is so funny to watch her, the first few times she just hung there looking at everything, but then she started bouncing her feet. It is so cute! I was thinking about getting the jumperoo, but went with what i had for dd1 and ds.
Hello to everyone else! Hope you are all well!!
Afm- Grace giggled for the first time yesterday....it was so cute! It was the cutest little full on giggle ever! I forgot how awesome it makes you feel when they reach all these little milestones! *sigh* being a new mum again is unreal!

meercat - i put Hamish into his bouncer in front of the tv all the time. if he gets bored with his friends on his bouncer, i remove it and he watches all the colours and listens to the noise from the tv. he absolutely loves glee. loves listening to the music. going to try and see what he is like with sesame street this morning. as for bf, just ignore what other ppl are saying. its your choice to feed tiah for however long u want to. i agree with con, she will decide when the boob is enough! i just wish i was still bf!! i loved when Hamish would look up at me and smile when he was on the boob.
afm, Hamish went to his first birthday party yesterday. it was a friends little boys 1st birthday. he got a goodie bag with age appropriate stuff in it which was great!! he did get a cookie which i get to eat :D
i had to start him on solids last week full time. i was finding he was starting to want the bottle every 2 hours give or take 15 mins!! i bought a couple of Heinz pureed fruits and he loves them more then the rice cereal. i did get some flavoured rice cereal but he is still not that crash hot on it. going to try him on veggies tomorrow. will make my own. much cheaper.
when he was born he was given an elmo toy. i got elmo out yesterday to see what he did and he loves him! hugs him then tries to suck on his eye balls lol i have pics of elmo in his bouncer with him. its so cute
jelly - i love your pics. they look absolutely awesome!
hi to everyone else

Con, remember little girls are generally smaller than boys! I think I just have a boofa. The 0 in wondersuits are still a wee bit big, but the 00 are definitely too small so I just put him in the 0. I have loads of other all in ones, but he just loves his bonds as they are so comfy. I've packed away all the 0000, 000 and 00 now, I didn't think I had that many!! I now have heaps for my SIL. Sadly she had a very early m/c a few weeks ago, but she is trying again so I hope it won't be long until she is UTD.
Re the jolly jumper, how cute hun! I want to get one too. The only thing is Cameron is so heavy he might not get himself off the ground!!! LOL. I think I heard him giggle once too, but I'm not too sure. How gorgeous that Grace did a full on one, you must be so excited!
BTW, my hair IS that bad. I think I'll start wearing a beenie when I go out :o
-
Ok Ladies, Thank you so much! I have relaxed about her facination with the TV and suprise suprise she isnt that fussed with it now! I lay her on her play mat with the childrens foxtel channel on while I make my breakfast... and then I eat it on the couch so she can see me. The instant she sees that I am there she starts chatting to me, then turns away from the TV and chats to her toys! I think by turning her away from it all the time I was making it more than it was, and now she can look whenever she wants... she doesnt care!
RE Size - Tiah is still in some 0000 tops, but mostly in 000 now. She is 5.5kgs now I think (Weighing her on my scales at home) and about 64cm..... beanpole! What is cute is that I found my old baby book, and at this age I was exactly the same!
Re Giggles - We had a giggle a while back and then...... nothing! But yesterday she seemed to figure she can talk to me - so now we have giggles, blowing rasberries and chatting galore. She gets bored wayyyyyy before I do as well, I could do the stupid faces to make her giggle for hours :)
Re Sleeping - Last night Tiah woke at 10.30pm after having a feed around 9ish, usually I would offer her the boob again but I was so tired I just put her dummy back in and patted her head for a while... she slept until 1pm! I am going to try and keep doing that, maybe we can drop a feed over night? We have started to try and make her have her day sleeps in her cot as well, I was holding her or putting her in her pram, but she was only staying asleep for 45mins tops. I have got her to sleep now after 30 mins of talking and smiling at me from the cot... fingers crossed we get an hour or so!
I am loving this motherhood thing so much! Last night she was so upset and crying for an hour or more, and I KNEW it was because the sleep suit we put her in was a different fabric than she was used to and she didnt like it (She is very "tactile" and particular about how things feel) DP disagreed and we tried to settle her for so long until I cracked it and took the suit off. She fell asleep in seconds. I fell asleep with a huge grin on my face after singing "told you so" to DP
Also, if I let my fringe fall onto her forehead and brush it back and forth, she closes her eyes and says "ooooooooooooo" - melts me every time

Hi mummies,
b, I really thought lil girls were smaller!!!! lol. I guess not!
Meercat, how gorgeous is it when our little ones talk and giggle to us, I cherish all hose beautiful moments. I get up really close to Cam's face and pretend I am eating his little hand or nuzzle into his neck and he loves it, he starts laughing and accasionally I get the odd giggle here or there. I love when he blows little rasberries.
Teresa, I love Elmo! We have one too and when Cam was about 3 weeks old we swiched it on and he freaked out, lol. Now he loves it and looks at him all the time when I change his nappy.
Girls, a wee question. From when do you count how many weeks your baby is????? Just curious, as I had Cam at 38 weeks, so is he 2 weeks behind in his age? For example, he was supposed to have a growth spurt at 12 weeks (approx.) but he's been pretty unsettled for the last two days (today it's been 14 weeks since he was born), does it mean the growth spurt would be around 14 weeks not 12?????? On Sunday he slept pretty much all day, bottle then very little or no play time and off to sleep for about 2 hours. Yesterday he was quiet in the morning, slept little in the afternoon, then had a bottle at 4.30 and then he would not take one until 10.30. He was screaming blue murder from about 7.30 till 9 pm, I had to give him a dose of panadol at 9 pm as he would not settle at all. It knocked him out and he fed at 10.30 not waking until 5 am. I've also noticed he took close to 125 ml of his 'water' drink which he never does, so I don't know if he was dehadrated or a bitt off. Today he only had a few sippies.
He's been again playing up with his bottles too. He basically lets off the signal that he's hungry, ie shakes his head side to side, makes little hungry noises, but when I plug him with the bottle he starts screaming and refuses to take it. I have to try several times until he does, sometimes he just refuses to feed at all and I waste yet another bottle. I thought it might be the teat on the bottle (we are using the avent one with 2 holes now) so I have tried the one with 3 holes but he seems to be gagging/choking on it. Last time he was like this with his bottle, it was the teat and he was getting frasurated as it was the newborn one and he wasn't getting the milk fast enough...... any suggestions/answers?
Hi to all the mummies and cuddles and tickles for the wee ones!!!

Hi all,
quick post, about to go to bed. Hope everyone is doing well, by the sounds of it it's all giggles and smiles :)
Harrison's naming day was on Sunday and it was beautiful! I've put some photos up on FB but there's heaps more. We released 50ish balloons at the end and it looked amazing. As I said it was a beautiful day, when it came time for me to read out my poem I cried (embarassing but I got a big awwww) and he got very very spoilt, he's a very lucky boy.
3 months old tomorow! I can't believe how quick this time is going. Harri is so close to being able to roll from back to tummy now, it's just a matter of days. Once he masters both ways (he's already rolling from tummy to back) I don't think it'll be long until he's moving himself around. Already he wriggles on his back to get to things lol.
Anyway off to bed, on top of all these lovely things he's started teething :( yesterday was a really bad day and you could see and feel one of his top teeth close to the gum. It seems to have gone back down today and he's much much happier but still it's only a matter of time before it flares back up :(
-
Morning ladies,
b, thanks for the advice hun. I suspected it was the teat. I have tried twice more yesterday with the 3 hole teat but he gags/chokes on it and refuses to dring from the bottle. I guess he will get used to it eventually. I got desperate and got a pin out and pierced the 2 hole teat once, so there is 2 proper holes and one that is very tiny, but it has improved the flow. I tried it this morning and he seemed OK with it. The flow in it is not as fast as the 3 hole teat but a wee bit faster than the 2 hole one.
Missawah, I'm so happy Harri's naming day was beautiful. I have to get my butt into gear and organise Cam's Christening. Everyone is aksing me when I'm doing it, helloooooo! The balloon idea is so lovely! I couldn't read out a poem, I would just start crying!!! Good on you hun! I bet it was a gorgeous day for you all :)
AFM, I've booked Cam to see a peadritrician next week on Tuesday. It's mainly to ask him what he thinks of his neck/head movements (maybe I will have to take him to an osteo and/or physio), about his poos being 4 days apart & about his rash/eczema. He still is showing absolutely no signs of wanting to roll over and still hates tummy time (do you think it's because he is a big chubba and can't roll because of his weight??? ha ha ha). I'm just worried he should be ahead of where he is ATM. Maybe I'm just a stress head :(
Hi to everyone and cuddles to your wee ones.

Good morning ladies :) I haven't posted in a while because we've been in the middle of moving from Brisbane to Canberra. The removalists came and packed up our house on Monday, DH drove down on Tuesday and my Mum and I flew down with Angus on Thursday. We were supposed to move in to our new house on Friday. But we had our welcome visit with DHA on Thursday afternoon and it was the first time we had actually seen the house (apart from online). It had 3 sets of about 8 stairs throughout the house and some steep stairs off the patio. I thought it would be too hard to childproof for Angus, although I felt a bit bad saying it because DHA had to cancel 2 removals (our furniture was in storage in Sydney) and DH had already connected the electricity, gas and redirected the mail. :o Oh well, after looking at 4 places yesterday we found one that we loved. It has stairs, but only one flight and I think when Angus goes into his own room, he will be just at the bottom of the stairs and our room is just at the top.
Canberra is really cold and yesterday was rainy, so it's been great having my Mum staying with us. It would be a nightmare having to do househunting in this weather with Angus. But he has been so good. He is smiling all the time and talking. We can't wait until he starts laughing! Usually he poos at least 3 times a day, but today is Day 4 of nothing - but I think that is normal with bf babies???
Has anyone ever done gymbaroo?? I am thinking of enroling him into that for term 3. Talking about enroling, I need to finish my studies. I took a year leave from uni, but now I have 5 subjects to finish. I think I will just enrol in 1 to start with... So I'm looking forward to keeping busy, which I will have to because I don't have any family here like I did in Brisbane. I will miss them so much, especially not having my Mum only 20 minutes away..
Anyway I'd better get going. Sorry about the long post and I will try to do personals later! :)
-
Hi Ladies,
Nat- That would be really hard not having your mum so close. I'm glad you found an appropriate house that you were happy with! As for the poo's- Grace poo's 3 to 4 times a day as well. Some b/f babies go 4 days without pooing- but i'm not sure if it's okay if he usually poo's 3 times a day. If he goes any longer maybe ask a midwife if it's okay.
Beata- Grace is showing no signs of wanting to roll over either- some babies totally miss that part and sit up instead! It's totally normal at his age not to be interested in rolling yet. Hope your pead app goes well.
I hope everyone had a good weekend!
Afm- I'm getting a little annoyed at dh- he is barely home at the moment. There always seems to be something more important (than spending a little time with grace and i) going on. When he is home he spends most of his time playing with boy toys in the shed. If he takes grace and she cries he hands her straight back to me and says she doesnt like him as much as me and i feel like saying 'well, what do you expect when she never see's you!'
On the positive side, after grace has had a feed she pulls of my boobie and gives me the most angelic look and coo's..i swear she is saying 'thanks for the milk mummy'! It is sooo beautiful!
Oh, and i finally have a studio lighting kit for my photo's! I will set it up next week and start studying how it all works. Up until now i have been using the sun's light, which sometimes is difficult if i'm doing backdrop photo's, can't wait to get it all working. I just need to round up some baby models to practise on! ( i think grace will be sick of posing)

Hi girls,
Always so quiet in here on the weekends.
I have been mulling over weaning Adrian and would like some insight.
You see my DH is on a major health kick ATM and in the last week has lost nearly 2 kilos. I have gone to the gym a few times and to a few Zumba classes with my mum, not too mention eating a lot less calories since we've made a vow not to eat packaged or most food with artificial preservatives which by default also means less calories. I didnt put on any weight during pregnancy and infact was 2 kilos lighter AFTER being pregnant but i'm still in the overweight range and have not been 100% happy with my fitness for a while now. So i would like to join my husband on his weight loss journey. I am currently 84kgs and 5'7".
The problem is, even after only a fortnight of gyming and eating better i have noticed a significant decrease in my milk production. I usually enjoy feeding Adrian but he often has times where feeding is a huge mission. I have very large breasts and have always had to feed him football style as it is too awkward the normal way. Now he is getting longer he pushes against the back of the chair when i feed him and pulls on my nipples painfully, i can only feed him at home or at a relos places as i basically have to get half undressed to get good attachment, plus use pillows, so feeding in public is way too uncomfortable, awkward and embarrassing. He has also taken to fussing so much with the kicking and such that he swallows a lot of air and so it is a constant battle of feed/burp, feed/burp, feed/burp. So often when i feed him, especially a night, i cant help thinking that it would be much easier to just bottle feed him.
I would love to be able to do proper exercise without having to worry and feel guilty about running out of milk, plus, i figure i can probably lose a significant amount of weight while still on leave until october, since i prob wont have much time or energy after i return to work. I have been breastfeeding 90% of the time (sometimes have to give top up bottles) and for nearly 4 months now.
Is it selfish of me to want to stop breastfeeding and have my body back to myself?
