H, I have been doing loads of squats to help out and it certainly isn't as bad as it was at the start of the season so I think they are working.

I've just about had it with my lady bits. If you think a bit of stress incontinence is bad, just wait until you hit menopause. CRAPTACULAR. Can't work which is worse, insomnia or hot flushes but fortunately good old mother nature doesn't make you choose, she serves up both at the same time!
Re incontinence, get thee to a good women's physio as there is a lot you can do to self help, with the right know-how.

MD, I have been hit quite badly by insomnia atm too. I am generally waking at about 1am and just staring at the ceiling the rest of the night. I usually doze off again around 5 and then get woken at 6. But it is alright because I am in the insomnia zone (been prone to it since I was a teen) so I can get along just fine with not much sleep. My brain just seems to shut down non vital functions like short term memory and multitasking lol. I prefer insomnia to being woken constantly when I am trying to sleep iykwim.
Why on earth does Amelia feel the need to walk around with a pair of my new giant undies around her neck?? I know they are massive, I don't need to be reminded that I can lose a small child under them!
Apparently there are no phones in China. I haven't had a phone call yet, just a few 3 liner emails from DH. Although tbh I am in a pretty foul mood with him so it is probably better that he doesn't call lol.

oohhh and I so know what you mean about being foul with DH lol. poor DH lately has been in the bad books whinging that he does so much work. which i can say he does, but it is definitely on par with my output. i am being mega snarky about it all as his insinuation that his 1/2 hour of parenting solo in the morning while i get a sleep in is extremely generous. i feel like poking him in the eye when he goes on about it lol.
lol Cass. My personal favourite when I have been out for the day is "I caught the washing up for you". F*** it bugs me! He didn't 'catch up' the washing, it wasn't behind! He just *did* the washing! I do it every day, does he want a freakin' medal??!! I shouldn't complain, at least he does the washing. I am such a grumpy B at the moment!

Ikea is a big day out! Did you take the kids? That place would be a nightmare with two kids running around (my two at least!).

I think the other name is off the table. Even if I compromise the spelling DH still isn't keen. He wants Jessica, but I have a P addict cousin called that and it puts me off.
Ginger, too many Lucy's around here and Michaela is too 'converted from a boy's name' for DH. He is hard to please!
I have another 10 weeks to think of a name, surely something will come along. William is quite keen on calling her Orange. Or Silver Beet - because he thought we would like a healthy choice lol.
LOL at the nutsack name Arte. We couldn't have so many names that we liked because of the alliteration. I would have loved Wyatt, but Wyatt Brown is just cruel LOL. What about Ashley? I know you have an A name, but it's pretty and it sounds good with your last name.
DH won't go for anything that is androgynous lol Actually, I wouldn't either - I remember being terribly embarrassed about my name in the early part of high school because there was a boy in a higher grade with the same name. Sounds so silly now - crazy what is a big deal when you are at school lmao!

Re leakage, I was getting my legs & bikini line waxed today and felt some dampness between my thighs - spent 5 minutes stressing that I had leaked while she was doing my bikin line before I could reassure myself it was just cream!! Being female sux.
DH worked all weekend so it wasn't much of a start to my break. Had today to myself, but K and I have lots planned for the next few days. We're going up to Sydney for a night next week (if DH books some tickets....)

Ginger, I am less and less fond of the Ikea process. You finally decide what you want and then it's another 45 min before you're out of the place! Having said that Im a very happy Ikea customer now i have my wall of books, and DD1 will be having an Ikea makeover of her bedroom later this year.
