Oh well great news for me... i did do a little porky today and told the midwife i had moved and she organised a transfer to my preferred hospital:) All booked in there, so now I can birth in a familiar place, have a water birth if I so choose and stay as long or as little as I please:)
-
Yay Mel, that's a relief for you, I'm sure!
Dis Mel, I hope your scan went well today. We're only about 2 weeks apart, I'm 8wks on Thursday (my ticker is a few days out for some reason!).
Well I had my first scan today. I told a porky too Mel, and said I wasn't sure when my last period was, just so I could have an early scan, lol! All is well. Bubs is measuring exactly to my date and EDD is the same as what I expected :) Bub's heart beat is 146bpm and my kidlets were angels while we were in the scan room. I am so proud of them. I was anticipating WW3, particularly with Liam, but he was such a good boy! I now have a raging headache from the stress of the day, but I'm so relieved it's all good and all over!
Hi everyone else, I hope you're all well, must go and finish doing dinner (just scrambled eggs today for the kids, probably cerial for me being all on my lonesome, I can't be bothered cooking anything! And the thought of eating eggs is turning my stomach!)
-
Oh yay Kel, that's great news about the scan & dates - how's the new place?
Mel - yay!!! Which hospy are you going to?
DG - oh isn't the arvo nap just great! I'm hoping for a girl here, not sure what name though, as DH & I keep arguing about names - he HATES the name I've always wanted if I had a girl.
Us - well Pip is telling everyone that Patrick & Daddy & Mummy are making a new puppy dog and it has 2 legs and a head. Guess that's what he thought the U/S looked like!!! We're staying with Mum & Dad - I told them we'd be sharing a bed, so they wrapped it in plastic (ughs). Had to pull the plastic off, couldn't sleep with it!!!
-
Hello girlies!!
How are you all?? It's been a little quiet here lately!
Kaz, how cute is pip saying he's getting a puppy, lol!! And your mum is hilarious putting plastic on your bed, hehe!! Hope you're having fun! A bit jealous you're enjoying the warmth though, it's sooo cold here, about 14 degrees today! Brrr!
Well, we are going ok. Now. I sturggled a bit the days DH was away in Sydney. Turned into a screaming banshee, the poor kids, especially Liam. He really struggled too and just followed me crying for 3 days, not to mention they wouldn't sleep without me in their bedroom. Not that they slept much better with me there, they each woke just to check I was there. I had Lily literally sleeping on top of me one night! The poor things they must be so confussed. But thye'r eok now DH is home. And so am I!!
Lily is going great guns. She never stops talking and is so funny at times with the things she says. I ask her a few times a day to stop talking she sends me batty with her chatter! I like to talk too, but not that much, and I need quiet time too. She's absolutely lovely with Liam at times, and while I was having my meltdown the other day at Liam, she was there hugging him and kissing him and saying 'it's ok Liam mummys just sad, Lily is here' (way to make mummy proud and ashamed all at once Lil, lol!!). But then there's the 'no it's mine he cant have it! Its MINE' when he picks up a toy that she's not even playing with or thought about in 3 days, but has to snatch it off him as soon as he looks like he's enjoying it! ANd she's such a little mother to him, always repeating stuff I say that she know's he's not supposed to do like sit on the table 'Get off the table Liam it's not a seat', fiddling int he kitchen drawers 'Get out of the drawers Liam there are no toys in there!' playing int he toilet bowl 'Get out of the toilet Liam, that's absolutely disgusting you grub!' Hehehe, really makes me watch what I say though!! And she absloutely loves helping me. I've been giving her little jobs to do around the place when I'm cleaning. The other day she hung out some little bits and peices of clothes on the clothes horse for me, like socks and face washers and stuff. Then the next day I sent the kids outside to play while I washed dishes and Lily came into the kitchen with her arms full of the clothes she hung out and said 'They dry mummy I put the in the basket ok?' Awwww!!!
I'm trying to explain to her that we are having a baby. I think she has some inkling. She keeps asking if I'm sick because I have to go to the doctor. I keep telling her I'm not sick the doctor has to check the baby in my tummy and she says 'Oohh right' like she knows what I mean, lol! But I have the cot up in what will be the baby's room and have a few little peices of hand me down clothes and blankies (though not much since I got rid of it all when Damien told me no more children!) and she goes in there and tells me it's the baby's room. And she tells me she's going to have a sister! So I think she might be getting it a little. As I get fatter, I'm sure she'll understand more. I'm looking forward to her having understanding this time, cause she was only 7mths when I fell pg with Liam she had no idea! And Li should have a bit of understanding this time too. I'm looking forward to them being a little older with a baby, I'm hoping it will be a bit easier this time around with two pre schoolers (well Liam will be 2 1/2 almost a pre schooler!) rather than babys/toddlers.
Ok enough babbling from me, I need to do some serious cleaning of this place!! Gotta go. The kids have fallen asleep on the floor together watching Tinkerbell! SOOOOO cute! Must take advantage!
-
Hehe Kel- Liv and Lil sound so alike! She tells Rebecca off just the way I do! I also have to watch what I say because now I change beccas bum and Liv goes...has she got a terd mum? LOL She does the whole washing on the clothes horse and helps with dinner and drinks. She snatches and pushes her sister one minute and the next shes loving her to death!
Kaz- youre mums funny!
Ok better go... Becs asleep and I have made dinner. Liv is bored sensless and dh is going away tomorrow for the long weekend so I think Liv and I might go out to the shops to do some stuff together before I am on my own!
-
Kel and Mel, your girls sound a lot like Ben! He is the same with Jr that your girls are with their siblings; all love and caring one second, instigators of WW3 the next! He also loves helping around the house - he puts the clothes on our little camp clothesline, which is a GREAT help. He has a little trouble with mine and DH's clothes, but can do all of his and Jrs - which is the majority! He also drives me batty with requests to help washing up, putting loads of washing on, vacuuming and other stuff. Right now though, I'm so stuffed all the time, I'm doing only the bare essentials!
Kaz, how cute is Pip! Hope you're growing a cute puppy in there - a lab would be nice ;)
AFM, I've been crook. Jr has been as sick as a dog. Croup, infected adenoids and a virus that has brought out a rash on his legs. At least we're getting them all over with at once I suppose! He's been a super clingon baby and driving me nuts. I've had very little sleep and made DH stay home from work one night because I was starting to lose it.
Okay, my time is up!!!
-
Hi girlies :)
Mel, I want to start doing things just Lily and I too. We tend not to do alot one on one at all because Liam is still really attached to me, so I seem to be with him a bit more than her. She is with DH alot. Maybe the occaisional breaky out at a cafe or something...just gotta work it around DH's work roster though which is all over the place right now!
Dis Mel, awww you poor thing, and poor Jared :( I hope he's on the mend for your sake as well as his! I can't imagine dealing with sick kids with the way I feel right now. I'm struggling with them as they are the little devils!! And my ms isn't really that bad, just an icky feeling in the tummy in the arvo/night, not actually being sick. Hope everything is back to normal for you. And if not, then I hope your DH is looking after you!!
Kris, how's things hun? How was your trip away? I saw that Ethan (I think!) had a bit of an accident....ouch!! I hope he was ok! But I guess boys will be boys! Last night Liam came to me sooking and I though he was just tired so picked him up to go to bed, took his dummy out to give daddy a kiss and hey presto all this blood poured out of his lip! Eeekk! I have no idea what he did to himslef! Then the night before, Lily was getting out of bed in the middle of the night and scared the bejesus out of us by falling off the step that she usues to get into bed (she has a high bed) and thumped onto the floor face first! In the morning she had a graze and bruise on her eye/eye socket, poor bubba! Oh the joys, lol!
Kaz, how are you feeling hun? Has your ms gone yet? I hope so!! How are the reno's going? Will they be done for when bubba comes? Will you be finding out the sex of bubs? Will you be sharing ;). I'm going to try not to this time. But I guess I'm kinda lucky that I already have a boy and girl and so it isn't really an issue for me. I think if I had two of the same sex, then I might be inclined to find out because I think for me, I might be a bit disappointed if I were having another of that sex...but that's all in theory!
Anyway, life for us is proving to be rather quiet!! LOL. Joys of remote living. It will take me time to get used to the fact that things close at 3-4pm on a Sat and 12 on a Sunday and that I have to plan things more....This weekend is VERY quiet being a long weekend here. I haven't see one person in the street at all all morning!! Nothing is open either! No biggish shopping centres around for about 3 hours drive! We have everything we need around here like a butcher, newsagency, bakery, a few little nick nack stores and a grocery store. There is a huge park just around the corner (everything is around the corner, lol!) which the kids love. And we go for a walk most days it's really easy to walk around here with such little traffic and the streets are really wide and there are foot paths on most streets, plus people are considerate for me with the pram too. Such a different lifestyle here!
Ok I should go while the monkeys sleep and do something that resembles house work....
-
Kel, I really don't know how I'm doing it. Well, yes I do - DH is an absolute GEM!!!! He is doing all the cooking, cleaning and is even taking over the laundry - which is usually my sole domain. I got up from my nap today and he was ironing his work shirts!!!! The house is still uber messy, but the essentials are being done. I honestly don't know what I'd do without him doing everything right now.
I'm almost 11 weeks so I'm hoping the ms will fade to nothing in the next week or so. Not holding my breath though since it lasted into the 20ish weeks with the boys :(
Has anybody got a double pram? We're looking at the Phil and Teds' now that ours has died. Just curious as to what you all think?
-
just quickly...i have a phil and teds...love it. Only thing I hate is the tires keep going flat on mine so am looking at getting rubber ones...dunno where from! Liv walks a fair bit but still likes to sit on it. It was definately worth it for when Bec was a new born and liv 19 months old. So it should do the job for this one> I got mine off ebay second hand for $450 with doubles kit but I have a feeling you may get much the same for less.
Mel- your husband sounds like a dream!
Kel- sounds lovely where you are...just different. Have you met many of the locals?
Hope all the m/s eases up!
All good here....survived a weekend on my own...just! Dh is back now. Baby is moving lots and up a bit higher too. trying to bond with her after the emotions i went through. Getting there very slowly. I think the more she moves the more i will bond. I needed to sit down and wok out my own issues as to why i so desperately wanted a boy....its a hard one... wonder if i will go one more... but dont wont to for the wrong reasons! will tell you in the next year!
better go bath the lovelies!
-
Hi!
Just wanted to post a little so you know I'm still around!!
Wow - all this p/g talk has me clucky - NOT!!! LOL!! I'm so happy for all of you though!! Such an exciting time - enjoy it!
We're all going well - kids have colds and coughs but are on the mend...Ethan is ok after hitting the coffee table on the weekend - he didn't seem to bothered but he had the worst black eye - it's still all purple and yellow and blue!
Baby Jayden is just gorgeous! I'm pretty much over baby stages but he really is so cute - he gives me the biggest cutest smiles and I even had him giggling a bit today!! We've still gone all this time wihtout giving him a dummy which I'm uite proud of - It's been harder work but hopefully it will pay off in the long run!
I went to the gym today so I'm going to be sooo sore tomorrow! It was great to get out though - I coudl only go because Michael had the day off but it was great...I'm sooo unfit though!
Ok..will try and keep up from now! Give all those preggie tummies a rub!! xoxo
-
Good to hear from you Kristie...sounds like you are doing fab. Will need to see you all soon...still havent managed to organise anything but everyone is sick.... roll on warmer months:) Becca has runny poo at the moment. I suppose its better than vomit! Hoping it will finish up soon. She hasnt eaten much in the past few days.
Hope everyone is well.
-
Hi!
Mel - poor Becca! We've just had colds and coughs here - touch wood my boys have never had gastro! Maybe we should try and organise a date to catch up and then hope all the kiddies are well??
Ethan was super cuddly today which can be awkward at times because I'm still cuddling Jayden so much! Lucklily he's often just as happy to sit next to me on the couch while I'm feeding bubs...Louis often reads him stories as well and I also find him and Dylan on the couch and Dylan has his arm around him..very cute! It's kind of strange because he'd stil l be my little bubba if I hadn't had Jayden...
It's so cold at the moment - I'm so not a winter person!!
Chat later!
-
Kris- youre so lucky not to have had gastro go through your boys. Not nice at all. We have had it a few times...due to being at some places where other kids shouldnt be! Anyway a catch up would be lovely and hopefully sooner rather than later. I was cuddling Bec last night thinking about what you were saying about Ethan. They are so cuddly at this age, although luckily he has 2 big brothers to help out. How are you finding having 4 kids? the number 4 has been thrown up lots lately...especially when I said to dh that I was considering getting my tubes tied!
How is everyone else?
We are going well. Girls are better, at least they are eating now:) Still thinking on the name front for this little lady! Adam has thrown in more suggestions so last night we came up with Jessica Ellen (ellen is his grandmas name). I like it more than Amy Melissa. I like being able to shorten it and I kind of like the a ending name!
Better go.....
-
heys ladies ;)
well we're back, Pip's being a real terror after his holiday, very clingy to me and naughty to DH.
Mel - I like Jessica Ellen, it's classic ;)
Kris - yay on doing well!!
-
Thanks Kaz...turns out DH doesnt realy like either name!!! OMG... this is very hard. I have lost my name book so just been looking at stuff on the net. Ggrrrr
Am having a night out tonight....thanksfully. Am about to go crazy. DH has been busy with everything else thatI havent had a break from the girls for over a week and a half. It so happens that I have a hens night tonight at the casino, so I am going to go and enjoy. Time or another little chat to dh about his rediculous extra curricular activities!
-
Hi girls,
Well, I am feeling a little down the past few days. Just a bit lonely I think. Although I have met a few people, they aren't really 'friends' yet. Not the kind you have D&M's with! I don't feel like DH is hearing what I say, though he will listen. He just keeps on telling me to get out more. But seriously there isn't much to do here. And I have been going out every day, for walks, to the doctor, the grocery shop, for lunch/ doughnuts with the kids, playgroup, to the library. Seriously we've never been out so much! But you don't just meet people and all of a sudden have friends, kwim? I am trying but I don't make good friends easily. I assume noone is really interested in me cause I'm pretty boring, lol. Plus when I have had a little time out from the house/kids, there's not much to do and it's all on my own. All I can really do is walk down the road which is seriously about 15 shops/cafes/banks ect...so I have a coffee maybe some cake or something, a 5min walk and I'm home! Aaaannyway, it will take time I suppose. It really is a nice place, I'm just used to comfort zone with my friends and family there when I really need someone to see, or shopping centres 15-20mins drive away in all directions. To top it all off I think Lil and I are getting colds again....Aaahhh, enough of the poor me!
Mel, names, names, names....it's hard isn't it? I'm not 100% with our names now either, lol! I still like them, but they don't really stand out to me. Maybe I just need to wiat for baby to be born to know the name of it like when Lily was born...I do really like Jessica Ellen for you though.
Kris, don't you love the way your kids love each other. I love the way my kids take care of each other. Last night I roused at Lily for something and she had a mega tanty, and sooked for Daddy for about 1/2hour, Liam sat next to her and patted her shoulder looked at her face and said 'Da at work Yiyi' (that's how he says Lily, sooo cute!) I'm a little bit worried that this bub might be a little left out becaue of the age gap...gosh you worry from the time you find out you're pregnant huh, lol!!
Kaz, glad to hear you had a good time away, but sucks to hear Pip is clingy again! I hate my kids being clingy like that. I so just need my space sometimes, especially at the moment, but it seems that they need me and my reassurance much more at the moment....so not in sync with each other, lol!
Ok, gotta go, Tinkerbell is almost over and the kids are getting restless!
-
Kel, I'm sorry you're feeling so down. I find it hard to make friends too and don't have any good friends out where I live. My best friend (who I've known for almost 30 years!) lives up Newcastle way and I email/call her every day still. It's so hard to make that close connection I reckon. Just keep at it, I'm sure it will come with a little time.
Mel, lucky you with the night out!!!!
Kaz, Ben was a shocker for the week after Japan. Makes you wonder if the holiday was worth it huh?
Kris, I'm not a fan of the cold either. I wonder if it's something in the air... Jared has been super clingy this week. It's driving me nuts!
Not feeling too crash hot today. Think I overdid it helping my sis yesterday at my nieces' party. We were suppose to go shopping today and I don't know if we're going to make it. I really want DH to check out the Phil and Ted's before we buy it though. Maybe I'll have to make a big effort to get us all out of the house....
-
Kel- hugs, its hard enough to move away from your connections, let alone a small country town. Often those places are tight knit and it take a while for you to be comfortable and feel accepted. Good luck with it.
Mel- hope youre feeling better. Good idea to get out the house and go pram hunting!!! Beccas a bit clingy too. Shes finally had a solid poo. I think she had a bit of lactose intolerance after the gastro. She had a big sleep and is much happier this arvo.
Kaz- hope you had fun on your weekend away. Pitty Pip is a bit ferral. I think most get unsettled after a holiday and it becomes a lot of hard work.
Kris and Jen, how are you both?
Me- I had a great night out last night, got home at midnight and it was followed up by a sleep in til 9am. Its been a lazy day, just what i needed. Have won a formal dress off ebay for my brothers wedding in 2 weeks. I hope it fits nice! I cant seem to find anything nice and flattering and not so darn pricey!
Ok...that was close becca nearly turned off the laptop! Better run, going to the docklands to watch ice hockey:)
-
I got my Phil and Ted's! I already love it. We went to watch DH play soccer today and it was great. I will finally be able to get out and about with the boys again! I don't think we will use it much with the baby until it's older either, since both the boys lived in the HugABub until they were 6 monthsish so it will be great for the boys until then. Then Ben will probably be too big for it anyway. I'm a happy mummy tonight! Got a reasonably good deal on it too so I'm even more pleased about that :) Next is the new beds for the boys (we're getting convertible bunks and will have them as twin singles for a few years) and a new car seat for Jr and I will be feeling much more ready for this baby. I know it's only early, but I was SO disorganised with Jr... I don't want to do that again!
Anybody have any idea if you can fit 3 Maxi Riders in the back of a Commodore?
Mel, SO jealous of your night out. I need a break from the boys, but I feel so rotten most of the time that I don't want to do anything. Once I'm feeling better mum is going to have the boys while DH and I do Gold Class. Being me, it will be to see Toy Story 3  Yes, my name is Melinda, and I'm a Disneyaholic
-
LOL Mel.... who would have thought you were a Disney holic!!! Great you got your pram. I love it for the newborn stage coz sticky beaks cant see baby down the bottom! My night out was great, just what I needed and dh has been a great help today with the girls and house work! I think he saw me getting flustered with him and the girls and has taken a hands on approach. I have a maxi rider and its lovely but so very wide. I am selling it to fit 3 seats in the b ack of my honda crv. I will have 2 safe and sound compaqs and a booster and if i leave the maxi rider in they wont all fit safely. I dont know how much wider th commodore is but you should go to the baby shop and ask them to fit all 3 across the back and see what its like. I will be getting Olivia a safe and sound hi liner and I will get the same for Bec when shes a bit bigger. Its been really hard to sort that out and the thought of getting a bigger car just for the seats has crossed my mind but its cheaper to get different seats.
Good luck....
-
Heys mel, sounds great that you're getting more help from DH!
DG - We have a P&T, and it's been great. Was really hoping that we'd get to use it more before Pip grew out of needing a pram :(
Kel - *hug* least you're meeting some people. And don't you *dare* think that you're boring and nobody thinks you're interesting. Even if you just take a book down to the cafe (do you have a library?) and read it there, taking that time for yourself. Finding yourself. Getting away from the klingons.
Us - well didn't get any housework done today, Pip has been hideous and not letting me move more than a metre away from him. Think I'm starting to feel movementsfrom the quoll.
Kris - hope everyone's well in your household.
catch y'all soon...
-
Hey girls...so quiet in here. Whats everyone up to? I have been dealing with rebeccas horrid tantrums. Only just started over the weekend and consists of yelling....NO NO NO NO NO, then laying on the floor and kicking and rolling about. Last noight she even did it in her sleep....twice and then this morning when she woke up. She doesnt like you looking at her or talking to her. She doesnt want you to leave either! Its doing my head in a tad, coupled by Olivia waking through the night and insiting on sleeping with us and throwing a tantie when we put her back to bed!!! AAhhh the jos of it all! Dhs been great lately....and it continues with dishes and helping with the girls. Thats al I ask! YAY! I can see where the girls get their temper from... he was chucking a wally over his car yesterday and they were watching him (only coz olivia can open both front doors:() Anyway he said the f word and Olivia pies up and said....daddy said f! Oppps...and he throws things and yells! They are spit images of him! My family on the other hand are so very placid...its a challenge for me this behaviour!
Pregnancy is going well. Have only gained 4.5kgs, but I feel huge! Baby must be breech coz all my movements are low still. Plenty of time though. Feeling better about having another girl... except for some peoples comments about boy behaviour and girl behaviour. Just because I am a mum of girls only doesnt mean I dont know what boy behaviour is like... I have 5 younger brothers whom I helped raise. Personally I think a lot of it has to do with the childs personality...not their gender.... anyway I could go on about it but I wont. My friend is having her 2nd boy and she thinks she knows it all and constantly makes comparrisons... Boys are easier... boys sleep better... boys use their enery in different ways... boys do this...yadda yadda!
Ok...its poo time! OMG rebecca is rank!
-
Oh big hugs Mel! Have you seen my boys?? What a ridiculous thing to say!! I agree - it's all about personality...As for tantrums - Ethan has been passing out uite often when he tantrums at the moment...little bugger...I have very stubborn that's for sure! Anyway, I find that it's mostly people with easy children that just don't get it...try not to let it bug you! xoxoxo
Yeah on your dh helping out! Makes a big difference! Lol...on his temper...Michael and I don't have tempers so much but we both get frustrated pretty easily...I can see this has been passed on to the 2 older boys to a degree so we're working hard on that at the moment!!
Oh was going to say...we're using time out with Ethan and it's working prety well - just 1 min and he gets the idea of it so often with a warning he stops what he's doing because he doesn't like going! It takes persistance but it really does work! My 2 big boys I hardly use it with now at all...
Yeah on having a night out! You deserve it!!
Having 4 kids is ok - other than needing the new car!! LOL! It's been hard int he early months but I can see things will start to settle down soon...I think the baby stage is the hardest - I could have 10 kids from 1y up but babies I find a bit more frustrating!! So, when bubs is a bit bigger and happy to entertain himself I honestly don't think there will be much difference between 3 and 4 - my biggest jump by far was going from 2 to 3 babies...IN saying all tha sa well I've been an absolute hermit since Jaydens arrival to save my sanity...I've found I've stressed a lot less by just staying at home and chilling out...especiallly as Jayden hasn't been the most settled baby overnight so I'm not getting much sleep at all!
Kaz - Yeah at feeling movements! How exciting!! Sorry to hear pips been clingy...
Dis - Hmmm I think I had 3 car seats across the back of our ford??? Although one was a booster seat I think...Yeah on the pram ! WE did the bunk thing as well...Now for more space we have the bunks together and Dylan sleeps on the trundle which we can put away each morning...
LOL at being a disneyholic!! I'm so excited for toy story 3 - we're taking the kids to the drive in movies so we can all snuggle up in the aback of the car with doonas !
Kel - Big hugs! HOw are you going?? It's hard to know which kids will click - I think it's normal for the first 2 to be close because they've nown each other for longer...I was worried about that with Ethan but Dyland and him are starting to play a lot more now...especisally when Louis is at kinder...
Sorry for all the typo's - I have no backspace button which drives me crazy! Honestly my laptop is doing my head in!
Oh and we're doing well! Boys are well...I'm tryin gto get into a bit of a home routine which is slowly happwening...will go well when Jayden is on solids and in a routine of his own. A least I can get up int he morning and have a shower now while he's in the swing!! Makes all the difference sometimes!
I just feel like I'm ready to get some of y life back...I neeed to lose my baby weight and feel like a real person again not just a mummy?? Ofcourse it's all babysteps!
I went and saw sex and the scity with my girlfriend on Monday - it was great - I then bought 4 pairs of heels off ebay! LOL! I'm a shocker! hehe
I'm thinkin gof starting a blog soon...a real one...just to give me something to do without leaving the house - LOL! Hoping I may be able to make it realtively successful but it's obviuously a dream at the moment..
OK - this typing is killing me - I'm having all sorts of issues - it's really why I haven't been on much - this compute is drving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sory that' it's so hard to read!! xoxoxo
-
Hey Kris, I didn't find your post hard to read at all. :) I'm not surprised that you have turned into a hermit! I did with both boys when they were baby. With Ben it was all so new and I was happy to sit and stare at him endlessly anyway  With Jared, the thought of going out alone with both of them terrified me! Now that Ben's at school though, I'll have to get over it quicksmart when Spongey arrives - at least to do the school run!
Glad to hear that the boys are all healthy. In this weather, that's quite an achievement!
Mel, Beck's tantrums sound awful. I think we're going to get something similar from Jr. Ben was always so placid and laid-back, but Jr has a temper on him!
On the language thing, Ben came out of the kitchen yesterday and said "Bloody Hell!" My mum as here and asked him where he heard that. He told her "Mummy said it when Jared was being very, very naughty!" Makes me very glad that DH and I don't use real swear words!!!!
Kaz, do you think Pip senses the baby? Jr has been super-clingy lately, although they reckon it peaks at 18 months and he's getting there so it could be that.
Kel and Jen - hi!
AFM, well Jr has been terrible at night again the past couple of nights. Last night he was in bed with me for four hours. I was so buggered this morning. Poor DH worked Mon and Tues night and also all day yesterday at his second job but he still insisted on me having first nap today because I was on the edge. He's a keeper for sure!!!
We have our NT scan tomorrow so we are both really looking forward to seeing Spongey for the first time. I've been having nightmares about seeing twins tomorrow. I think because I'm so big already it's playing on my mind. Will put my mind at ease tomorrow when there is only one little heart beating away!!!
