Tams-my scar so far is great like yours mine is like a pen line for 80% of it but at the other end i have the top of the cut sticking out over the bottom the midwife said when the stitches desolve it will pull itself in i dont have the overhang i was worried about my belly is pretty flat just the scar on one side i think i will get some of the c section silicon gel pads to prevent the keyloid scar from happening at the dodgy end that was were i was bleeding from after the surgery and the doctor were pulling and pushing on it to stop the bleeding so maybe the pulled it out of line.
And my bleeding is almost non exsistant to i have non unless i over do it then i just get a little very watery light pink i think i will be alright to drive by the end of next week to.
I fit in all my clothes just cant do up the pants still to sore so i wear my belly bad and it helps feel less tender.

I put on 2.5kg from my pre-preg weight, though I did loose 2-3kg in the first trimester that I put back on during the pregnancy. I'm now 7kg under my pre-pregnancy weight :) GD does have its uses after all LOL
Ferrals: no fluid retention either as soon as that was out i was fine.
LMP: ummm i'm still kind of bleeding now....just super light. i thought it had stopped a couple of days ago but then it came back.
Sarah: good luck with the names. I wanted Finn but DH said that was weird and he refused to name his kid after a glee character. watever glee is awesome.
Kylz: Chase has this cold too are you using that fess thing? does it work??
ali: they told us the same but they had so many ladies coming in i just got turfed. i expected to be in there till friday at least. thats why DH was so ****ed.
Well chase got confused and thought daytime was nighttime sigh.so now im exhausted from being up late. DH is no help, he is really ****ing me off. barely spends any time with the baby and when i get angry at him for it he says he was home. umm being home playing call of duty doesn't count as spending time with your son. gaah im so ****ed off at him. wat can i do though?

Not yet kitty haven't had a chance to get to chemist. He seems ok at moment. Had huge green boogers earlier and been good since. Jus is pretty much doing same hun. He is ment to help with with weekends and hasn't this weekend at all. We went to a friend party last night and I held him the WHOLE time so I didn't get anything to eat :( I love how they think cause they work they don't have to do anything when they get home. Think words will be had later today.
Sorry been a bit short girls. Been pretty tough week all round.
I be back later
-
Kylz: OMG that is grants excuse too, 'but I work all week'...Hello we aren't exactly having a holiday at home all day. had a go at him but dont think it will change anything. He thinks he changes one nappy a week and that makes him awesome. And next week there is a party he wants to go to saturday night; he just doesn't think. We have a baby we can't just be going to parties where the main point is to drink yourself stupid. Chase's nose is still blocked up, I've been using the saline then trying to suck out snot and its worked a little bit but when he is sleeping he sounds like a pig LOL cute but I feel bad for him.
Ferrals: I love the photo of ella in your ticker :)

When are we aloud to have a
Bath after a vag birth?
-
Hi guys, just a quick one to join in.
Re the bath, I was told to have one this week to help with the stitches etc.
All going well here, bored in here, but going to stay in hossy until my milk comes in, DH can't take time off work and I don't want to be an emotional mess and at home alone with MJ and bubba! Mum has MJ and they are both happy, so will stay for a while.
Also my butt is so incredibly sore, I am scared to have my first poo, the stitches are nothing compared to this!
DH made me smoked salmon bagels for dinner today and he got my hospital food, not a bad swap actually, private hospital food is pretty amazing, he even gets a beer!
Little miss is stirring, so got to go.
Sorry for the lack of personals, got to go back and read the thread :)

Oh really? That's good to know! I'm dying for a bath.
TMI alert... I'm so bunged up it's got me in tears. I can hardly sit, it's affecting the whole southern area iykwim.
-
I did my first after birth poo tonight - Christ I was scared it was gonna hurt!! But it wasn't too bad, just very weird pushing it out after pushing out something huge!! Lol
It's the after birth pains that are killing me - so much like contractions when you have your fourth child!!!
-
oh mel i hear you on the after pains! i had them for the whole first week, id be sitting on the couch and one would hit, freakin ouch!!
Df was asking laast night when we will dtd again... but im to scared to even think about it, im actualy paranoid we would end up with another the minute we did, realy couldnt handle the thought of it! i couldnt give him an answer so feel bad. i feel like id be ok if we didnt ever at the moment!!
-
Ack those pains sounds horrible! I figured maybe I'm not getting the uterus contraction pains because I'm not BFing? I have no idea, but the only pain I have is from my stomach. I'm sorry if it's TMI but I'm quite overweight and they cut me right in the fold under my belly. I have to lift my belly (ok that's just embarrassing) to clean the wound and sometimes just walking around too much leaves me in horrible pain. I'm able to walk now about the same amount as I could at the end of the pregnancy :( I can't wait for it to go away.
My fear of dtd again is more about falling pregnant again. Before I fell with Hayden and before my m/c we hadn't used any contraception in over 5 years, and my history with remembering meds every less than desirable lol. I'm going to have to look at the other options asap.
Someone asked yesterday about when the bleeding stopped? I'm still bleeding 2 weeks later. It's only been light for the last few days but it's still going.
-
I bled for 6 weeks with Aricyn, 8 weeks with kelti and can't quite remember with Eden. My blood loss is really light now, just 2 days later.
Oh and my after pains with Aricyn were nothing compared to this time round. It's supposed to get worse each time you have a baby and I believe it!!!!
-
My bleeding lasted 4 weeks to the day.
-
Howdy! Thought it was time to pop in.
Things are going well here. Eden could sleep for her country! Big brother is totally in love and comes over when she cries and asks her why. When I tell him that it's coz she's hungry, he rolls his eyes and goes back to what he was doing!
She's a bit fussy right now, coz she had a massive spew earlier (resulting in me having to have a shower), and is trying to feed up on milk to replace what she vomited, but I just don't think I have that much again just yet!
I put on 17kg over 41wks, lost 8kg by day 4, and today (day 10) I've got 5kg left! Quite pleased, but by day 10 with J I was back to pre-preg weight.
My loss got quite light rather quickly, to the point where I bought liners... Then I noticed after a feed that it was heavy and bright red again, and since yesterday the flow has been really heavy. I did have a dr appt today and the dr said they were both normal.
I don't feel like I've just had a baby. I feel really good!
