They're fun ages I get a lot of laughs being around then. The younger girl (the almost 4 year old) is very very protective of Molly, their little cousin who I think is also 4 tried to give Molly a kiss, and wow did she tell him off " don't you go near my baby sister until you wash your hands!" Lol it was so cute
Welcome Dani!! Congratulations on the birth of Molly... I have four little girls, our latest daughter born late May!! The big sisters must be a wonderful help, how often do they come to stay?? I had two children before meeting my husband, so the last two are his first... I forget that he is still having his first experience of being a dad at times, it sounds like your partner is really suportive to give you a nudge but give it a rest. You are finding your way for the first time.. can't wait for you to be able to come over to FB
Hi Dani, congratulations on the arrival of Molly! I found myself feeling really isolated when I had DS1. None of my friends were at the same place as us and we often couldnt go out. It was really tough.
I've started Owen on solids (he was born on May 10) because he was showing signs of being ready. I was happy to wait but he was watching us eat and screaming when he didnt get any. He is really unsettled at dinner time so if i'm having something thats not hot he'll sit on my knee and he was throwing himself forward when i'd bring my fork to my mouth. I started on avacado and he loves it. No problems with him eating it. I introduced sweet potato this morning and he liked. I gave him some avacado when he finished it and he started gagging on it. :(
sorry for the poor spellingf, feeding while typing.
We're going to get his needles today, better get moving....
BMW - must be needle day. Jelly and myself are off to jabs too
Thank you ladybirdflies and BMW I'm feeling right at home already :)
Four girls, how amazing is that! I think if we have another it will be a girl to lol.
We have the girls every second weekend, and miss them like crazy the second they go home, it's tough, but we cherish every second we have with them. My partner is very supportive, his a fantastic daddy, probably one of the reasons I love him so much, but I just need him to realize that each baby is different, and that Molly may not do the same things at the same times as his first two babies, but at the sÃ*me time I don't want to knock him down when he wants to be involved, many dads I know just leave everything to the mums, but he loves being involved, after I had Molly I became sick, for 3 weeks straight he got up to her every night and had to start work at 5:30 the next day, he was amazing :)
Yes I'm going to start Molly on avocado when we start foods, I'm going to try avoid farax I think. Oh no not needles! I'm dreading Molly's next week :-/ I just keep telling myself you've gotta be cruel to be kind
I have 4 kids, bub is to my new DH. Older 3 we have shared custody. Week on, week off. I love seeing them after the week off and they adore their baby sister too
That must be hard Rosetti, oh I'm sure they would adore their little sister :)
didnt end up getting his needles done. they wouldnt do it because its not past the 10th. Oh well.I made another appointment for next week and i realised that i've made it for the same time as his mchn appointment.
Poor little guy keeps falling asleep only to be woken again. Would be easier if he transferred asleep, but nope. Oh well, we're home now until school pick up. Hopefully he has a good sleep...
BMW- 4 days off the 10th, I'm sure it would have been ok. I've waited 7 days and would wait 7 more if I could ;)

Rossetti my dr won't even do a day before 4 months ... Something about messing with the government vaccination reminder program
Oh wow Sweden! How amazing is that! Sweden is actually on my list of must see places once I travel!
Jelly - wow, didn't know that. Then again, I always put needles off as long as possible lol
Have u reached 50 yet mummy of Molly?
Post count still on 39... Not far to go!
Not far to go lol I've been pretty slack the last few days on here, I was lucky, dp took the whole weekend off to spend with Molly and I (he was missing us) so we have been doing family things :) he gave me a whole weekend off of cooking and took me out to lunch and dinner everyday, feeling quite spoiled! How was every bodies weekend?
I too, was spoilt on Saturday. Massage for 1.5hours and DH looked after bub. She loved daddy time :)
Wow you guys are spoilt :) I would love massage maybe just from dh though I'm not sure about strangers massaging me
I've reached 50 posts yay! Lol but I still don't know what I'm meant to do or how to work this thing lol
