:cry: my baby can hold her bottles :cry: i thought it was a fluke thismorning, but 3 she has held on her own for the last 40 or so mls :cry: no bubba, your ment to stay the baby, your sister is indapendent enough for the both of you!

i jinxed it earlier, she has had one hour all day of broken sleep, surely thats not normal for a 4mo baby?

jaki - hugs sweety, don't let it get to you, I remember with Luke I was going to express a bottle a day so mark n him could have bonding time - it never happened as I would only get 10-20mls at a time and was never home all day to get a full bottle. So I gave up on expessing and when I needed my time away, it was formula or nothing

Ellasmummy - Elise only has 4-5 bottles a day of between 160mls and 210mls.

Kate - Go H! He's going to be tall when he's grown up and will have all the girls hanging off him :P

Hi everyone else!

afm - not much happening here, Elise is rolling from her tummy to her back every time she has tummy time, and started blowing raspberries the other day.
Last night we took both the kids to their first rugby game :) Storm vs Bronco's lol, was an excellent game, DS had a ball and made friends with a little boy his age called Jensen and his big sister Maddie(sp?) who were sitting in front of us, and Elise watched the first half of the game before falling asleep for the rest of the game lol

Can't believe it was a year ago yesterday that I got the BT results back saying I was officially pregnant with Elise O.O where has the last year gone?

Yes it's crazy, it's about a year since I got the call from the fertility dr saying the Ivf worked. I should get my Ivf chart out and see exactly when it was!

Well I turned Jayden car seat around put photo on fb and BAM slander on the spot :( I give up seriously it's not worth it then to top it off while changing him this morning he slipped and hit his head on the window frame :( been one of those days.

Oh and I found out I was preg in 5 July lol

Kylz: aww you poor thing getting slammed for just posting a photo. personally im not turning Chase's seat until his feet touch the chair lol cos i am waaaayy too lazy :) Also i dont know how to put the chair in or out, DH put it in and whenever its been taken out its always been by DH or my dad.

jenna: oh elise slow down!!! lol Chase still has no interest in rolling :(

I found out I was preg 4th July, sooooo long ago :( My cousin just found out she is expecting a baby in March, they have been trying for a year so I am so excited for them. I'm hoping its a girl so Chase can have a girlfriend (I should probably add that my cousin isn't really my cousin, our mothers met when they were pregnant with their first children and have been best friends since then, and we just call them our cousins phew about to go into incest territory there LOL)

I'm dreading this growth spurt everyones bubs is having, both my girls are sick, so a bit of a whingey miserable household here :( have Chloes naming day this weekend so hope they get better quickly.

Kylz I missed that, but pffft to them, don't worry about it. I cram my poor kids in rear facing for as long as possible, but each to their own. I kept ella rear facing til she was 2, she was in awe when her seat was turned around lol. We have taken Chloe out of the capsule and into a normal carseat, Omg the change!! Wish I never got the bloody capsule

Hi everyone else!!! :)

Too many to name. He was kicking the seat and trying to sit up all the time and then would end up screaming cause he was over it. It is almost 9kg and his head control is awesome. Im stilll not sure but made me feel better that 2 others in here have aswell

oh man my cousin just called me and said she has bleeding and period-like cramps. I'm so worried now. Bleeding can happen early pregnancy can't it?? She is about 6 weeks.

Yeah that can be totally normal.
I was crampy for months.

Omg I have a job interview tomorrow I'm so scared :( I really want to go back to my old work but I just don't think it's going to be the same or wok out for that matter. Hmm they even told me was ok to bring J to the interview

my cousin lost her baby. they went to the hospital for the scan today. I'm so devastated for her. Nearly had a big teary when I found out.

Oh no kitty :( I was just coming in here to tell you I had bleeding in early preg before ella and lost that bub, but had the same thing with Chloe and was obviously ok. So sad for her :(

Hey girls just popping in to do a quick catch up and say hi before i start back at work in 5 days,

Kylz-All i can say about the car seat photo is F#ck em you are not breaking any laws if J is the right AGE and WEIGHT and you would know in yourself if he is ready to go forward facing when my boys went into there forward facing it was because we had an older car and the rear facing kept touching the 2 fronts seats and we were told was dangerous so we turned the seat around before 6mths.
We had to ditch Ella's capsule and hire another birth to 4 yr seat as she just was to squished in the capsule but is not old enough or ready for a forward facing seat yet isnt strong enough in the neck or back but she is much happier in her new bigger seat.

Kitty- sorry to here about your cousin.

Jaki- Are you serious people whinge cause molly was in the bassinett while bub wasnt even here yet lol i let my 2 sleep in Ella's bassinette bouncer and cot before she was born so they were use to it and it wasnt a new thing when bub came home they got the novalty out of there system before she came home.

I mean come on i should post my picks of ella sleeping on a pillow and wait and see what flak i cope she has had a flat baby pillow from 10 weeks for her reflux and i know i would cop the SID'S speech from people but i also have an angel care monitor for peace of mind she also has a snuggle bear in her cot lol i wonder what they would say about that.

Ellasmummy-No baby nameing day here my boys were christened cause their fathers family are catholic but my DH and i are not so Ella will not be done and naming days dont faze me but i have been to a few and they are a nice thing to do for babies.

Jaki-Miss Ella pinches me and she is bottle fed little bugger!

AFM-Still fat havnt lost anymore weight so i am hitting my treadmill now i put my work pants on and i have a muffin top :-( so over it.
Ella sleeps most nights from 7pm to 7am if she dosnt have a decent day sleep she is in bed by 5pm and then waks at 4am for a bottle so i have to force her to have a good day sleep but i cant complain 9 times out of 10 she sleeps all night.

Not looking forward to going back to work all nights and even a 3am finish YUK! but i need to work so have to suck it up and deal with it at least i am home all day with Ella.

Ella is a dream she loves playing on her mat and in her jumperoo and even lays in her cot watching her mobile for up to an hour just talking to herself she has 4 bottles a day of 200mls (dont know why she is so chubby) she really isnt fussed on solids she might have a little custard or farex before her last bottle but most nights wont have it so i dont push it she loves her milk more she is
7.9Kg in the nuddy above average
Is 64cm long normal
And H/C is 43cm normal.
So she is a little porker she is in 00 for most clothes but 0 for jumpers and jackets.

Anyway good to see you are all well and i will pop in from time to time to catch up.

That might be well and good but how the heck are they going to police it? Sure the police can ask u how old ur baby is but it's not hard to say 6mths is it?

Jayden was kicking the bcd seat and is 9kg so I turned him. My choice noone else's.

Oh sorry I thought J was 6 months i new he was born early i ment it wasnt illegal from 6 months on.

Forgot he is only 4 weeks ahead of our bubs.

As long as bub is straped in and the seat is secured to the rear seat the police are happy, we were pulled over when the boys were babies, the cops were over the moon they were straped into seats, apparently the amount of kids that are in cars just on the back seat or jumping arround the car is unbelivable.
if your going to say 6 months, just memorise what month he would have been born in! miss a is forward facing, mainly as K eyegouged her to many times, and ds2's booster didnt fit properly with the 2 baby seats.

Had miss A weighed today..... she is officialy my midget! just hit 5.3 kg, and is 59.5cm long.
but the health nurse is all Aok with it now as she has been on full formula feeds for just over a month now, "well that settles it, she is just a small baby"
WELL thanks a freakin lot for the guilt trips!!
poor bub, been a grouch all day. she sleeps all night but wont sleep properly during the day. 30 mins in the morning and again in the arvo, once each week she will have a 5/6 hour nap around dinner.
i have to sort out her clothes her toes are getting a little squished in the 000 but 00 are HUGE!

All I will say on the subject is....
I was told when looking at car seats that the laws are changing, seats will go on hight. NOT age or weight.
If this is true then conversations like this will be totally moot. As will guilt trips by fb 'friends'.

thanks for your kind thoughts about by cousin. I'm going to text her tomorrow and see how she is, if she wants me to come around. I don't want to have Chase all up in her face when she just lost a baby if it makes her sad. Lucky grant is home so I can leave Chase with him if its too hard for her.

Well I've been a busy little bee; I just did my Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Serivice of Gambling certificates online tonight so I can apply for a wider array of night jobs :) Come on Logan Diggers you know you want my fine and slightly wide piece of ass working at your joint hahaha

And its official, Grant starts his new job Thursday and will be coming home with his new work ute that day. Thank you Jesus!!!! Now we won't end up on the street!! And...DH called up the workers rights place and queried whether he was eligible for redundancy from his old work and they told him that his work should have given him 4 weeks notice and they owe him 12 weeks pay :o ay carumba! So Dh called them today and the boss's daughter (boss is on holidays...typical) told him that they had a letter from the ECA (whatever the hell that is) that said they only needed to give him 2 weeks notice and not pay redundancy and DH was like...well the government says they are wrong. So anyway, his old work are going to talk to the ECA and let DH know, but the workers rights place said DH can put in a report and they will take over getting the money he is owed from his old work. hells yes.

Hi everyone else!

afm - not much happening here, we're all over the flu, Elise still hasn't figured out how to get from her side onto her tummy - it's funny watching her try lol
And I'm waiting impatiently for mine and hubbies tax returns to come through :)

Oh and my right boob is killing me... not sure what the go is, but I've had stabbing pains going through it for 3 days now, no swelling, heat or redness, just the pains... probably because I O'd last week but meh, It would be nice for it to just bugger off.

Went to the hospital for the appt today. Told me stuff I pretty much already knew but they checked him over and said Chase is developing very well and they are happy with his progress. They said I have to persevere through tummy time, gah. I asked whether the cloth nappy would affect his rolling and they said it shouldn't but maybe try him nudie on his back and see. Did that when I got home and straight away Chase had his feet up in his hands and was rolling onto his side. So im going to use disposables for a while :( I'm going to miss you cloth nappies. Doesnt go from his side to his tummy but at least thats something, him doing a half roll without me physically rolling him hehe.

DH had first day at work, went awesome and came home in his new work ute :) Also found out that the pay rate went up as of 1st july so instead of getting $32.70/hr like he thought its $34.10/hr. Life is looking up.

Kitty it looked like the cloth was stopping Wyatt too but he rolls onto his side exactly the same with or without. They will get over when the really want to :D
Ps- I've been using sposies the last couple of days too :( between being sick and a wee bit mental and stressed I need to not do anything that causes extra work for myself.

jaki: every time he rolls on his side im like 'roll ***** roll!' and he never does :( loves standing though :)

Hey, just thought I would point out that most of us would have been in cloth and all our parents would have been... Cloth nowadays is less restrictive than some of the bulky Terry squares our parents would have put us in :)

chloe has been rolling for ages and she is in full time cloth.....she can scoot around on her belly now, not too co ordinated, but really surprised me!! she can do a full roll too, and did it this morning in a night nappy and sleeping bag, so pretty bulky :)

And yeah, my boob really hurts, it's not all the time, but it feels a bit tender in a general sense itms, and if I move suddenly or knock it I get the stabbing pains. I had a moment this morning where I thought I could be pregnant again as I felt a bit queasy, but there's no way I could be as we didn't DTD until after I O'd lol and then I realised I hadn't eaten yet and that was why I was feeling queasy lol

ellasmummy - oh wow on Chloe scooting around already!

afm - Elise just put her dummy in her mouth all by herself! lol it's attached to a nuk dummy chain so she can hold onto the chain and doesn't loose it, but she can still put it in there lol DS couldn't even do that until he was around 9 months old!
Hehe, I'm always shocked at how quickly Elise is picking up things compared to DS, my boy must just be a bit slow in that department, he only just started being able to feed himself with a spoon the other day, but he's a smarty pants when it comes to locks - especially child safety locks and gates lol
