He actually has some nappy rash as well, after using huggies wipes no fragrance... Have been using cotton wool and water, seems to work way better than the huggies wipes as with them poo seems to stick to his skin. I'm surprised! Have also been putting on some nappy rash cream. It's looking so much better! I was lucky to notice it early, no bleeding rash here and looking heaps better!
I went back to the coles ones as they had been fine but shes reacting to those now too. So Ive got Naty baby ones now. So far these have been ok. Ive been putting coconut oil on at each change too. It took about a week to heal completely from bleeding.
