Thanks for the birthday wishes.. We had a blast! four babies and their 'oldies',friends and family. It was great fun. The weather was perfect. Good food, great company, what more is there? Alex had a three hour nap at 4pm - I was really hoping he'd just keep sleeping but nooo.. So I'll be up til 2am.
Oh and DH's number 1 shaped cake was perfect.
Tracey - my thoughts are with you sweetie. Milana Matilda Rose is forever in my memory and I wish I was there to give you a ginornous hug.

Happy birthday to Alex. I wasn't on comp yest as we had E's birthday. It was great. A little hot, but set up the wading pool for the kidlets. E nows cli]m[s--------------------- (OH she just did some typing) the couch which is not so good. Gotta go as she won't stop pressing the keys,
we had party today, went really well, just exhausted now had around 55 adults and kids, they all behaved (adults included :lol: ) i had a few glasses of champas too!

Have been playing around with homemade paints - really easy to make, just need to get the dye colours - I've done red grapes, carrots, camomile tea, rose petals, lemon verbena, decafe coffee and blueberry jam.. just need to buy some spinach and then I'll have green. I tried basil but it didn't work (but it sure smelt nice!)

Thank you for thinking of Milana today. I have changed my username (was Tracey&Tribe), but don't really use this account much now.
Tried to make today special for Milana, met up with lots of Mum's went out for a meal and celebrated who Milana was and should have been, and collected teddies in her name as well, these will get donated to the hossy to other Mum's who lose a Bub.
Happy to see all your little ones are doing well, give them all a cuddle from me.
Wrote a poem for Milana's 1st birthday, when i get it on the computer, will post it for you.

Jols- Ouch, have you got some AB?? I remember getting an early onset of mastitis and how sick I was. I managed to get rid of it within 24hours. It was very painful. :hug:

AFM SHOCKING NIGHT last night! My eyes are popping out of my head :o I finally got to bed at 11 and literally as I lay down, DD wakes screaming. I get up to her, feed her and then put her back down, she cried but more of a whinge so I left her and she fell back asleep. DP gets home 30 minutes later and she wakes again screaming and wouldnt go back down again until 3AM!!!!!! Wouldnt sleep with me, in her cot, in my arms, anything. I actually came out and turned the TV on and layed on the floor! My alarm then went off at 6am and I had to go to work!! Didnt leave work until 5:15 tonight so am feeling a tad tired!
Anyway enough whinging from me. Hope everyone else is well.

Ali - you poor thing. Why is it that when we need them to have a good night for work the next day or whatever they have a rotten sleep?? Sounds like Miss A had a shocker! :hug:

We had our 1y and 4y needles and checkup today - the girls were fatastic. If you have an older child I can highly recommend the Emla patches - they are local anaesthetic that is applied to the skin an hour prior to the vaccination. I got 2 for Miss G and she didn't even flinch when she had her needles - she didn't feel a thing!
Miss J screamed but was ok as soon as she was put on the bb. She weighs 9.2kg (40th percentile), is 74.5cm long (60th) and her HC is 44cm (75th) so she is doing really well. Miss G is 75th for height and 50th for weight at the moment but at the same age as J she was 50th for length and 3rd for weight so J is bigger all round.
nai J is very similar to M for measurement! will go get hers....
