Kylz thats exciting!!! I keep trying to look in Chase's mouth but I can only do it when he is open mouthed crying and the screaming hurts my ears LOL

I remember when my eldest son Dean got his 1st 2 teeth like kylz said they were to lines they looked clear but i could feel them they were sharp like glass and when he chewed on my fingers they hurt.

Kitty-i was looking into those bumbo seats but ella still is a bit to little her back would not hold her head up long enough just yet she sits well on my lap but we still have to support her back otherwise her head wobbles everywhere.

Ella has started to be real fussy with her bottles the last few days she wants it then doesnt want it and we have cut back on the thickner because it has been blocking the teats and she seems more windy then usual she just doesnt seem fussed if she gets fed or not.

How much notice do we have to give to quit our jobs as mummy

Ella has definately got a comfort blanky she holds onto it next to her face to sleep and when ever she gets sooky and tired we give her the blanky and she snuggles it and goes off to sleep by herself it is sooooooooooo cute even at the doctor's today on DH lap she was crying so i pulled out her blanky gave it to her to snuggle up to and straight away she is quiet i love it so now we dont leave home without it and thankgod i have 3 the same so i can wash them without her going without.

ferrals: I'm dying to get Chase to have a comfort blankie but its a special winnie the pooh one, he is just not interested no matter how long I wear the stupid thing down my top LOL I love babies with blankies, Ella must be such a cutie with hers.

Kylz: It gets to feeling that way doesn't it?? Chase was screaming tonight, screamed while i changed his nappy and while I tried to play with him, in the end I just stuck him on my boob to quiet him down but I can still hear the ringing in my ears. Be good to catch up if you make it tomorrow, don't care if Jayden is sick, I wanna see how big he has gotten!!

I'm so worried about getting lost tomorrow, hopefully Chase wakes up at a good time because I dont set my alarm anymore, lately he has been sleeping to 7am or 8am so I should have enough time to get ready and leave home by 9am. really looking forward to meeting more bb mums.

Have been reading just suck at typing one handed and when feeding is the only time I have to check in. DH has c at the moment cos she has only slept 5 hours in the last 24 and driving me nuts!!!!! Need sleep so bad. Plus feeding 2 hourly! No idea what's going on with her, I thought growth spurt, but don't they sleep during them?
Kylz hope j man gets better and has a big sleep tonight. Are you coming tomorrow?

RE bumbo, c has been going in hers for a couple of weeks, just for a minute or so each day. She loves it! And absolutely loves tummy time.

Oooh kitty we must have posted at the same time. I'm so worried about getting lost too! My gps is old so won't have the new roads and highway upgrade, hope I make it lol. Won't be leaving til 9.15 by the time I drop ella at kindy and get her settled and c back in the car.

Ella had some farex tonight i am so sad she actually had no problems swallowing it and there was no sign of her reflex with her tongue to push it out she has been real windy from sucking air with her bottles we can hear her doing it the cyst under her tongue is causing problems so the doctor said try farex with her bottles until we get the growth removed and my baby had no problems taking it:cry: i didnt want to but DH said we will just try it.
So now what do i keep it up we see the surgeon on thursday she is 3 months on friday i started the boys at 4mths i just feel guilty now even though Ella is happy and sound asleep.

Hmm geez I can't help you hun. I know Dr's are very quick to suggest farax for certain things but I dont know much about all that stuff.

Oh ferrals, I can't help u there but it's sooo sad our lil ones r growing up so fast. Jack is only 9 weeks n he takes interest when food bypasses him, scary as I know Luke wasn't like that.

Afm - well mr jack will not take a bottle of ebm when I am around but I have only tried giving it to him when we were at the footy n it took forever so ended up popping the boob out and my mum gave him one when i had an exam and she said it took him about 5 mins to work out wat to do then presto plus if I miss a feed, I pay for it badly my poor bb's get so hard n sore but on a good note jack is doing 4.5-5hr stints at nite

SJ - get some cabbage eaves, pop them in the freezer for 10-30mins and then stick them down your bra, it will help bring the inflammation down and you can reuse them for 3 days as long as you put them back in the fridge as soon as they start to get warm :) Also massage your boobs, hand express while massaging as well, it will hurt, but will also help to cear out the blockage and bacteria as well.
Amoxycillin is safe to use while BFing too so get a script for from you GP and it will clear up, worse case scenario would be that you and Aurora get thrush, which is easily treated. *hugs*
I'm actually surprised that I haven't got it yet, I stopped expressing almost 3 days ago :o

Kylz - wow on the teeth! DS didn't get his first 2 until he was 6 months old lol you've got an early starter on your hands :)

Ferrals - don't feel guilty darl, we had to start DS on farax at 2.5 months because he was drinking almost 1.5ltrs of formula a day! He was always hungry (and still is too lol).

Hi everyne else, I know I missed people but the laptop is being funny tonight and I can't see many replies...

afm - we all have colds (except for DH of course! bloody men!)
DH got his new motorbike on thursday, and has been riding it every day since lol
The Brighton Spotlight store was a disgrace... they had hardly anything bead-related :( Oh well, at least I got to spend the day with my mum. She went back to Brissy yesterday, I miss her already :( Can't wait until she comes back in november.

In other news, it's been almost 3 days since I made the decision to stop expressing completely... I can't give Elise any EBM while I'm on the diet because of toxins produced from losing weight too quickly. So now it's 2.1kg down and another 7.9kg to go until my first goal of losing 10kg, and then the next goal is to get down to 72kg lol only 13.1kg left to get to that weight :)
Anyway, have a good night ladies, hope your bubs behave for you and you get a decent nights sleep!

Hey jenna what's with the toxins from losing weight? I have been on a diet for a week now. Nothing drastic no meal replacements or anything, just cut out the crap and move more. I have lost 3kgs in the first week. It won't keep up at this rate cos first week loss is always the most but dd has had huuuge green explosive poos the last few days and I'm wondering if its related. she had 3 poosplosions before 2pm today!! Still feeding and sleeping ok and doesn't appear to have any tummy pain.
Ferrals sorry you are feeling bad about it :( I have no idea about that stuff sorry. Glad she tollerated though
Sammy boo to mastitis :( I had blocked ducts when c was a newborn and that was bad enough! Be careful with cabbage leaves apparently they can affect supply.

Iona that is great about jacks sleeping! C won't take a bottle either, trying to get her used to it incase ella has a hospy stay during winter, which she normally does, so she can stay home with DH and he can give her the bottle. Plus if i ever want to go anywhere for more than 3 hours lol.

Ellasmummy - I'm on the meal replacement diet through Tony Ferguson, and they recommend not to breastfeed while on it as apparently rapid weightloss over a short period of time releases toxin's into your body that can get into the milk and damage bub's liver and kidney's... For me the meal replacement is better as before I hardly ever used to eat before 2pm I was always so busy with the kids while DH was at work, so now I'm actually having something in the mornings lol I lost 2.1kg in the first week, but I was also bad that week ad had some custard and KFC lol Not sure how tuesday's weigh in for the end of the second week will go, we went out for chinese on friday night and I made chocolate custard for DS yesterday and ended up eating some of it lol

afm - I forgot to add that I'm sh*t scared I'm going to get UTD again, we DTD unprotected on CD11, been having O pains from CD13 to CD17, and on CD19 today and had AF-type cramping and some pink tinged CM earlier this evening... it's stopped now, but fark I'm worried... it's waaaaay to soon for me :( I wanted to wait at least 3 years!!!

And hubby is out at a work do tonight, getting ****ed as his workmates are buying him drinks... don't think he'll be back until after 1am or some horrible hour like that. And then early tuesday morning he's heading up to Melbourne to work at La Luna until late wednesday night... don't know how I'm going to cope, I've become used to hubby feeding both the kids in the morning so that I can have a little bit of a sleep in.
At lest he has thursday & friday off, even though we have to go up to Noble Park on thursday to sort out an issue with DHs new whipper snipper.

It wasnt like the doctor said go straight to farex he did suggest making the formula into a gel with thickner 1st then try farex it's just Ella is struggling to finish any bottle she cant get a good attatchment and keeps sucking air so she gets so full of air and just gives up and can go 7 hours without a bottle so we just bit the bullet and gave her a bottle 1st she drank 3/4 of it then we topped her up with farex and the little bugger loved it and slept from 7 until 4am where she had a full bottle:o:o which she never usually does so i think i will only give her some after her evening bottle and wait until 4mths for anything else.

Jenna-i need to get my butt into gear with losing my baby weight i still have 4kgs and for getting UTD so soon i know how you feel DH wont get the snip i cant take the pill we use withdrawal method but we get carried away :redface::redface: and sometimes forget in the moment and stupid me thinks oh well we did IVF with ells so it wont happen so quick but i have to remember i fell pregnant at a sniff with all the others the IVF doc said it was stress of losing Abbi and the PGD that through my body out and we were trying so hard so i need to be careful I DONT WANT ANY MORE!
