Hope just find the section you wabt to put it in there there should be a purple button that says start new topic

It's not for this thread. I want to put something in the Ob's Vic Tas area but I couldn't work it out. I have started some before but for some reason I was having trouble finding it this time.

Hmmm still no luck. When I go into the ob section my posting permissions down the bottom of the page says I can't post new threads and I can't post replies but when I'm in here it says I can. Why is that? Sorry for all the Q's girls. I prob should be asking these somewhere else.
