gastro sucks!!!
Jack had a bout of gastro the last few days and now I have it and I feel like crap.....if he felt like this, I praise him as he wasn't grumpy or anything. And the downside of breastfeeding is that I can't take gastro stop grrrr
I want to venture further then my bedroom and ensuite
Oh Iona you poor thing just yell if u want me to come watch Jack. I got nothing to do. Just sitting around collection rejection letters :(

Hi everyone else :) chlo had her 8 month weigh in - 8.65ks!!!!
Sleep has seriously gone to sh*t again, hoping it's a phase.....
We booked our tickets to Thailand today, sooooo freaking excited!!!
Hey! I thought id pop in and see what all the gorgeous bubs are up to and how everyone is going so i have read back a few pages its been a while since i have been here.
Ella is doing great she is 11kgs now the big fatty still no teeth and not crawling yet but sits and rolls everywhere i think she is to chubby to get up and move lol she only has 3 bottles a day and one meal so dont know where all the baby fat comes from she says dad dad, bub bub and mum mum now and has really good fine motor skills with her hands she can pick things up off the floor with 2 fingers and loves pulling toys out of her bucket and then putting them back in again.
She is still an awesome sleeper 12 hours a night she goes down at 6:30 and wakes around 6:30- 7am with no wake ups during the night.
Other than that i am busy back at work 4 nights a week and and just doing the mum thing i hope you all have a wonderful xmas with your gorgeous bubs.
I go back to work in January ! Only 2 days (sat and sun) a fortnight, but should be enough. My whole argument a few months ago was I'm not putting them both into care only to be working to pay for care (coz my shift starts at 230pm they'd need care until 6, one hour of that is "after hours" which costs more). So I dropped my 3 other shifts a fortnight, signed the Forms and then dh asks me "is it really worth going back then? Um. Why did you fight with me to go back all those months ago only to say this now? Irritating. We should cope though.
She goes down around 7ish, wakes around 8ish for another feed and is out (On a good night) until 5/6 o'clock.
Rolling, crawling, pulling herself up, I think I even saw some inching across the couch. Only sleeps for 20mins during day naps. set your watch to it. Prefers to feed herself rather than me feed her with a spoon. Still no teeth. When Breastfeeding, pushes her toes into my shoulder and twists, or pushes on it. Or flips herself so her tummy is on our pillow on my lap while she feeds. Very vocal. Waves byebye.

Hi everyone else :). Thought I would just pop in from time to time if I'm still welcome.
Sahti is still around 7.5kg, eats like a trooper, still feeds a lot and wakes on average 3 times a night (9.30, 11.30, 3.30 usually) and then up at 5 or 5.30. Has a few sleeps during the day. Isn't doing much. Still won't roll from tummy to back, cracks it the second I put her down on her belly. Just sits and plays most of the time, still falls over sometimes though. No crawling, no teeth.
I really can't believe she's 8 months old, she seems closer to 4 months for some reason - or maybe I just don't want her to grow up!
Hey everyone, not much happening here still, Elise has started to pull herself up to a sitting position in her bouncer and sat up for 20 seconds on her own on sunday before she fell over, and has discovered her tongue, she spent all night tonight running it all around her mouth along her lips and generally just sticking it out at us lol
Other than that I'm plodding along, exhausted, over migraines, 9 days completely cigarette free and while my mind is liking it my body is rebelling at me and turning me into a "screaming banshee woman" as someone here said once, sorry I forget who it was.
My left hip/leg is hurting all the time now, some mornings I can't even put any weight on it, DH has said I need to see a remedial masseuse to try and fix it as it's all through the muscle where it's sore, it's another boy just because of the pain, girls make the leg/hip pain go away for 7 months+... I miss being able to sleep on my left side and put weight on my left butt cheek :(
And my pelvis is feeling twisted again so I need to organise to see the chiropractor again too, I want to avoid another c-sec this time round too, I believe the visit to the chiropractor before I got pregnant with Elise helped to straighten my pelvis out enough to deliver her vaginally so it's time to try it again.
Blegh, sorry it's all about me. I'm buggered and need sleep.

Anyone else dealing with lots of vomiting still? I'm not sure at what point I should worry :(
We just had another exorcist style projectile vom. And it just keeps coming poor bubba, then he is totally fine.
We are also deal with overnight tantrums, anyone else?
I just don't know what to do. Might have to face the clinic this week.

Eden wasn't either. Sorry.
I'm looking at buying a amber necklace from eBay (just a cheap one coz we're so broke!) in willing to give it a try. I do think they may be a gimmick, but nights are so crazy here, I'm willing to give it a go. Eden's not sleeping well at night. She'll sleep, thn wake. Won't feed back to sleep, sometimes she might drop off, others not at all. When she does, she's asleep for 5mins max, sometimes long enough for me to make it to the top of the hallway, or my bed. I'll go back and rock or try to feed her, but same thing happy. Goes on for about 2 hours. It ends with me yelling at her, and resenting her. I hate it.
She has bad nappy rash, which is unusual. Sometimes grumpy, doesn't want to be left alone, actually chewed in a rusk yesterday. I'm so frustrated.
Jaki- MJ was a spewy baby, I remember having to clean up a train of BM when she was crawling!! Can't remember when she stopped but she was older than Wyatt is now. Don't remember about projectiles... With her it was a wind thing with the massive vomits, so after feeding we had to get any burps up and then be still for a while. She would still spew in the night (like possets) until about a year old.
Don't know if that is helpful at all?
Rhi - we have bad nights here too... I think it's teeth, As well as learning stuff and nightmares kick in around this age too
I was getting mega stressed, but now I have just resigned myself to the fact that she needs me right now and getting worked up or trying to make her sleep won't work (last week I wouldn't have said this - I was highly stressed)
The main issue for me is being able to leave her for longer than a couple of hours... She won't have a bar of it :(

My gawd, I reckon Amelia will be walking within a month or two! She's just starting to master standing on her own, and she RUNS with her walker frame thingie or if someone holds her hands :o She tried to let go when I was holding her earlier, almost fell flat on her face of course :lol:
